I got offer to recharge with airtel 399 plan and get 70 days validity unlimited call and 1 gb data per day. Recharged with 399 my airtel no [protected] on 14th may 2017 and today 12th june 2017, got message that my validity has ended. This company is cheating customers, trying to compete with jio with fake offers. This is robbery. When you call customer care, you just get automated replies and can't reach customer care executive. This is chor company, you will be dommed by jio

Yes so true this company cheat people with fake plans I recharged same but I got robbed in different way they cheated me with data, if I hav more then 400 mb data remaining today they not give me nxt day's 1 GB data instead of it they give only remaining data of past day and their customer service not work too on 198 when I tried to get contacted with customer care executive automated reply told me my balance and call cut
Same here plans are shown in my airtel app Rs 148.00 1 GB/day for 28 days and Rs 399 1 GB/day for 28 days but internet stopped working after few MB uses. 198 and 121 is no more toll free against TRIA directive I am going to file case in consumer forum.

    This is going on for a long time now. Bill of someone else is sent to my email. I had complained and got a reply that the information is corrected. However, even today i got the bill for some other number.

    Can airtel not verify the email of the person they are sending the email to. This is nothing but mental harassment. The actual person must not be getting his bill or is this some fake email and mobile number?

      Hi i deepak i recently started using airtel 4g network and i recharged for rs 399 pack o[censored]nlimited calls + 250 mb 3g data and extra data 70gb for 70 days (1gb per day) on 4g sim and h/s. I got 1024+250 mb on 1st day as per plan. I used abt 650mb tht day but nxt day morng when i checked my remaining data its only 380 mb. Than i checked my phone's data use history it showed only abt 250 mb use for tht day. After that when i call on 198 for complaint they said i had used it in their records i ignore it at that time. Next daymeans 3rd days i got full data so i was ok tht day i used less data becoz of work and i had abt 560 mb remain at midnight b and again today on 4th day i check data at 00:12 mid night and i had remaining of last day i already call to 198 but 1st she was talking in punjabi (I had selected hindi) and she was talking rudely and she resolve nothing. She said u used ur data i explain everything but she said to check my data again when i did its same as before and i tried to call on 198 but it not getting me to talk to operator. Pls help me resolving this issue i think they doing it with many of thier customers. I regrets switching to airtel and i never let any of people around me to fall in trap of this company

      My issue is resolved. I got a call from company executive and he asked about my issue in detail and told me that this may be happening bcoz I use my in mostly in night from 09:00 pm to 02:00am so data cut from pack at end of the session . So he told me to end my session before or at 00:00

I was promised a data of 585mb data for 15 days validity but i felt cheated when only 300mb data for 10days was given to me on my airtel no. [protected]. No action has been taken to rectify the mistake of my airtel app. Request consider my request as well as complaint to remit the balance data n validity n oblige.

        Problem rectified but would have been more satisfied when Airtel should have taken same action without me resorting to project my problem through this forum. Still all is well that ends well. Expect a better service from Airtel for better customer company relationship.

          My name is abuthahir.. My airtel phone number [protected].. I recharged 1gb data 1 day for 56 ruppe (9/6/2017) at 6 33 pm.. Then i got a new message from airtel, congratulations.. Your 1gb data validity has been extended for 10 days... When i got this message from airtel i redused using of my 1gb data... Cause 10 days remaining.. But the day 12 am (10/6/2017) ended my 1 gb data.. So that my 1 gb data is wasted... My downloading and browsing mbs wasted... I have no benefit of my 1gb data.. My cash is wasted.. So that.. I want get back my remaining net balance before 12 am (10/6/2017)... Please give me... Unless u give my remaining net balance airtel cheated me.. My cash is will be wasted...             I am on airtel infinity plan (Postpaid plan of inr 549+ taxes) where i am supposed to get 3gb of data on 4g device. After consuming 1gb of data, internet was stopped on my phone on 9th june 2017 at 6.10am. I called airtel help desk around 6.30am (After rebooting phone several time) and they told me the area where i am living has some problem with tower. I called them again at 8am and i was told a different story by csr this time. Csr told me since i am not using 4g device hence i cannot use another 2gb. Csr also said he can see that i am using iphone 6plus which is a 4g device. Csr disconnected the call saying he has activated another 2gb and i should check it out. Since morning till night i called airtel support 8 times and no body bothered to help me with internet. Till today (12th june) i am not able to use the internet at all. I cannot use ola, uber service for last 4 days. Various sr raised during my conversation were[protected], 56005748, 76843471 and 76845524. As of today, i have decided to go with jio and port my number. The attitude towards serving a long term postpaid customer is miserable. I am really sad leaving airtel but i know csr team won't bother about it.

              Complaint to remove mobile tower from residential area.

