Need to take some strong action against airtel, more then 45days my airtel no [protected] postpaid to prepaid not done, more than 8 to 10times i call the call center for this issue, i gave request in airtel showroom on 04/07/2017 and cleared all outstanding but still my number not converted to prepaid worst response from aitel and still they not provide any solution and generated one more bill for the same no. Without using the no i got paid last month and now again they ask me clear the outstanding for further process.

    People cannot reach my number and i don't know what is happening, i have checked that the calls are not diverted but the caller says my calls are diverted. When i register why is 0 added along with +91, in some places it rewrites as +[protected].
    I am not comfortable the bank page that opened in airtel sit was very sneaky, though i entered all information i didn't find it safe.
    Kindly do the needful and correct if anything is corrupt, or inform me about the possibility it's better to be in truth than assuming.

      I am using airtel phone service. From last one month (June17) i am getting annoying sms alerts from airtel (At-airinf, airsep, ad-airsep) for forcefully activated services like celebrity wellness mall service, lifestyle celeb, comedy munch, sports video, hot spot, silk, tinytv, midnight masala, etc.
      These services are rental basis and are charging rs.99, rs.35 etc on daily /monthly basis.
      I had requested airtel to stop all these service activations on 11 of august as no such request has been put by me neither i want to use these services. These services and charges are forcefully imposed by airtel to their customers, which are very annoying and irritating. But unfortunately no action has been taken by airtel regarding this till date.
      I had been charged rs.84 plus rs 367 (For july and august bills) for these activated services for june month, bill no.[protected] dated 06july2017 and[protected] dated 6-aug-2017. I had requested airtel to revert these charges.
      I want to stop getting these messages and unwanted service activation and revert the amount of rs. 451 for forced activation of value added services.

        Dear sir,

        I am a postpaid subscriber of bharti airtel having my corporate number [protected]. I visited airtel office, bakshi nagar, jammu, j&k on 14.08.2017. I had been there to convert my airtel postpaid number from post to pre. But the lady there tell me to visit another day, i told her that i am not able to visit your office frequently because of my job at another station. But she doesn't help me and told me to also provide a letter of noc from office in order to convert from post to pre because of your corporate number, i told her that kindly take a copy of my id card and do the needful but she was not listening a single word from my side. This kind of rude behavior forces me to disconnect my postpaid number forever and not switch to airtel any more because of this kind of poorest service from her end. Kindly take the matter seriously and arrange a pick up documents from my home in order to convert my postpaid number to prepaid as soon as possible.

          Airtel complaint
          I took airtel secure insurance of my handset motorola moto z play against for which a claim was raised on 30/06/2017. My device claim - service request number is 2112204. The insurance company passed the service centre claim of rs 8590 on 19th of july 2017. I also made the payment of excess amount of rs 426 on 20/07/2017 itself. After that the handset is lying in service centre for it's repair. It has been around 25 days and the mobile handset is still not repaired. Everytime i contact airtel customer care i am being told that it will take another 2-3 working days for your handset to get repaired and that 2-3 days never come.
          The service of airtel secure is disgusting and pathetic.

            I called customer care, they said that offer is not applicable to my number and they will raise the offer request and it will be activated i a week but even after a month also it's not activated
            I called again after a month they tell the same thing that offer is not applicable to my number.
            When everyone has got 399 offer i am not getting the same instead it's showing 799 offer in my airtel app.
            I have 4 airtel numbers in my home.
            Therefore i request you to activate 399 offer immediately to my number.
            Otherwise in the next 3 days i'll be porting all my numbers to vodafone.

              I had recharged for my wife with airtel no [protected] using airtel app with order id 99506083 for rs 349 plan which was showing as unlimited local + std + 1gb daily for 28 days.
              After recharge successfull my wife has enabled internet to her surprise with in an hour complete 349 is vanished.

              They had recharged amount but not the pack they had promised in the airtel app.

              I had already moved to jio just that my wife do not have volte phone we were holding back. Never ever trust airtel, big cheater. 121 customer care is # they never connect to customer care personnel. They do not respond to complaints end through email.

                Isn’t it a way of making black money.
                Airtel disconnected my number after july 2017 and my due was about 1300 something. How can they still generate bill of inr 5000 and sms me? Above all a lady executive threatened for disconnecting my mob no. Of another service provider and said “aur bhee kuch ho sakata hai…”

                If they recover 5000 for nothing because number is terminated (Although they can show manipulated bill of present date also) from 1000 such consumers across nation, they are simply making 50 lacs black money for nothing.

