Dear sir,

An Airtel Customer, his number is [protected] and reliance Jio number [protected] is continuously using abused language in my mother's phone (i.e. [protected]) last two weeks. My mother request that customer and lastly told him that she will complain in this matter to the Airtel authority but he didn't stop calling and using the same language. Please take necessary action in this regard and if permissible than let us know the customer details for taking legal action against him.

    Hi team,

    This is with regards to my newly ported number [protected], name surender.

    I recharged my new number with 149 through myairtel app by browsing plan, where benifits of this plan were mentioned as below

    "unlimited all local & std airtel mobile calls and 300mb 3g/4g data for 4g handset (50 mb for other handset) t&c apply validity: 28 days"

    But i have got only 600 mb of data, and when i called customer care they asked me to send an email.

    Kindly provide the mentioned benifits.

      I took airtel hotspot device from one of the airtel dealer, letria marketing, frazer town, bangalore on may 30th 2017. The sales peron jaswanth who came to my office to deliver the device told the sim will be activated within 24hrs. But even after one week it is not activated. The hotspot device also stopped working. When called to cancel the request and get refund they told someone will come and get the device and do the refund. But when called next day they are not even picking the calls. They don't know how to talk to customer at all. They don't have product knowledge at all. Finally i am was cheated.

          Dear sir
          I was using airtel sim card [protected] since 5 years. It was active but not used since january
          Service providers blocked my card since 10 days due to no credit in the card
          And i was out country. When i contacted airtel for the reactivation, they refused to do so and given bellow reply.
          If they give my number to someone else it will be risk for my back secrete codes as well as all financial secrete through this sim number
          Please help me to get my same sim number.

          This is in reference to your email regarding services not working for your airtel mobile number [protected].
          We would like to inform you that services for your airtel mobile were discontinued on[protected] due to no usage found on your number in last 90 days. Usage could be with respect to an outgoing call, sms or data usage. Beyond 90 days period, in case of no usage, charges of rs20 per month are deducted from main account towards service extension for 30 days. Due to insufficient balance, the amount could not be deducted and services were permanently disconnected.
          We would like to inform you that, the number has been permanently deactivated on your name and the same has been recycled.

              Hello, using my airtel no from past 7 years first tym ever i went to your store which is located at vardhman plaza, garh road meerut... I am shocked how the staff treat to customer is unbelievable... I mean i demand a 4g sim card mine is 3g... That store lady said to me... Sit first i will complete my work than i will listen your problem, i said ma'am i m just asking whether sim is available or not last tym i came that tym sim cards were not available... She replied pehle main apna kaam karun ya aapka... How rude... Bleady can't you people take proper screening before recruitment... I will post my no... That is for sure i will not tolerate these typ of people...

                Initially i've requested for new airtel connection and paid rs.1000 in cash. After few days, it has been confirmed by airtel sales executive that connection cannot be provided in my area (Radheyshyam avenue raja kilpakkam). Hence raised an cancellation request for the refund of the amount rs.1000 which has been paid by me and i've uploaded the required details in airtelonlinerefund url. I am chasing the appellate team more than five months and also i have spoke more than 20 peoples in appelate team. But there is no use. Since, still the amount is not credited to my account.

                  My mobile number has been registered under ndnc registry since 27/08/2007 vide registration no. F[protected].

                  In spite of this, i get about 20 commercial sms messages and about 3 sales calls per day. How does this happen?

                  2. When i tried to complain about this on airtel website http://www.airtel.in/forme/dnd/dnd_complaint, i am required to mention mobile number from which i receive every sms and call on every day! That would mean that every day i would have to enter about 15 separate complaints about each number!!

                  3. When i tried calling 1909 for help, they also insist that they require all the numbers from which i have received text messages and calls, without which they cannot lodge a complaint. Is a customer supposed to enter hundreds of numbers in order to lodge a complaint?

                      Dear concerned i am not able to make voice calls or either access the internet on my airtel no : [protected].

                      I am a resident of e 51, karampura, new delhi. I called up on 6th june 2017 at 1500 hours to 198 to my surprise the executive was not at all ready to take complaint against my network problem.

