2 Number porting to airtel not working

I am a loyalty customer of air tel. My mobile no-[protected]. I take a message offer recharge on rs.349 and get unlimited local & std call validity 28 days. I was recharge this offer on every month. But on date 31/05/17 without my knowledge & without any kind of your information balance was deducted from my main account. When i call to your customer care they are not solve my problem and behave so route.

Inactivation of sim card

My sim has not been activated yet even after 3 days. I don't know the number of the sim as from where i purchased my sim you would get to know the number automatically. Please tell how to solve this problem as i went to the nearest airtel store and they were not keen to help me and told me to go to the place from where i purchased my sim. It's very unkind of a company like airtel to have such nuisance....

MNP no incoming after porting

I ported from docomo to airtel and my old sim have stopped working... Airtel sim can only make outgoing calls but incoming is blocked. On calling customer care they say sim is activated but actually it's of no use if i can not get any calls. When any one call me they hear that this number is not in service. Message incoming is also blocked. I am very frustrated as i might miss important calls for this....

Airtel prepaid recharge - data service

Rs399 recharge was done for 56 days but now after 28 days says it got expired

If its for 28 days, then why doing recharge it was shown as 56 days

Earlier we used to get messages stating, 70 days has been revised to 56 days but no where it is mentioned as "again revised to 28 days"...

4G not working, showing 3G only

Few days ago I have recharged my number [protected] with 399 in which I was supposed to receive 1GB 4G data per day but I am receiving 3G data only. I am using it on OnePlus 3 phone which is 4G and I have set the data settings as 4G also. But I am receiving only 3G signals everywhere in the whole city. On my other airtel number 4G services are working very fine.

Broadband connection promised but didn't get

I applied for broadband connection and i got a call from[protected] claiming as from airtel on 25th may 2017 and promised me to give the connection in 3 days. They asked me for some documents and i provided the documents on the same day. But till now i didn't get any response from them. Even i am calling them daily 2 times from monday (29th may) and they are keep on telling that technician will visit before 6 o clock....

Hi Team,
I have recharged Rs.93/- for 2GB data which has validity of 2days.
Recharged date:29.05.2017 (approx. 21.30 IST)
Data got expired on 30.05.2017 at 00.00 hrs (IST)
Total hours of data validity 27.5 hrs, but 2 days are =48 hours.
I could see nowhere that from 21.30 hrs to 00.00 hrs = 1 day.
I lost 850 mb of data. Even, the customer care are not responding proper reply....
