    Hi, my airtel number, which i have been using for the past 12 years with proper documentation and proper id proofs, have been de activated without any intimation or mail or message for no reason. I realized that only after a month as i was abroad. When i went to the airtel customer service center, i was told that the number is already assigned to someone else and they cannot do anything about it.
    All my bank accounts, adhaar card, pan account, provident fund account etc are linked to that number and now someone else must be receiving all sorts o[censored]pdates related to my bank accounts and transactions and onetimepasswords. Otps are passwords which are not supposed to be confidential. All my account safety and privacy are jeopardized because of this stupid act of airtel center.
    I will be holding you responsible for any kind of fraud or theft from my accounts if i face anything in future. I will definitely mention about this to police as well because these acts of yours can put so many people at risk considering how important mobile numbers have become in monetary transactions.

    Not sure how you are going to address this but i am expecting a response.

        I paid 250 rs from my airtel payment bank on my post paid account on 13 aug 2017 but still payment not credited in my account.
        I called mobile care service they said to me i did not receive your payment and you have to talk with airtel payment bank.
        Then after i called airtel bank asked the same they said to me transaction is success you have to call mobility care service.

        I surprised both care services telling me it's not my fault you have to talk with there. My question is where i can go and resolve the problem?

        I had sent mail regards the same to all of guys let's see what they reply.

          I've recharged with 293 in delhi circle last night through my airtel app.

          The recharge was successful and i paid 293 as well, but still not getting any services/advantages from the recharge.

          The customer care is also of no use as they asked me to wait upto 22 august (Ie. 4 days from now), just for an internet pack for which i've paid.

          Still, nobody there is trying to address the problem and i'm clueless about where to proceed.

            A must read notification for airtel users :
            Don not recharge with rs399 if you have jio do the same recharge on jio not on airtel. Because, airtel will not provide you free sms service and calling of 3000min (Its not unlimited as of jio) is only applicable for local area if you go in roaming the charges will applicable.
            Also airtel keeps hidden t&c for customers.
            Now... Decide your self... Think twice before recharge..

            As we can see that Airtel started Providing these above mention services like roaming free and msg facility but still call on toll free is not working, on dialing toll free number you wll be charged so, this matter is partially closed from my side.

              Hi, my name is yashwant kumar yadav and i filled a request for the airtel broadband connection at my home for working purpose. I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount ₹500 on march 2017 by cash at airtel broadband office at mp nagar zone 2 pragati petrol pump. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care but haven't got any proper response from any one. So i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 4 months now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.

                Hello,
                I was travelling from india to singapore for 9 days and i did an recharge of Rs 1199 for mobile no. [protected], of an international roaming plan at around 9:40 pm on 5th august from airtel website but a message came that your transaction with id 883456 has been failed and the amount will be refunded within some time that was within 7 working days, i have attached the screen shot for reference and the amount was debited from my credit card. I called for airtel customer service and informed them about the issue and waited for around one hour before recharging the plan again. I had a flight at 11:00 pm from igi airport, new delhi to singapore so i couldnt have afforded to travel without the intl. plan, therefore i recharged the plan again but this time two messages came for the same recharge and again the amount was also deducted for the same service that i cant utilize because the pack overwrites instead of giving the benefit. But i wasnt knowing that airtel serivice is so bad that it will play such for me. Please refund the amount as soon as possible because the two recharges were waste for me as i can consume the service once even after getting recharged twice by fraudulent ways from airtel. Please solve the issue as soon as possible because i have been facing many issues with airtel from some time otherwise i would be forced to port to some other networks in india. Also, i am thinking to forward this issue to consumer forum if the problem is not solved and the amount is not refunded within acceptable time limit.

