Hi,

Am facing worst/no network/signal connectivity with airtel in btm 1st stage, bangalore. Despite of numerous calls to customer care and raising number of complaints towards the problem resolution there is no action on the complaints raised.
Everytime we call to customer care regarding the issue they say they will escalate the request and get it resolved quickly. Till now no resolution and the when tracking the complaint...

It was ported on 28th midnight and till now not got sim from company.
Bought sim from another Airtel store but its still not activated.
Its 4 days and I don't have access to my phone number.

It was after your appellate and nodal officers were involved in problem solving. Now even they have stopped answering to emails. Esupport / enterprise...

Porting is not successful by airtel

With deep dissatisfaction, i would like to raise this online today!
I have done a port in to airtel from vodafone but looks like it was a big mistake. The port out was successful on 22nd may but since then my airtel network is working in an off and on mode. And my incoming calls are completely blocked since day 1. I have locked multiple complaints for the same, but have received no updates. And airtel says now i cant even port out...

It's a new connection obtained in Bangalore, It has been more than 2 weeks since it was activated but till today neither I can make calls or receive calls. Airtel junction box in front of the house should be removed

There is an Airtel junction box in front of our house for the last 15 years. Every day there will be people to do some repair and I have beared the difficulty. Now I am altering the house and the junction box is blocking the two wheeler entry into the house. I spoke to the people who come to work in the box and they told it will be removed. Every time they tell that it will be removed, they have not removed it yet.

I wanted to convert my no from billing to prepaid. For that they ask me to pay my bill of rs.500... I paid same amount.
After 10 days also they didnt activated my no. When i asked reason they found rs.250 unpaid bill so i paid it.
After these all my no hasn't activated yet.....

After MNP, my number not get activated

I am having issue with my data services, I have reported multi times to Airtel customer care, sent mail to nodal team, appellate team and 121 team also. The last time have told is something wrong happened with the system and they said they will look into it.

In the meantime, I changed my postpaid plan where they get a chance and said like as the plan got changed we will not be able to see the data update as its a real time...
