This is the worst experience i am facing with airtel dth since last 3 days. After calling multiple times and receiving many calls from team, there is no solution provided by technical team. I am only getting assurance that my problem will resolved but no result. Technician only ask whether it;s a paid service or under warranty and as its come under warranty period, none on the technician has visited till now, even they stopped responding to my calls.

Please do let me know if i have to opt for the paid service??? I can go ahead with this...

      Need your help as i have raised my recharge query on last monday date 5.06.2017 but still no solution given by airtel, airtel executive has given me wrong information, sunday on 4th june 17 i have discussed with customer care executive about recharge i have asked him one question if i'll do recharge for 1year then what benefit will you provide to me then that girl said don't do recharge of 1 year do recharge of 10 months & you will get 2.5 month free service & there won't be any changes in your current channels including hd, rather you will get 32 hd channels. I have immediately done recharge of rs 4360 for 10 month as i am doing recharge of 460 per month it got activated yesterday but when i checked yesterday night i saw few channels were not there, star movies hd, star movies select hd, mn+ hd, z studio hd. I called twice since yesterday night but not getting any revert just executives are saying we wll call you but no response.
      Pls do the needful & resolve my query.

            Hi tem,

            This is with regards to network issue am facing since last few months and i have raised this issue with airtel network team many times but not solution provided till date, below are the complaint reference numbers.

            Once i raise a request i get a call from network team, someone comes to my home check the network status takes down the network speed which is horrible, 0.97 kbps to 10 kbps in the area like kr puram which is very near to itpl, whitefield.

            After few days i get a message from network team stating this issue is resolved now but nothing has changed it's still the same.

            I have four people using airtel network in my home and all have the same issue but airtel network team is not bothered, today again i got the call from network team asking me what issue am facing and the story continues.

            Need a proper mechanism in place to solve this network issue, we are planning to change our service provider asap.

            Please assist.

Dated of 19 july 2017 airtel called me & gave me offer 220 for monthly recharge which all hd channel closed but your normaly channel for a month & request me please sir rc of 220 today & then next rc 220 19th june but airtel deceive me 6th june turned off my all channel. Therefore i have talked this regarding said to me airtel company sir i forwarded your complaint.
                Therefore i kindly request to you please solved my issue. I hope you that you will help me.

                  Hi airtel team,

                  I have been facing network connectivity issue in my area since last 3 weeks on both my mobile voice connection and 3g data card and i have raised a complaint with your customer care team on phone. (Customer request no :[protected]. Couple of days later, i got the call from airtel which i missed and after seeing their sms about the missed call, i called the same number back within an hour after getting sms. But out of two numbers given, one is switched off and one more is not in use. Suddenly on the same day i got one more message stating that as per my confirmation on no network issue, closing this case. I was really disappointed with this kind of response from airtel. I called the customer care center again to report about this and after that no response.

                  Can someone responsible from the airtel team look in to this and close the network coverage issues in my area.

                    Dear airtel dth,
                    due to above cited subject i am kapil pratap saole having airtal dth connection my customer id is [protected]. From last week this connection is not working properly and most of the hd and some of the sd channels are not working.

                    I have shifted this connection in march end on current address; on that time all the channels are working fine. I have already done 1 year recharge of my airtal dth on may first week.

                    From last month most of the hd channels are not working so i have done 1 complaint to customer care in may. Your service engineer came and he told me that length of wire is 100 meter so this connection is not working properly. I told him onto the time of installation why you service engineer not informing me about this and why all the channels are working fine onto that time. He don't gave me the answer and start his job on to that day he fixed the issue some how.

                    Last week start sports hd channels are not working  so i called to customer care on thursday to sort out the issue friday service engineer yashwant (Employee id ie m: [protected]) came he checked and he told me length of wire is above than 100 meter and i explained him all the previous history. He came before that most of the sd channels and some of the hd channels are working fine but once he changed the setting all channels are not working and i told him kindly set as last time so i can at least watch some india vs south africa match tomorrow.

                    He told me due to weather its not coming now but later you can able to watch most of the channels but until today all the channels are not working and this connection is useless for me.   â€‹

                    On to that time i spoke to mr anmol regarding the same issue he is sitting in airtel dth office; that your service engineer not informed me length of wire and strength on to the time of connection installation after shifting and he told me you have done the installation by force. He also spoke me in abusive language and that is not acceptable at all he don't know how to talk with customer. He even told me do whatever you want to do i don't care in abusive way in hindi language.

                    Ok if you don't want to sort out the issue you should informed to customer but talking with customer in that manner its not acceptable at all.in my opinion airtal is not very serious to getting the feedback from the customer and taken action against his employee that's why this type of employees is having courage to talk with customer in that manner.

                    I have 2 postpaid, 2 prepaid, 1 dth and 1 broadband connection of airtal and now i want to change all these connection to other operator who care about customer point of view and promptly reply to customer.

                    Anyway now i don't want to continue with airtal so kindly provide me the details how i get my refund of balance amount and close this airtal dth connection.

