I want to convert my airtel postpaid plan to prepaid. The customer care people told me that "u should go to airtel store and submit proof then they will give you prepaid sim card". So i went to airtel store, sri krishna nagar main road, hyderabad. These people saying different reasons like server slow, form not downloading, bill not calculating... Untill i went this 4 times but no use.

    Hi, i would like to bring to your notice the terrible incident that i am having with one of the biggest brand in india. I have a data pack active on my number. But since last couple of days there's deduction from my main account balance. I called customer care and they refunded me the balance couple of times and they suggested me to send a text stop to 1925. I sent the text and got the confirmation of the text. There was a deduction again from my main account balance. And when i called customer care they told me that i havnt send the text in proper way. The date when this happened is june 7, 2017. Moreover you executives were trying to prove me a that i was telling a lie about the text. I am a canadian resident and i am highly qualified to sent a 4 letter text. I am attaching the screenshot of the text i sent. I bought the new sim card worth 500rs and i received 70gb data for 70 days i. E 1gb a day. Even though there's deduction from my main account balance. I would like any personnel from airtel to call me to resolve the issue and find a resolution to this. Thanks.

      More than a year i am using the airtel prepaid 4g-lte sim card. I am using this airtel prepaid ([protected]) to get otp for login in in company websites, resetting password etc. The prepaid card is from west bengal berhampore. It was working all good and i was regularly keeping the balance above rs.100. Since last two months i am not getting any signal. Last time i topped up rs.200 is on 27th march 2017 but i have never got any signal on words. But i am not getting airtel signal.

      Now i can't even check the mobile balance and i don't know if the number is blocked.

        Greetings for the day.

        I recently ported from vodafone to airtel for a better service and better plan. Now after getting into airtel i am facing problems every single day. Sometimes it searches for network, internet issues, call drops and voice is not clear while communicating with others.

          This is to bring to your knowledge that i had the worst experience in porting from reliance to airtel. Instead o[censored]sual 7 days to activate airtel connection it is more than 10 days now that my connection has not yet activated. I am calling airtel day and night to get a resolution but to no avail. I have duly received all verification and confirmation messages which were required to go for the new connection. All i hear is that my request got auto cancelled due to some team's failure to address it on time. My last call with one representative mr asghar malik was the worst of all experience in which he said i have to revisit the airtel store and get the process started all over again. Now my reliance connection is inactive and airtel is having no signal because of airtel's fault. I would nevevr ever recommend airtel to anyone. I will also take this up to consumer redressal forum new delhi becasue of loss i have to face due to debarring of calls.

            It is said that opla has approved that airtel has the fastest network system. But is reality not, as soon as we cross mangaon raigad the network stops working and it is rediculious in emergency we cannot make a single call.               Recharge successful on[protected] at 02:31am, mrp: rs 399.00, stax: rs52.04, transid [protected] unlimited calls along with 1gb /day, 70days.

              For the above recharge was done on june 6th, 2017 and i'm using a 4g handset so i need to get this offer for 70 days. But it's showing for me for 28 days. Also received msg "3g" is activated on your phone.

                I, the undersigned, have been a consumer using the services offered by airtel since over 15

                Years, under the registered number being [protected] along with 16 other numbers allotted to

                Our company employees on a cug plan. It is to my dismay that i must state that the airtel

                Service being provided to me is deficient on the very outset. I have been and continue to be

                Suffering irreparable loss of money and business due to the deficiency in services of airtel.

                Airtel has been collecting monies for said services in a timely manner but has not been

                Providing the me sufficient/necessary services.

                I am using a plan of rs. 649/- which i have now changed from the earlier rs. 999/- plan. As a

                Businessman, wherein i am entitled to make outgoing calls which was stopped without any

                Reason. I was told that my aadhaar card had to be submitted to reinstate my service. Even

                After submitting my aadhaar card and other documents my service continued to be

                Inaccessible. I was then asked to change my sim card and the service continued to be

                Inaccessible. After 5 days of not having service that too when i was out of town on a business

                Trip i was told by the branch manager that my aadhaar card was mistakenly linked to another

                Number by airtel and that i needed to re - submit my documents in order to restore service.

                Once this was done service was restored. Now i continue to be troubled with innumerable

                Call drops and disturbance while on the phone a similar problem which i had a couple months

                Ago and was somewhat corrected after more than 15 complaints to the branch office and also

                Personally to our service representative.

                As a businessman and in order to conduct my business and thereby earn a livelihood i require

                To make outgoing calls regularly. the deficiency in services has caused me irreparable losses

                In terms of time, reputation, opportunity, monetary gains, etc.

