U said that airtel is more speed than everyone than why the # my network is not working i have to wait 10 min to see anything and suddenly it stop the network became slow and slow its show 4 g but it not working better than 4g 3g is more speeed from tmr if my network is not good than i am going to change my sim to bsnl the best network and even it have mkre benifit than airtel

        Recharged vide referencr no[protected] on 30th may at 11.13 am. I complained with detail on face book page. One ms shivani called me on 2nd june from customer care and assured that my problem will be solved within 24 hour & she supposed to call me back but after 10 days she did not call back & my problem not solved. I request u to look in to the matter as early as possible. Thank you

          I applied for an airtel broadband connection in month of dec 2016. A guy came from the airtel office and asked for 1000 inr for which i gave him the cheque of same amount (Cheque no 613444). After few days he called and told me that you don't have an empty port in your area so we won't be able to provide you the connection at present but withing a week or two, we will get it done. This all happened in month of december and till date i am chasing around airtel customer care but i got no response. Neither they returned my money nor they installed the connection

            Applied 4g dongle home delivery online. Dealer din give reciept neither sim is activated. Have called 121 showroom guys nodal officer but its seems useless. Now i cant activate this sim n airtel is doing fradulant in the name of dealers which is pathetic. Nobody works doesnt know how to resolve rather they want to shut down the conversation and stating its not their department. Big companies doest care about customers satisfaction n its quite horible and to get these reponses from airtel. I have been an loyal customer for more than 10 yr. If you are not fit to develop a proper site to offer then go for it rather than fooling customers.

            I have paid 3500 hotspot and prepaid sim activation charge. Since i ordered online dealer said receipt will be send via email. SIM is not getting activated looks like he over charged me . Im calling him for 2 months he never picks up call i dialled 121 they told to visit show room . I visited show room they told they have no information and i need to reached nodel. I mailed nodel officer they said since i have not noted down the online reuqst number looks like they cannot help. I will return the sim and dongle pls initiate process to refund money. It looks like frauders

Additional information are as follows: on[protected] one message received from airtel that no call /msg made for the past 90 days and so recharge may be done. But on that day rs 18.33 was available.                 I want to switch to 4g, i had visited airtel store many times but all possible ways were tried by those guys but i didn't get 4g.
                They sent new 4g sim 20 digit no. To 121
                From my old sim and i get message to reply with 1, and i replied with 1, it says 4g
                Will activate after some time but my old sim network never goes and never get network on new 4g sim.
                I am frustrated being airtel customer.

                      SIM not working after port

                      Today i received the message from airtel that i port request is approved and by 10 pm my number will be ported.

                      But at 10 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

                      I have recharge 10 rupees in 09/06/2017 through net banking and the 10 rupees is deducted from my bank account with reference no uh11877798 but the mobile is not recharged. Please either recharged my mobile no very soon or return the amount to my bank account.

                        Hi my number is [protected]. I ported my number from idea to airtel i received the sim from airtel store (K p nagar, vijayawada, a. P-520008). The number got deactivated for idea but it is not activated at in airtel. As i have a link up of this number with many i was getting my problems without this number. So i need a quick solution.

                        I got a call from Airtel regarding number porting. I agreed after knowing about the plan where I get unlimited calls local and std + roaming incoming and outgoing free in Rs 499. I requested to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel on +3rd June 2017. But I haven't got the sim yet instead of that my Vodafone sim's network not showing.. Its really embarrassing situation. I tried to call that person back but her number is Switch off.. her Name is Varsha Patil and her number is [protected], [protected]. Please help.

                              I am facing a serious problem regarding mobile number [protected].
                              I had taken this number in aprox march-april 2016 with advance payment of rs 200. Due to this there was no any rental for 1 year and it was free for 1 particular number. I was getteing bill too of rs 0 till 22 jan'17 with airtel account number [protected].

                              After jan i didn't get any bill for this number but got mail from airtel that i have to pay bill.in this mail account number [protected] is mentioned which is different from earlier one.
                              I got current mail that i have to pay rs.1782.41. But why i need to pay this because as per my knowledge i didn't use this number since 6-7 month. And rental was free by advance payment of rs 200.

                                This is regarding the shifting request ref no : 81841656 raised on 30th of april, 2017.
                                Ll no :[protected]

                                This request was not processed by airtel after several follow ups (Hours of cc call everyday after raising the request) and several complaints (E. G. 82355446, lb[protected]. It was escalated to nodal west team as well as national escalation team but no response or resolution provided to customer.
                                Then i had requested cancellation of the service but that too was processed late (Requested on 14/05, processed on 29/05). I had requested a waiver of all the subsequent bills (After raising the shifting request) as i could not use the airtel bb because of airtel's fault.
                                But after several requests for everything, still bill is getting generated/piled up and i am being followed up to clear my bills.

                                  Hello,

                                  Last week, i did a recharge for my customer of rs 349 in which we get unlimited data/call for a month. During initial submission, i got message that it is unsuccessful so it asked me to try again and i did it.

                                  After few mins, i saw that rs 349 was deducted twice and customer also got message twice but he got the benefit for only single month.

                                  Customer did not pay for another recharge because he said its not a mistake of him.

                                  However its not my mistake too.

                                  I called to customer care, sent message over twitter too but there is no resolution.

                                  What should i do now?

                                    Wrong IVR options on customer care numbers

                                    Whenever i call on 198 or 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
                                    There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer. A customer care should be fast as possible to reach the consumer but...

                                    For your information can you check my all call details to airtel customer care and emails.
                                    ? I told first attempt i am able to browse after that it will disconnect so because of this i am not able to connect to internet and do any task.

                                    Second point so many guys called from your team and explained different different solutions. One of them is that 199 recharge is for 4g but your is 3g handset so we will convert and give 3g data but after that no information from them and same issue. For 349 recharge also they told same thing for your information i recharged all packages from my app which was for 3g data set.
                                    You are telling i used conteneous data on your mentioned date
                                    . I dono what you are telling am i mad to complain you for 1 and half months without issue? Dear rajesh try to resolve issue and don't make customers frustrated of your wrong messages. Some 2 emails back sonali told upgrade to 4g sim as we spoke but thing is that she didn't spoke to me regarding this. See how you guys give wrong info itself and make false statements.

                                    You have not discussed with me saying to upgrade to 4g sim and why you are mentioning in email saying as discussed and please upgrade and all.

                                    For your information i have recharged 199 rupess data pack and its for 3g/4g so i have recharged it and still i am unable to use internet. I am asking for this issue and whats next step for this issue. But you are suggesting for 4g sim to upgrade that is for next step but tell me what i should do for this 199 recharge which was for 3g/4g and i have 3g enabled handset and not 4g enabled. Please check this issue and resolve. If not revert my last 2 recharge amount i. E 349 and 199 and i will think later what action needs to be taken.