              Sir/mam
              I am resident of vishwakarma colony near pul prahladpur new delhi 110044, and this tower situated on back side of our building not more than 5 mtr. It is emitting hazardous em radiations which is causing irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin. My wife has abortion due to this bloody tower. I would request you to kindly remove the tower as early as possible as it is the question of life and death of many people in my area. There is mcd school also which is very near to our house. Kindly do something. This is to bring your attention that this mobile tower has been installed in a congested residential area and most of the people are not aware of the health hazards associated with it. However, people started feeling irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin.
              Generator produces a lot of sound pollution and vibration on earth and in atmosphere (Air). We have feel a severe heavy sound attack in my heart and in my mind and echo sound from the reflection of gali (Lane) and from the reflection of my room walls.
              The tower location is very near to us, there are many senior citizen, pregnant women in area. This would defiantly cause a dangerous effective
              To all of them. We really do not required this mobile tower near to us.
              So please remove that mobile tower from residential area. We request you to look into the matter and take immediate action and i request to you personally kindly cancel license of tower and remove it immediately.

                  These guys cancelled my postpaid to prepaid conversion request two times.
                  I have submitted my all documents and bill also but they are blaming each others themself. I only called to customer care 30 times and they are saying it will get resolve withing 6, 24, 72 hours but still i haven't receive any proper response from airtel.
                  Airtel is not gd at all in service, it's not worth to continue with this network

                    I had purchase your airtel sim one week ago, my airtel number is [protected]. Since i buy your sim, this sim is not working properly.net is going extremely slow and could not shows proper network even 2g speed also not give by your network. I had compliant about the speed and network issue to your customer care and they assure me that the issue of network will be solving before 5.06.2017 but till date problem is continue. Your sim is not support to my d link dongal also; your sales person gives me false and fake commitment that this sim will give 4g speed and will support to my dongal also. But your airtel network is not giving even 2g speeds. Its work very terrible. Kindly look into matter on very urgent basis.

                        I am residing at pitampura delhi and using airtel mobile number. I am unable to use internet at normal speed. Browsing is very slow and customer care executive is saying that we cant do anything in this matter she was saying that their is no 4g service of airtel in your area. My phone is giving 2g speed not even 3g. I am not getting one thing while airtel launched offer of data and calling in 349. They were asking us you should b using 4g phone to use this offer now why are you not giving 4g services even this is not a 3g service. These offers were only to make fool of customers or it was just to compete jio at that time. Highly disappointed with your services. I think i have no option other than porting in any other service. Company should not claim these things in their advertisements if they can't provide these type of services. Please stop making fool of consumers by showing these type of advertisements.

                            Incident:
                            -amount deducted from airtel balance
                            -date : 8th june to 11 th june
                            -i need a refund on my balance

                            I was speaking to this executive called basha, who wouldn't listen to what i am asking. Airtel plays this game of deducting the balance by not providing enough information.

                            Their 399 plan is a major hoax and claims unlimited calls but they now say it is only for 5 hours a day which is no where explained.

                            First call to the customer care always gets cut so we will be charged 1 re after 3 minutes complete and then we will have to call again which is again explaining the entire thing and costing the customer.

                              My airtel prepaid number from karnataka is not working since day before yesterday neither incoming nor outgoing but internet pack is working properly. I tried to call customer care 121, 198 and many more number but none of them working cannot call anyone from my airtel network. Kindly see the matter and try to fix it as soon as possible it is urgent.

                                I submitted the mnp documents in shaikpet dream valley hyderabad airtel office on 26 may 17.. My local verification has been done and i have received sms for the same.. There are 2 numbers which i wanted to do national mnp from airtel bangalore to airtel hyderabad. The response i got from the sup call was that i did not submitted my documents.. Kindly tell me if i had not submitted my documents then how did airtel know i want to go for mnp and did verification for the same.. I would also like to complaint about a supervisor in airtel customer care department i last spoke to who was very rude and sounded rowdy over the call.. I need the issue to be resolve.. Reference number for the airtel complaint in cdmnp[protected].. I want a call on my number and the issue to be resolved..

                                Note the airtel office also took 300 inr from me stating that 150 each will be credited once the mnp is done of both my numbers

                                  I have four airtel corporate postpaid connection& few days ago your representative called me that i have a best data plan of rs 499/- for you, in which you will get 35 gb pm without any call. At the time of sale your representative told me that 35gb will be valid only for three months after that you will get 5gb per month. He sold me ([protected])
                                  But when sim got activated i got only 5gb. I talked to your representative he told me that you will get only 1 gb per day +5gb monthly backup, in this way you will get 35gb in month. But even after this i talked to customer care she told me that you will get only 5gb in month and no more data will be given to you.
                                  Sir i have 4 airtel postpaid number with your company but if you will behave, to the customer, like this how i will survive with your company.

                                  Kindly sir provide me suitable solution so that they could not misguide to any other customer.

Please help me with this. I have tried to contact customer care. But i am utterly disgusted with the service i got from them.
