    There is airtel junction box in front of my house. I believe there is no active connection from it and its causing us inconvenience.
    It would be really helpful if you can remove it from there.

      I have applied for airtel broadband and paid money for installation. But since then there is no installation in Aurangabad Maharashtra. It's been already 5 days since payment.

      I am using airtel postpaid since more than 5 years. This kind of service made me think to port to different network. Should I expect resolution or forget my money and never use and trust airtel service again.

        Hi,
        I went for getting prepaid airtel aim, however store oerson convinced you will gwt good no in postpaid and i went for a good number howe er aftwr a month inrecived a bill of 900
        They have included 200rs gst, 300rs for sim activation and 399 for month plan.
        This is open eye loot from innocent customer
        The store owner have not mention any bidden charges and told about activation charge
        Airtel is openly looting peoples money

          I have done a recharge of 455 from google pay to my airtel no. [protected]. But inadvertently the recharge made on other person no -‪[protected]. I have made request for refund to both (airtel&google) but both are putting thing on each other Please help me in this regard

            Data Recharge Not Updated On Airtel Thanks Website

            Just now I did a data recharge of 50 GB at Rs. 301/-, but it is not reflecting on the Airtel Thanks App. Tried using USSD code also, but the data balance isn't updated.

            The payment has been successful and I have received an SMS regarding the same. However, I do not see any update in the data balance.

            First time I was surprised by seeing Airtel team not maintaining its words.
            I recommend careful. All are business minded.
            Till you get the connection and do full payment they will hide many issue.
            Once payment done and connection taken, they open the mouth.
            I was taken Wi-Fi connection 40MBPS for 6month plan, activation and installation done.
            They committed one month speed will be 40mbps but now 16mbps, but after 4months also they never changed the speed limit. After several follow up also the issue never taken seriously.
            Again and again they dragging saying fibre cables are coming soon.
            Customers are the fool.
            Careful whom ever u transact.

                I have been using Airtel's broadband connection whose plan was "Advance Rental Plan" (799 Rs per month) in which I was paying bill in advance for next 6 months. I have been using this connection for more than 3 years approx.
                My bill was generated on 8 Jan'22 approx which as per my plan was to be paid in advance for next 6 months with due date on 19 Jan. I called the customer care on 13 Jan'22 and conveyed that I am out of station and won't be using my internet for next 1.5-2 months and asked him how can I avoid unnecessary bill. He explained me 2 plans one of which was that I can get the "Safe custody" activated in which I will be paying 200 Rs + GST for the time period safe custody remain activated. On asking what my next bill would like he conveyed that it will be generated around 8-9 Feb'22 and it would include == [Safe custody amount(200 + 36 GST) + bill from 8-9 Jan to 13 Jan in accordance with normal plan of 799 Rs(Some amount below 200 Rs for 5-6 days)].
                I requested him to activate the Safe custody, and also kept on checking the same for next 2-3 days in Safe custody option on my Airtel app and it was showing as in progress. I was relaxed assuming my safe custody has been activated successfully by the customer care executive.

                On 7th Feb'22 I received SMS that my due amount is Rs. 1373.
                Then I again went to safe custody option in my airtel app and this time the option was enabled. I got shocked. My bill that was to be generated should have been somewhere below Rs. 450.

                I called the customer care on 8th Feb and raised my complaint. She said it will get resolved by billing department by 10 Feb. I kept getting calls to pay the bill even after 10 Feb.
                I called the customer care thrice on 12th Feb requesting to connect to senior executive/manager. In the name of transferring the call to senior manager, 1st executive put the call on hold for 4-5 mins after which the call ended. 2nd executive did the same and put the call on hold for approx. 20-25 mins after which call ended.
                Getting frustrated, I called third time and executive assured that I will get a callback from senior manager in next 4 hours, which I haven't got till now.

                Meanwhile, the billing department people are continuously harassing me and pressuring to pay the bill saying the bill is correct and I have to pay it in any case.
                As I can check on my airtel app, my complain is still showing open(see attached screenshot of today) but those people are saying that there's no complain open.