                Pm modi sir, mr. Jetley must look into such matters and cancel license of such fraud corporate houses.

                I got airtel home wifi connection by paying advance rental of 3 months for 30gb data every month till 3 months. I used it only for 24 hours and i got a message about my 50 percent data is used. This was absolutely looting people by trapping them in technical fraud. The gallery didn’t help, neither received my phone. I wanted to disconnect for whatever best refundable amount but airtel gallery staff denied and asked to use for 3 month. My airtel no. Is [protected].

                  Hello i am airtel user,[protected]
                  I also use airtel my app for best offers or recharges.. I check offer for my number [protected]. I see many offers i select 1198 pack for 70days unlimited local/std calls or daily 2.5gb. And i recharge my number for 1198 on jul 19th 2017.
                  But received 5+5gb for 28 days..

                  I spoke with the customer care they told if i have recievied the sms then surely i get benifit not to worry, but after 28 days my validity expired on 16th aug 2017. Now when i call to customer care they are telling there is no as such offer for my number.

                  Please raise my complaint for recharge benifit not received..
                  I[censored] have no solution for my money..
                  I port my no. Another telecom..
                  It's urgent issue, please clear in high priority..

                    No network on my number since last 7 days (From 09 aug. 2017). I am call to customer care on 09 aug. 2017 and they say there are some technical issues in your number and approx 72 hrs. Required to resolve the problem. After 3 days the problem not resolve and i am calling to customer care and they says the problem in your sim and please to be issued the duplicate sim from the airtel store. I am purchased the duplicate sim on 13 aug. 2017 and they say your number will be activated within in 2 hrs. But after 24 hrs. The problem will be same. Again i am going to airtel store and they reissued me a duplicate sim again on 15 aug. 2017 and they say after 4 hrs. Your number will be activated. However till now the problem will be the same i. E. No network on my number ([protected]).
                    I am very disappointed with that type of services.

                      I have lodged a complaint regarding call drops and network issues on 01.08.2017 with complaint no. 78295033. Each and every time i get call from airtel i have to correct them my address where i am facing this issue and then no further action is taken for resolving my issue. My inbox is full of missed call alerts now and its very irritating when i miss some urgent calls due to this poor network of airtel. I want airtel to check no. Of call drops on my mobile no.in last month and an answer for not resolving my query yet. Also i would request bharti airtel to tell me clearly that are they able to resolve my complaint or i should look for any other options.

                        I brought a 4g sim in exchange of old 2g.3g sim 2 days back. The old sim has deactivated but the new one is not activated. As yesterday i called customer services they said that status of the sim is showing activated. But here it is not working accordingly... Also showing display messages as we are setting up
                        Your services and immediately showing another message as sorry we are unable to process.
                        Please, make this clear asap.

                          Hi,

                          My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person pretended to be a bank person made following two fraudulent transactions with my fathers debit card details.

                          1. Inr rs 24999 from sbi saving bank account yesterday (15/8/2017), at around 4 pm, towards a fraud purchase on pos [protected] at aip*airtel payments ba txn# 048310. And the sbi card used is *9222.

                          Total fraud deduction = inr 24, 999.

                          I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.

                          I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

                            I have an airtel number [protected].
                            And for the last three to four weeks iam not able to make outgoing calls while roaming.
                            I did a check with the customer care, and they asked for my location, i informed it's coimbatore.
                            And when i said, it's not only for this region but for many, at that time he said there a are many areas like this in tamil nadu. He informed that there is a network issue going on tamil nadu for past few weeks and many customers has been complaining the same.
                            When i asked for the issue, they informed that it's due to the flood and hurricane happened in tamil nadu.
                            Iam not sure, why they answered like this.
                            It's really not acceptable, where iam not able to make outgoing calls, where the provider is not giving any update or answer.

                              When i was walking on road and my phone was slipped down on road at that time mobile was not broken but just after that one bike was run on my mobile and mobile was broken. But airtel reject my claim after give it to one assist and one assist passed my claim but after that airtel reject my claim and they return back my mobile from one assist to me. I can't understand why they called for return my phone after passed from all stage of their policy. How can airtel do that for his loyal customer?

