Hi team,

Please send my bill receipt for airtel postpaid datacard with number [protected] to my mail address as soon as possible. I am not receiving any acknowledgement for my bill payment. Kindly requesting to send me the payment receipt of april may and june.
The acknowledgement mail to the payment is required as a proof for the payment and for personal purpose.

    I have two airtel digital tv connection at my home under my cust id [protected]. Last year on[protected], i recharged my both connection from a local vendor with rs.[protected]+3012) for annual packages on both the connections. But, today my services were stopped due to low balance. When i called customer care, they said annual packages were not activated on your packages. When i asked them to lodge the complaint, they asked me to go and fight with the vendor.

    Airtel offer me 499 plan and tell that u can give 13 GB data for three month but after activate this plan thay told me that u r not activate extra 10 gb data pack. They dontgive proper answer and ther those people who suggesf me plan is not receiving my call.

      There is absolutely no signal most of the day in my area (6-4-361/20, anjaneya swamy colony, bholakpur, secunderabad-500080).

      Most of the times "mobile network is unavailable" to place calls.

      And there is lot of disturbance on the line. Please set up a tower in the area..

      Also the airtel website to register a complaint doesn't work.. After filling the details the "pin code" field has no drop down list.

        I recharge on 12/6/17 at 10-11am using paytm but not recharge at the time shown only dealers down. Then i recharges out side. But evening 6.40 pm message came your number was recharge. But i recharges already. Then i called to customer care and conformed as u recharge agin. By your mistake double time recharged. So please refund to my money rs.199/.

          In last few days i have seen deductions on sms which i m not aware of.. Even now as soon as i switched my phone i saw a deduction of rs 10 for 2 sms which i did not send.. Around rs 50 have been deducted for such sms without my permission.. Please refund it back and deactivate such sms service.. If i require additional service i will activate myself..

                I was offered a plan of 1000 local+std minutes (With conference and maharashtra roaming), 1 gb 4g data and 300 (National + local sms) by airtel executive by the name of ms. Nimmi to port my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. No executive visited and all the details were shared on whatsapp number of ms. Nimmi together with my id proofs. However, when the number got ported, i got only 340 minutes and 200 sms plan for rs.299. Upon contacting airtel, they say that they have no details of the same and the current plan is the only plan. Now there is no response from ms. Nimmi's number.

                This is a big cheating racket to port customers into airtel and then offer an inferior plan by misrepresenting them. I will take the p

                  Last sunday my phone was lost and therfore i asked my local airtel retailer to apply for retaing my old number. After that when i contacted the customer care of airtel, they said that my number is registered in someone's else name.

                  I am a customer since 2003 and i am sure the sim is in my name. I think they misplaced their data records which is their major fault.
                  Now when i am applying to retain the same number then they are given different conditions and forcing me to convert my sim into postpaid.
                  I want to retain my old number because there are many important customers of mine as i am a business man.
                  I didnot expect this kind of service from a brand like airtel. I am therefore urging to look after this matter.

                        Hi, yesterday i bought a sim for upgrading my sim card and they said to upgrde in 24 hours and till now i have not got my 9gb data for upgrading my sim card into 4gb. Till now the time has passed from 24 hours and i dont know the sim is upgraded or not but i have not got my 9gb as upgrding my sim card into 4g.                           I had request to change my postpaid number to prepaid number on 9.5.17 with all dues. but after month my number not change. Then I had go Airtel gallery on 8.6.17 to asked about my complaint.they told me Ur request fail. No satisfied answer given me. I request solve my problem otherwise close my number..

                                Hello sir/madam,
                                My number was [protected], after the cyclone in chennai no one was even bothered of picking up the calls for complaints so that time i decided to disconnect the connection and i had sent an email and they replied back that my connection will be disconnected within 7 days. All amounts were settled then too, airtel company persons calls me everyday every hour to pay the bill. For what should i pay the bill. It was your company's​ mistake that they didn't disconnect. Why should we suffer for that. Iam attaching the email images. Please take this in a serious consideration.

                                  I am using airtel, in my area i'm facing network coverage issues from past 14 days, i raised a complaint on 1 june 2017, but till now there is no resolution to this issue.in these 11 days i contacted customer care people for multiple times and as well as appellate team 2 times. But there is no progress and no one came to my area to check the situation here. Here are my complaint reference numbers 7661605, 7675410, f[protected], f[protected]. And one more thing without resolving the issues they are closing the tickets after 5 days. They are telling that the tickets will automatically close in 5 days. I need an immediate action from airtel people.

                                    This recharge amount has been debited from my bank but does not show in my airtel account.

                                    Customer service registered a complaint # [protected] and one mr. Mallesh was not only rude but cut off the connection when i asked to talk with his manager. My next customer service call ended in a similar way.

                                    I have always trusted airtel - is airtel trying to rob me of my rs.299? Please resolve this issue or refund the amount credited.

                                    Side note: i am unable to recharge using paytm.

                                        My broadband connection has not been working for the past ten days. Despite calling them every single day, there has been no response to this and the issue remains unresolved. All i heard were empty promises and till date no technician has even visited my premises to rectify the problem. On top of that i have been billed much higher than usual for the month despite not even using internet.
