I am not getting plan of 348 i.e. unlimited calling and 1gb/day on my number while on every other number this plan is available. I have mailed to customer care but every time they closed my complain without contacting me. I wanted to port my sim to other retailer but they assured me that I will get the plan bus there is no satisfactory response from them. I had a bad experience earlier also with airtel as I had a 4G dongle and not getting 4G connectivity on that bcoz of that I had to disconnect my connection now they are calling me several times in a day to pay my dues but not reslolving my problem.
I got such irritate with their service that I have to switch off my mobile sometimes so they cant ditsurb me. Who the hell calls from customer care on 9:00 am. when this is office time

    349rs ultd std calls and 58gb net to 58 days tomorrow i hade chek my offer and company also reply me offer 349rs plan i had richarge 349 rs balance is come only 1 gb net for 28days and 45. Rs tax just i call customer care hariom. He said me u have not offer on yours no. But can chek first my offer he replied me 349. Ultd std call and 58gb net.
    But its fake please kindly take any action..

          I am curruntly a airtel prepaid customer. I have called airtel customer service over a month now, but they never  took my complaint seriously  i guess as first i had problem with call quality, they asked me to change sim amd handset and i did but problem was still thers

          . Then i went to their office in bathinda city as i needed a call record for embassy. Because i am applying for my wife visa.. And airtel office instructed me to send a msg to 121 number so i did and airtel sent me acknowledgement.. Later on received text msg stating i will receive a ebill within 6 hours but nothing received on my end till now its been over 10 days and they are just pushing this issue. I have contected them several times also on twiter.. Tried every possible way to get  my voice into their thick head but sèems like they dont care as i have a very little timeframe to provide all thses document to embassy so i can not take risk as i will lose visa plus a very much non-refundable 4 lac  embassy fee... Can you plz help me

            I've recharged my airtel number [protected] after checking special offer of ₹244 which offers 1gb/day for 70days on[protected] at 22:44. I got only 1gb and when it got exhausted the data is not refilling on the next day, though it is a 4g sim and a 4g phone satisfying the condition provided.
            I tried to contact the customer service, they couldn't resolve it.
            I didn't expect this kind of service from airtel.
            Ps: i have attached the screenshot​ depicting the eligibility of 244 pack for my number.

                Hi team, i activated 4g sim yesterday in my new iphone and since then no one able to hear me properly on call.. However i am able to listen everyone properly.. Seems low network most of the time. I checked in faridabad sec 19 and gurgaon cyber hub.. Issue is at both locations..

                Can you confirm. Is it a known issue with 4g sim of airtel??

Service will be renewed after validity expiry.To use, click http://bit.ly/actvngame (data charges apply). To deactivate, call or SMS STOP to 155223. More services? Call 56789".
                  Immediately I called customer care and told them to stop this service & to refund my ₹30 as this is automatically activated, ai didn't activate this service. They told me that this service was activated at 1:30 am, at that time I was sleeping 😀. So after some talking he customer care representative is ready to give me refund. They refunded my ₹30 and also stopped the service.

                      This complaint is regarding, I have done recharge on my number [protected] on 3 may from website(https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge) which was initiated, then failed due to technical issue .i have emailed them 4 to 5 time, they emailed back with concern registered with reference number CONRC[protected], i completed all the requirement they asked for still I did not get my refund of 346 rupees . their customer care never picked the call, even i forward my complaint to [mailto:nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com] . even they did not concerned about any complaint.

                      The complaint is regarding I have done the recharge of 239 on 24 nov 2022 from Airtel thanks app however money got deducted from my bank but recharge was not done. Pls provide the refund.

                        I am writing email again to let you all aware what is issue going on

                        1) on the date 15.04.2017 i raised the mail to disconnected my service (Email is attached for your ready reference) as you can also check with your system as i received mail answer on that.

                        After so many reminders and phone calls why my connection did not disconnected even after 15 days for which your team is talking about.

                        You are again and again writing email that my complain raise on 29th how can you able to speak such liese even i have a written proof from your team.

                        First let me know why so much time is taken by airtel to disconnected my service

                        2) on the 7th may 2017 while i was talked to mr. Sagar and minakshi (Note i again call to airtel to disconnected the service) then action was taken against disconnection.

                        While suffering these all issues i paid amount my monthly bill, now why am i responsible to pay extra amount as we knew that it is all your mistake you did not disconnect my service and also on the phone i was assured by your airtel team that after 24.04.2017 no additional amount will be charged.

                        If you will harass me by dropping emails and phone call then i will disclose your face on the social media that hoe you are cheated on me you are the soly responsible why are you not disconnect my service on the 15th april or at last with in 2 -3 working days.

                        It was me you trusted on airtel and paind my amount, you are thinking that you will be successful to cheated me that it is your mistake may be airtle is big name but now i will go to consumer court and show them all emails.

                          I bought a new airtel sim @rs 400. Offer 1 gb per day 4g data but not receiving 4g network in this sim specially. Previously i had same problem but it was resolved after 2 weak. Airtel challenge for a open network now i want to know where is open network. When i visited airtel store they are not responding well. I also contacted airtel call centre. What i do plz help me.

