Im not getting incoming calls and sms on my airtel number [protected] since 1 feb 2022 i have complained to airtel but still its not resolved please escalate it for resolution
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still didnot received any resolution they are askibg me to recharge which i have done on 28 dec for 179 and it expired on 24 jan and then i did a recharge of Rs 10 on 7 feb kindly expedite and escalate it to tgir top management itll be really helpful

          On February 1, 2022, I paid 2800 rs for a new broadband connection. However, despite filing a complaint three times, I have yet to receive a response. I have yet to receive an answer. Despite the fact that I had filed a complaint five times. In addition, I did not receive a satisfactory response from a customer service representative regarding this matter. Please see the image below and take the appropriate action.

            The airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.

            All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelessness.

            I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible.

                  I am in receipt of your bill for Rs.930.62 and regret to inform you that you have changed my Airtel PLAN own to own as 100 Mbps/1024 Kbps against my earlier approved Airtel Plan of 40 Mbps /1024Kbps) without my prior permission and has generated the bill accordingly.

                  Since no such approval was sought from your side, please note that I am not going to honour this bill. As such, I request you to issue me a revised bill as per my old plan of Rs.649/- chosen by me earlier.

                      Hello
                      In the year 2021 and month June I went to the Airtel office close to my house and requested them that I wanted to cancel my broadband/ landline subscription and
                      had it disconnected after paying the outstanding due towards me.

                      I got the call from Airtel executive. He wanted me to stick with Airtel as they are going to update to fiber optics in my neighborhood. I said 'NO'.

                      Now after 7-8 months I get call from Airtel asking me whether I want to continue with the number as it has been kept in 'safe keeping'. If not i have to pay a amount due towards me. Obviously, I was surprised and told them I wouldn't be cowed by such tactics. Now they have resorted to calling two to three times a day.

                      This is an outrage. Action should be taken against such a Company.

                          I am suhail from kerala...now these days here airtel didnt get signal..before also i face same like this problem...that time i tried to call customer service..they said it is your phone heating after sim become damaged..thats why this happened...so i take a duplicate sim..now also same problem is coming!!!

                            My father's number package gets expired, then i recharged his number with a top-up scheme from Google pay, first 20rs and then for 100rs, top-up successful but can't able to use that, call is not going. Shopkeeper saying that we have to put some package. If there is no top-up scheme in AIRTEL, then why didn't they mentioned.And why they are having that top-up scheme in that option.

                              Hello Sir,
                              I am in trouble that my Airtel Payment bank account is freezed from 13th january.so that all money got stucked and I can't withdrawal a single amount of money.. When I contacted to Airtel payment bank they demanded Kyc documents. Am also submitted all documents from 21st January and a Msg received from Airtel Payments Bank that Your restrictions will be lifted with In 2 working days.. Still my account is not unfreeze yet.. Kindly help me.
                              When i contacted Airtel customer care they are saying Kindly wait for 48 hours everytime.. As per Rules my bank should be unfreezed with in 2 working days after submitting valid documents so why airtel payment bank is harassing me??..

                                I have switched (ported) my Vodafone number to Airtel due to bad internet connectivity and since I have ported number there is no internet.
                                I have registered a complaint but it shows 8 days to solve the problem.
                                8 days, is this a joke.
                                And no number to speak to anyone.

                                    This mail is to inform you that I have been cheated by the local airtel broadband service provider. On 31st of January 2022 I was asked to make a payment online through a link provided through a whats app number by the agent provided by the Online Airtel broadband connection activation team. I did the same as I felt the same was legit and indeed i even received a mail regarding the payment. On 1st of Feb 2022 the Technician came to address and informed me that he cannot provide me a connection as there is no port available. As per him all the 16 ports were in use. I don’t want to know what and why things went wrong but as I made the payment promptly my services needed to be provided ASAP as well. Followed up with the technician the next day and he said that I need to call the local airtel broadband service provider. I did the same and the agent reassured that I will get the connection the very next day which was a lie. I called the airtel customer service on 1st feb evening as well as 2nd of feb and both the times i was told that my service request is on the top most priority but today its the 4th of feb 2022 time 18.44 but still no connection. The Agent has stopped answering my calls since three days. I guess i have been duped. This is a serious thing and I am taking this tot he consumer forum as well.

                                      I am an existing Airtel Broadband used and want to upgrade my Copper Broadband to Fiber Broadband.

                                      I have been chasing the Airtel from almost past 7 to 5 months for this technology upgrade from Copper to Fiber connection and have called Airtel customer care for 20 to 30 times and escalated this issue. The only answer I get is please wait for 24 to 48 hours we will resolve this issue.

                                      Every time they say we have escalated the issue to the backend team they will resolve and we will give you a call back to you to confirm is the issue is resolved or not but till date I have not got a call back and nether the issue is resolved.

                                      As in this pandemic time I am working from home and I require internet for 10 hours every day and due to this poor broadband I am not able to work properly and it is effecting my work.

                                      Recently when I called them again to ask what is the progress for my issue after these many months they told me that there is no port available in your area and for the same we cannot provide you the fiber connection.
                                      But one Airtel guy I called and asked him to visit my area and check for the availability of the ports and he told me that there are 6 port available and there is no issue, you can tell them that the ports are available and fiber connection can be given and he gave me the screenshots as well.

                                      Please help me resolving this issue and get me what ever is the cost of this trouble that I am facing from past approx. 7 to 5 months.

                                        Hi, my name is bablu i faced Airtel internet issue many time in my location and i reported so many time about this problem. All time costumer care told me your problem are resolved at tomorrow and so on.
                                        And so many times costumer care are not picking my calls.

                                        Now it is irritating me all the time.

                                        Please help me for this problem resulation.

                                        Do not use Airtel sim. This is the world baddest company. And there costumer care are never help ever.