                I need and earliest resolution of this, and no such harassing calls further.

                  Dear Airtel,

                  I have a postpaid connection. The account number is[protected] which I had taken in 2021, after that I travelled out of the country and there are bills which are outstanding, now that I want to pay your system is not allowing me to do so.

                  I am currently residing outside the country and I want this number to be activated as soon as possible since all my accounts are linked to this number and I want to retain this number as well. I would like to make the total outstanding and reactivate my number with a roaming facility, appreciate it if you could help me do this.

                    I had recharged my Airtel pack on 12th feb 2022. It worked for a day and then the data didn't renew on 14th feb. I have my online classes to attend and I have submissions pending. If you could resolve my problem as soon as possible, I would be really greatful. Thank you.

                      My airtel broadband connection got changed from copper to fiber. I had no option but to get it done. However I was told that my earlier connection will be getting closed and a new connection will be setup and this is their procedure. Now I got a new account number and new phoneline and a new password.
                      When I got a call from retention team they were astonished as they said there was no need to create a new connection. All they were needed to do is change the same account from copper to ethernet.
                      Now when I login to my airtel account I see two connections on my name. See the screenshot. There’s a serious malpractice within airtel. Someone is making profit by giving new connections in place of old.
                      This is deeply disappointing.

                        Hi, There is an Airtel pole infront of our newly constructed house which is blocking the way to move vehicles inside the house.

                        The pole needs to be removed or shifted to a new place. Request to look into the matter asap.

                          Fraud - Still No Refund
                          I have Bought My Broadband Connection last year 2021 April Month.

                          Later after a Month i have disconnected the service. The Balance payment of ₹3000+

                          Still I haven’t received my refund even after email. No Response and no accountability. Complete Fraudsters are From Airtel.

                            Issue with broadband shifting request

                            Hi All,

                            I have been using airtel broadband connection for the last six months and it's recently upgraded to Airtel Black Plan. I had to shift my residence recently which is around 2 km from the current location. I checked with airtel team and they confirmed the airtel broadband feasibility and the new location.

                            I raised the shifting request ticket with airtel and provided the details and address of the new residence....

                            I am using Iphone (iOS 15.3.1) with Airtel Esim. Unable send SMS while international roaming. having my number active and enough balance.
                            Registred complain 100 times but always asked to wait for 48 hrs and when make another call then same questions repeated.

                            done all troubleshoting advised by the Apple and Airtel.

                              I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through Airtel Thanks App for Rs. 479 on 12th Feb 2022 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] and the Bank transaction was also completed successfully by the Union bank txn#S41230921 Remark- POS:HTTPS WWW AIRTE/GURGAON/[protected] but my mobile is not recharged and no such transaction shown in the Airtel app. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                I have post paid connection since last 5 years and have been paying regular.
                                Since last six months I found that my airtel bills are getting exagerated.
                                I took airtel internet service and did not use as we shifted out .
                                I also took DT hservice and could not use it except for first month.
                                Now I am finding that my mobile bills are coming with above unsed services of airtel internet and DTH which I am not using lsince last several years.
                                I am told by customer service centre that my outstanding is aminly due to above.
                                I request you to remove all charges of internet and DTH which I have not used. You can check from your records if I used above services.
                                My mobile services are blocked. Pl re start. I am ready to pay only mobile pedning charges.

                                  I am an Airtel Black customer. Now Airtel is asking me to pay for a DTH connection which I was not using. I have contacted 121 several times stating the same but no use. When I am not using a connection why should I pay?. I have handed over the DTH box to the Airtel technician. I am ready to pay only if I get that DTH connection back or else please deduct the amount for the DTH from my black account. Please help.

                                    Airtel is asking me to pay for a DTH connection which I was not using. I have handed over DTH box to Airtel technician but getting bills for the same. I am ready to pay for but only if Airtel reinstall that DTH box or else please deduct the amount generated for the DTH from my black account. I have talked several times with 121 but no use or help. They didnt help at all. They cant even understand my concern. Please help....
