Hello
In the year 2021 and month June I went to the Airtel office close to my house and requested them that I wanted to cancel my broadband/ landline subscription and
had it disconnected after paying the outstanding due towards me.

I got the call from Airtel executive. He wanted me to stick with Airtel as they are going to update to fiber optics in my neighborhood. I said 'NO'.

Now after 7-8 months I get call from Airtel asking me whether I want to continue with the number as it has been kept in 'safe keeping'. If not i have to pay a amount due towards me. Obviously, I was surprised and told them I wouldn't be cowed by such tactics. Now they have resorted to calling two to three times a day.

This is an outrage. Action should be taken against such a Company.

      I am suhail from kerala...now these days here airtel didnt get signal..before also i face same like this problem...that time i tried to call customer service..they said it is your phone heating after sim become damaged..thats why this happened...so i take a duplicate sim..now also same problem is coming!!!

        My father's number package gets expired, then i recharged his number with a top-up scheme from Google pay, first 20rs and then for 100rs, top-up successful but can't able to use that, call is not going. Shopkeeper saying that we have to put some package. If there is no top-up scheme in AIRTEL, then why didn't they mentioned.And why they are having that top-up scheme in that option.

          Hello Sir,
          I am in trouble that my Airtel Payment bank account is freezed from 13th january.so that all money got stucked and I can't withdrawal a single amount of money.. When I contacted to Airtel payment bank they demanded Kyc documents. Am also submitted all documents from 21st January and a Msg received from Airtel Payments Bank that Your restrictions will be lifted with In 2 working days.. Still my account is not unfreeze yet.. Kindly help me.
          When i contacted Airtel customer care they are saying Kindly wait for 48 hours everytime.. As per Rules my bank should be unfreezed with in 2 working days after submitting valid documents so why airtel payment bank is harassing me??..

            I have switched (ported) my Vodafone number to Airtel due to bad internet connectivity and since I have ported number there is no internet.
            I have registered a complaint but it shows 8 days to solve the problem.
            8 days, is this a joke.
            And no number to speak to anyone.

                This mail is to inform you that I have been cheated by the local airtel broadband service provider. On 31st of January 2022 I was asked to make a payment online through a link provided through a whats app number by the agent provided by the Online Airtel broadband connection activation team. I did the same as I felt the same was legit and indeed i even received a mail regarding the payment. On 1st of Feb 2022 the Technician came to address and informed me that he cannot provide me a connection as there is no port available. As per him all the 16 ports were in use. I don’t want to know what and why things went wrong but as I made the payment promptly my services needed to be provided ASAP as well. Followed up with the technician the next day and he said that I need to call the local airtel broadband service provider. I did the same and the agent reassured that I will get the connection the very next day which was a lie. I called the airtel customer service on 1st feb evening as well as 2nd of feb and both the times i was told that my service request is on the top most priority but today its the 4th of feb 2022 time 18.44 but still no connection. The Agent has stopped answering my calls since three days. I guess i have been duped. This is a serious thing and I am taking this tot he consumer forum as well.

                  I am an existing Airtel Broadband used and want to upgrade my Copper Broadband to Fiber Broadband.

                  I have been chasing the Airtel from almost past 7 to 5 months for this technology upgrade from Copper to Fiber connection and have called Airtel customer care for 20 to 30 times and escalated this issue. The only answer I get is please wait for 24 to 48 hours we will resolve this issue.

                  Hi, my name is bablu i faced Airtel internet issue many time in my location and i reported so many time about this problem. All time costumer care told me your problem are resolved at tomorrow and so on.
                  And so many times costumer care are not picking my calls.

                  Now it is irritating me all the time.

                  Please help me for this problem resulation.

                  Do not use Airtel sim. This is the world baddest company. And there costumer care are never help ever.

                    Just Turn on the data on mobile and it consumes Data for not using any thing. I don't have any update in my mobile but data consuming is very fast then any other Company I have used Vodafone before and I don't faced any of these problems and but switching to Airtel it eats data faster just for simple browsing for hour I got sms that i have consumed 70% of data

                      Not providing gst invoice for recharge payments

                      I did an airtel recharge for 699 on november 29 2021 for which no gst invoice is present on airtel thanks app.This recharge was done using amazon pay balance.A similar recharge of rs 699 was done in january 2022.I am asking airtel to send me gst invoice for this .but airtel customer care says they can not provide that.also I tried to reach them on twitter by personal message.I am not getting any reply from them.why airtel can not share gst...

                        I am an NRI working in saudi arabia and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card in my last visit to India in the month of April'09. Mobile phone no is +91 [protected] It was explained to me by the Airtel Agent that I need to have a minimum balance of atleast Rs 200/- to keep the SIM card active. But the problem is as it is showing no service will my recharge affect. Will my sim get its signal back. I asked customer care for a garuntee but they are not giving proper response they are just saying to recharge Rs 200. Please help with this issue.

                          I raised a disconnection request on 30th Nov. It has not been actioned yet. I keep getting charged for a connection I haven't been using and I keep getting reminder calls to pay the bill. Numerous calls with customer support staff has not resolved the issue

                            we haven't used this service. i wonder by seeing this bill and called the AIRTEL customer care service people. There way of answer is very rude and disrespecting the customer. They are not ready to investigate on why this bill was charged and also not ready to show the proof .
                            I feel very bad that this people are charging illegally and making our money and time waste .

                                Have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 2000 on 4th April 2017 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of Rs. 200. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                  Hello team,
                                  This is how airtel started doing fraud..like WT[censored] I recharged my prepade number from airtel thanks app and i didn't received the GST bill i received the bill for previous month and for this month there is no option to download receipt. I called to CUSTOMER support and told me to go to airtel store...so what is this process all about we have to recharge online and for taking bill i need to go to store..such a ### company it is..
                                  Highly unexpected.
                                  If any ways to receive gst bill online kindly suggest
