? I told first attempt i am able to browse after that it will disconnect so because of this i am not able to connect to internet and do any task.
Second point so many guys called from your team and explained different different solutions. One of them is that 199 recharge is for 4g but your is 3g handset so we will convert and give 3g data but after that no information from them and same issue. For 349 recharge also they told same thing for your information i recharged all packages from my app which was for 3g data set.
You are telling i used conteneous data on your mentioned date
. I dono what you are telling am i mad to complain you for 1 and half months without issue? Dear rajesh try to resolve issue and don't make customers frustrated of your wrong messages. Some 2 emails back sonali told upgrade to 4g sim as we spoke but thing is that she didn't spoke to me regarding this. See how you guys give wrong info itself and make false statements.
Please can anyone in your team genuinely solve this problem?
I am going to escalate this to tri centeal government department about your wrong info
Rajesh i suggest you learn how to speak with customers who has issues and try to resolve then doing some false statements and blaming customer

You have not discussed with me saying to upgrade to 4g sim and why you are mentioning in email saying as discussed and please upgrade and all.
For your information i have recharged 199 rupess data pack and its for 3g/4g so i have recharged it and still i am unable to use internet. I am asking for this issue and whats next step for this issue. But you are suggesting for 4g sim to upgrade that is for next step but tell me what i should do for this 199 recharge which was for 3g/4g and i have 3g enabled handset and not 4g enabled. Please check this issue and resolve. If not revert my last 2 recharge amount i. E 349 and 199 and i will think later what action needs to be taken.
The rechrage amount doesnt come from anywhere its hard earned amount so dont give suggestion to upgrade and all but first tell me about issue and resolve this and give back my recharge amount as i am not using internet for last 1 and half month even though recharging for this.
