I have two airtel prepaid sims one in roaming and another at home .
I am complaining for about two months. Airtel not doing any thing to fix the issues. Very poor service.

I request the Airtel to activate my both sims signal please.
Matter most urgent.

    I have disconnected my Airtel broadband connection on October 2021 and have cleared my account. But still in receiving bills. Called 121 and informed about this and they said that they don't have any old records because they have changed their software. How will I be responsible for it and why should I pay for the month of November and December when I didn't even used it. Highly disappointed

      Issue: Line or Fixed Landline not working on Airtel Fiber 10016103497

      I bought my Landline device on[protected] and connected to router. But there was no connectivity.
      So, I registered complaint regarding it.
      Complain number [protected]
      On the same date, but they marked my problem solved without even solving my problem and without verifying the secret OTP provided to me.

      The Today[protected] I called them again 2 time but they disconnected my call both the time in between the...

      The sim is ported from idea to airtle and it is not working. It is showing signals but no mobile network.

        Details of connection -
        Airtel Xstream Fiber ID[protected]_dsl

        I am from Gwalior, MP and I had taken Airtel broadband connection on 31st July by calling an Airtel Official in Gwalior(Santosh Kirar). I asked him regarding the plans and finally told him to give me the Rs. 499 6months plan. To which he asked for the payment and I made payment of the same. After the connection was done, I received a message saying that my plan of Rs 999 3months has been activated. I immediately called the official and told him about the wrong plan. He said that he was busy in a meeting because of which he mistakenly chose the wrong plan. And said that the plan will be corrected by next working day. After getting no message regarding the change of plan I called again and he connected me to another official(Tariq Khan) who told that he has put a request in the system and my plan will be changed in 1-2 days. Now again I called him after 2 days, he always said that the plan will be changed in 2hours or by evening but it never did. Finally after around 20-25 days of regular calling he said that it will be finally completed by evening, to which I said ok.
        And now after 3 months(around October end), I again got messages that my 999 3 months plan is expired and I started to get calls from Airtel Customer Care. I told them the whole issue to which they said to email the entire issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com and I sent the same along with all the proofs on 24th October 2021 and they also changed my plan to Rs 499/month. But till date, I haven't got any reply from them. And now in December, I again have got 10+ calls from Customer care regarding the non-payment of the bill, I told every single of them the entire issue and everyone said that they are filing a ticket for the same and an executive will call me in next few days. But after every day, I get calls from customer care executive regarding non-payment of bill and I say that a ticket should have been filed in the system, but every time they said there is no ticket recorded in the system. I have to tell them the whole issue every time. Finally on 25th December, I called customer care and he filed a complaint for the same and said I will get call from a senior executive in next 30 mins. It's been 2 days and I haven't got any call till now, instead got call from another customer care asking for non-payment of bill. I am fed up of telling every single one of them about the entire issue and everyone misinforming me about the complaint filed where in reality they don't file any such complaint.

        I want Airtel to provide me with the same 499 6 months plan which I had initially asked for and has to be valid until January 30th. It has been immense discomfort for me just because of the mistakes done by the Airtel officials and the customer care being so ignorant.

        I sincerely request Airtel officials to look at my issue and provide me the compensation for the same and relieving me from all the hassles given to me in past 5 months from Airtel. I had always thought that Airtel had a good customer care service and hence chosen it above Jio even after the plan being a little more expensive than Jio. But after such an incident and all problems created for me, it really makes me to think about changing my view for Airtel.

        In December, after many calls with customer care, I got a call from senior collection team agent, I told her about the whole problem and she said that she will resolve my issue by adjusting the credit in my account such that there won't be any bill till 31st January 2022. But yet again, a bill has been generated which means she did not actually resolve the issue just made false statements.
        I seriously am fed up with the issue created due to a small mistake of the Airtel official and want senior customer care officials to look over my issue that has been pending for such a long time.

          Helpline says there is a problem in my area.

          When I decided to subscribe to airtel xstream fiber services, one of the major reason was landline facility that other companies also provide but the connection was installed in July 2021 and till now ( January 2022) it is still inactive. I want all services when I am paying for all the services. My connection is registered on the name of Anjula Saxena and is registered on mobile no. [protected].Place of connection is Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh
          I hope airtel would act as soon as possible otherwise competitors will soon take over.

            Description: I tried to do a recharge of amount 239. I has 40 in my Airtel wallet and added 199 from my account and paid. The money is deducted, but the recharge is not done yet. It was told that I will get my money refunded, but I haven't received money.

                  "Safe Custody" request was made for a period of 3 months vide email dated 18/8/2021 at 3:04 PM to email id : a_tumpa1.[protected]@airtel.com

                  Online payment was made vide Transaction Id S89905282 for Rs 590.00 on 18/08/2021 at 2:51:40PM.

                  We now see that the account has been deactivated, with an outstanding bill of Rs 3239.

                  Called Customer support (ticket Id [protected] dated 18/01/2021 and again on 21/01/2021. No resolution was received.

                  Need confirmation of outstanding, if any, after adjustment of "Safe custody" for 3 months.

                      Unable to redeemed data Coupon, even I have an active prepaid plan, it shows coupon couldn't be applied, I have an active data prepaid plan of 699 in which I got 4 GB free data Coupon when I try to redeem it shows couldn't be applied, I have raised a issue but it couldn't get resolved yet, I tried contacting customer care again no response or resolution from their end

                        Company have changed their process of minimum recharge from 49 to 99 without any communication to the users. I have done recharge on my 3 of numbers of rs 100 each. But the validity didn't extended. When I called them they say that we need to do a validity pack of 99 to extend the validity. I'm not sure why do we specifically need to do that recharge rather we should be able to increase the validity by doing any recharge higher then then minimum recharge value. When I spoke to customer care she confirmed that no communication have been shared by Airtel regarding the same. Users need to goto Airtel app to check that. In India not all users are aware to use their app. Basically airtel is not transperent and are cheating users

                            My Phone number spoofing

                            Hi, Looks like my phone number is spoofed as I get calls from Random numbers saying i had called them. Earlier a crypto currency platform spoofed my number where a army veteran tried contacting me. I had raised this issue with airtel support with evidence and was suggested to change my sim to avoid any sim swap danger.

                            Since one week daily midnight my net stops working and it works properly in morning... what if someone is in emergency ..? Have tried to reach them but no initiative from airtel.. I[censored] can't handle the customers then shut the damn company... They are best in taking money and not providing services.:.                                 I recently ported my sim to airtel. I got the network I tried calling to 59059 but it didn't connect. I recharged my number. My internet started working But my incoming is not yet started . Whenever someone tries to call me it says Invalid number. Please fix this issue.                                   Hi,

                                  My father has gone to US to meet my sister and for that, I had activated a 1 month IR plan on his airtel number which got expired on 23rd Dec. Earlier Airtel had a policy in which if you are travelling internationally and activate a roaming plan, the same plan would get activated again once it ends. Im this case as the plan ended on 23rd Dec and my father was still in US, they shifted him to a daily IR plan and since he is not that tech savvy, he missed the notifications even if they have sent any and because of which the bill has become extremely high. Now my question is shouldn’t the organization have that moral responsibility and apply the best possible IR plan in case the customer forgets to reactivate it which in this case would be monthly plus why would you change that you need to reactivate your plan whenever it is ending.
