      I had requested for disconnection of my airtel broadband. Insight disconnection i have been receiving the bills for unused service.
      I had dropped an email for disconnection as i am not using and airtel # to call the customer support. However the customer support aurgued that we should call 121 customer support and request for disconnection. I use vodafone mobile connection if i call 121 it is connecting to vodafone customer support

      I still get the bills even now. Even though the connection is deactivated for not paying the bill.

          I am regular customer of airtel since very long years.2 days before only i recharged with 349 rs unlimited calls plan for the number [protected] but today call has been terminated by giving reason that the balance is low to make an out going calls. This has been constant headache for me since 3 months, at least inform me what are all the terms and conditions for the plan so that i would happily swich to ther networks. One more important thing airtel claims big, fastest network but in city like bengaluru only i try very hard to find signal in uas, gkvk campus.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I was recharged with rs.399/- on 24.04.2017 for unlimited calls and 1gb 3g/4g data per day for 70 days for the mobile number [protected]. But, today i. E. 19.06.2017 services for the said plan was discontinued. Firstly i was thinking my recharged plan was expired. But, after verification, i found still there is 14 days left. I contacted your customer care, where i contacted an executive to know the information. Information got satisfactory, but he is not telling when problem it is going to resolve. Later he connected his superior ms. Jyothi but, she is rude. She was told that we got the information about the service interruption for who recharged on 24.04.17 with this plan, but it will take time best before 72 hours/it is backend issue and we cannot make you any help on this.

            My question is if you all know about the problem, why won't you resolve in time before a customer calls you and how you are deducting the balance for calls and internet data for which customer is under free tariff due to his already paid plan. If customer reacts for this your executive is asking why you get so panic. Making service interruption is from your end, deducting the balance from the account of the customer when he is eligible to get those in free due the paid tariff is from your end, charging for the customer to report these issues from your end/ but, customer should not get panic and should sit with mouth shut with customer care people.

            Won't your services are getting disconnected in the very next second if tariff expired, that is your right to disconnect because we agreed mutually for that tariff plan. The same way we have right to ask when paid service was interrupted, for that, your executive is asking about customer pain.

            When you really know about the issue, firstly you people should stop deducting for the services already which customer is eligible for existing plans and resolve the technical issues on the immediate basis. But, nothing was happened correctly and asking about the pain of the customer.

                We reacharged 349/. On [protected]
                On 5/6/17 suddenly balance was 0
                Unable to comprehend what happened as calls made from my number were very few
                15/6 we recharged for 244/. Still balance was zero we visited your chikkowadi centre the lady said bring your passbook
                Because we need to call we reached for 244 on 18/6 still i couldn't call people we rushed to the same gallery chikkowadi bo west again then then the manager explained it was unlimited calling on airtel only. We want to know why the previous staff did not explain this we wouldn't have recharged on 18/6 she was very rude.
                Secondly your terms should be very clear who on earth would keep talking to the same service provider.
                We have wasted[protected] because of
                Wrong information on site and second time because your staff did not attend to us properly.
                Please revert and refund the amount paid
                Or we will take it up with the social media
                I switched from reliance to airtel hoping for better service but this is a real letdown.

                  Poor post paid service of [protected].
                  Received your email bill. But unfortunately i am not happy with the service. Though i am using airtel prepaid ([protected]) for many years.. I opted for a postpaid from you.. Due to my jammu kashmir tour. But the no. You allotted ([protected]) gave lot of trouble as it was a no of some vasan travel agency.. It seems. During my busy schedule received lot of calls for the earlier customer... Which troubled a lot. Hence i closed it and had to get bsnl postpaid.
                  For that few days now you had charged around 500₹.
                  So i don't need your service at all. If you agree to close my account i would pay this bill... Otherwise​ ready to face the consequences.
                  However it is my duty to intimate that...
                  "no more i am using this post paid service.".
                  And for your information... Never give such numbers to new customer and torture...in future.

                    I have recharge rs. 100/- my airtel prepaid number via airtel app through sbi credit card on 02.06.2017 but the same has not been recieved on my number. When i contact the customer care they assure that the
                    Same will be return back within 7 days so i recharge again rs. 100/- via airtel app through sbi netbanking but again i have not recieved the amount on my number. Again i contacted the customer care and the assurance have been given that both the amount will be credited back within 7 days but till
                    Date i have not recieved any single penny.
                    After recharge i have recieved the following msgs:
                    "bill payment of rs. 100 has been intiated towards your airtel mobile [protected] txn id: 00836. Please
                    Keep this txn id for future use"
                    "bill payment of rs. 100 has been intiated towards your airtel mobile [protected] txn id: [protected].
                    Please keep this txn id for future use"

                    After complaint i have recieved the following messages:

                    I have also called the customer care on 6 to 7 times sometime they csaid that money will be refunded sometime tell tnat you contact the
                    Airtel money for this. After contacting airtel money thay sugest me to contact the sbi customer care. I
                    Dont know now whom i have to call or not. Whether the money will be return or not. But it is very
                    Shameful act for such a brand "airtel". This is not expected.

