Hello! I was using my Indian sim actively when I was in India. But, recently I have moved to the UK. My Indian sim was active for 2 months but now it is not working. THe recharge is not being reflected in my account.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I raised multiple complaint regarding my 4g issue they closing the tickets after last date stating that they resolved. They don't check with us if the issue is resolved or not they wasted my 2months of time but no one contacted me but they send bill every month on time worst customer service

      I applied for Airtel BB connection and started facing issues with the Airtel Xtream BB connection starting[protected] and I started complaining about the issues.

      Airtel arranged enginner visits even they changed the WIFI routers still the same problem.

      Now when Airtel sends me reminder to pay the bill I paid bill against my Postpaid mobile connections as they had barred my services. On calling airtel 121 customer executive tells you to pay the bill to get the services activated. As airtel has bundled my Post paid connections with the BB connection.

      As airtel was unable to provide me the BB services as it was bundled with Post paid connections they disconnected my services due to non payment. Where it is written that customer has to pay the bill if Airtel is not able to provide services. But still they barred my services and forced me to pay the entire due bill.

      They are yet to provide me solution for the BB connection. SR#[protected].

        I am an NRI working in Abu Dhabi and Visit my native in India (UP) once a year. I have Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card. Mobile phone no is +91-[[protected]]. I retuned from India on Dec 15, 2021 and My SIM card was working until Jan 19, 2022 but after that I am unable to receive any messages. I am just trying to use this SIM card but while using this SIM, it doesn't indicate any mobile network in Abu Dhabi and shows "Not registered on network".

        I simply request you to look into the matter and provide a satisfactory service to NRI customers which is lacking badly with Airtel as of now. Kindly let me know the status oy my SIM card and advice accordingly how to keep Airtel SIM with me for further use in India without any pain.

          Airtel sim suddenly stopped working. Only emergency calls available.
          Resetted the network settings, Selected the carrier manually, restarted, swapped the sim, changed the mobile etc., nothing worked

            I had applied for new Airtel Xstream Fiber Connerction on 30 january 2022. And their sales man also visited our place and insist us for the plan of 6 months which is of around 3.5k and he promissed us that our connection will be installed within Few hours by their engineer.. on their promissed we paid for this plan (3500) and then the sales man depart. After few hours the Engineer came into our place and tell us after visiting that .. it's not possible to install the broadband in your home bcz of our new policy we can't cross connection wire over Road.. we said it's Ok .. but what about the money that we paid you??.. and you know what they were saying your money will be refunded to your account within 10 to 12 days... Really??? Is this is your marketing strategy or Scam . We requested them to return our money on the same day.. bcz we have to apply for Jio fiber as airtel is not available.but till the date i have not recieved Any refund in my account.. Worst Company AIRTEL

              There is very low network coverage in my area from last 2-3 months. Complaint so mANY TIME via their app but always getting automated response that your problem will be resolved in 30 days...but same problem still there and their is no option to complaint through call and when airtel internet not working there airtel app do not allow you to complaint via any other network u need working airtel connection...bruuuu why i need to complaint i[censored]r ### internet works... whoever design this idiotic thing have my salute

                  for subscribing we have to send a sms "START EBILL " to 121. But for unsubscribe what is the sms to send. i have tried STOP EBILL . It does not work. Pls help me...

                  Unable to send PORT sms to the number 1900. i able to send sms to other contacts but not to this number. i believe airtel intentionally restricting me to port out.

                    I have recently ported my number from jio to airtel and I have been asked to call 59059 once my jio sim is deactivated. I have done the same but unfortunately the call gets disconnected stating that the sim is not registered to any network along with poor network signals and I am unable to make or receive calls anymore.

                          I recharged my phone with Rs. 437 (Actual Rs. 455 but discounted in the app) on 25th Jan, 2022 through airtel app (Order ID.[protected] and until now its not reflected on my number. Next day, I raised a complain (Service req. No. CONRC3BLR[protected]) on the app and was waiting the issue to be resolved by the airtel but instead they closed the issue as resolved without any proper explanation and response.

                          My bank has already charged me on my account and airtel app doesn't even show in the last transactions on my number but they already charged to the bank as bharti airtel on 25th jan 2022. Why does the airtel tank customers issues for granted and keep them unattended while he is suffering with the service. Is this really that Airtel which was so good earlier but now getting worse day by day.

                          How does the airtel app resolved the ticket without solving the actual issue, it means that the company is playing around with customers issues and don't give damn to the issue.

                            On 8 January 2022, I applied for a new Xtreme Fibre connection and paid the amount of Rs.3543 as Yogesh (salesman) was there at the time of registration. On 11 January, the installation team said they have some feasibility issues and cannot avail me of the connection I requested for. Yogesh didn't know what was happening.                             I made a recharge on 30.10.2021
                            But recharge was no successful.
                            I got message that amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. But did not receive any refund. My order I'd is[protected]
                            Also one more thing to be added the ivr has no link to talk to customers register officer

                              I have opt for porting my Vodafone no I.e [protected], today at 10:07 am on 29th january 2022 I received a msg i.e “We care for you! Your number [protected] is scheduled for port-in to Airtel-West Bengal tonight at 23:59:00 hrs. In case you are travelling, please keep the new SIM[protected]U ready and insert the same once your existing SIM displays no network. Thank you.”
                              I did the same but the new sim is showing no service.
                              I want this matter to resolve now as this is my business no n i cant bare the loss caused by such idiotic work

                                  My brother (Tamilvanan) )wants new sim card, so he approached Airtel showroom located in Kast theater next to Royal Enfield showroom.
                                  he paid 300 Rs & got new postpaid sim card, from showroom sale girl named Sathya told him after 4 Hours just put the sim into mobile later ull get a call from Our side and they will come for verification.

                                  My brother they what they instructed but he didnt get signal and call. he went to approach the store people regarding this issue but he was not treat him good.

                                  We are consumers not bond labors are slaves. She told u are staying in hotel so that activation got cancelled.

                                  i have a valid question before taking the application they need to verify the basic things right that too for post paid sim.

                                  after few arguments she told she will provide the amount as another prepaid sim. why i should buy Prepaid already he has one prepaid sim exiting,

                                  We asked refund but she refused to do that.

                                  we want the amount should get refund.
