I am really disappointed with airtel services like voice and 4g services. I missed many important calls (Including interview calls) due to this poor network. Even 4g is very slow like 2g. Whenever i use internet i got cross sign in my network. I want to change my network from airtel to some other network. This is the poorest network i have seen. Even jio network is better than airtel network.

    Hi,

    I could see an amount of 99+ is deducted as "international roaming" charges for a couple of times in the past and on dated 16/06/2017... The service provider is airtel. I would like to complain about it and need my money back (Amount of 99+) to my current account.

    I raised a complaint regarding the same issue earlier and airtel have reverted the money back...

    But still dont understand why you need to deduct the money and create unnecessary trouble to the customers...

    I could see not only the roaming charges and you have deducted more and i dont know how you did the same...

    I you want to have compete with the rivals do in a legal manner not to take money of customers...

    Its worst on you.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I took an airtel postpaid corporate connection from airtel centre uppal hyderabad, agent named vikram gave me a sim and took all the required documents for verification and on same day which is[protected] i got a verification call from the verification people and sim started working and i used it for next 4 days and suddenly on[protected] the sim was blocked when i enquired about it i was told verification not completed since then i've been in touch with your associate vikram who only says he will send another person for verification but nothing happened till the date and now he has stopped responding my phone calls it's my humble request please solve this matter as soon as possible because i haven't used my sim but still you will ask me to pay the rental which i'll not

        Please make some effort in this city.

        We want a wired connection out here.

        Likes of bsnl a known isp is providing but at high cost.

        I assume the need for wired broadband exist.

            On 2nd june 2017 i recharged my airtel prepaid with 349rs per 28 days unlimited calls package. But i'm being charged for all my voice calls. I recharged online and there was nothing mentioned about roaming. When airtel offers you unlimited pack i expect they mention all the terms and conditions.
            On myairtel app there is no way to check the terms and conditions lying below any packs. This is completely fraud.

            When i checked with customer care, they say that i'm in roaming, so, it is not free. The website doesn't mention about roaming.

            This is absolute cheating.

              I am using airtel. My name is aayush bihani and my airtel no. Is [protected].
              I subscribed to airtel secure.
              Recently, my handset got damaged and i raised a claim and submitted the device with all the documents and information as required.
              On 16th june, 2017 l received a mail from airtel that my device repairing cost estimation is ₹19, 900 and the same has been submitted to insurance company for approval (The copy of same has been attached). I wrote numerous mails to airtel and requested airtel to send me itemized description of the repairs and rates for the repair estimation of ₹19, 900. As the new device cost is cheaper than the repair (The current market price of the handset has been attached) which in no case can be possible.

              But they didn't replied to my mail.

                We are facing "no internet access" issue with all of our airtel_4g data numbers (About 18 connections) from 15th june 2017 morning, till now there's no response from your support center even though we were paid the bill amount for every month on time.

                We have deposited the cheque number - 136596, cheque processing date - june 13th 2017, cheque amount filled - rs.17, 300/-, amount debited from our account is rs.17, 300/-.

                Airtel is acknowledging only rs.7300 and not the full amount. All our connections have been disconnected. Have no response to several emails to appellate as well as nodal.

                We plan a full migration out of airtel for good if no resolution by eod monday 19/06/2017

                    I am customer of airtel since last 15 years. I was believing in airtel because of it's maintained quality. I have transferred from gujarat to maharashtra (Pune) since october 2016 and since that time i have done circle porting. Since 5 months, constantly i am calling to airtel customer care regarding my network (Data) but i haven't achieved any help or any improvement. I checked my sim's cover over open network website and found data towers ars weak and send snapshot to airtel customer care. They already accepted that there is network problem nearest my area however they are failed to improve. It's been more than 6 months however there is same situation at the moment and wrong promise that it will be improved soon. I tried all troubleshooting options and even finally i replaced sim card too but there is same data network problems even after paying high charges. They always make customers wrong that everything is good and change phone or sim nothing more than thay. Really such a worst company ever. I would better suggest fo for jio. Accepted there is bit problem but really hats off. What to say about internet.

                      I travelled usa on 10may midnight, actually 11th early morning. Two days before i called airtel to subscribe for international roaming and specifically to usa. They helped me to select a one month plan and said it gets activated once i land. Package amount was rs 3990.
                      I returned back on 6th june (3 weeks only), airtel has send bill of rs 22000. This is unacceptable and they are telling, it not their guys mistake. Please see attached documents. Even after 17june, they have kept my roaming subscription active. This is nothing but cheating.

                          Hi, i bought this sim in my moms name and address (Banu mathi k) and i lost this sim 16th may 17 after which i went to customer care where they told me sim is on name ganesan? Seems like wrong details has been updated in my number. Is this our fault also in chennai service centres they say that i cannot get back my number. Is this what a loyal customer can get from your service. This number is important for us and we need it back. Is there any way we could do that? Thank you.

                          Airtel asked for the new sim no one which retailer started recreating process. We couldn't track the retailer and his shop is no more . No hope on this case. Many of my friends and relatives has some others address on their number I don't know what airtel is going to do about this. This is useless to talk on. Asked to close the request .

I got a call from the recovery dealer from jodhpur to pay the amount they told to pay 4000 and they will clear all the amount.                                   Hello i am a vodafone user. And couple days back i got call from airtel two from agency saying they are offering unlimited calling and 1 gb 4g data for everyday

                                  After porting is about to finish when i ask for confirmation about the plan they saying that plan is over and they can't give me that plan

                                  This is a smart way of cheating that habituated by so called india's fastest network airtel

                                  They do not find find any alternatives to beat the competition with other networks

                                  If you have the call records (Audio) of those person / agency just put a case in consumer court. Consumer court surly give better solution with compensation. Also write a RTI letter to TRAI and copy to service provider (Airtel). They would impose some penalty against Airtel.

                                        This is regarding the commitment made by the company person in april 2017. The bill of my number ie [protected] is pending of rs, 2700/- and he told me to deposit 2300 and rest of the amount will be deducted from your account. The same amount not posted yet and my number is barred due to non payment of 6th june bill for which due date is 21st june. If company had deposited rs 2300/- in my account why should they don't post the waiver committed in same account simultaneously.
                                        Now due to the late fees waiver is pending in my account they barred my outgoing and telling us that this is your fault. I did not understand what company wants from their customers.

                                        Kindly sort the matter at the earliest and open my outgoing.