                        I am using airtel dth hd connection from last 3 month. This month i got sms from airtell for an offer of rc 678/- for 3.5 month. I recharged my dth with rs.678/- but after rechare i got sms for only 1 month validity. When i talke to airtel cuatomer care, hetold me to recharge dht for rs. 100/- more the it will get activated. I did the same. But only after 10 days my dth got disconnetd. I have spent rs. 778/- in this month only for 10 days,

                            Highly disappointed with customer-care services. Most people in airtel customer care branch in borivali were senior citizens. My grandfather too is above 70 years. These people do not provide clear instructions for documents required.in addition, they complain about documents we do bring in. Sorry to bring in this comparison, i have been jio user since very long. It was my nana's insistence that he wants to upgrade his airtel card for to fit in his current phone. I was cool about it and decided to help him out with the requirement.

                            I am seriously wondering, had i not been around, did your airtel people expect him to go and walk 10 mins, to get xerox? Please remember, he isn't any young or middle adult to be that active, he has his own difficulty while walking. Some young staff over there should offer such services to meet the requirement. Jio has its own xerox machine in its store. They do all the needful things. So here we have 1 down, towards jio.

                            Second, on saturday, customer "care" people at borivali, where all set to close down their store at 7.30 pm, inspite of having customers there, like seriously, and trying to push everyone out and postpone it to monday! Jio works from 10.00 to 10.00.2 down to jio.

                            Third, the time when most sim cards are purchased on basis of "adhar card", your borivali branch do not have the machine to take fingerprints, while the world is moving forward your company still follows, "paper-photo" method and you expect to compete other providers? They expect all the paperwork with no connection with aadhar! While for jio, all you need is a fingerprint to get a card!

                            Fourth, the tone of communication. There are several instances when the person at airtel was really rude. Two to be specific. On saturday, when we visited the airtel store, concerned person, was unable to register my nana’s fingerprint on the machine, he suggested that they might need to go to adhar centre for getting his fingerprint re-registered, rather than admitting, that their machine wasn’t working. Do you really tell senior citizens to do these things, without even verifying where the fault lies? (Same evening, we decided to sort out this with jio, guess what? His fingerprints were perfectly fine there.) he said, pan card won’t do, only adhar card was of no help for kyc - just because he was clearly looking forward to closing down store! Which i pray now is closed for good! On monday, when we decided to today when we conveyed our disappointment to the lady (Nikita shinde) at customer “care”, she was so frustrated, that she told us then go to “jio”. So i guess taking all their considerations, we had decided to move out from there and shift to jio.

                            But please note, only good price to compete with jio would never have you loyal customer base, the reason for airtel losing out is also such staff who tells customer to go move to jio and such poor services where employees are not happy and eager to shut the store without considering their customer is major reason to lose out.

                              I wanted to change the ownership of my airtel prepaid sim from my mother's name to my name. When i got in touch with airtel gallery or the customer care, i am told that i will need to convert it to postpaid to get the ownership changed. I don't understand the problem in changing the ownership keeping the number as prepaid when a simple mnp procedure to other operator will do it for me.in fact the gallery guy even suggested me to move to vodafone if i don't want to convert to prepaid.

                                Hi, my airtel number is [protected].
                                I have an internet plan already active (Rs. 199 for 4 gb). I received another sms yesterday that my rs. 102 plan will get auto renewed in 2-3 days. I want to cancel my auto renewal of that obsolete 102 plan as i have much better plans now. But airtel does not let me cancel it anywhere. Every month i try to cancel, but there is no option anywhere to cancel. When i check by dialing ssid code, it says i have no services active, but it is active. I sent hundreds of emails to [protected]@in. Airtel.com but got absolutely no response, nor seen any auto confirmation - meaning my complaints not even registered in your fraud system. I logged in to my airtel account online and see, no single service requests registred. I tried to submit fro my airtel account also, after filling up entire form and submitting, no ackknowledgement and no tickets raised for my issue. I downloaded airtel app and raised through that, still after clicking submit my request/ complaint didnt get submitted. Bloody frauds. I called 121, they said select 1 for english. I pressed 1 and it took me to kannada line. After that i hung up and called again, now i dont even get language selection options, it always answers in kannada and gives me options i dont understand. Cancel all my auto renewals else i will take you guys to courts, and not just that i will paste every single day of my life on facebook/ twitter/ social media about your fraudulent behavior.