                      Once being insisted to make me speak to his senior he kept the call on hold and afterwards disconnected the call.

                      Seriously airtel is going to take the network issue seriously else within next few months the vodafone would be forced to close its operations in india,

                          Its been 10 days since i have been calling airtel, each day they tel me to wait for 24 hours to waive off the extra 300rs which has been charged.
                          I need to pay my airtel bill.
                          I did not know people in customer care lie as well.
                          I found that only on 3rd june they actually took the complaint.
                          Now i call them every day to send me the revised bill and they ask to wait 24hours always.

                          Every one in customer care division is speaking no sense.

                          I need a resolution in a day.
                          I also see there is no service on my mobile right now.

                          whats happening to airtel?

                          I can't receive calls. Why did they cut incoming also???
                          Even if it credit limit is reached incoming cannot be cut isn't it ?

                            Two weeks before i received a call from airtel customer service and new broad band connection. I told that there is no service at my locality (Morrison street-alandur chennai), but they told that now they are providing the service. Again i asked them check with our technical team confirm again. They called me again and confirmed yes it is there and asked me to provide the documents. Next day, executive came and collected documents with cheque for inr 500.
                            On fourth day, i got message asking for 5 more days. On the seventh day they sent me a mail and mail that no service is feasible. Then i mailed to nodal officer in mean time again i got a call from banglore and asking for the concern and they registered compliant (No[protected] and i got message stating the compliant reference number for my land line no [protected] (No connection but got land line no). Again i wrote to nodal officer and they called me for inconvenience caused... Then i asked for documents but no answer... Very bad experience... Airtel is loosing their customer dute to other service providers... Reputed companies are not bothered of retaining/gaining the customers... I think they should remember about nokia...

                              Airtel is selling my number details to the third party for business purpose. Today i.e. 6/6/2017 I got a call from[protected] from idea mobile asking me to port to idea network. When I insisted how they got the number they all saying all rubbish stories that they got from net server. Is Airtel servers pron to hack and take the customer detials or Airtel is selling the data for just to earn money.
                              And the saddest thing is the airtel customer care does no connect only have to hear the recorded message.

                                Its pathetic the way airtel treats customer, data services not working for last 3 days.. 1st excuse i was given was some network issue in delhi/ ncr, when told i'm not even in that circle i was told that airtel network is having issues. While i was being given these lies, my friend sitting right next to me was merrily watching cricket match on his airtel phone!
                                When i pointed this i was given another lie - i was told that my network settings are being refreshed and i will need to reinsert my sim card and wait for 4 hours for data services to be active!!!
                                Out of options i complied, however data services are still not working even after three days. And this is when i'm on a rs. 1499/-plan!!!
                                And when i called yesterday, i was told that on this plan i was entitled for a 10 gb data (5 gb under plan +5gb additional for iphone plan) however due to some technical issue my data has been stopped after consumption of 5 gb and i need to change my data plan!! If this was the case why the customer service executives were lying!! So much for being a loyal customer!!

                                Its pathetic and unfortunate that you guys manage business in such an unprofessional manner!

                                    I have converted my phone from post-paid to pre-paid. I was informed that in 24 hours post paid will automatically get converted to pre-paid and i just need to change the sim and services will be resumed immediately and automatically.

                                    However this has not happened and they told me to wait for 4 hours without service and the customer care was too rude to respond and was not at all ready to listen despite me telling her how important my phone working is.

                                    This behavior is not expected from a reputed company like you and despite being a loyal customer of the brand, i am highly disappointed.

                                      I have changed my broadband plan about 2 months ago which required a change of my modem which was promised to me within 15 days and obviously hasn't happened in 2 months. Which means i have to pay a bill for something i haven't even used yet. They have charged me for the modem (Without installing it) and are charging me for the services without me being able to use. This complaint is my last resort. After this complaint i would like to go to a consumer court and possibly sue airtel directly for charging me with services but have not made the facilities available for me to enjoy them.

                                        When i port out my number vodafone to airtel sales person took the 250 rs
                                        As a activation fee and said this amount will be deduct in your first bill.

                                        And also deduct this amount from rs 250 my first bill.

                                        But this amount again add my second bill.

                                        So need justice for that. Why making fool us
