Its been a month now since i raised request on internet issue with my postpaid number-[protected]. Even after calling customer support team multiple times there has been no positive response yet. No one is able to rectify this issue on internet connectivity in particular with above sim number (I'm using alternate airtel sim which has good signal strength). At-least a status update would be nice. I guess, after all these wait ups, it would be better to opt for other networks. I would urge airtel team not to give false information on data pack. Please acknowledge.

    I m at 416114 pincode having problem of less coverage for both from tomorrow. Do smthing as early as possible. If port option is available for me.
    Before 2 days i recharge on my [protected] airtel no. Of 399 but i don't get any proper network of the sim. Their are so much important call and massage are waiting, so sir please do something as early as possible

      Am very disappointed with your service am unable to use internet of my mobile nor my dongle, very poor speed. Jio is far better than Airtel speed. I've been monitoring Jio is more satisfactory provider than Airtel, it's better I use Airtel just for calls but no internet
      On 13 August 2017 I purchased 10 day roaming pack for Singapore and Malaysia at IGI Airport Delhi But upon arrival...this pack does not work ...instead Rs99/- have been deducted from my prepaid balance .

        My airtel no. Is [protected]. After the offer completion of jio i have chosen airtel for the sake of good speed and charged my sim on[protected] with rs. 399/- offer pack that promises 1gb per day 4g speed data plus unlimited local and std calls...
        To my extreme shock i was getting the speed of 2g or equivalent, plus there is a sign of "e" that we used to get with 2g speed...
        Sometimes, very rare the 4g symbol is displayed but the speed remains creepy...
        I even tried restarting my phone and switching on and off the mobile data but in vain.

        Airtel has looted me and i want my money back...
        Jio with its slow speed was far far better than this airtel speed... I could easily watch movies without any wait...
        The reason i chose airtel is itself foiled by the company... Airtel is fooling people...

          I applied for new airtel broadband fixed line connection on 18/03/2017 by paying 1000/- cash and 700 rs. Your executive took for landline. Your airtel cff no. - 5089364. The form was filled in the name of surinder bhadana. Mobile number was given [protected]/[protected]. Attaching the copy of form.

          He assured me that i will get connection within 48 hours. After passing 48 hours i kept calling your executive that connection is still not given to my address. He said there is some technical issue for which you need to wait for 1 week. I again waited for 10 days. To my surprise when i chased him for connection he said he will not be able to install the connection as there is some technical issue.

          He suggested me to fill online refund form by attaching cheque details. You will get your money within 40 days. This is 3 months over till date neither i got 1000/- back nor your executive turned back to take phone for which i have paid 700/- extra. He is not even picking my calls. You executive number is mukesh - [protected], [protected].

          I need my refund back immediately or else i have no other option to take this matter to consumer court.

              I was happy with vodafone for the past 6years, finally changed my mind to switch over to airtel, porting was done. And i had submitted all the required documents, sadly m having access to make only outgoing calls, no incoming, unable to send or receive msgs, poor network, each time i call ccare, i am asked to wait for 48 hours, feeling very happy for opting airtel connection,

                Recently i shifted from kolkata to hyderabad. During travelling i was facing problem to call people. But i thought that maybe its general network issue. After reaching hyderabad i was trying to call people but unable to do so. It has been one week still i can't do it. I have unlimited calls on my number. And 1gb/day. The data a is working properly. Only problem is the outgoing call. Incoming calls are also facing no problem. There is no airtel customer care service provider nearby. How to resolve this? What is the problem? Please help me.