                                  This was the email i sent to airtel but i haven't got any solution.
                                  Hi team,

                                  Hope this mail finds you well.

                                  Kindly is regarding broadband no: [protected]_kk,

                                  The cycle started on 11th june within 5 days the update on the site shows 91gb is consumed out of 100gb.

                                  The above analysis is absolutely inaccurate. Since the attached file show the broadband consumption as 36.611gb. This data is pulled from my account on www.airtel.in

                                  According to me, my previous plan was 40 gb which i converted to 100gb before the new cycle beginning. So it was reflected in your system late so 36 gb was consumed out of 40gb and after the request was successfully proposed, values were extrapolated to 91gb out of 100gb.

                                  I request you to go through the excel sheet 1, 2, 3 and see the actual usage depicted by your site.

                                  Kindly rectify this matter as soon as possible cause this is completely unprofessional behavior from airtel. I had to calculate each and every day's consumption because you all were incompetent to do so yourself. We are completely disappointed by this fraudulent behavior on your behalf.

                                  Thank you for your kind cooperation and assistance regarding this matter and i hope this gets rectified as soon as possible. Also, please take note of this bug in your system and rectify it.

                                        Hi,

                                        We are in uk. We have been chasing to surrender / cancel my connection from may..,

                                        However we have spoken to one of the airtel colleague, today. They said, they managed to ring the number `+[protected]` which is my mobile number, the airtel representative talked to the customer about the recent offers and got acknowledged from the customer other end they are happy to stay with offers, — this is a complete made up / cooked story, i would say.., this sim card is with me, i used the sim only during, banking transactions to get otp, other than that i would keep the sim away from mobile and kept it aside.

                                        This is a cooked up story / usual story whenever i asked about the status of my surrender request towards my broadband & landline. I am highly disappointed and unethical behaviour of airtel.

                                        We have already told, we are no longer in the country, we are in uk and kindly help us to make the process bit speed enough, but looks like no progress at all.

                                        We have been trying to genuine, and pay all the dues, surrender my landline & broadband, however airtel has been trying to rip off every month bills for the ununsed broadband & landline and still it is pending, and airtel is pushing me to the corner and try to milk every month for unused broadband & landline. I have already tired and sick of this unethical behaviour.

                                        I have been chasing Airtel lots of time. Please find attached the respective communications. In all the commu nications, they mentioned that the final bill would be generated on[protected] and today as of 6th response, airtel mentioned that the final bill would be generated on[protected].

                                        I literally don't understand why now the final bill date got delayed to[protected]???????

                                        In all the prior conversations it has been stated as[protected]. Why it got delayed? Why should I pay for you guys while I am not using your service at all. Close my connection asap asap.

                                        Please action asap. I don't want to pay unnecessarily. It is fault from airtel end for not closing the connection. Why should I keep on paying for their faults with the fact that I am not at all using the connecions!!!

                                        I literally don't understand why airtel broadband bill is generated again?????

                                        I received email stating as follows from airtel on 28-June-2017 at 9:00 AM stating as follows: (airtel services stopped and there is no outstanding amount!!)

                                        Please note that your airtel services have been stopped effective[protected]. Your reference number is 83840828.

                                        Kindly note that there is no outstanding amount due on your account.

                                        Why the bill is generated again???? This is so ridiculous. I am not at all using your services and we are in UK. This is causing more stress to us.

                                        Also note: I am in UK and my India mobile number is in UK and you can no longer contact me on my India phone.

                                        Kindly action on Airtel. Though I have requested several times to close. I literally don't understand why Airtel is sending bills again. I can't keep on paying for the ones which we are not using anymore. This is unethical activity. Please do action against AIRTEL!!

                                        After closing the connection on 23-06-2017 and also confirmed that there are no outstanding dues in my account, Airtel has generated bill again and when I raised that, I didn't get any response from Airtel!!

                                        I literally don't understand why should I pay bill again after closing the connection, when there are no outstanding dues by that account.

                                        Airtel is trying to misuse and try to extract money from me. Please take the necessary action ASAP.
