Hi there is cheating at the behest of airtel about 399 rupees plan and money is being deducted from my balance which is ridiculous. The plan spoke about free data and calls for 70 days. but exactly the reverse is happening. my mobile no. is [protected]...

I already complained a while back of my issue of online recharges where the transaction keeps failing. The customer care called and reported that there wasn't an issue in the first place. The guy even told me that he recharged Rs.100 for my number, but he was wrong and nothing has changed(not a penny got added to my balance). I'm raising this issue again......

We have been having issue with the link for the past one year and after several followup no one responded even after informing and stopping the payment. Recently a representative came and assured of link activation after the payment is made and the link downgrade will be processed. After three weeks of releasing the payment still link is down and no response from anyone. Now apart from loosing our business it has created lot of stress.br...

Hi have port my number into airtel, not getting network, call drop from 3rd day itself. The airtel manager of pimpri gallery is giving bad words to lady, no manners to talk with ladies. Instead of solving problem that ideot manager is saying your phone is bakwas, so no network. Manager is manner less and airtel also
Pathetic service, vodaphone is better then this atleast they respect ladies...

I have upgraded my 3g sim into 4g but after upgrade internet is not working even 2g! Complained several times in customer care, as per them the sim ic fine! They told me to wait for a while but after 5th day also, im out of connectivity!...

I made a purchase of rs. 66 top up from icici bank portal on 6th may 2017 for my number [protected]. The deal says that i can call local and std calls at 35 p/min for 28 days. I got the message also that the recharge done. When i tried to phone immediately it says low balance. If it is bogus then it should not have accepted the money. What is this. I have already placed a complaint. After that I have received 3 calls from 3 different numbers l suspect whether the calls are from Airtel or from some other person. While speaking itself they have cut my call.
I did my prepaid Recharge on 3-05 and it's 10-05 today.

The complani regarding airtel work at home opportunity advertisment in local amar ujala and hindustan newspaper. They took money from me saying they would provide employment. Rahul tripathi has taken money for agreement, laptop fom work, etc. He keeps asking for more. I have paid him rs22800/-. He said he has refunded rs6500/- which has not reached my bank account.
I want complete refund of the amount. This nonsense of providing work...

Our residential society has a large number say about 20 residents having airtel landline/broadband connections. The security guard room and residents were interconnected with an intercom system which was a security requirement. For the last 6 months the centrix intercom system has been inoperative which leads to compromising the security of the society. I contacted airtel customer support regarding network issues over my home place. They created one complaint and took no action against it and without informing me they closed the complaint. The same incident happened couple of time.

I have recharged with 349 for unlimited calls and 1GB internet everyday per their offer for 4G handset but I recieved only 1 GB net and later for 27 days no internet balance through that offer, Cannot reach customer care also.
