Respected Sir,
I was having Airtel Postpaid No . [protected], Airtel was having Family 999 Plan, wherein 2 more Nos can be Included .Accordingly I Ported 2 Vodafone nos in Airtel .Total 3 Nos .One primary Airtel No and 2 Airtel Ported Vodafone Nos . Airtel is Providing Me 2 bills. one of Primary No and 2nd Bill of Family Plan Nos ie Rs 999 family Plan which is having only 2 Nos .
I requested them to to give only one Bill of Family Plan which Includes all 3 Nos. One Primary No. and 2 Airtel ported Nos, I have given them 3 reminders but I didn't get any resolution of the same & unnecessary I have to pay 2 bills .I request you to ask Airtel to Reimburse my Extra Money .& give me justice as airtel has cheated me .

Kindly help me in resolving the issue as soon as possible please.
I believe there is loop hole in airtel dth that faulty setup box will be given to customers so that the setup cannot be taken back and Airtel policy is in such a way that they can do nothing. Airtel dth Team needs to closely look in to the issue and try to cover the loophole as soon as possible.
