I am customer of airtel since last 15 years. I was believing in airtel because of it's maintained quality. I have transferred from gujarat to maharashtra (Pune) since october 2016 and since that time i have done circle porting. Since 5 months, constantly i am calling to airtel customer care regarding my network (Data) but i haven't achieved any help or any improvement. I checked my sim's cover over open network website and found data towers ars weak and send snapshot to airtel customer care. They already accepted that there is network problem nearest my area however they are failed to improve. It's been more than 6 months however there is same situation at the moment and wrong promise that it will be improved soon. I tried all troubleshooting options and even finally i replaced sim card too but there is same data network problems even after paying high charges. They always make customers wrong that everything is good and change phone or sim nothing more than thay. Really such a worst company ever. I would better suggest fo for jio. Accepted there is bit problem but really hats off. What to say about internet.

    I travelled usa on 10may midnight, actually 11th early morning. Two days before i called airtel to subscribe for international roaming and specifically to usa. They helped me to select a one month plan and said it gets activated once i land. Package amount was rs 3990.
    I returned back on 6th june (3 weeks only), airtel has send bill of rs 22000. This is unacceptable and they are telling, it not their guys mistake. Please see attached documents. Even after 17june, they have kept my roaming subscription active. This is nothing but cheating.

      Your company excutive promised to me on 17/04/17 that i should pay just 500 rupees per month from 17/04/17. Excutive id code[protected]. But for me the received bill 1200/- for april month. This is not fare. I will pay only 500/- as promised by excutive. Remaining 700 i am not going to pay. If accepted i will pay 2 months money. And i will continue my plan.         Hi, i bought this sim in my moms name and address (Banu mathi k) and i lost this sim 16th may 17 after which i went to customer care where they told me sim is on name ganesan? Seems like wrong details has been updated in my number. Is this our fault also in chennai service centres they say that i cannot get back my number. Is this what a loyal customer can get from your service. This number is important for us and we need it back. Is there any way we could do that? Thank you.

        Airtel asked for the new sim no one which retailer started recreating process. We couldn't track the retailer and his shop is no more . No hope on this case. Many of my friends and relatives has some others address on their number I don't know what airtel is going to do about this. This is useless to talk on. Asked to close the request .

I got a call from the recovery dealer from jodhpur to pay the amount they told to pay 4000 and they will clear all the amount. Now paying that amount still i had a due and also the whole month of may my incoming was not provided. Even i have call records also that after paying the amount they will provide my all services.

                Hello i am a vodafone user. And couple days back i got call from airtel two from agency saying they are offering unlimited calling and 1 gb 4g data for everyday

                After porting is about to finish when i ask for confirmation about the plan they saying that plan is over and they can't give me that plan

                This is a smart way of cheating that habituated by so called india's fastest network airtel

                They do not find find any alternatives to beat the competition with other networks

                If you have the call records (Audio) of those person / agency just put a case in consumer court. Consumer court surly give better solution with compensation. Also write a RTI letter to TRAI and copy to service provider (Airtel). They would impose some penalty against Airtel.

                      This is regarding the commitment made by the company person in april 2017. The bill of my number ie [protected] is pending of rs, 2700/- and he told me to deposit 2300 and rest of the amount will be deducted from your account. The same amount not posted yet and my number is barred due to non payment of 6th june bill for which due date is 21st june. If company had deposited rs 2300/- in my account why should they don't post the waiver committed in same account simultaneously.
                      Now due to the late fees waiver is pending in my account they barred my outgoing and telling us that this is your fault. I did not understand what company wants from their customers.

                        I am requesting every day since three weeks and airtel local dealer said they do not have instruments for broadband. However, they are providing an instrument to a new customer in my colony on this monday and thursday. They simply lying and my first-month airtel bill is just enhanced because of calling these airtel people.

                        Is this is the airtel customer care policy?
                        My last complaint was 7 days ago, till nothing happened.
                        Are these companies only care about their profit, not service at all?
                        Is airtel and bharti group is really run like a company or call center?

                            I'm airtel customer from more than 3 years. I m facing problems from march of 2017, as i had lot of issue with the 4g network. Where i used to recharge for 4g network but i used to get 3g network with to low speed with 2g network range i guess 2g network used to work better than what i'm getting promised as 4g network. Sometimes signals will vanish even being in a area where every network is available when my neighbour person can avail connectivity. I have raised several requests from march still problems has not resolved. I'll be calling customer care they give stupid reasons every time later a fake hope that it will be resolved within 48 hours 72 hours. Still i did not find any resolution.

                              I was using airtel for a year and all seemed fine with a few intermittent problems which were getting resolved. But in april 2017 - i started getting only 3g signal or no signal. It was low speed. I complained continuously for 20 days (Atleast 7 times) - but they did not resolve it. Then they said this is the best they can provide and i need to live with it. Hence i withheld the payment. They then proactively cut off the connections.

                              Their ad says they provide high speed 4g. So they are fooling me by giving 3g after charging me so high.

                              They didnt fix it hence my ended up wasting 2000+ rs which i had spent on buying the airtel hotspot. I had to buy a new one for idea as airtel was incapable of providing me with 4g.

                              Now they shamelessly harass me for the bill payment of two months. I dont think i should pay it as they provided 3g for a whole month and i lost my money on hotspot (Due to their incapability to provide services).

                              Repeated calls and mails have fallen on deaf ears.
                              I contacted the nodal office with all details but it was futile.

                              Please help

                                Kindly take some time to address the issue mentioned in the ticket # 82941264. Its been almost a month since i have lodged this complain.
                                I have been following up on this many times and spoke to different executives and manager however nothing has helped us so far.
                                Most frustrating part is reaching to executives and time spent during such calls without any fruitful result.

                                I have been promised for landline phone with new connection and its close to a month and still they haven't provided the device.
                                They are closing the tickets without providing any solution.

                                    This is my 3rd or 4th complaint regarding my network issues ans i am really fed up. I have call your customer care services but still the issue is same. People in my contact are keep complaining about why my phone is out of coverage and i can not surf online anything without buffering.
