Dear sir
I was using airtel sim card [protected] since 5 years. It was active but not used since january
Service providers blocked my card since 10 days due to no credit in the card
And i was out country. When i contacted airtel for the reactivation, they refused to do so and given bellow reply.
If they give my number to someone else it will be risk for my back secrete codes as well as all financial secrete through this sim number
Please help me to get my same sim number.

This is in reference to your email regarding services not working for your airtel mobile number [protected].
We would like to inform you that services for your airtel mobile were discontinued on[protected] due to no usage found on your number in last 90 days. Usage could be with respect to an outgoing call, sms or data usage. Beyond 90 days period, in case of no usage, charges of rs20 per month are deducted from main account towards service extension for 30 days. Due to insufficient balance, the amount could not be deducted and services were permanently disconnected.
We would like to inform you that, the number has been permanently deactivated on your name and the same has been recycled.