                  Last week i changed my network from aircel to airtel. By last month itself i submitted all my documents... But but the person who came to my house lost all details but he didn't inform... After 15 days i enquired then only i came to know that they lost it... Again i requested and finally changed my network... Last week i received a call that we provide u the wrong sim... But pls submit all the documents again like that... Again a person came to collect address proof ang have another sim... But but now the issue is for the past 3 days no incoming and only outgoing. But from yesterday itself no outgoing too...                     When i had decided to port to another network, airtel called and gave me a 349 plan for 40gb data booster. Ever since, my internet has not been working (Been a week) despite making repeated complaints to their supervisors. I requested them to put me back on my previous 1199 plan and they couldnt even do that stating reasons such as server being down, pendency issues etc. Highly idiotic staff, zero follow up. Going to port out all my 12 airtel numbers.
                    So disappointed. Supervisors like ravi mishra, sagar, etc made false promises to fix it within 24-48 hours. Been 7 days and no resolution. Unprofessional and irresponsible at their best.

                      I have recharged to my mobile number with rs 250/- on 19/08/17 using my internet banking. Money from account is deducted and recharge successful confirmation also got but till now my mobile number is not recharged. No response from them, when called to toll free number and asking me to contact your bank as their is no mistake from their side. Too irresponsible answer from their side.

                        We took new sim on 13th august 2017 from vikas marg airtel store and submitted all forms. When we received no message or response, we contacted customer care they told us we need to submit all documents again. We posted to dot twitter page and after that only airtel responded. They said you have not submitted docs. We asked them to check their store cctv and then they said ok they found the docs. We will be given new sim and that will be activated in 24 hours. 3 days later even that is not activated. Pathetic service by airtel. Because i moved from corporate to personal transition i could not have even chosen any other operator. But pathetic service from airtel in all areas. From store to customer care to activation of services.

                          My name is obi chima currently in port harcourt eleme i must say am dissatisfied and highly disappointed at airtel services, i bought airtime worth of 100 on 20th august 2017 i did not make calls with it at all woke up by 2am to make use of the airtime to my greatest surprise the airtime i bought was not there and i was not owing airtime in fact i don't know the code of borrowing, this is not the first time this has happened to me so i can't load card and leave it on my phone without it been touched not fair and disappointing

                            Since january 2017 onwards by broadband billling increased largely. We do not know to talak with a humanbeing other than computer ivr. For the fear of disconnection, service interuption we have paid the amount. During this time i was sick and not able to move. When traveling posssibile i went to the kochi airtel office and registered a complaint no[protected].

                            Broadband line [protected] was subscribed from june 2011. Since january 2017 my broadband bill was increased enormously. For my dismay i do not know the reason, but i would like to know.. I have paid the amount because of the fear of disconnection and i was sick and not able to stepin your customer centre.. On june 16 line disconnected and july 16th i have paid final bill rs 6600 saying that to get waiver of previous bill have to pay dues rs 6600.

                            The amount charged since 2017 is

                            21 april rs 6000
                            23 april rs11500
                            19 july rs 6600
                            Dues 3886

                            Total rs 27986 for six months so per month 4664.

                            Before january the bill was only 3200/month there was an increase of average over 1450. I would like know why this increase because i am quite sure that the usage is not increased and you did not mention any tarif change also.
                            This is to inform you that our goverment is with the coorporate and corporate got courage to loot people.

                              Hi,

                              I have ported [protected] from Airtel UP East to Airtel MP. I had done it by visiting an airtel store and getting the number ported online using my thumb impression. I had submitted all the necessary documents along with Rs 300.

                              Last night, my earlier sim's network vanished. I inserted new sim (no.[protected]U) today morning at around 07:00 AM. Thereafter I dialled 59059 as instructed from Airtel. I received a message that the settings have been done and there is a need to restart the phone. After restarting, the network of new sim vanished. It has been more than 8 hours now and there is still no network.

                              In the meantime, I called Airtel's extremely insensitive customer service guys by borrowing someone else' airtel number. Airtel's customer care executives are asking me to wait for two days. They are talking as if I have committed a huge mistake by calling them. My experience of talking to those customer care executives today has been more pathetic than my problem per se.

                              It needs to be understood that my phone number is not working and I am very much dependent upon the same. I can not communicate to anyone and this has caused a lot of damages to me in last 15 hours

                              Had this been known to me, I would have ported to other service providers but not Airtel, who very brazenly were waiting for me to lodge complaints to resolve the issue and asking me to wait for 2 days from the time of complaints.

