I wanted to change the ownership of my airtel prepaid sim from my mother's name to my name. When i got in touch with airtel gallery or the customer care, i am told that i will need to convert it to postpaid to get the ownership changed. I don't understand the problem in changing the ownership keeping the number as prepaid when a simple mnp procedure to other operator will do it for me.in fact the gallery guy even suggested me to move to vodafone if i don't want to convert to prepaid.

    Hi, my airtel number is [protected].
    I have an internet plan already active (Rs. 199 for 4 gb). I received another sms yesterday that my rs. 102 plan will get auto renewed in 2-3 days. I want to cancel my auto renewal of that obsolete 102 plan as i have much better plans now. But airtel does not let me cancel it anywhere. Every month i try to cancel, but there is no option anywhere to cancel. When i check by dialing ssid code, it says i have no services active, but it is active. I sent hundreds of emails to [protected]@in. Airtel.com but got absolutely no response, nor seen any auto confirmation - meaning my complaints not even registered in your fraud system. I logged in to my airtel account online and see, no single service requests registred. I tried to submit fro my airtel account also, after filling up entire form and submitting, no ackknowledgement and no tickets raised for my issue. I downloaded airtel app and raised through that, still after clicking submit my request/ complaint didnt get submitted. Bloody frauds. I called 121, they said select 1 for english. I pressed 1 and it took me to kannada line. After that i hung up and called again, now i dont even get language selection options, it always answers in kannada and gives me options i dont understand. Cancel all my auto renewals else i will take you guys to courts, and not just that i will paste every single day of my life on facebook/ twitter/ social media about your fraudulent behavior.

    Airtel is not providing aforementioned benefit under best recharge for prepaid customers. They deduct money have give [censored] plan instead of mentioned offer. They are doing fraud by showing fake offers on their website airtel.in and also on my Airtel app

      This was the email i sent to airtel but i haven't got any solution.
      Hi team,

      Hope this mail finds you well.

      Kindly is regarding broadband no: [protected]_kk,

      The cycle started on 11th june within 5 days the update on the site shows 91gb is consumed out of 100gb.

      The above analysis is absolutely inaccurate. Since the attached file show the broadband consumption as 36.611gb. This data is pulled from my account on www.airtel.in

      According to me, my previous plan was 40 gb which i converted to 100gb before the new cycle beginning. So it was reflected in your system late so 36 gb was consumed out of 40gb and after the request was successfully proposed, values were extrapolated to 91gb out of 100gb.

      I request you to go through the excel sheet 1, 2, 3 and see the actual usage depicted by your site.

      Kindly rectify this matter as soon as possible cause this is completely unprofessional behavior from airtel. I had to calculate each and every day's consumption because you all were incompetent to do so yourself. We are completely disappointed by this fraudulent behavior on your behalf.

      Thank you for your kind cooperation and assistance regarding this matter and i hope this gets rectified as soon as possible. Also, please take note of this bug in your system and rectify it.

          I have made a request for portability my 2 airtel numbers which are [protected] & [protected] on 13th of june, since then everyday many time airtel's relationship manager ask regarding problem, i have told so many times that their network is not good where i am working but then also everyday new relationship manager calls and asking same again & again.
          It looks like they do not want me to port.

          I am really in trouble because of this.

            Hi,

            We are in uk. We have been chasing to surrender / cancel my connection from may..,

            However we have spoken to one of the airtel colleague, today. They said, they managed to ring the number `+[protected]` which is my mobile number, the airtel representative talked to the customer about the recent offers and got acknowledged from the customer other end they are happy to stay with offers, — this is a complete made up / cooked story, i would say.., this sim card is with me, i used the sim only during, banking transactions to get otp, other than that i would keep the sim away from mobile and kept it aside.

            This is a cooked up story / usual story whenever i asked about the status of my surrender request towards my broadband & landline. I am highly disappointed and unethical behaviour of airtel.

            We have already told, we are no longer in the country, we are in uk and kindly help us to make the process bit speed enough, but looks like no progress at all.

            We have been trying to genuine, and pay all the dues, surrender my landline & broadband, however airtel has been trying to rip off every month bills for the ununsed broadband & landline and still it is pending, and airtel is pushing me to the corner and try to milk every month for unused broadband & landline. I have already tired and sick of this unethical behaviour.

            Kindly help and do the needful asap please...

            I have been chasing Airtel lots of time. Please find attached the respective communications. In all the commu nications, they mentioned that the final bill would be generated on[protected] and today as of 6th response, airtel mentioned that the final bill would be generated on[protected].

            I literally don't understand why now the final bill date got delayed to[protected]???????

            In all the prior conversations it has been stated as[protected]. Why it got delayed? Why should I pay for you guys while I am not using your service at all. Close my connection asap asap.

            Please action asap. I don't want to pay unnecessarily. It is fault from airtel end for not closing the connection. Why should I keep on paying for their faults with the fact that I am not at all using the connecions!!!

            I literally don't understand why airtel broadband bill is generated again?????

