I ported my number from vodafone to airtel few days back. The process initiated officially from company side on 2nd june.in the mean time i came to jaipur for some business work and my sim got ported and they said we cannot do interstate televerification. I have no other means to communicate with my family in unknown place. I approached airtel store in ganpati plaza, jaipur and they said no to help and were very rude. Then i called the lady in kolkata who called me 10times a day when she needed me to port my number. But now she doesn't respond. I then emailed and launched a complaint through [protected]@in. Airtel.com and they took 2 days to reply. And said they will resolve in 3 days but still no response from anyone and my sim is not working. This number is important to me other wise i wouldn't have gone through so much pain of such bad company. Each consumer is paying full amount bills and still company is so unresponsive. You have been working since last 4 days to solve my issue and I am sitting in an unknown town with no friend and no backup just because none of your store tried helping me. Neither you customer care responded swiftly and again now I am hearing these words that you are working. Sitting in AC office and typing mail is easy. Come visit unknown city with no help then you will realise how helpless I felt these past 4 days. Came here to work but couldn't do anything just to fear what to do where to go and how to contact my family and complete the project I came for. I will remember this treatment of your company and get experience and never get another no of your firm.

    Hi sir / madam,
    My airtel dth number is [protected], my plan name is south base plan, from the day 1 i am doing recharge for 380 to 450 per month, however within 18 or 20 days before my recharge amount get over, i frequently called your customer care and complained regarding that i need only 200 or 230 per month plan, but customer care agents told me that i activated hd channels & others, they deactivated all hd and even changed the plans as we'll & they promised me from next time i can do 230 recharge & use for a month, but still today i have the same issue, finally i came to a decision, i no need airtel, i never expected such a bad service from a most esteemed brand airtel, i don't want any refund or anything, just take your # brand and get out of my way please.
    Go and catch some other customers & # their money.

    Note: airtel you already lost in mobile internet, wait for another 6 months jio will again # you upside down in dth.

      I am unable to find his name on truecaller as well.

        Online recharge fails every time

        I had ported my number from docomo to airtel a couple of months back. After that, i used to recharge via paytm and airtel app, as i mainly use 4g packs from airtel. Since may 2017, i cannot recharge online anymore. I tried every pack, from rs. 14 to 496, different payment methods, and every recharge fails via airtel app/website. When i try to recharge via paytm, airtel doesn't confirm my recharge at all and i get refunded everytime.

        Airtel fraud in postpaid bill for international number 0044778620509

        In my airtel bill for the period: 05-may-2017 to 04-june-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected], 4 times. Details below:
        17/may/2017 02:20:[protected]

        21/may/2017 19:47:[protected]
        24/may/2017 09:19:[protected]
        But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked...

          I have recharged 349 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer.

            I recharged my phone with the 399 plan yesterday. On the website nowhere it is mentioned that this plan is valid for a specific handset/sim. Upon recharging i get a message that says that it can only work on a 4g handset with u sim. What is that supposed to mean to a customer?

            I feel cheated for spending money on something that does not work. Airtel has become highly disappointing these days. I am surprised to see that to talk to a customer care officer i have to pay money. What is happening?

            I might as well move to a different operator than staying with airtel.

              Respected sir,
              After writing a number of mails and repetative calls at your company regarding my issues, i received the calls of your executive, some of them made me promises that turn out to be fake at later stages while some of them said they would be calling me back in sometime but till now i dont find any resolution to my problems.

              As a 11 year old customer of your company, i request you to please look upon this concern seriously and help me out.

              Issue 1:
              I was a 1 month old 'airtel secure' customer, when i was talking to customer care to register my mobile damage claim on 2 june'17, one of your executive by mistake unsubscribed me from this plan. Now, who would be paying by my damage cover as one assist is asking me to contact airtel.

              Issue 2:
              I have been charged extra from 6-7 months in my bills.

              Sir, its my humble request to please take this issue seriously and please help me out.

                    Dear all,
                    I am an airtel user for last 4 years.in the month of january 2017 i activated a plan for 4g data (Name of the plan: booster @250 for 1gb 4g data) and that the customer executive told me that the plan will be deactivated after one month. But to my surprise the plan is still activated for the last 4 months and i am paying for the same as i did not noticed the bill.
                    So kindly reimburse me the amount of rs 1000 as soon as possible.

                      In the last month i paid my bill on 5th june rs. 350/- against rs.344.69
                      I requested to discontinue the facility of 1 g. B. From my connection.
                      Now i understand that again your company has charged extra charges for 1 g. B data.
                      I also understand that there is grace period of 3 days after the due date in post paid bills. But your company has charged rs. 100/- as late payment charges.
                      I request you to reverse rs. 200/- from my bill amount.

                        U said that airtel is more speed than everyone than why the # my network is not working i have to wait 10 min to see anything and suddenly it stop the network became slow and slow its show 4 g but it not working better than 4g 3g is more speeed from tmr if my network is not good than i am going to change my sim to bsnl the best network and even it have mkre benifit than airtel

One ms shivani called me on 2nd june from customer care and assured that my problem will be solved within 24 hour & she supposed to call me back but after 10 days she did not call back & my problem not solved.                                 I applied for an airtel broadband connection in month of dec 2016. A guy came from the airtel office and asked for 1000 inr for which i gave him the cheque of same amount (Cheque no 613444). After few days he called and told me that you don't have an empty port in your area so we won't be able to provide you the connection at present but withing a week or two, we will get it done. This all happened in month of december and till date i am chasing around airtel customer care but i got no response. Neither they returned my money nor they installed the connection

                                  Applied 4g dongle home delivery online. Dealer din give reciept neither sim is activated. Have called 121 showroom guys nodal officer but its seems useless. Now i cant activate this sim n airtel is doing fradulant in the name of dealers which is pathetic. Nobody works doesnt know how to resolve rather they want to shut down the conversation and stating its not their department. Big companies doest care about customers satisfaction n its quite horible and to get these reponses from airtel. I have been an loyal customer for more than 10 yr. If you are not fit to develop a proper site to offer then go for it rather than fooling customers.

                                  I have paid 3500 hotspot and prepaid sim activation charge. Since i ordered online dealer said receipt will be send via email. SIM is not getting activated looks like he over charged me . Im calling him for 2 months he never picks up call i dialled 121 they told to visit show room . I visited show room they told they have no information and i need to reached nodel. I mailed nodel officer they said since i have not noted down the online reuqst number looks like they cannot help. I will return the sim and dongle pls initiate process to refund money. It looks like frauders

But still device not effected please do needful early. Additional information are as follows: on[protected] one message received from airtel that no call /msg made for the past 90 days and so recharge may be done. But on that day rs 18.33 was available.
