My handset is:-iphone 6 plus
Issues facing related network at my residential location, pincode is:-396150 (Sanjan)
Issue is that internet is not working properly at my residence and specially in night time from 7:00pm till 12:00am midnight.3g network doesn't work even there is a good network coverage of 3g.
Only 2g network works. I had calling customer care since last 3 days but just they all are registering complain there's no any solution regarding this issue. The customer executive say's the network coverage is excellent at my locality through open network but the problem is still facing to all the airtel user in my area. Since from week just airtel taking complain but there's no resolution over it.
Please take my complain against airtel so that they can understand the emotion of the customer and can give full benefit to the customer who have paid for it.

    In our area airtel network is worse,, i called your costumer care gap of every 3days, every time they told me the network will be sort out, our technical team is working on that,, that things happened still 3 months,, they told me in your area you font have good network so please you contact to your nearest costumer care office for installation a network tower, i have my own land 30 mtrs distance from main road,, but they didn't contact me still today... Why this?? What have they problem?? I don't understand,, i & we cant use 3g network also, so where is 4g sir or madam? My contact number - [protected] & [protected]

        Airtel company is cheating us on name of data given with broadband plans. We have plan of 1600rs with180 gb data. For past two months we are noticing that even if we are not using it shows 180 gb consumed by end of the month.
        We are not downloading or watching online. Just surfing can bever consumethis much data. Infact when we use jio 1gb does no finishes wven if we watch so many videos online.
        This is a serious concern and should be attended. If not we will be left with no choice to change our isp.

        Yesterday i switched off my router when it was showing 92 GB left when i opened the airtel application to check data balance it shows 91 GB . How can data be lost when the router is switched off. It clearly shows airtel is cheating us.

        I have not got any call from your airtel to resolve our concern infact i would like to inform you till yesterday i had 71 GB left my account and in a single day airtel data balance shows the usage as 100%. When i went back to see my detail usage i was shocked to see 51 GB used from 3:30 AM till 11:30 AM, when my router was switched off and by rest of the day complete 20 GB was finished. You people are making foll of your customers but don't you dare think that, we have already sent the request for disconnection and will never opt again.

          Hello, i am getting very low speed since last 8 days from airtel. I just ported in to airtel from vodafone, thinking of getting a better internet speed. For first month they game me good speed. But after that since 8 days i am getting extremely low speed. They are saying its 4g, but this isnt. They are giving like 3-4 mbps pathetic speed. Please dont buy airtel. Also there are some network issues of this provider.

          After complain, I got a call from Airtel CC, who was asking what problem I am facing. I said net speed. He asked are you facing this issue to your location or also at the other location. I said "Few locations" for sure. He said, lets do one thing, I am gonna re-push your internet settings to your mobile number from here (online). You just give us 24 hours, meanwhile you just check whether there is any difference in these 24 hours. I will call you tomorrow and ask you the feedback. I said OK.
          24 Hours passed and the person didnt call me back as promised. Now coming at the issue, I got little good speed which is 8 MBps (cannot be called as 4G) for that single day only. And again it went back to the previous track. Low speed...
          Now even worse, I am having frequent connection dropout issues. Sometimes I cant even download Whatsapp videos. I am attaching a speedtest screenshot below to show you guys what speed I am getting in the name of 4G. And before commenting something foolish like "may be your FUP is over", let me tell you this is pre FUP speedtest : - http://beta.speedtest.net/result/[protected]

          OK, it has been more than a month and half since I made this complaint, and it hasn't resolved yet. What shocking is, the status of this complaint is marked as 'Resolved". Current speedtest result is enclosed with this last response of mine. If higher authorities can look into the current "Complaint marked as resolved" issue when actually it hasn't, thank you. I think, porting out is the solution.

          Authority may close this complaint after the Airtel CC make their final statement on this from now.
          Airtel has bogus algorithm, instead of playing victim against Safaricom offer quality services, we invest in valuable products not some ridiculous products like yours. For example when you decide to buy Airtel bundles then decide to go back (#to go back) by pressing# suddenly something weird happens, the button either buys airtime or it kopas some money, and that's only one out of so many bogus algorithms. Are you guys even serious with your work? You'll never ever out do Safaricom ever with those services. You are a disappointment. V.Poor customer services.

            I had recharge 349 plan on 1118th june 2017 2017 as per terms & conditions given on website "4g handsets with 4g sim : unlimited local & std a2a mobile calls with 1gb data per day.
            A day before i spoke to the customer care representative and he said if you recharge you will get this offer. So i recharged it. Now today is wednesday and my balance is zero and i my internet connection is suspended by airtel.

            A week before i recharged with 36 rs. And i didn't even get the internet pack and the balance got over in 1 days time.

            Jio is 100times better atleast they are not cheating us.