            I received email stating as follows from airtel on 28-June-2017 at 9:00 AM stating as follows: (airtel services stopped and there is no outstanding amount!!)

            Please note that your airtel services have been stopped effective[protected]. Your reference number is 83840828.

            Kindly note that there is no outstanding amount due on your account.

            Why the bill is generated again???? This is so ridiculous. I am not at all using your services and we are in UK. This is causing more stress to us.

            Also note: I am in UK and my India mobile number is in UK and you can no longer contact me on my India phone.

            After closing the connection on 23-06-2017 and also confirmed that there are no outstanding dues in my account, Airtel has generated bill again and when I raised that, I didn't get any response from Airtel!!

            I literally don't understand why should I pay bill again after closing the connection, when there are no outstanding dues by that account.

            Airtel is trying to misuse and try to extract money from me. Please take the necessary action ASAP.

              Hi,

              My name is sukhdev and i am a customer of airtel number [protected]. I am very disappointed with the service provided to me. I did recharge of rs. 50 last week, however i have notice that both the time balance got deducted for no reason. A separate recharge was also done for internet purposes. I tried to get in touch with customer care on various number but not able to get through. To speak with customer care today 18-06-17 i did rs 50 recharge again with transaction id [protected] and found balance deduction again. Therefore, i had to take credit of rs. 10.

              I could not found way to speak with customer care executive except ivr which was not helpful to register a complaint and resolve the issue.

              Now i want call back from airtel to resolve the issue asap.

                But the recharge was not activated and after calling so many time to ur executives no action was taken. I have to face so much humiliation and disrespect.

                  I took a 10 days us plan for rd 2, 999. As per airtel s calculation i was there for 11 days. I have been charged for another 10 days plan without being informed when they have a daily plan of rs 700, which could be charged for the 11 th day. I gave this suggestion to the telecaller who was very rude and unaccomodating. I have this number with airtel for appx 19 years now.

                        I am really disappointed with airtel services like voice and 4g services. I missed many important calls (Including interview calls) due to this poor network. Even 4g is very slow like 2g. Whenever i use internet i got cross sign in my network. I want to change my network from airtel to some other network. This is the poorest network i have seen. Even jio network is better than airtel network.

                          Hi,

                          I could see an amount of 99+ is deducted as "international roaming" charges for a couple of times in the past and on dated 16/06/2017... The service provider is airtel. I would like to complain about it and need my money back (Amount of 99+) to my current account.

                          I raised a complaint regarding the same issue earlier and airtel have reverted the money back...

                          But still dont understand why you need to deduct the money and create unnecessary trouble to the customers...

                          I could see not only the roaming charges and you have deducted more and i dont know how you did the same...

                          I you want to have compete with the rivals do in a legal manner not to take money of customers...

                          Its worst on you.

                            I took an airtel postpaid corporate connection from airtel centre uppal hyderabad, agent named vikram gave me a sim and took all the required documents for verification and on same day which is[protected] i got a verification call from the verification people and sim started working and i used it for next 4 days and suddenly on[protected] the sim was blocked when i enquired about it i was told verification not completed since then i've been in touch with your associate vikram who only says he will send another person for verification but nothing happened till the date and now he has stopped responding my phone calls it's my humble request please solve this matter as soon as possible because i haven't used my sim but still you will ask me to pay the rental which i'll not

                                  On 2nd june 2017 i recharged my airtel prepaid with 349rs per 28 days unlimited calls package. But i'm being charged for all my voice calls. I recharged online and there was nothing mentioned about roaming. When airtel offers you unlimited pack i expect they mention all the terms and conditions.
                                  On myairtel app there is no way to check the terms and conditions lying below any packs. This is completely fraud.

                                  When i checked with customer care, they say that i'm in roaming, so, it is not free. The website doesn't mention about roaming.

                                    I am using airtel. My name is aayush bihani and my airtel no. Is [protected].
                                    I subscribed to airtel secure.
                                    Recently, my handset got damaged and i raised a claim and submitted the device with all the documents and information as required.
                                    On 16th june, 2017 l received a mail from airtel that my device repairing cost estimation is ₹19, 900 and the same has been submitted to insurance company for approval (The copy of same has been attached). I wrote numerous mails to airtel and requested airtel to send me itemized description of the repairs and rates for the repair estimation of ₹19, 900. As the new device cost is cheaper than the repair (The current market price of the handset has been attached) which in no case can be possible.

                                      We are facing "no internet access" issue with all of our airtel_4g data numbers (About 18 connections) from 15th june 2017 morning, till now there's no response from your support center even though we were paid the bill amount for every month on time.

                                      We have deposited the cheque number - 136596, cheque processing date - june 13th 2017, cheque amount filled - rs.17, 300/-, amount debited from our account is rs.17, 300/-.

                                      Airtel is acknowledging only rs.7300 and not the full amount. All our connections have been disconnected. Have no response to several emails to appellate as well as nodal.

                                      We plan a full migration out of airtel for good if no resolution by eod monday 19/06/2017
