I am holding 2 sim from airtel, recently from post paid to prepaid taken a request paying all the due amount. Got my prepaid sim too but the service was not activated visited the store 2 time but no resolution. Called the customer care number, after listening to the issue a agent laughs on call and the second agent places me on hold for no reason and disconnects the line. Not sure i am a customer or they, if someone have prepaid number guess this is the way airtel treats. Disappointed to the core.
