I vinay kharde had taken new connection on 15 may 2017 as earlier i was using cug plan of my previous organization rosenberger electronic india pvt ltd. I had paid rs 300/- to airtel store near goregaon railway station, mumbai and my hr had given noc for transfer my mobile no [protected] to personal from cug plan. For new connection i had taken plan of rs 799/- rent in which all outgoing call are free (Including roaming).

When i received first bill for new connection of my mobile no [protected] was shocking as the amount had exceed and was charge to me worth rs 87, 800/- (Eighty seven thousand and eight hundred). When i follow up with airtel customer care as per them it was transfer from old account of my previous company. I am really not able to understand if my old organization given noc for my separation of my mobile no. Than why i am charge for there n-user account. Under there cug plan all the employee in india is using airtel connection and customer care is saying me to pay the same amount which i had not used.

Requesting you to give me justice and help me to resolve the above case. I am receiving message saying your going call will be barred.

Dear Customer Care,

My outgoing call, Data facility is been blocked. Really overall very bad experience with airtel as they are transferring amount of company to single user account even after receiving NOC from company. Customer care is not at all supporting and telling story. No one is bother to solve the problem. Airtel customer approach to resolve the issue had really disappointed.

    My airtel postpaid number is [protected]. I had 16gb of 4g dataand i used only 6gb and after using 6gb my data speed was reduced to almost less than speed of 2g. This same thing happened last time also in previous billing cycle. Also airtel is not responding anything about.
    The point is they dont have any solution to it.
    I request you to please help me with it.
    Very dissatisfied with the services by airtel.

    There is no point on explaining the same problem to airtel again and again every month. And still no solution.
    It is better to port out to another operator

      Recharged for 99*79 (My uncle no) towards the activation of international
      Roaming (Usa) for rs. 3, 998/- on 19 may 2017 valid for 30 days. The have not
      Activated service to that no. We have inquired the airtel customer care team (Over voice call and email) before and after the recharge regarding this and requested them to resolve the issue. They continuously asked for more time to clear it. Even after 28 days we could not avail the service. Due to this we have faced a major stress mentally and psychologically. Also, we have requested them to refund the money for which they are reluctant to do so.

        Dear airtel,

        On last saturday 10-june-2017, i have requested convert my post-paid number to prepaid at airtel office, check below address

        Viman pride, viman nagar,
        Air port road,
        Pune,
        Maharashtra 411014.

        They told me your prepaid card with active after 48 hours. There was no sms came from airtel within 48 hours. So on tuesday 13-june-2017 i went again to service center to know the problem.
        They told me some pairing issue it will resolve next 48 hours, i wait till thursday 15-june-2017 still there is not update from service center or air tel. So i was again go to service center but answer is again same.

        Today 16-june-2017 still my card not convert into prepaid.

          The airtel team is not at all giving me any response. When go for cash payment they tell only cards are allowed. And when i tried to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid they asked me to bring my last bill summary. I receive it through my mail but they are telling this is not what we want. They want a bill which has some code in it. But they are not sending any such bills.
          Is this what you tell you are the best network?

            I received message on early morning of 08.06.2017 that `lifestyle' service and `fashion and glam' activated on my mobile no [protected]. These services automatically activated without my wish and amount getting deducted on daily basis for fashion and glam @ rs.5 and for lifestyle service @ 35 for 7 days starting from 8th june 2017. I have requested so many times but getting message daily for being charged.

            Dear Airtel customer services please deactivate lifestyle and fashion and glam services activated with out my concern on my mobile
            These services automatically activated without my wish and amount getting deducted on daily basis for fashion and glam @ re's.5 and for lifestyle service @ 35 for 7 days

            Please stop this nonsense immediately. Otherwise I will change/port all my family 8 post paid connection's

              Hi sir,

              I have requested for name transfer of my airtel number from my sisters name to my name in airtel showroom on 10rd jun. I have submitted the id proof and aadhar proof. Hence the airtel showroom executive gave me a new sim with my same number. After two days old sim got deactivated. As per process, with the new sim i have to call 59059, but when i tried i could not make a call. I am not able to call any other network. I have tried making a complaint from my alternate to [protected]. I dint get the satisfiable answer. Its been 7 days, still my number not activated. Please activate it asap.

