I had received a call from your executive on 30th May'17 to port my number to Airtel. Thus, I had opted for porting. I have received an SMS from your end stating the number will be activated (port) on[protected]:35:00. At the same time Vodafone number is stopped working assuming Airtel would be activated but in reality, Airtel is yet to activate my number.

Recharge successful on[protected] at 07:03pm, mrp: rs 445.00, stax: rs58.04, talktime: rs1.00, transid [protected] 4g handset with 4g sim:unlimited all local+std, 1gb data/day, 70days. Other handset:unlimited all local+std, 1gb, 35days, t&c apply.

For the above recharge was done on may 3rd, 2017 and i'm using a 4g handset so i need to get this offer for 70 days....

Since 24th may 2017 i am not able to make/receive calls from my residential address. I have raised complain with airtel and complain number is 76525621 but they don't seem serious to resolve it. I even escalated to the nodal and appallate team but they look helpless as it seems to be network issue. I dont knwo what to do as have tried everything. Even attempted to complain against trai but there is no such provision in their system so please...

This is with regards to my newly ported number [protected], name surender.

I recharged my new number with 149 through myairtel app by browsing plan, where benifits of this plan were mentioned as below

"unlimited all local & std airtel mobile calls and 300mb 3g/4g data for 4g handset (50 mb for other handset) t&c apply validity: 28 days"

But i have got only 600 mb of data,...

I took airtel hotspot device from one of the airtel dealer, letria marketing, frazer town, bangalore on may 30th 2017. The sales peron jaswanth who came to my office to deliver the device told the sim will be activated within 24hrs. But even after one week it is not activated. The hotspot device also stopped working. Service providers blocked my card since 10 days due to no credit in the card
