After writing a number of mails and repetative calls at your company regarding my issues, i received the calls of your executive, some of them made me promises that turn out to be fake at later stages while some of them said they would be calling me back in sometime but till now i dont find any resolution to my problems.

As a 11 year old customer of your company, i request you to please look upon this...

Data was been working from 3 1/2 weeks complaint complaint they could not sought it just call without my permission they used to close the complaint just on 5 th of june it started working and today barred my services as i didn't pay the bill i had great loss with the data not working i informed them i won't be paying as it was not used but i had to pay for realizing it kindly find me solution from this my mobile number which had problem...

I am an airtel user for last 4 years.in the month of january 2017 i activated a plan for 4g data (Name of the plan: booster @250 for 1gb 4g data) and that the customer executive told me that the plan will be deactivated after one month. But to my surprise the plan is still activated for the last 4 months and i am paying for the same as i did not noticed the bill.
So kindly reimburse me the amount of rs 1000 as soon...

In the last month i paid my bill on 5th june rs. 350/- against rs.344.69
I requested to discontinue the facility of 1 g. B. From my connection.
Now i understand that again your company has charged extra charges for 1 g. B data.
I also understand that there is grace period of 3 days after the due date in post paid bills. But your company has charged rs. 100/- as late payment charges.
I request you to reverse rs....

Recharged vide referencr no[protected] on 30th may at 11.13 am. I complained with detail on face book page. One ms shivani called me on 2nd june from customer care and assured that my problem will be solved within 24 hour & she supposed to call me back but after 10 days she did not call back & my problem not solved. I request u to look in to the matter as early as possible. Thank you

I want to switch to 4g, i had visited airtel store many times but all possible ways were tried by those guys but i didn't get 4g.
They sent new 4g sim 20 digit no. To 121
From my old sim and i get message to reply with 1, and i replied with 1, it says 4g
Will activate after some time but my old sim network never goes and never get network on new 4g sim.

My mobile no. Is [protected] have been recharged on 26/04/2017 with rs. 550/- at that time balance was 702 rs. After that we did not use this mb. No. More presently it is showing nil balance.
