I recharged for Rs 495 to get 1 day singapore Roaming pack to get unlimited incoming before i left to singapore.But when i reached singapore i received some incoming calls but i didnt notice that it was deducting from the main balance.I lost the entire balance of more Rs700 and also recharge amount Rs495 and didnt get any roaming benefits....

I recently switched from airtel 3G to airtel 4G sim. My mobile device is moto G4+ which do support 4G networks. But this new sim never catches 4G networks (not even from delhi to noida). I have a 4G airtel dongle if I put sim of that dongle into my phone, it gets 4G network but not the s which I got converted from 3G to 4G. This is very bad, didn't expect this from AIRTEL. I might just switch to some other network if they're not gonna resolve...

Why is deducted my balance in 2 times 60 rs. and again 60 rs. dt.12/05/2017 time atleast 7.30 pm, and i lost my balance after calling 3 minuts first time and second time calling 7 minutes in local call,
so, i dont any other call any massage any services so why deducted my balance, if you dont say any reason and dont refund my balance so i am going to case in cunsumer court

I am being using air-tel postpaid ([protected]) connection from last 4-5 years without any issue but in jan-2017 i am changing postpaid to prepaid services.

I have recharged on 15/04/2017 with an offer o[censored]nlimited std, local and 70 gb for 70day's, recharged amount rs 399/-
But airtel not providing this offer to 70 days, they cut for 28 days. Airtel betrayal the common people.
