My citibank credit card ([protected]) was used on 18th may, 2017 to make airtel payment. Since that day i have been sending e-mails to airtel, however they are not responding properly to refund the amount back to my credit card. The fraudulent has used my credit card for inr 1, 00, 000/-, here i am requesting you again please refund my amount, it is really a hug amount for me and it changes my financial state....

Airtel services are getting poor, pathetic service. We made them payment on time but managers or high level people are so unresponsive that they hardly care about mail dropped to them or even if we mark our complain.

It's really unfortunate for a company like airtel to cheat it's customers on new plan and offers. My friend is getting Rs. 399 plan, but I am not getting that offer. It's really cheating. Got frustrated by airtel. Moving out of airtel is the decision i took.
Giving best offers only few people will not make your network stable in the market. Where your competitors like Jio, Vodafone even BSNL is giving best offers compared to airtel...

Hi,
I've ported my number to Airtel, believing the services to get better. But getting a bitter taste of it from day1. Airtel doesn't activate my SIM even after 28 hours. I've visited the Airtel Store 3 times last day(Kondapur, Hyderabad) all they could do is give a proper smile to the customer, but not resolve my issue and neither provide a proper update(this irked me more). I feel let down by the service and promptness of Airtel....
