I deshratna Swarna Prabhat Chakrawarti was using no. [protected] for a long time. But it was closed and allotted to another person without informing me. I was informed by my relative in 20 December 2016 that when she called me on no.[protected](airtel no) then another person received call and told this was his no. I called the person then he told that the no. Was allotted to him recently....

I have ported 2 numbers into airtel. And incoming to both of them. Is not working. People call me and hear this number is not valid [protected] [protected]. I have sent multiple emails but in vain.in fact i switched to post paid but in vain nothing has solved the problem. My prepaid money is lost. I ll be posting out whn 90 days get over. Problem is this is a hospital helpline and 90 days is a long time for patients to nor be able to reach...

I am a loyalty customer of air tel. My mobile no-[protected]. I take a message offer recharge on rs.349 and get unlimited local & std call validity 28 days. I was recharge this offer on every month. But on date 31/05/17 without my knowledge & without any kind of your information balance was deducted from my main account. When i call to your customer care they are not solve my problem and behave so route.

My sim has not been activated yet even after 3 days. I don't know the number of the sim as from where i purchased my sim you would get to know the number automatically. Please tell how to solve this problem as i went to the nearest airtel store and they were not keen to help me and told me to go to the place from where i purchased my sim. It's very unkind of a company like airtel to have such nuisance....

I ported from docomo to airtel and my old sim have stopped working... Airtel sim can only make outgoing calls but incoming is blocked. On calling customer care they say sim is activated but actually it's of no use if i can not get any calls. When any one call me they hear that this number is not in service. Message incoming is also blocked. I am very frustrated as i might miss important calls for this....

I have recharged rs.296/- for 2gb data which has validity of 28days on 31st may 2017 through net banking.

The amount is debited to my bank account, but till date the recharge plan is not activated to my mobile number.

Rs399 recharge was done for 56 days but now after 28 days says it got expired

If its for 28 days, then why doing recharge it was shown as 56 days

Earlier we used to get messages stating, 70 days has been revised to 56 days but no where it is mentioned as "again revised to 28 days"...

Few days ago I have recharged my number [protected] with 399 in which I was supposed to receive 1GB 4G data per day but I am receiving 3G data only. I am using it on OnePlus 3 phone which is 4G and I have set the data settings as 4G also. But I am receiving only 3G signals everywhere in the whole city. On my other airtel number 4G services are working very fine.

I applied for broadband connection and i got a call from[protected] claiming as from airtel on 25th may 2017 and promised me to give the connection in 3 days. They asked me for some documents and i provided the documents on the same day. But till now i didn't get any response from them. Even i am calling them daily 2 times from monday (29th may) and they are keep on telling that technician will visit before 6 o clock....

I opted for a sim portability from rajasthan circle to karnataka. After all verification, they told my number will be active in 30 mins. Hi Team,
I have recharged Rs.93/- for 2GB data which has validity of 2days.
Recharged date:29.05.2017 (approx. 21.30 IST)
Data got expired on 30.05.2017 at 00.00 hrs (IST)
Total hours of data validity 27.5 hrs, but 2 days are =48 hours.
I could see nowhere that from 21.30 hrs to 00.00 hrs = 1 day.
I lost 850 mb of data. Even, the customer care are not responding proper reply....

There is airtel network problem in Puthige village 574226 in this area. facing problem from last two week. I already filled complaint with your respective executive. they couldnot take any action against this so am porting my nomber to other network unless you people take action about this.