              It's been more than a 7 days since i am facing internet connectivity problem on my phone. Firstly, i visited a nearby airtel store thinking that they provide the best of the services to their customers and these people will solve my problem. Upon visiting, these people said that they'll raise a complaint and the technical team will work in my problem and will be contacting me within 24 hours. So, as i had no other options i had to wait for 24 hours and luckily sunday came in between and the store was shut. I waited for whole sunday and visited the store on monday evening. After visiting the store for the second time, i was asked to visit janakpuri branch airtel store and these people are unable to solve the issue for me. I visited the same janakpuri store 3 times in the past 4 days. These people simply have no idea about what all problems i am facing due to poor internet services provided to me by airtel. On an average it took 90 minutes for me to wait for my turn and get addressed for the same issue thrice!!!
              Out of 7-8 seats for airtel agents i barely see 3-4 agents on there seats and helping other people like me. So it's been more than 7 days that i am facing internet service issue from airtel.
              I never expected airtel to provide such pathetic services to their customers.
              I'll make sure that no one in my uses airtel service now onwards and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
              I became a part of airtel family thinking that they provide the best of everything!!!
              But by far this is the worst costumer handling that i've experienced.
              So, problem is still the same and my issue is not yet resolved.

                W. R. T to my complaint p[protected] nothing has been done now.
                Complaint:
                1. I have billing discrepancies from last 3-4 months.
                2. A new booster pack of 250 is activated which is never requested by me. Closure of same has been reported in apr but the same is continuing till now.
                3. A refund of 150 in two months is been refunded saying that that is the only limit authorised to customer car rep. And rs 100 for 2 months will be refunded in next month bill. But till now nothing is actioned.
                4. Wap service of 49 in jun bill is showing which is also not opted.
                5. A amount of 300 is not paid by me from jun 2017 bill after debiting all this expenses.
                Kindly look into the matter as i have no option left to go in trai or consumer forum if this is not settled in 3-4 days.

Panth of sum rs-2100 on 24th aprail but then some reason my address (Residence) will be changed. On new location are not confirming by these executive & told me applying to refund the amount. So after approx. 50 days was not refund my amount & not give any response.

                    I used the my airtel app to recharge my shillong mobile number [protected]. The recharge was of rs.501 with 5gb data. Money was deducted from my bank account but no recharge, as the page said "something went wrong". Neither money nor recharge, i got nothing i want a refunded asap or applied 5gb data

                      I am unable to do any form of online recharge (Myairtel, paytm, mobikwik, chillr, payzapp) and easy recharge is also not working.

                      I have been complaining about the same issue for months together now.

                      They simply tell me that they'll get back within 2 days or 3 days and nothing happens.

                      The airtel store is another big lie. They tell right in front of you that they have mailed with the concerned team and they do nothing about it.
                      (The airtel store in escape mall inside manyata tech park)

                      I don't know how a person can send a mail with 3 or 4 key presses.

                      Worst service ever. Till now i'm able to attend only incoming calls.

                      I cant provide my mobile number for security reasons. If anyone from airtel wants to contact.

                        I am a happy airtel dth customer with 1 year infinity pack worth rs 5500/- subscription and there was a huge fire broke out at our home, gutted all to ashes. I requested to airtel's fb page informing that about the incident and to replace/install a new set retaining my old connection number which was "[protected]". They accepted my complain and created a service request/ticket # 62270775, after that i received a call from another airtel customer care officer informing that i have to provide the damage set-top box to replace, i replied since it was all burnt i wont be able to provide the damage set-top box.

                        Again i received another call from airtel customer care from +91-[protected], he suggested me to get a new airtel dth connection by paying rs[protected]Approx) and remaining package from my old connection (300days+) can be transfer to the new connection. I agreed and ordered a connection online - new customer connection/id = [protected].

                        When i was contacted by my local distributor team about installing the new connection, they said transferring the package thing cannot be done/not possible from the distributor side. Then i thought if i get a new connection and later the transfer process doesn't happen???

                        I need someone from airtel side in writing about the package transferring process or please replied here so that i can go ahead to install the new connection.

                          My name is avishek singh consumer for airtel postpaid number [protected] since 2012 and hopefully a good customer. However, since 24th february 2017 till 27th of april 2017, i was not using my services as i my phone was lost while going to bangkok and when i returned i found my phone at the airport and meanwhile airtel was still billing me. I requested airtel to let me pay what i owed and remove the charges which weren't used by me. Despite of me paying the amount asked by the collection agency and was promised that my services will be reactivated but now when i call them they deny doing it. And when i checked the bills, they have all sorts of charges which i never subscribed for.

