I am requesting every day since three weeks and airtel local dealer said they do not have instruments for broadband. However, they are providing an instrument to a new customer in my colony on this monday and thursday. They simply lying and my first-month airtel bill is just enhanced because of calling these airtel people.

Is this is the airtel customer care policy?
My last complaint was 7 days ago, till nothing happened.
Are these companies only care about their profit, not service at all?
Is airtel and bharti group is really run like a company or call center?

    I also use airtel my app for best offers or recharges.. I check offer for my number [protected]. I see many offers i select 1198 pack for 70days unlimited local/std calls or daily 2.5gb. And i recharge my number for 1198.
    But received 5+5gb for 28 days..

    Please raise my complaint for recharge benifit not received..
    I[censored] have no solution for my money..
    I port my no. Another telecom..
    It's urgent issue, please clear in high priority..

      I'm airtel customer from more than 3 years. I m facing problems from march of 2017, as i had lot of issue with the 4g network. Where i used to recharge for 4g network but i used to get 3g network with to low speed with 2g network range i guess 2g network used to work better than what i'm getting promised as 4g network. Sometimes signals will vanish even being in a area where every network is available when my neighbour person can avail connectivity. I have raised several requests from march still problems has not resolved. I'll be calling customer care they give stupid reasons every time later a fake hope that it will be resolved within 48 hours 72 hours. Still i did not find any resolution.

        I am using airtel number from last 4 years i always pay bills in time,
        Now my number has been barred from last 3 days with out any reason and i faced many losses. I was contacting continusly customer care but they are fail to solving issue.
        Now i am helpless.
        I am very disappointed from airtel services, they dont care about customer.

        Form last 3 minths i am struggling to activate my 4g sim sim[protected]u. More than 4 times visited to airtel store maa comunication pin code 110096, even they didnt behave well and talk rudely to customer, all time they are said for wait. And said there is no tat for techinacal issues. More than 6 times i have called to 121 customer care, they are failed to solve my query evrn supervisor too. I have never expected this from bharti airtel.
        Very shameless.

        I have last option to port if with my 4g not propery activated with in 4 hours and i will never suggest anybody to use airtel services.

        I purchased Airtel postpaid sim two months back still the sim is barred without any reason. My sim address verification was done successfully sim gets activated and then gets barred after every three days from activation.
        This is the 8 times my sim got barred. Customer care number don't have any info about this and Airtel store can't do anything. They just opened their shop to sell sim like mangoes .They don't have any higher authority too.
        Airtel don't have any phone number to talk to on this matter.
        Worst service from Airtel. It's my corporate sim and they don't care . Don't buy Airtel sim . They are just fraudsters. I don't know whom to contact as they have no numbers also. Scamsters if sim card. Airtel worst customer support totally zero.

          I was using airtel for a year and all seemed fine with a few intermittent problems which were getting resolved. But in april 2017 - i started getting only 3g signal or no signal. It was low speed. I complained continuously for 20 days (Atleast 7 times) - but they did not resolve it. Then they said this is the best they can provide and i need to live with it. Hence i withheld the payment. They then proactively cut off the connections.

          Their ad says they provide high speed 4g. So they are fooling me by giving 3g after charging me so high.

          They didnt fix it hence my ended up wasting 2000+ rs which i had spent on buying the airtel hotspot. I had to buy a new one for idea as airtel was incapable of providing me with 4g.

          Now they shamelessly harass me for the bill payment of two months. I dont think i should pay it as they provided 3g for a whole month and i lost my money on hotspot (Due to their incapability to provide services).

          Repeated calls and mails have fallen on deaf ears.
          I contacted the nodal office with all details but it was futile.

          Please help

            Cannot activate a pack and send sms/messages

            I have tried activating the offer of ₹147 4gb 4g/3g pack in *121*1#, after completion of the process it says that i will recieve a message shortly but it has been almost a day after my trial of activating the pack but i didn't get my pack activated. Please help, its urgent and important.
            I have recently upgraded my sim from 3g to 4g but after that i cannot send messages or use *121#/or anything related to this, when dialing *121#...

            Kindly take some time to address the issue mentioned in the ticket # 82941264. Its been almost a month since i have lodged this complain.
            I have been following up on this many times and spoke to different executives and manager however nothing has helped us so far.
            Most frustrating part is reaching to executives and time spent during such calls without any fruitful result.

            I have been promised for landline phone with new connection and its close to a month and still they haven't provided the device.
            They are closing the tickets without providing any solution.

              Hi team, a request for refund was raised around 3 months ago, but still no refund received. Payment made twice, so one should be refunded back. Scenario was, i requested to change my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid and as per the executive instruction, i made full and final payment of my postpaid number till date. Also the same amount deducted from my credit card as well due to auto debit instructions.

              Please refund the money asap.

                This is my 3rd or 4th complaint regarding my network issues ans i am really fed up. I have call your customer care services but still the issue is same. People in my contact are keep complaining about why my phone is out of coverage and i can not surf online anything without buffering. There was a time when i use to have strongest network in the basement but now its not even in open areas.