                      I am facing a problem from last one month.
                      80% of incoming calls to my network is drops.
                      My clients are not getting me over phone. When anyone call me it is just bleeping and then no network coverage.
                      But i have full network in my mobile

                      All my outgoing call are working good
                      All outgoing and incoming sms are good. But some time i am getting my otp sms after a hours.
                      I have contacts airtel care and visited nearest customer outlet, changed my sim, changed my mobile phone but still its not working.
                      My last compliant number is 897948
                      Kindly repair this as soon as possible

                        I have recharged my airtel number with 349/- prepaid plan (That gives you 1 gb data per day) almost 10 day ago but got data only day one. Since then i haven't received any data, even rs 200 deducted on next day for over use.
                        On a very first complaint they respond saying your sim is 3g and plan is for 4g.
                        On same day i upgraded my sim to 4g. But even after that 4 days of sim upgrade issue is same and they are not bothering. I have never expected such poor service from airtel.

This company is cheating customers, trying to compete with jio with fake offers. This is robbery. When you call customer care, you just get automated replies and can't reach customer care executive.                           Yes so true this company cheat people with fake plans I recharged same but I got robbed in different way they cheated me with data, if I hav more then 400 mb data remaining today they not give me nxt day's 1 GB data instead of it they give only remaining data of past day and their customer service not work too on 198 when I tried to get contacted with customer care executive automated reply told me my balance and call cut
                          Same here plans are shown in my airtel app Rs 148.00 1 GB/day for 28 days and Rs 399 1 GB/day for 28 days but internet stopped working after few MB uses. 198 and 121 is no more toll free against TRIA directive I am going to file case in consumer forum.

                            This is going on for a long time now. Bill of someone else is sent to my email. I had complained and got a reply that the information is corrected. However, even today i got the bill for some other number.

                            Can airtel not verify the email of the person they are sending the email to. This is nothing but mental harassment. The actual person must not be getting his bill or is this some fake email and mobile number?

                              Hi i deepak i recently started using airtel 4g network and i recharged for rs 399 pack o[censored]nlimited calls + 250 mb 3g data and extra data 70gb for 70 days (1gb per day) on 4g sim and h/s. I got 1024+250 mb on 1st day as per plan. I used abt 650mb tht day but nxt day morng when i checked my remaining data its only 380 mb. Than i checked my phone's data use history it showed only abt 250 mb use for tht day. After that when i call on 198 for complaint they said i had used it in their records i ignore it at that time. Next daymeans 3rd days i got full data so i was ok tht day i used less data becoz of work and i had abt 560 mb remain at midnight b and again today on 4th day i check data at 00:12 mid night and i had remaining of last day i already call to 198 but 1st she was talking in punjabi (I had selected hindi) and she was talking rudely and she resolve nothing. She said u used ur data i explain everything but she said to check my data again when i did its same as before and i tried to call on 198 but it not getting me to talk to operator. Pls help me resolving this issue i think they doing it with many of thier customers. I regrets switching to airtel and i never let any of people around me to fall in trap of this company

I got a call from company executive and he asked about my issue in detail and told me that this may be happening bcoz I use my in mostly in night from 09:00 pm to 02:00am so data cut from pack at end of the session . So he told me to end my session before or at 00:00

                                    I am on airtel infinity plan (Postpaid plan of inr 549+ taxes) where i am supposed to get 3gb of data on 4g device. After consuming 1gb of data, internet was stopped on my phone on 9th june 2017 at 6.10am. I called airtel help desk around 6.30am (After rebooting phone several time) and they told me the area where i am living has some problem with tower. I called them again at 8am and i was told a different story by csr this time. Csr told me since i am not using 4g device hence i cannot use another 2gb. Csr also said he can see that i am using iphone 6plus which is a 4g device. Csr disconnected the call saying he has activated another 2gb and i should check it out. Since morning till night i called airtel support 8 times and no body bothered to help me with internet. Till today (12th june) i am not able to use the internet at all. I cannot use ola, uber service for last 4 days. Various sr raised during my conversation were[protected], 56005748, 76843471 and 76845524. As of today, i have decided to go with jio and port my number. The attitude towards serving a long term postpaid customer is miserable. I am really sad leaving airtel but i know csr team won't bother about it.

                                      Complaint to remove mobile tower from residential area.

                                      I am resident of vishwakarma colony near pul prahladpur new delhi 110044, and this tower situated on back side of our building not more than 5 mtr. It is emitting hazardous em radiations which is causing irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin. My wife has abortion due to this bloody tower. I would request you to kindly remove the tower as early as possible as it is the question of life and death of many people in my area. There is mcd school also which is very near to our house. Kindly do something. This is to bring your attention that this mobile tower has been installed in a congested residential area and most of the people are not aware of the health hazards associated with it. However, people started feeling irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin.
                                      Generator produces a lot of sound pollution and vibration on earth and in atmosphere (Air). We have feel a severe heavy sound attack in my heart and in my mind and echo sound from the reflection of gali (Lane) and from the reflection of my room walls.
                                      The tower location is very near to us, there are many senior citizen, pregnant women in area. This would defiantly cause a dangerous effective
                                      To all of them. We really do not required this mobile tower near to us.
                                      So please remove that mobile tower from residential area. We request you to look into the matter and take immediate action and i request to you personally kindly cancel license of tower and remove it immediately.
