Network connection - internet, call drops

No network, no internet, call drops, no response or action taken on n number of issues raised. Ticket gets closed automatically and no change in the situation, my last step would be to change the operator. Vodafone works very well here in this place.

But the offer did on reflect on recharging the same today 30.05.2017 6.29 pm. I would like to question a world class brand like airtel - why do you want to earn in such a way by showing false offers and this the cheap nature/ cheating nature which is not expected from any of your thrust worthy customers....

I have a airtel 3g sim card in a 4g handset, but since the start of the 349 plan, i have been getting only 1gb data for the whole month instead of 1 gb/day for 28 days.
To rectify this problem i even went to airtel office to upgrade my 3g sim to 4g, but still the problem remains. I have been trying to call the airtel customer care but to no avail. I am really fed up of this situation and need an urgent solution....