                            As per the offer i recharged for 147 and i got only 3GB net balance.
                            I didn't get the remaining 1GB net balance.
                            It feels hard when they didn't give that what they said.
                            I couldn't use internet.

My account is debited but the airtel balance is not received. On calling the phone numbers available on website I was unable to the get the correct person to address my grievance. Please look into the matter and see my talktime recharge of Rs.349.00 is credited to my number.

                              After lodging the complaint I received a call from these two nos.[protected] and[protected] for refund the amount . They asked my card no. and expiry date. after that they want me to tell the CVV no. for confirmation and insisting for the same. Immediately I got the OTP no. for Rs.4900.00 for which I have not tried. I see something fishy in this and I request the authority concern to look into this and catch the culprit. Person who called from the 1st No. is Rahul Kumar Sarma and from 2nd no. Deepak Kumar.

                                  I am currently using above Airtel post-paid number, Kindly note that during may bill period 07th April to 07th May 2017 my data connection has been disconnected by Airtel, when I called Airtel customer care for the same as details below,

                                  Call 01 : As they said, Airtel customer care executive raised complaint for the same & assure that concern department will resolve your issue within 48hrs (Note:- same time in My Airtel App showing 10 GB data is pending / balance to use)
                                  Call 02 : Airtel customer care executive explain the resolution of above complaint is ‘’all data (13 GB) has been consumed & you don’t have data balance in your account’’ (Note: how can Airtel can show uses of 10 GB data within 1 day).
                                  : When I asked details of data uses, Airtel customer care executive answer me that they don’t have any details & ask me to wait till generate the bill. (Note – during the conversation I have informed your executive that I need that bill with proper data uses details & if that bill is not showing properly then I will not pay single amount against billing amount)
                                  Call 03 : Once again I have called Airtel customer care to know about my bill generate / issue time, Mr. Dheeraj (Airtel customer care executive) was there on other side & when I discus my problem with him then he have suggest me to change the current plan. During our telephonic conversation Mr. Dheeraj advised me that following benefit - no need to pay extra charges for new plan changes, I can use 4gb data, Airtel data offer (10 GB @ 100 RS per month ) will be continued without any changes.
                                  Call 04 : Airtel data offer (10 GB @ 100 RS per month) has been disconnected & as usual once again I called Airtel customer care & answer was from Airtel executive is “That Airtel data offer plan will be discontinued automatically if you change your plan & we are unable to help you on the same’’ (Note : I lost 10GB data offer because of Airtel executive wrong information)
                                  Call 05 : Received Airtel Bill on 10th May 2017 & that bill was not showing proper details of my data uses. Again I have called Airtel customer care to know my bill details, Ms. Anmol was there & I explained her again all above matter. As usual she apologise & not able to help on the same. After long conversation she transferred my call to Supervisor Mr. Sandip Dep & same time he also not able give proper data uses details or wave of my billing charges. When I was not happy with his answers he have raised complaint to higher authority & assure that within 3 days I will get a call from that concern department with proper solution.
                                  Call 05 : After 5 days I again called to Airtel customer care to know my above complaint & Airtel executive answer me that Mr. Sandip was not on the floor & you will get call within 30 minutes
                                  Call 06 : No call from Mr. Sandip so again called Airtel customer care & this time executive have different answer that Mr. Sandip has gone for lunch so you will receive call within next 30 minutes
                                  : After 15 minutes I received call from Mr. Sandip so I have asked him about my compliant which he had raised to higher authority but answers from Mr. Sandip is very disappointing which is 1 - If higher authority found that complaint is not genuine, then they will not call you or inform you about the same 2 - Mr. Sandip don’t have authority to follow up with that higher authority 3 - Airtel customer care are unable to give you proper data uses details or wave of my billing amount. 4 – Please send email to customer care & only they can help you on the same.

                                  During my last call with Mr. Sandip Dep, while I am complaining above situation which I am suffering from last month & at the same time of our conversation he was laughing on me which is unprofessional, when I have showed some anger on him then he was like i[censored] talk rudely with me then am not gonna help u or listen your complain also he will disconnect the call & next time I will not get help from his side. He don’t have any idea how to talk with a customer.

                                  Kindly note that complaint is still pending & from last one month no one give me explanation on my below questions.

                                  Also note that Airtel follow their some policy in proper way like bill charges, late fee charges, payment reminder, disconnect the connection etc.& when it comes to customer no one will help him on his complaint.

                                  1. Why Airtel disconnect my data connection if the data was balance in my account ?
                                  2. Why Airtel not able to solve the issue when I complained about the same ?
                                  3. Why after one month Airtel executive is saying that was a mismatch & why I have to accept the same ?
                                  4. Why Airtel not able to take action against the supervisor (Mr. Sandip Dep) who was laughing on me at time of conversation which is unprofessional.
                                  5. Why Airtel not able to take action against the executive (Mr. Dheeraj) who give me wrong information about new plan?
                                  6. Kindly note that above all complaints against the Airtel service which I have explained to Airtel on every call from last month & why should I pay Airtel for this type of service?
                                  7. How can Airtel waive of 1000 INR from my billing amount without any clarification or my permission?