                My name is sumit chaudhary.. I live in meerut (Up).. My airtel postpaid number is [protected] which is on my mom name (Urmila devi)... The issue is - 4 month before my monthly plan was 149rs... I was change my monthly plan to 545rs with 1000rs internet booster... Then after using one month i visit to nearest airtel store for regarding changing my plan again to 149rs.. Because i don't like 545rs plan... Then airtel store employee said that i'm sending a mail to airtel regarding your plan change request and your plan will be changed in within 24 hours... Then after one month my bill was generated and which is 1800rs... I was shocked still my plan has not been changed... Then i again visit to same airtel store for regarding this issue... I ask them for this issue... They said your plan still not changed we are tried and send email regarding your plan change request but we don't know why your plan has not been changed... They said wait for 2-3 days again we are trying to change your plan... I left from there and starting to wait... Again next month bill has generated and which is again 1800rs... Now total bill is 3600rs.. Now again i'm surprise.. I'm only using this number for incoming call and why they not changing my plan... What to do... Then i again visit to the airtel store... Then they said your plan has not been changing to 149rs monthly plan.. We send so many email to the company regarding your plan change issue but there is no reply from the airtel company we are sorry... You have to pay your bill which is 3600rs... Now you have to pay 2600rs and we will give you waiver of 1000rs... Than i paid 2600rs to the store.. They said your bill has been paid now definitely your plan has been change to 149rs per month for sure... Then i decided to port my airtel number to vodafone... I port my sim to vodafone but its not be port... I call vodafone regarding this port issue and they said this issue not from our side its from airtel side because you have 1000rs outstanding bill amount which is not paid by you to the airtel... Now again i'm shocked and i was call to airtel customer care n they said your 1000rs waiver still not giving you.. We don't know why... Please visit to nearest airtel store... I visit 4th time to airtel store again airtel store employee said we don't know why again and again this kind of issue happening with you.. We are extremely sorry for this.. Store employee said please contact to airtel customer care and registered your complaint against this issue.. They will definitely solve your problem.. I did so many calls to airtel customer care and registered so many complaints from the last month.. But they are not listening to me... My problem is still here... I'm mentally harassed by this company... Now my current bills has been generated which is 545 rupees... Now total bill is 1545 rs... What to do now... They are not changing my plan from the last 3 months... They are not give me the waiver of 1000rs which is they promised me... Now they send me another bill... Sir please help me... Its my humble request to you... Kindly provide me waiver of 1000rs from the airtel company and change my plan to 149rs or if they are not changing my plan then remove my outstanding bill amount i want to port my number to vodafone...

                Please help me as soon as possible... Its my humble request..

                  यहां नेट इतना धीरे है कि पेज भी ठीक से नही खुल रहा हैा यहां पर 400 मी में टॉवर है वहां से प्राबलम है 1 माह से अधिक हाे गया हैा वेब साईड टीक से नही खुल रहा हैा यह करीब 1 माह से उपर हो गया है ऐसे ही वेबसाईड खुलता हैा

                    Hi - i am from chennai. I have an airtel connection since 2013. Last 15 days, i was facing frequent disconnection and subsequently i have raised a complaint. But the complaint is pending for more than 15 days without any proper resolution.

                    After visiting my place by the technical guys, my phone is also not working. Also speed of my net is 250 kbps against 2 mpbs.

                    Technical guys are not smart enough to solve this problem quickly.

                    Really fed up with airtel service.

                      I have recharged for 249. It shown unlimited calls and 4gb net for your number in myairtel and i have recharged that. But that pack is not working for me.. I asked customer care but they replied very badly. My 249 rupees gone and previous month 20 rps i have recharged it also gone not credited. I hate airtel and i curse airtel owner. If you getting money by cheating middle class customers surely you will pay for this and my number is [protected]

                        I have applied thrice for new b.b connection but no action taken so far. My request was allocated to airtel field officer at karnal-haryana sh.shushant.He has collected reqd. documents from me on[protected] & had promised to get new b.b. connection installed at the earliest but sorry to mention that till today the 20th june no action has been taken .I have contacted him four times on his ph. [protected] but no use except assurance.