                I have not received any productive assistance from airtel and/or its technical team. I am still

                Being subjected to deficient service and being billed for sufficient service, note these

                Payments are under protest.

                It is disheartening to state that having been subscribed to multiple sim cards, belonging to

                Airtel and on basis of corporate/business plans where uninterrupted services of airtel is of the

                Essence, i have been subjected to deficiency in services.

                I hereby, forthwith, call upon airtel to resolve the deficiencies, render an unconditional

                Apology, compensate me for my losses, etc. As failure to do so shall compel me to, as advised

                By my lawyers, initiate a class action suit and/or a suit for damages/injunction/recovery of

                Money/deficiency in services/etc. Against airtel for the said deficiency in services. I ask for

                Other airtel users with similar grievance to post their grievance and share details with me.

                  Dear team,

                  I requested to remove one sports pack through my airtel app on 30th and same has been confirmed by revert message, but today i spoke to customer care to remove that package and i have been charged for the same. Even i spoke to customer care to deactivate but intentionally they activated one kids pack also to frustrate me. This type of case is really ridiculous because they have authority to do provisioning its doesn't mean they will do this type of silly mistake intentionally.
                  It shows that customer should go in consumer forum. Your customer care executive intentionally cut the calls in between the conversation, add any package, shows misbehave.

                  I want the waiver for both the packages (Sports pack - 80rs) and kids pack which they subscribed today. I want assurance from your side not to repeat this type of cases.

                  Seeking for your revert and take the appropriate action against those person who did this type of mistake. One who disconnected the call (First call of today) and second one who subscribed the package intentionally.

Bal, dial *121*2#. Please ensure you have a 4g sim, inserted in sim slot1) and i was going to change this same process but in company rule i[censored] convert your 3g sim to 4g then you have to pay some charges if you will be not pay charges then we will not provide you sim and its airtel rule and you have to obey this rule

                          My aunty's airtel number is being charged for unnecessary international roaming even she has landed in india 2 weeks back. She went to us and europe for 6 months. But now she is back for last two weeks.

                            I am using airtel network since couple of years. Last two months network is very bad in andhra pradesh and tamilnadu and karnataka. There is no single for more than two days. My entire family using airtel network. Frequently we face no signal issues for couple of days. Even it's happening for postpaid numbers. What the # airtel doing for this issues. If we raise complaint they are saying replacement sim. How many times i need to replace my sim. Does they manufacturing cheap material sims #! For airtel networks issues sim replacement is not the solution check the strength of network and quality #ers. I was irritated. Some times if signals are full but never make a call to any number. We have to # them or switch to some other network.

                              My landline number - [protected]

                              On this number the shifting request was given on 19 january 2017 and that time they said that the service in not available in your area hence we can not give you the connection. Then i have putted this connection in safe custody so that i can use this connection later on.

                              And on 31 may i got to know that the airtel is starting providing connection in my area so i have deactivated the safe custody and applied for the shifting again. Ref no.[protected], on 1 june and till now the shifting is not done.

                              What kind of behaviour is this. That you can provide us the new connection but you can not shift my old connection. Just because in the new connection you will get the 1000 rs installation charges. Are you that much greedy for 1000 bucks you are not providing the connection.

                              This is very serious concern.

                              It is a very big red mark on airtel for the greediness and unfaithful services.

                                This is regarding my airtel number: [protected]

                                Recharge successful on[protected] at 07:03pm, mrp: rs 445.00, stax: rs58.04, talktime: rs1.00, transid [protected] 4g handset with 4g sim:unlimited all local+std, 1gb data/day, 70days. Other handset:unlimited all local+std, 1gb, 35days, t&c apply.

                                For the above recharge was done on may 3rd, 2017 and i'm using a 4g handset so i need to get this offer for 70 days. But it's working for me for 35 days. I called airtel customer care and seeked for assistance, but they are blaming me.. But the above message was sent by airtel echarge only.. They said they have raised an complaint for this on jun 7th, 2017 and said like at the end of the call you will receive the complaint number. But no message was sent to me. And the airtel customer support is not all helpful they are blaming even though the message was sent by airtel itself. Please make this pack applicable throughout 70 days as mentioned by airtel.

                                    Since 24th may 2017 i am not able to make/receive calls from my residential address. I have raised complain with airtel and complain number is 76525621 but they don't seem serious to resolve it. I even escalated to the nodal and appallate team but they look helpless as it seems to be network issue. I dont knwo what to do as have tried everything. Even attempted to complain against trai but there is no such provision in their system so please help.
