Hi i use airtel. It's a new sim card cos people told me they have good data packs. Unfortunately, i had done a recharge for ₹499 and have not received data ever since. I also lost balance from my main account. My phone shows i have 4g available but i can't receive or send or browse anything. Its almost 3 days now. I am getting so worst internet speed in my airtel 4g potshot in Bangalore city. i have complained the same to airtel about 15 days back so far no resolution, they them self call they are the fastest 4G network in india. These people seriously spoiling 4g name in india. There is so much advertising and news going on that airtel is offering unlimited free calls and 1 gb per day for 84 days in plan 399. However there is no place where this rechage is available.in airtel app also plan 399 shows validity for 28 days. Why this fraud advertising, if you cannot take on jio. Ihad been a loyal customer of airtel since years, but with this kind of cheating approach, i think its time to change.

I has been recharged my pack through online of re.399/- and gave me 70 days call free and 70 gb 4g data free.
Now i grivious by taking call rate and data is chargable.
Even no more uses of data my mobile balanced has been deducted by 8ps/kbps.
So please be needful

The service of my two mobile numbers has been interrupted illegally by an airtel worker on two days i. E. On 09.08.2017 & 10.08.2017.
As we all know that the person, who is working at airtel store, knows everything about the customer.

After communicating with customer care, i came to know that a person working at airtel store shop no 33, ground floor, crossing republic, well bazaar, ghaziabad 201016...

Their is a continuous auto deduction of vas services from my airtel mobile number [protected] today they deducted 100 rs for spuulmovies without my intervention this is done on continuous basis for from services they deduct balance from my number. Previously the amount is less that's why i didn't complaint but i try to connect customer service but i fail to do so by dialing 121. I want my balance back ensure this mistake will not be repeated...

The internet speed is very low during the day time. Sometimes I can not even open a Google page. At night, during 12 am to 5-6 am, it works fine. The tower (network strength) of 3G & 4G always remains between 1 to 3 whereas the 2G network is full. Please do something asap as I've bought the 399 plan which is valid for 3 months. If the internet speed doesn't gets better, my money will be wasted.

This incident occurred on 10th august-2017 at ooty airtel office.

Around 30 days back, i got my 4g sim from 3g in my 4g handset.
I went to airtel dealer in ooty to put rs399/. Pack. He said this pack of rs399/. Is not valid in my phone.

He told me that airtel have given big / huge advertisements in internet regarding rs399/ packs. But only few selected customers will get this facility.

I purchased international roaming 10 days pack in 3000/-on 4th Aug. In India for Russia. Still it is not activated and I am loosing all my important work. Please activate it as soon as otherwise I will forced to go in court.

I recharged my airtel number with the data pack of 1gb for 5 days rs.95. I was in a emergency situation and needed the help of my data pack. But alas, its didn't get reflected even after the recharge though i got the message that recharge was successful.

Airtel claims that it has one of the fastest network. I have been a loyal customer of airtel and this is how i get rewarded with it!!