                          I got my airtel mobile number recharged for rs244 via paytm which was supposed to give me unlimited calling for 28 days. But there was no confirmational message from the company... However on the recharge not working, i called customer care, who said that since i was on roaming and my home network was rajasthan, this offer would only work over there... I am a student in rajasthan and cant afford more than 300rs/month on phone bill... Now this recharge was wasted and i got no benefits off of this recharge... If this offer wasn't available on roaming, then why am i receiving such offers while roaming.. I need to get a recharge for same amount on talktime, but there is no such option or refund

                            This is mrs. Padma gupta having airtel prepaid connection no. +91-[protected]. I lost my mobile just an hour ago, hence i request airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                            Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                              I would like to report an instance to “airtel” that i have requested for a broadband connection on airtel website. 2-3 people from airtel were calling me for a connection. Some of them are calling from mobile number and some from landline. I approximately got 12 calls in a day and got frustrated and told one lady that i am already in touch with a guy who is coming on sunday to pick up the documents because i am unavailable at home on working days. Finally one guy came to pick the documents on sunday and filled the form and took inr 1000 and provided a receipt in lieu of filling the document. Now i got a call on monday from airtel which is 10th april’17 and one guy has informed that there is no feasibility in area and they won’t be able to install connection in my area. I have started asking few questions from this guy who was claiming to be from airtel was highly rude and said your money will provided to you in a ridiculous manner and disconnected the call. Now i have no clue to whom i can speak and inform about the same because both the guys are called “pawan-[protected] & manish [protected]” are not attending me. I have spoke to someone in airtel care they said receipt is not valid and no one is able to track the same.

                              I have already informed that guy that there is not feasibility in the area and he said he will get the creative improvisation done to provide better services. I have been associated with airtel since 8 long years and always recommend my people to go with airtel. Why this fraud has been done to me for what reason. Why airtel has hired such fraudsters. My trust for airtel is on stake now and don’t know if should be in relationship with airtel or not. This was one my first and last bad experiences and i hope that someone will read this email and this will not happen to anyone else in future.

                              If i will not get any resolution to above request then surely i will file a legal complaint against the airtel and those fraud boys to give them a lesson.

                                I have a airtel postpaid no. From delhi circle, a corporate connection. Now i moved from delhi to pune and requested a circle change after going to a airtel store (Magarpatta city, pune) and submitting all the required documents. They said that i'll not take more than week and provided me another sim. I completed all this formalities on 20th of may, 2017.

                                After that i did the multiple followup with the person in airtel store (Magarparrata city, pune), but no update till now. Calling customer care doesn't help as there is no request from airtel store. I went there again and they told me within a week it will be done, but nothing till now.

                                I'm in roaming and paying the bills (As postpaid connection) without using the services. I never though such rude service from airtel. Please take a look into this on priority otherwise i' have to port my no to another service provider.

                                  Hi, from june 13 th 2017 we (My colleagues) in electronic city phase 2 are facing network issue (No 2g/3g internet access and also frequently no airtel service between 10 am to 5 pm. One day its ok but daily its not ok so please provide smooth network for the same. We would like to enjoy the service / support from airtel so please do the same asap.

                                    Its again same old # from you. You continue to shamelessly provide false updates.

                                    I am in the affected location today. I reinserted the sim, reset the device, tested the services and its still the same. It took 30 minutes of continuous attempts to load the google homepage and the speed on the so called indiaâ¿s fastest 4g connection is 0.03 mbps.

                                    Itâ¿s been 55 days since i raised the complaints and you did nothing to resolve the issue. You have promised `nâ¿ number of times of onsite support but never sent an engineer.

                                    55 days and no steps taken shows how freaking irresponsible, obnoxious, unprofessional and incompetent you whole team is.

                                      I m using samsung j7 prime... Which is dual sim... Sim 1 is for airtel and sim2 for docomo... When i keep 3 sims there is network.. I need to wait till i get the network to call anybody... I only use airtel to make a call... Docomo is permanent number.. Which i have to use for office use... Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.. Why there is no network in my phone when 2 sims are active
