Complaint marked as Resolved i got 150/- as compensation amount instead of 35 days calling validity which is ok to me.
Thanks Airtel for showing some interest in customer grievance. Also Thanks to consumer complaint that provided me a platform to present my issue.

And IVR also takes so much time in announcing menu options that one just gives up. Is it tactics of Airtel to dissuade people to call call centre. They fail to understand that people would like to speak to official as app or IVR does not solve issues.
I want to know how do recharge 84 days validity pack on my phone or else I'm going to port out of such a pathetic experience b brand
