    I am very disappointed from airtel customer care response.

    I have added money before 6 days but money not added in my airtel payment bank account with transaction id xxxxxxxx has failed but money deducted in my bookmyshow wallet account.

    I have write two mails with your reference case id [case: xxxxxx], [case: xxxxxx] but after 6 days not any response from your side.

    I have already discuss bookmyshow and i have already give you successful bookmyshow transaction id xxxxxxx.

      I was offered a plan of 1000 local+std minutes (With conference and maharashtra roaming), 1 gb 4g data and 300 (National + local sms) by airtel executive by the name of ms. Nimmi to port my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. No executive visited and all the details were shared on whatsapp number of ms. Nimmi together with my id proofs. However, when the number got ported, i got only 340 minutes and 200 sms plan for rs.299. Upon contacting airtel, they say that they have no details of the same and the current plan is the only plan. Now there is no response from ms. Nimmi's number.

      This is a big cheating racket to port customers into airtel and then offer an inferior plan by misrepresenting them. I will take the p

        Last sunday my phone was lost and therfore i asked my local airtel retailer to apply for retaing my old number. After that when i contacted the customer care of airtel, they said that my number is registered in someone's else name.

        I am a customer since 2003 and i am sure the sim is in my name. I think they misplaced their data records which is their major fault.
        Now when i am applying to retain the same number then they are given different conditions and forcing me to convert my sim into postpaid.
        I want to retain my old number because there are many important customers of mine as i am a business man.
        I didnot expect this kind of service from a brand like airtel. I am therefore urging to look after this matter.

          Hi, my airmen number is +91 [protected]. I'm using airtel for about 7 years. Few months back my basic traffic automatically changed to 100praise/60second. I'm completely disappointed. I call customer care many time to change my traffic to normal second paise but i didn't get any help form your side.

              Hi, yesterday i bought a sim for upgrading my sim card and they said to upgrde in 24 hours and till now i have not got my 9gb data for upgrading my sim card into 4gb. Till now the time has passed from 24 hours and i dont know the sim is upgraded or not but i have not got my 9gb as upgrding my sim card into 4g.                       My number was [protected], after the cyclone in chennai no one was even bothered of picking up the calls for complaints so that time i decided to disconnect the connection and i had sent an email and they replied back that my connection will be disconnected within 7 days. All amounts were settled then too, airtel company persons calls me everyday every hour to pay the bill. For what should i pay the bill. It was your company's​ mistake that they didn't disconnect. Why should we suffer for that. Iam attaching the email images. Please take this in a serious consideration.

                        I am using airtel, in my area i'm facing network coverage issues from past 14 days, i raised a complaint on 1 june 2017, but till now there is no resolution to this issue.in these 11 days i contacted customer care people for multiple times and as well as appellate team 2 times. But there is no progress and no one came to my area to check the situation here. Here are my complaint reference numbers 7661605, 7675410, f[protected], f[protected]. And one more thing without resolving the issues they are closing the tickets after 5 days. They are telling that the tickets will automatically close in 5 days. I need an immediate action from airtel people.

                          This recharge amount has been debited from my bank but does not show in my airtel account.

                          Customer service registered a complaint # [protected] and one mr. Mallesh was not only rude but cut off the connection when i asked to talk with his manager. My next customer service call ended in a similar way.

                          I have always trusted airtel - is airtel trying to rob me of my rs.299? Please resolve this issue or refund the amount credited.

                          Side note: i am unable to recharge using paytm.

                              My broadband connection has not been working for the past ten days. Despite calling them every single day, there has been no response to this and the issue remains unresolved. All i heard were empty promises and till date no technician has even visited my premises to rectify the problem. On top of that i have been billed much higher than usual for the month despite not even using internet.

                                This is the worst experience i am facing with airtel dth since last 3 days. After calling multiple times and receiving many calls from team, there is no solution provided by technical team. I am only getting assurance that my problem will resolved but no result. Technician only ask whether it;s a paid service or under warranty and as its come under warranty period, none on the technician has visited till now, even they stopped responding to my calls.

                                Please do let me know if i have to opt for the paid service??? I can go ahead with this...

                                    Need your help as i have raised my recharge query on last monday date 5.06.2017 but still no solution given by airtel, airtel executive has given me wrong information, sunday on 4th june 17 i have discussed with customer care executive about recharge i have asked him one question if i'll do recharge for 1year then what benefit will you provide to me then that girl said don't do recharge of 1 year do recharge of 10 months & you will get 2.5 month free service & there won't be any changes in your current channels including hd, rather you will get 32 hd channels. I have immediately done recharge of rs 4360 for 10 month as i am doing recharge of 460 per month it got activated yesterday but when i checked yesterday night i saw few channels were not there, star movies hd, star movies select hd, mn+ hd, z studio hd. I called twice since yesterday night but not getting any revert just executives are saying we wll call you but no response.
                                    Pls do the needful & resolve my query.