                              I am highly disappointed with Airtel's service, resolution to the problems I am facing and by their representatives who are putting all the efforts to annoy customers.

                              I also talked to the airtel store, I had visited to port my number, but they also turned out to be in the same league as of your customer care.

                              I will also highlight this issue on every possible forums.

                              Thank you for being such a pain airtel.

                                I have 2 networks. Unfortunately i take idea network to use the internet. Because of the low coverage of airtel network.in the first of this month i recharge my airtel network to enjoy the 'the biggest network of india' my bad luck airtel recharge is a trap. I can't use those things in my phone. And the customer executive behave really like bad and helpless. I hope a response from here. May be there is no favour response from this network. I would like to contact with trai. With all expectations still i am waiting for a good future experience with a'irtel'...

                                  I am using airtel 4g sim in 4g handset (Moto g4) but every time whenever i use internet it fluctuate the network with 3g so much as i recharged with 399 plan but didn't get the speed of 4g for 1gb daily usage as mentioned. I have so much problem with this network. I even get the speed as 10kbps. What is this nonsense.
                                  I am using airtel sim in sim1 slot.
                                  I am not using any other sim in sim2 slot.

                                    My airtel broadband connection did not work on 6-7, 13-15 and on 18th of august a service engineer visited but the connection worked only for an hour after which it is not working till date. When i called the customer care they asked me call after 2 hours then they will take my complain. No body at the company is bothered to take up the call or get my connection working.in the month of august i am without internet for 9 days. I mailed my request to them but haven't received any reply from them. I am attaching my copy of my email send and i haven't received any confirmation from them in this regard.

                                    Dear sir/ ma'am,
                                    I am an airtel broadband user for almost a year now and the the service quality has deteorated in the past month. My connection did not work from 6-7 then again on 12-15 and again on 17th. I made a complain a service engineer came it became functional for just an hour and since then my connection is not working. It's just 20th today and i have been without internet for 9 days in this month. I am fed up with your services you cannot provide me with proper internet connection for a single week. I called to make a complain today and they told me they cannot take my complain today. What am i supposed to do? Please can you tell me. I am regretting buying airtel connection. I pay you more than 1000 rs and you people cannot provide me working internet connection and forget about the speed. I bought a new modem for better speed but it is useless. Now i am asking people not to buy airtel because the service is so bad. Please provide me with a solution otherwise i will have to think about changing it because i am paying you to provide me internet. And i will not be making payment for the 9 days it was not working. Just provide me with a date when my problem will be resolved otherwise i will have to take some drastic action.

                                      I biught the airtel secure plan from airtel to keep my device covered.

                                      I have kept my phone on the referigerator for charging. Phone ranged many times and dur to vibration it fell down from the referigerator and diaplay got affected.

                                      Now the airtel says that claim is rejected because it eas negligence at your end. I want to know what does the negligence means. That means human should not keep the phone above ground level while charging, otherwise you are negligent.

                                      Its a smart way of earning from the customer. You cover only accidents that happens without negligence. I do not understand how the accident will happen if you are not negligent. Whats the meaning of the accidental damage insurance?

                                      I am surely gone take it to legal proceeding and let airtel prove in the court that keeping phone on referigerator for charging was negligence o[censored]ser and user should have been in front of the phone for one hour till the mobile is nit fully charged.

                                        I request to ported from your airtel gallery from vodafone to airtel on 04/08/2017 after 7 day vodafone closed the services from11/08/2017 afterthat airtel gallery are not able to start the mobiles number i submit adhar card and verify at my home till dated 20/08/2017 did not start the mobiles number my sim card is not activated. Also i visiting 8 to 9 times but non of staff is co-operating me. Therefore i requesting consumer forum to take some action and penalise because i lost 12000

                                        Due to this issue my all banking transaction gets stuck and i loose my business...