                            I have a mobile number with Airtel, Karnataka circle. I wanted to recharge my account. When I went to airtel's recharge interface, it showed the best offer for my number. The offer was recharge with Rs197. The benefits include unlimited local+STD calls and 1GB 3G/4G data for 28 days. I did the recharge by paying Rs197/ on line. After recharge, I got the message that unlimited call is only for 2 days. However, I got the data of 1GB for 28 days validity. I felt their way of description is unclear and misleading, just to trap the customer.

                              I am using airtel account (Same number) for more than 12 years. Last 3 months, i am getting messages regarding activation of value added services (Vas). I have not requested any services but suddenly receiving messages and charged against my bill. Last month, my bill amount got doubled and went to rs.1200.

                              I had registered a complaint to airtel and they said i need to send mail or call customer support to get a waiver of the charges every time.

                              This is practically impossible to call customer support or mail to stop the service and get a waiver off. Also services are getting renewed every week if not monitoring and deactivating the services.

                              Today also one service got activated and charged rs. 35 for one week. I have not requested for this service (Didn't send any mail or call or sms for activation). Also i have not clicked any add in web pages.

                              How these services are getting activated without customers request / knowledge? I had asked airtel for a permanent solution. But no solution.

                                I bought airtel broadband connection on 14.06.2017. Within one hour of buying the usage of data showed that 50 gb data has been consumed. I filed a complaint at 121 and then nodal. Neither of them are willing to explain how the data got consumed and are forcing me to pay forit. They didnt even accept my disconnection of number plea. Ltd." we are a recruitment company with 3 members in office who use naukri.com and download resume in word and use outlook) wants to bring to your notice that we bought a plan in april 2017 (Inr 899 /60 gb) and paid advance of rs 3102 later i was asked to pay rs. 4 god knows for what? I paid...

                                  After that i started to check data usage report on airtel app, how much usuage my team is doing...in a day...

                                  I saw that on 14th june my data usage is 100 % (60 gb consumed in just 10 days (Exclude sundays and half day of saturday) so i bought 5gb smart bytes, but to my surprise they got consumed in just 1 and 1/2 day and speed was very slow. My business suffer alot because of this...

                                  I then called customer care... And bought 25 gb for 200, today its 18th sunday to my surprise... My whole data is consumed.

                                  My office hours are from 9:30 - 6:00 pm (My team leave the office on time) 2 saturdays in a month are half day. All sunday off, then how come 8gb got consumed today on sunday... I want airtel most respected team to take quick action on the same.

                                  As my small yet very important business suffers and i will be in huge loss (It will hardy effect airtel), not only this i can not make my customer unhappy because of this, i understand what is a customer.

                                  For your reference i have shared a print screen of today's (18th june) usuage...

                                    I have been availing the airtel broadband services for over three years during which i had found that airtel resorted to unfair practices like not informing customers o[censored]pgraded plans that they were rolling out. Eg: when they were supporting 16 mbps they didn't inform me that it was there until i forcefully asked them to update my plan; it was the same with their 40 mbps plan as well.in may 2017, i had raised a request for increasing my plan to 40 mbps which they had rolled out to new customers. They took two weeks to work out feasibility and had the vfiber apparatus installed in my house, and had upgraded my plan. Their 40 mbps plan is cheaper than their 16 mbps plan. However it had stopped working after 4-5 days after which i couldn't get them to resolve the issue for a month. During this time, i had
                                    1.) called customer care for at least 15-20 times but they did not send any technician to check the faulty line at home
                                    2.) raised the issue to their nodal level, after which i had received around 10-15 calls. They promised to provide free service to compensate for the two weeks i had no broadband. However, they still didn't fix the issue, always telling me that their back end is fixed. They sent a technician home to investigate the issue and he said that the back-end is at fault.
                                    3.) raised the issue to their appellate level, who did not do anything better but tell me that their back end is fixed. Yet another technician was sent who told me that their box is broken. After this, they went back to telling that their back end is fixed.

                                    After all the back-end fixing and no broadband working at home, i was asked to pay the bill for till the date of request for cancellation and for the cost of the vfiber device they had installed at my home, which implies that they don't want to take liability for an issue which they were supposed to resolve.

                                      I have internet pack of rs 96. I called customer care yesterday to stop this service and the cso assured that the service would be stopped. Today i get a message that it has been renewed and rs 96 was deducted. He should have guided me the right procedure. I called again today but the customer care were not helpful. I would not like to continue with such service. The cso should be clear in their instruction or should have enough knowledge to guide the customer the right procedure. Kindly revert the money in my account.

                                        From last 3 month i am facing problem in my airtel no [protected] regarding network. I have complained several time to customer executives but solution received. Now i have been to transferred to other state and requested for porting the number. All my outstanding is cleared and as informed by customer care i have paid unbilled amount also. It. S more than 7 days, but my number is not yet ported. Everyday customer care is calling and i am fed up of giving same answer everyday.