                  Just now i recharged 50rs talk time. The services which are 1. Gamepind 2. Tiny ty service got activated twice in my mobile without any intimation. We are unable to talk any customer care executive since they are not giving any option to talk executive and 4 more services (Lifestyle, biscootstore, comedy munch, silkvideo) are awaiting to be activated if i recharge more. Kindly resolve and credit the amount immediately.

                  Airtel se bada Haraami... Kutta... Kameena.. Chor.. Daaku... Lutera.. India me milna impossible hai.. Ye Sala ek number ka beimaan hai aur besharm hai... Kutta sala haraami.. Sale ko doob ke mar jana chahiye.. Ye criminal hai... Pta nhi government isko punishment kyo nhi deti... Maine 3 month ka unlimited pack liya tha jiski validity 19.06.2018 tak hai... But Internet ki speed 4G ke naam pe 2G jaisi thi... Abhi 1hr before Maine port ka message send karne ke liye Rs. 20/- ka recharge karaaya because main balance zero tha.. Recharge ka Rs.14/- ka balance mila.. & immediately Rs. 5/- & Rs. 7/- deduct ho gaye.. & Spuulmovies & Silkvideo ke naam se unknown service apne active ho gayi.. I m still surprised... In kutte kameene Airtel ke owner ko public ke saamne hang kar dena chahiye ye sala criminal hai... India ko loot rha hai... Customer care ka number bhi continuesoly busy ja rha hai.. Mera mobile no.. [protected] hai..

                    Hello, I want to complain about my bad internet connection. I have two sim of airtel. Both are in my phone. One is showing 2G network while other is showing 3G network. I change their slot also. But it is showing 2G.Please reset my network setting of mobile no.[protected].
                    Both are 4G Sims.

                      This is serious problems facing due to disconnection of airtel mobiles from home flat 412 Gharonda chamundeswari apartment Azamabad Hyderabad 20 and no of compliants given from mobile and written in authorized center. But no use . Because it is serious, when important and urgent calls going on were abruptly off which is worst inconvenience

                          I have recharged 349 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer.

                              Please bring back the animax channel. I love it. It is a really good channel and i can't live without those great funny and action shows.

                              This channel is different from other cartoon shows. It is fun to watch it and teens love this channel.

                              All other dth service providers have animax in their channel list but airtel doesn't have it and it makes me really disappoted.

                              Please bring animax back. Airtel is otherwise really a great dth service.

                                I vinay kharde had taken new connection on 15 may 2017 as earlier i was using cug plan of my previous organization rosenberger electronic india pvt ltd. I had paid rs 300/- to airtel store near goregaon railway station, mumbai and my hr had given noc for transfer my mobile no [protected] to personal from cug plan. For new connection i had taken plan of rs 799/- rent in which all outgoing call are free (Including roaming).

                                When i received first bill for new connection of my mobile no [protected] was shocking as the amount had exceed and was charge to me worth rs 87, 800/- (Eighty seven thousand and eight hundred). When i follow up with airtel customer care as per them it was transfer from old account of my previous company. I am really not able to understand if my old organization given noc for my separation of my mobile no. Than why i am charge for there n-user account. Under there cug plan all the employee in india is using airtel connection and customer care is saying me to pay the same amount which i had not used.

                                Requesting you to give me justice and help me to resolve the above case. I am receiving message saying your going call will be barred.

                                My outgoing call, Data facility is been blocked. Really overall very bad experience with airtel as they are transferring amount of company to single user account even after receiving NOC from company. Customer care is not at all supporting and telling story. No one is bother to solve the problem. Airtel customer approach to resolve the issue had really disappointed.

                                  My airtel postpaid number is [protected]. I had 16gb of 4g dataand i used only 6gb and after using 6gb my data speed was reduced to almost less than speed of 2g. This same thing happened last time also in previous billing cycle. Also airtel is not responding anything about.
                                  The point is they dont have any solution to it.
                                  I request you to please help me with it.
                                  Very dissatisfied with the services by airtel.

                                    Recharged for 99*79 (My uncle no) towards the activation of international
                                    Roaming (Usa) for rs. 3, 998/- on 19 may 2017 valid for 30 days. The have not
                                    Activated service to that no. We have inquired the airtel customer care team (Over voice call and email) before and after the recharge regarding this and requested them to resolve the issue. They continuously asked for more time to clear it. Even after 28 days we could not avail the service. Due to this we have faced a major stress mentally and psychologically. Also, we have requested them to refund the money for which they are reluctant to do so.

                                      On last saturday 10-june-2017, i have requested convert my post-paid number to prepaid at airtel office, check below address

                                      Viman pride, viman nagar,
                                      Air port road,
                                      Pune,
                                      Maharashtra 411014.

                                      They told me your prepaid card with active after 48 hours. There was no sms came from airtel within 48 hours. So on tuesday 13-june-2017 i went again to service center to know the problem.
                                      They told me some pairing issue it will resolve next 48 hours, i wait till thursday 15-june-2017 still there is not update from service center or air tel. So i was again go to service center but answer is again same.

                                      Today 16-june-2017 still my card not convert into prepaid.
