I am using airtel 4g sim in 4g handset (Moto g4) but every time whenever i use internet it fluctuate the network with 3g so much as i recharged with 399 plan but didn't get the speed of 4g for 1gb daily usage as mentioned. I have so much problem with this network. I even get the speed as 10kbps. What is this nonsense.
I am using airtel sim in sim1 slot.
I am not using any other sim in sim2 slot.

    My airtel broadband connection did not work on 6-7, 13-15 and on 18th of august a service engineer visited but the connection worked only for an hour after which it is not working till date. When i called the customer care they asked me call after 2 hours then they will take my complain. No body at the company is bothered to take up the call or get my connection working.in the month of august i am without internet for 9 days. I mailed my request to them but haven't received any reply from them. I am attaching my copy of my email send and i haven't received any confirmation from them in this regard.

    Dear sir/ ma'am,
    I am an airtel broadband user for almost a year now and the the service quality has deteorated in the past month. My connection did not work from 6-7 then again on 12-15 and again on 17th. I made a complain a service engineer came it became functional for just an hour and since then my connection is not working. It's just 20th today and i have been without internet for 9 days in this month. I am fed up with your services you cannot provide me with proper internet connection for a single week. I called to make a complain today and they told me they cannot take my complain today. What am i supposed to do? Please can you tell me. I am regretting buying airtel connection. I pay you more than 1000 rs and you people cannot provide me working internet connection and forget about the speed. I bought a new modem for better speed but it is useless. Now i am asking people not to buy airtel because the service is so bad. Please provide me with a solution otherwise i will have to think about changing it because i am paying you to provide me internet. And i will not be making payment for the 9 days it was not working. Just provide me with a date when my problem will be resolved otherwise i will have to take some drastic action.

      I biught the airtel secure plan from airtel to keep my device covered.

      I have kept my phone on the referigerator for charging. Phone ranged many times and dur to vibration it fell down from the referigerator and diaplay got affected.

      Now the airtel says that claim is rejected because it eas negligence at your end. I want to know what does the negligence means. That means human should not keep the phone above ground level while charging, otherwise you are negligent.

      Its a smart way of earning from the customer. You cover only accidents that happens without negligence. I do not understand how the accident will happen if you are not negligent. Whats the meaning of the accidental damage insurance?

      I am surely gone take it to legal proceeding and let airtel prove in the court that keeping phone on referigerator for charging was negligence o[censored]ser and user should have been in front of the phone for one hour till the mobile is nit fully charged.

        I request to ported from your airtel gallery from vodafone to airtel on 04/08/2017 after 7 day vodafone closed the services from11/08/2017 afterthat airtel gallery are not able to start the mobiles number i submit adhar card and verify at my home till dated 20/08/2017 did not start the mobiles number my sim card is not activated. Also i visiting 8 to 9 times but non of staff is co-operating me. Therefore i requesting consumer forum to take some action and penalise because i lost 12000

        Due to this issue my all banking transaction gets stuck and i loose my business...

          Hi,

          My 4g dongle speed is very low. It is showing 0.4 mbps on speedtest.net whereas airtel claim it to be 20-50mbps. I am a it professional and using dongle for my official work but nowadays it has become very pathatic. I am not able to do a conference call or skype call also. It is affecting my work badly.

          I had raised a compliant also but there is no improvement at all.

          Please help to rectify the problem asap.

                My balance was deducted and i didn't get any confirmation message regarding to my 2nd renewal charges. When i called to customer care they gave me ans that company didn't send any confirmation messages to customer. Executive talked very rudely. I'm very disappointed with this kind of airtel services. They are not ready to take any complaints against any of this.

                  I have recharge 399/- plan in airtel (In which plan - 70 days 1gb per day 4g data and unlimited voice call for local+std). But airtel company are fraud. They did not provide me genuine 1gb data per day. Why your are providing fraud plan for all customers. Kindly give me daily usage internet data logs like jio company.
                  If i call their customer care for talking airtel customer care executive, disconnect my call. Your customer care number also fake.

                  Airtel's 1 GB/ day scheme is a fraud. Daily quota of 1 GB / Data is getting exhausted within very short time of internet browsing or mail checking. Also, they removed the data balance checking option from my airtel account in which data consumption / availability details was previously available. I called Airtel to complain about it. They listen to me, but no action. People know, how much 1 GB data is.

                    From last 1+ month complain about network issue in rajkot not getting resolution or visit not even to make call or recevied call net work like 2g all customer face same issue and company doesn't need them to be on network. Worst network which gives no1 in advertising?
                    Using 8 connection from 4 years all are going to portout now need to claim for accommodation for the same might be work for same now

                    From last few months we are facing terrible network issues. Even in home, office or different location.

                    Network often goes off.
                    Tried all 2G, 3G and 4G network settings with new 4g SIM.

                    Issue tested with different mobile, different location in city as well as different airtel numbers.

                    I'm using AirTel from last 10 years but now we are porting out.

                    Here Airtel Network lots of problem.

                        I recharged my airtel prepaid with rs. 244 recharge denomination. While i recharged the 244 benefits of the denomination was stated that it will provide 74 days of airtel to airtel call and 74 gb with daily usage of 1gb per day. But today i got the ivrs saying that my validity is getting over by today and asking me to recharge, which i got shocked and found that airtel gave me only validity for 28 days. Below is my mobile details.

                        I was cheated with this misleading information in the site from airtel.

                          I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                          This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                          Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

                            My no [protected], i seen offer for my number 545 unlimited calls a2a for 84 days, i thought this is all local calls. After that my friend said this is for only airtel to airtel. So i called customer care for reversal. They said won't.

                            This is not offer, this is cheating. If i found in normal tarrif i won't choose. I seen in my special offer category.

                            Why cheating like this...

                                  I recharged my airtel prepaid number on 19th august 2017, on that day airtel was offering unlimited calls and 1.5gb per day for 84days. After recharge air was charging me for all voice calls and recently i realized that i am not getting 3g/4g limit for everyday. I only got 2gb data. I complained the issue by calling airtel customer care and i also raised the issue on their website but airtel completely ignoring my complaint.

                                  If airtel is providing only 2gb data why would i recharge with rs.399? I completely dissatisfied with your service. If you can't promised services why do you advertise in media and then cheat customers.

                                    Worst indoor network in Ganesh nagar here forget about 4G even no 2G connection no mobile network call drop problems .currently I have 4G connection of airtel but still I m using reliance network to complain this. Here is worst network of airtel .there is no action after complain too that's horrible thing for airtel

                                      My 1gb data was gone within 30 minutes using whatsapp... And also without using also gone... I was called customer care to 121 but it was not connecting...                                         How many days to wait its already gone 15 months still now there is no proper explanation and not solve my problem. I send so many emails to ur customer service and finally they[protected] to refund my money but there is no refund a money ... its irritating me ####### service and worst services the airtel company is cheating the peoples ... i want to resolve my problem with in 07 days other wise i have to take a legal action on ur airtel broadband company ...
