Incident:
-amount deducted from airtel balance
-date : 8th june to 11 th june
-i need a refund on my balance

I was speaking to this executive called basha, who wouldn't listen to what i am asking. Airtel plays this game of deducting the balance by not providing enough information.

Their 399 plan is a major hoax and claims unlimited calls but they now say it is only for 5 hours a day which is no where explained.

First call to the customer care always gets cut so we will be charged 1 re after 3 minutes complete and then we will have to call again which is again explaining the entire thing and costing the customer.

The same issue resurfaced and this time I spoke to one Ms ### (Don't remember the name), she was very receptive and solved my issue with immediate effect. She was very patient and helped me get the entire lost balance by understanding my concern.

The same issue resurfaced and this time I spoke to one Ms ### (Don't remember the name), she was very receptive and solved my issue with immediate effect. She was very patient and helped me get the entire lost balance by understanding my concern.

    My airtel prepaid number from karnataka is not working since day before yesterday neither incoming nor outgoing but internet pack is working properly. I tried to call customer care 121, 198 and many more number but none of them working cannot call anyone from my airtel network. Kindly see the matter and try to fix it as soon as possible it is urgent.

      I submitted the mnp documents in shaikpet dream valley hyderabad airtel office on 26 may 17.. My local verification has been done and i have received sms for the same.. There are 2 numbers which i wanted to do national mnp from airtel bangalore to airtel hyderabad. The response i got from the sup call was that i did not submitted my documents.. Kindly tell me if i had not submitted my documents then how did airtel know i want to go for mnp and did verification for the same.. I would also like to complaint about a supervisor in airtel customer care department i last spoke to who was very rude and sounded rowdy over the call.. I need the issue to be resolve.. Reference number for the airtel complaint in cdmnp[protected].. I want a call on my number and the issue to be resolved..

      Note the airtel office also took 300 inr from me stating that 150 each will be credited once the mnp is done of both my numbers

        Dear sir

        I have four airtel corporate postpaid connection& few days ago your representative called me that i have a best data plan of rs 499/- for you, in which you will get 35 gb pm without any call. At the time of sale your representative told me that 35gb will be valid only for three months after that you will get 5gb per month. He sold me ([protected])
        But when sim got activated i got only 5gb. I talked to your representative he told me that you will get only 1 gb per day +5gb monthly backup, in this way you will get 35gb in month. But even after this i talked to customer care she told me that you will get only 5gb in month and no more data will be given to you.
        Sir i have 4 airtel postpaid number with your company but if you will behave, to the customer, like this how i will survive with your company.

        Kindly sir provide me suitable solution so that they could not misguide to any other customer.

I have tried to contact customer care. But i am utterly disgusted with the service i got from them.                 I ported my number from vodafone to airtel few days back. The process initiated officially from company side on 2nd june.in the mean time i came to jaipur for some business work and my sim got ported and they said we cannot do interstate televerification. I have no other means to communicate with my family in unknown place. I approached airtel store in ganpati plaza, jaipur and they said no to help and were very rude. Then i called the lady in kolkata who called me 10times a day when she needed me to port my number. But now she doesn't respond. I then emailed and launched a complaint through [protected]@in. Airtel.com and they took 2 days to reply. And said they will resolve in 3 days but still no response from anyone and my sim is not working. This number is important to me other wise i wouldn't have gone through so much pain of such bad company. Each consumer is paying full amount bills and still company is so unresponsive.                 You have been working since last 4 days to solve my issue and I am sitting in an unknown town with no friend and no backup just because none of your store tried helping me. Neither you customer care responded swiftly and again now I am hearing these words that you are working. Sitting in AC office and typing mail is easy. Come visit unknown city with no help then you will realise how helpless I felt these past 4 days. Came here to work but couldn't do anything just to fear what to do where to go and how to contact my family and complete the project I came for. I will remember this treatment of your company and get experience and never get another no of your firm.

                  Hi sir / madam,
                  My airtel dth number is [protected], my plan name is south base plan, from the day 1 i am doing recharge for 380 to 450 per month, however within 18 or 20 days before my recharge amount get over, i frequently called your customer care and complained regarding that i need only 200 or 230 per month plan, but customer care agents told me that i activated hd channels & others, they deactivated all hd and even changed the plans as we'll & they promised me from next time i can do 230 recharge & use for a month, but still today i have the same issue, finally i came to a decision, i no need airtel, i never expected such a bad service from a most esteemed brand airtel, i don't want any refund or anything, just take your # brand and get out of my way please.
                  Go and catch some other customers & # their money.

                  Note: airtel you already lost in mobile internet, wait for another 6 months jio will again # you upside down in dth.

                      Online recharge fails every time

                      I had ported my number from docomo to airtel a couple of months back. After that, i used to recharge via paytm and airtel app, as i mainly use 4g packs from airtel. Since may 2017, i cannot recharge online anymore. I tried every pack, from rs. 14 to 496, different payment methods, and every recharge fails via airtel app/website. When i try to recharge via paytm, airtel doesn't confirm my recharge at all and i get refunded everytime.

                        I have recharged 349 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer.

                          I recharged my phone with the 399 plan yesterday. On the website nowhere it is mentioned that this plan is valid for a specific handset/sim. Upon recharging i get a message that says that it can only work on a 4g handset with u sim. What is that supposed to mean to a customer?

                          I feel cheated for spending money on something that does not work. Airtel has become highly disappointing these days. I am surprised to see that to talk to a customer care officer i have to pay money. What is happening?

                          I might as well move to a different operator than staying with airtel.

                            Respected sir,
                            After writing a number of mails and repetative calls at your company regarding my issues, i received the calls of your executive, some of them made me promises that turn out to be fake at later stages while some of them said they would be calling me back in sometime but till now i dont find any resolution to my problems.

                            As a 11 year old customer of your company, i request you to please look upon this concern seriously and help me out.

                            Issue 1:
                            I was a 1 month old 'airtel secure' customer, when i was talking to customer care to register my mobile damage claim on 2 june'17, one of your executive by mistake unsubscribed me from this plan. Now, who would be paying by my damage cover as one assist is asking me to contact airtel.

                            Issue 2:
                            I have been charged extra from 6-7 months in my bills.

                            Sir, its my humble request to please take this issue seriously and please help me out.

                                  I am an airtel user for last 4 years.in the month of january 2017 i activated a plan for 4g data (Name of the plan: booster @250 for 1gb 4g data) and that the customer executive told me that the plan will be deactivated after one month. But to my surprise the plan is still activated for the last 4 months and i am paying for the same as i did not noticed the bill.
                                  So kindly reimburse me the amount of rs 1000 as soon as possible.
