In my airtel bill for the period: 05-may-2017 to 04-june-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected], 4 times. Details below:
17/may/2017 00:18:[protected]
17/may/2017 01:20:[protected]
17/may/2017 02:21:[protected]
17/may/2017 02:33:[protected]
18/may/2017 23:22:[protected]
18/may/2017 23:33:[protected]
But i haven't sent any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in airtel's other customer complaints too. I guess it's a fraud from the company. They have charged rs30 for that 5rs per sms.

I want to know, why the company is cheating with its own customer and how can i sue them.
Since this is not the first time happening and i have seen such cheating with my other number as well and i have also seen such complaints against them by other customers as well.

    I would like to bring this to your attention that money from my main balance is being deducted for data usage even when data balance is there.
    This happens everyday around 11:45 pm.
    I don't know if there is bug in your system/app or your doing this knowingly in such a way that remains unnoticed by the users.
    Even i ignored these deductions for a week or so. It was yesterday that i noticed that they charging even when i have data left in my account.

    It also shows different data balance sometimes. I have attached the screenshots showing that.

    Please look into this matter as soon as possible because i think there is a serious bug in my airtel app.

      I recently ported my number from airtel mp and chhattisgarh circle to airtel kerala circle and since the day it got activated, i am unable to recharge online through paytm or my airtel app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

        Hi,
        I have done recharge of rs 146 today about 11am from my sbi bank account online but i don't receive the balance or any msg on my airtel number. Whether balance was deducted from my bank account. What is the problem? And what should i do?
        I have wait for 1day but there is no reply from airtel. Where my recharge amount gone. Airtel gives bad service.

          My service number is [protected] with airtel dth connection. I have a hd dvr set top box and regret to say that i a customer almost 10 year old.

          Off late, there is a series of complaints to which the airtel staff is not paying heed to. My set top box has been replaced few months back paying the full amount. It is under warranty and a full year subscription has been paid with 239 days of service left as on 13th june 2017

          We lodged a complaint on 23rd may (Complaint no.[protected] stating the poor performance of set top box, hd channels not working and recording cant be done on dvr. After days of complaining, the engineer visited and concluded that the set top box (Which is under warranty) is not functioning properly. When asked to replace the set top box, he demanded money saying that the said model has been discontinued and we need to upgrade to a higher model of set top box.

          Again a new complaint was lodged on 9th june (Complaint no.[protected] to which we have been harrassed. Every day, since last 4 days, they say engineer will visit us but no one even attends the complaint.

          I would like to know, as a customer, am i at a fault if airtel has discontinued any model of their apparatus? And if the same needs to be replaced, why do we need to pay for the equipment which is under warranty?

          All these companies think that the customers are # and they can loot in one or the other way for the losses they incurr on bogus competition.

          When ever we call the customer care number, we are told " nischint rahiye ". What does this mean, when you cant bring a solution to a customer?

          I think, i will leave airtel for ever and will never let any close friend or known person to opt for airtel in future.

          They are still trying to bind us for another 12 months though our services for a period of 229 days is still paid for...

            Hello there,
            I got a broadband connection from airtel. However, they took money 17 days ago and promise to give landline phone on next day.in between, i had made a hundred calls and them simply not providing. They giving some numbers that never response. I am from indore, mp.

            I try to contact several airtel sites and complain nothing work.

            In this country except taking everyday new tax, is government imposing any regulations?

            I am wondering what to do with them.

                  My sim card stopped working 2 days ago. I had the sim replaced from paper mills road, perambur airtel showroom. The new sim was activated today (13 june 2017). However i am unable to receive any sms and also the recharges that i made after the new sim activation is not getting reflected in my account and no notifications also for the same. I am able to make and reveive voice calls and the internet is working fine as well. I am not able to recharge and also receive sms. Please help me urgently on this issue.