                  I am currently studying in jaipur, jecrc university, seetapoora industrial area, pin code 302022.. I should tell u.. Speed and stability sucks here...in ads u claim to be the fastest.. U claim to cover wide area..in ads u show us one went on mountain and is streaming videos flawlessly.. Its all fake.. I cant stream videos, can't play any online games cause their is no stability and speed in ur network.. The limited customers u got still no improvements.. Now i m sick to.. Worst 244 rs i ever spent.. Can't even surf internet properly.. The max speed i got is around 25kb or 30kb.. And its not the problem faced by only me.. The 7000+ students studying in 2 universities here faces it.. Disappointed

                    Airtel has the worst network and internet and its about 2 months and airtel executives are not solving my problem
                    I am using airtel 4g but i am getting 2g speed and i am paying bill of 700 and no one is solving it
                    I need refund
                    And the network are so poor that the network get disconnected any time and
                    In 4g pack i am getting speed lees than 2g

                      I recharged an airtel account (No. [protected]) via paytm of rs. 499. This recharge is not valid though apart from informing u have deducted money.                         I bought a sim card just yesterday from the airtel showroom in urapakkam and the sales guy said it will be activated by 9 pm. It's more than 24 hours now and the sim is not activated. I'm unable to speak to a customer care executive as the ivr menu is very complicated. When i called the sales guy in the showroom just half hour ago, he asked me to visit the showroom on a very hectic work day! Frustrating experience really. Thought of taking this problem social so it does't recur for customers like me. @airtelindia. Kindly activate and make a smoother experience for the customers or you'll simply lose loyal customers like me. I've been using this number for 10 years now.

                            Recharge of rs.330 was done on through airtel website on 11:34 hrs., 18.08.2017 in mobile number [protected] (Transaction id[protected] through icici online banking. Amount was debited from icici bank account but message appeared in airtel website that transaction was not successful & recharge was not credited in balance please check & resolve the issue at earliest so that recharge can be credited in my talk time balance.

                              Oct 2016 I have paid my broadband bill due network issue amount deducted 3 times but 1 time is valid other two times deducted and its done on my hdfc CC.
                              I have raised many request they are not responding.
                              If I call Airtel they are telling like 'Ask your HDFC bank'
                              but Hdfc bank customaer telling ask ' Airtel bill desk'
                              Very worst of service

                                  I'm not getting internet speed n i'm using 345/- rupees plan (1gb 3g/4g net + unlimited challenge) i'm not able to browse mann..!
                                  Before this plan i was using 270-75 rupees plan (1gb 3g data n some money) then i was getting fast net speed soo what happened now?
                                  Room se 200meter dur park nain jaake kam karna padta h..

                                    technical issue not resolved for 3 days even after escalation

                                    So called technical issue is not resolved for 3 days. Activated plan is for 10 days - international roaming which cost rs.1199. After that rs.99 got deducted and reason is rental charges for international network. After the plan activation, rs.290 got deducted and balance is zero. With zero balance we cannot use data and calls. Issue is not resolved for 3 days. Called for 6 times and got very irresponsible answer from senior people. Hopefully...

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I had ported my above mobile no. From idea (Bengal) to airtel (Telangana) on 8.8.17.

                                    On 9.8.17 i went to airtel showroom, bapuji nagar, bowenpally, hyderabad for recharging to have some “talktime”. I was told to pay rs. 144/- but i would not get any talk time out of this rs. 144. I had an argument but they said that the first user had to pay this rs. 144. I received local/std airtel calls + 2gb data on 4g handset with 4g sim and 1gb for others, validity 28 days, but no talktime.

                                    I am surprised. I do not agree to this. It cannot be. I presume it is cheating.
                                    Would you please clarify in this regard?

                                    The moment i pressed “submit”, i received a phone call from [protected] at 12:23 pm dtd 17.8.17, claimed to be airtel customer care man. He said that he had read the email. He wants to pay back me rs. 144/- right now. I astonished how one can read the content in one second. Any way after few minutes talk i did the mistake/ blunder. I gave him all my bank details and i was robbed rs. 12 + 19, 999 + 19, 999 + rs. 40, 010. I am totally responsible for it. I am not discussing about rs. 40, 010/-

                                    I would like to bring to your kind notice to see if your “customer care” hacked. Please check.
                                    It may be my email had been hacked.