                                My mobile number is [protected] and i have always been a loyal customer of airtel. I have an existing data plan. But unfortunately, it's been almost a week that my internet connectivity fluctuated and i can't even use the internet when i needed it most. The network icon on my phone is showing full signal and phone calls are fine but the issue is with the internet connectivity. I can't imagine having an internet connectivity, that too 4g, which can't even load a facebook page. I've been tolerating for the past few days and the same problem have been faced by many. If the same problem persists, you will lose many loyal customers including me. If there is no positive response within 1/2 days, i will take up the matter legally and port my number to another service provider and also take it up as a social media campaign against your company. I'm not threatening anybody here, but consider this letter as a heartfelt disappointment of a loyal customer and let the problem be resolved.

                                    On 13 aug 2017 i bought a airtel sim from an airtel agent and said him to do recharge of 449. The agent of airtel from whom i took my airtel sim is saying he is done a recharge of 449 as i payed him to get the same plan (449) but till now no recharge is done. I talked to him he is saying that he has done the recharge but till now my recharge is done. Please review my account

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I was a subscriber of MTS-MBLAZE from February 2015. But due to deterioration in their service I have switched over to Airtel 4G Hotspot, because I am having a close relation with Airtel for the last -7- years via -3- DTH and many mobile connections.

                                      On 14.06.2017 one of your representatives Mr. Arup Chatterjee visited my place and handed over the Airtel Dongle to me and took my MTS-MBLAZE Dongle. Probably on 11th or 12th of June 2017, one lady from your office had a telephonic talk with me about this Airtel connection and she informed me that if I take this connection, then the Airtel Dongle will be delivered in exchange of the MTS-MBLAZE dongle and in lieu of that MTS dongle I shall have to pay a concessional rate of Rs.1200/-. So I had no hesitation in handing over that MTS-MBLAZE dongle to Mr. Arup Chatterjee. After that I asked him about the deactivation of the MTS-MBLAZE dongle. He assured me that he will do the needful. In the end of June, a lady from MTS-MBLAZE told me over phone that if I pay my last bill of Rs.1218/-, then my connection will be automatically deactivated, because they have received the request of deactivation. In spite of their assurances I have thrice (on 03.07.2017, 18.07.2017 and 07.08.2017) e-mailed MTS-MBLAZE to deactivate my connection and paid Rs.1218/ on 03.07.2017. But on 07.08.2017 @ 13:22 one lady from MTS-MBLAZE threatened me over phone that I have to pay the last bill, otherwise they will take legal action – because I have used the MTS-MBLAZE connection during 14.06.2017 and 07.08.2017. I was stunned with this allegation, because I have handed over that MTS-MBLAZE dongle to Mr. Arup Chatterjee on 14.06.2017. When I narrated the fact to her, most impolitely she blamed me that I should not have given that dongle to anyone, not even to Airtel-persons. Immediately I told the facts to Mr. Arup Chatterjee and he told me to ignore those calls. Moreover he advised me to lodge a FIR against MTS-MBLAZE. On 08.08.2017 @ 11:16 Ms. Dola rang me from MTS-MBLAZE and told me that my MTS-MBLAZE connection is still active and I shall have to pay the pending bill. This time also I have informed the fact to Mr. Arup Chatterjee and his reply was the same as before. On 14.08.2017 one lady contacted me over phone and enquired whether my dongle is properly working or not. I told her that though the dongle is working properly, but I am facing other problems i.e., I did not get my current bill and therefore the bill cycle, its amount and the due date are not known to me. Then she told me (after confirming from someone) that my bill cycles will be 12th of every month and the due dates will be 15th. But she said nothing about the amount. Then I tried to get that number for several times, but they were intentionally making it ‘busy’. I had no other alternative but to contact Mr. Arup Chatterjee. But his reaction was the same as before. Moreover he told me that he is getting ‘fed up’ with my problem. He told me to contact [protected]@in.airtel.com in order to register my number for regular billing.

                                      Now my humble question is : Have I done any wrong in taking the Airtel connection ? If not, then is it the duty of the subscriber to arrange for the deactivation of the previous connection ? When Airtel is giving its dongle in exchange of the MTS-MBLAZE dongle, then there must be some arrangements between the two companies. And if the deactivation of the previous connection is not done in spite of repeated information, then why the consumer will be penalized and insulted ? I, being a Senior Citizen, have never faced such insult earlier.

                                      Let me hope that you will look into the matter and relieve me of such tension.

                                        Some how my insurance got rejected with a very stupid and silly reason
                                        I also tc checked your policy then why sould say its not proper care by you.