I am using 4g sim 4g handset i also use 4g data pack but airtel provides us poor 2g it's showing big e on display, why they charge us for 4g where they are providing without g.                           Here are the details :
                          05-jun : called up 121 helpdesk. Explained the prob in details. Assured that the problem will be solved asap
                          07-jun : nothing happened, so went to airtel store in whitefield bangalore. Assured that the technical team has been involved and the issue will be resolved in 24 hours
                          08-jun : got a call from technician (Sureshkannan kannan), fixed an appointment for 9am 09-jun
                          09-jun: technician didn't turn up, called suresh to know that he won't be able to make it. Finally came around 1 pm
                          Technician put another sim in my phone and the data was good. He spoke to his team lead who told that there is some change in account settings done by mistake, the issue would be resolved within 24 hours
                          10-jun: no updates, sent a message to technician for update.. No response
                          12-jun : issue still not resolved, sent a message to technician for update.. No response. Called him multiple times, didn't pick up.

                          Can you pls pass on the escalation contact, the service on this case has been very poor. Also, the response from your technician sureshkannan has been quite dismal. Didn't come on fixed appointment time, don't have the courtesy to reply to message or calls.

                          Pls assist in resolving this asap. I had been your post paid customer for last 6 years. I don't want to terminate my connection just because of this bad experience. Pls advise if you are not able to assist.

                            I am using your post paid service from last couple of years, and now that i want to convert my post paid into prepaid, for that i already paid bill of 900 as was told by customer executive and rest 300 which was already late payment charges, but till date same has not been adjusted. And payment of 900 is not getting entered in system due to non adjustment of waver of 300. Can i expect resolution by eod or i will stop using your services and will take this matter to trai/dot and other telecom authorities.

                              This is to bring in notice that i changed my plan to 799 infinity plan in which i was told that outgoing roaming is free but then also my unbilled amount is 512inr in just one week. I am being charged on outgoing calls on roaming. I have asked to terminate my number. Today morning i recieved a call from airtel saying that please do not terminate the number as this is mistake from system and once bill generated we will waive off the extra charged amount. But still i want to bring in notice as my unbilled amount is still rising and i want the same in writing from airtel that this will be waived off else please terminate my number. Please look into this.

                                  I am an airtel consumer for more than 15 years. I hold 2 mobiles and one landline of airtel. I requested airtel to shift my landline connection from gurgaon to bangalore. They took my address and confirmed that it can be relocated. I was advised to carry my modem and instrument and i followed it.
                                  After a week on my follow up airtel said that it take minimum 8 days. After 10 days, i could not reach to their help line as it was telling my landline number and customer id number invalid. After suffering for 15 days, i wrote an email. Then i got a call saying that they do not have free dp for relocation so they cancelled my connection without informing me. What a fun!!! My security amount is eaten up. On top of it, i am asked to pay a bill generated after cancelling my connection.

                                  Also see the real fun. They are also telling me that they can not relocate but if i apply for a new connection, they would give me as same address. They have free dp for new connection. What is the logic?

                                  Do they think customer is stupid? I wish jio brings airtel in huge loss and it closes down.

                                    Airtel boasts of the so called open network which is nothing but crap. They say the coverage is excellent and good everywhere. I ported into airtel from idea which i think is one of the biggest mistake i've done in the recent past. My phone is a 3g phone and airtel is not even able to provide me with 3g access at my home. I'm always hooked on to 2g how much ever i try. I am not even able to talk to the customer service agents through 198, 121, 12118. By the time il be connected to the customer care, the automated response says, dial *121# to manage my account and thankyou for calling airtel. Even the appellate number is #. Please think twice before porting into airtel. The customer service is very pathetic.

                                      I have requested for shifting the airtel bb and it is almost 3 rd week and not getting any response. While taking the shifting the confirmed that the connection is available in the new area. The second day after my request, they told they come for shifting. But after that there is no response.

                                      Is it possible for you to check the issue?
                                      The one who called me in the second day is very rough and tough and he is behaving differently now...

                                      I have called customer care and gave complaint about thr wrong charges and the customer service executive have told me ill get call and i got call after 4 days and i was driving so i told them the timing to call back till now i havent received any feedback
