My [protected] is my broadband no. This connection is on my id but using through any other person, he is not paying bill last 3 months and your cce called me many times i told them about mr. Vivek which is using this connection and gave his mo. No. Also. I told to your cce that registered my request for disconnect this connection but they are not doing.
From today i am not responsible for this connection and bill payment also if company will not disconnect the connection i will use court notice about it.
Hope company will help me.

    My name is puneet and my airtel landline number is[protected]. I would like to bring in your notice that i am facing issues with my broadband connection from last one month, the issue is frequent disconnection. I have raised the complaint end number times. Four engineers have already visited my place, however they are not able to fix it till now. It is becoming so frustrating now as it is affecting my work. I have again called customer service last sunday. Somebody was supposed to come and fix this but no one turned up till now, its been 4 days reference number[protected]. Now airtel has started harassing people. I would request a urgent disconnection of this number. Also i need waiver on my current bill as i am not able to use the internet from last month, then only i will make the payment.

    Hi,

    Further to my previous email, Airtel Engineer visited my place and they checked everything. The issue is with my Modem. I have asked Airtel to change my Modem, however they are charging me for this. I am not able to use my internet from 27th of April. Can you please let me know who is going to bear that cost ????? IF you can give me a waiver for this whole month I am ready to pay for the Modem. Else you can disconnect my connection and I am not going to pay a single penny. I will raise it to consumer court as i have everything documented with me.

        Hi team,

        This is totally unprofessional without any information my number outgoing call are stop.

        When i call customer care then they tell me because of my number [protected] bill is due that why my services stop for number 99909805* which i already pay on 31 march 2017 through paytm on number [protected] she is saying she is lawyer and a case is filled on me by airtel for amount 2475 and today is the last day of financial year if i pay 1000 rs amount by paytm no further call and mail i get regarding that number and that girl have full information about me and my bill when last use and whom i call at what timing.

        But customer care person said me they don't get any amount for that number then i call that number where i pay 1000 rs again same girl receive and said she is airtel employee but refuse to tell the name and she said she is on holiday and amount receive by her against my bill for number [protected] and she need time to solve all this matter.
        I am attaching the paytm and msg screenshot for reference i pay the amount on 31 march 2017.

        Please do the needful as soon as possible because i am now going to change the service provider because of such unprofessional and irresponsible behavior and also fill a fir to both the number where i pay the amount and i got call.

          I have ported my number [protected] to airtel. But after my Jio sim tower gone, I tried inserting airtel, but it is not showing any tower, when I try to rheach customer care 121 or 198, nothing is routing to actual customer care, I have been hearing only automated voices. After tried 40 mins I left my hope. I don’t why airtel is treating the customer at worst. I feel bad for porting to airtel now. Please somebody help.

            Sir/madam,
            I am to state that i got new sim on account of changing my no. From postpaid to prepaid and recharge for rs.200/-. I did not get talktime amount f rs.106 and 50mb data as per the scheme due to the reason my verification was done after i put my sim in the phone.
            In this regard i am to submit that i wad told that verification process takes 24 hours. But due to technical reasons it has taken three days by the airtel and that too after my repeated calls and emails from your merchant office and call center and at last after i requested to refund my money and close my connection.
            Now the question is it is non of my fault or your fanchise from whom i sent my request and got a new prepaid sim. It is the failure of your management or your system and procedure.
            I therefore request you to credit my account with balance and data immediately so that i can make use of the value i have paid for otherwise i will be compelled to lodge a complain in the consumer forum against you for deficiency in service on part of you.
            Hope to receive an immediate and favourable action.

            Sir/Madam,
            I got issued​ a new prepaid Sim in place of postpaid Sim by paying an amount of Rs.200/- as first recharge amount. I was told that I should insert the Sim after 24 hours as it take 24 hours to complete the verification process. I inserted the Sim after about 30 hours and the system asured me that my no.will be activated within 15 minutes but it took about 3 days by your company to actually activate my no.and that too after my repeated calls and emails by your​ various offices.
            I have to submit that this is the failure of your management and your system and procedure for verification for which I shouldn't suffer.
            I now request you to immediately credit the talktime of Rs.106/-and internet data of 50MB so as to enable me to make use of the services for the value paid by me otherwise I will be compelled to lodge a complaint to the Consumer forum for the deficiency on your part.

                    Overview:

                    Many online web portals (educational, financial etc) allow mobile number based registration or collect information including mobile number to reach back to customer at later point. In many cases, the airtel numbers are not recognized as valid numbers.

                    Issue in detail:

                    I have two Airtel numbers starting with 733XXXXXXX, both numbers are not recognized as valid number while making online registration in many places. Some of the online services / enquires done via Facebook Ads for education institution reject the number stating that invalid number.

                    When this is explained to Airtel customer they don't have any idea or knowledge, and they just respond saying it is problem with the other portals. However, the same portal is accepting other Vodafone or Airtel numbers (starting with 9 or 8).

                    This service and operational issues with Airtel has been more painful than before.

                      Application for bill paid to other number

                      My landline number [protected] of airtel has bill of april amount rs.1090 has been paid to other landline number ([protected] of prudent broking servicespvt. Ltd.) by mistake on 22nd may 2017 through e-mitra. I have receipt of e-mitra of paying that bill. I am attaching that bill picture​ in this mail below. I have also talked to customer care number and they said to email complain regrading this issue. I know its a mistake by me or e-mitra agent. Please give me the solution regarding this issue.

                          I upgraded to 4G prepaid SIM with the same Number early last year. But around December 2016 my mobile phone was not detecting 4G network and I was forced to change my network setting to 2G/3G. Even then there where issues with the network while connected to the mobile data. I bought a duplicate SIM card and was still facing same issue. I thought there was some issue with the mobile phone slot and changed the SIM to secondary slot and still facing same issue.

                          Recently I was out of country for a month and when I arrived at India before two days and inserted the SIM into the mobile the SIM is not even detecting 3G network. Now I am operating with only 2G network.

                          Kindly support in resolving the same as I was not able to utilize the network properly.

                            Your franchise representative called me and given me one plan. My existing plan was under Tata Docomo. My plan was family plan under Tata Docomo with Rs 999 and 3000 minutes by all. Also 1000 sms and 1 Gb data free. Your representative telephonically called me and suggests the better plan which includes Rs 999 monthly bills which includes 5 phones on sharing basis. He then asks for the add on card charges which i refuses as it would increase additional charges than the current plan. So he told me that inclusive of all in the same plan he will give me 3000 local and STD minute and 11GB 4G data in all. He asked for the documents on whats app for portal . As he confirms the scheme i forwarded the documents soft copy on whats app. After getting PORT he reverts and said such scheme is not available.
                            So it is a loss for me unnecessary.
                            I request you to look into the matter.

                              We are using airtel dth for the past years. Some days back remote broke down and it was not working. When i called customer care, they said remote cost 175 and delivery charge 50/-, i[censored] have any airtel showroom nearby u can go and collect for 175. As we are staying in navalur, we have airtel showroom there. When we checked they said they dont have stock only main showroom adyar will be having. So we went there to collect. There we are told that they wont give stocks like tat, we need to book in with customer care so that they will deliver with charges (225/-) or else go and get in some electronics shop.

                              What a worst service this. Y we have to get from local store / local brand /no warranty when we using airtel. All they need is that 50 rs. Cheap and third rated behaviour by airtel. Planning to disconnect the service. Its time to go back to government connection and atleast we can encourge govt service. Yes, clarity and channel wise it wont be that good but still its time.

                                I searched special offers for my airtel number by *121# than it shows recharge by 349 and you will get unlimited calls and 28gb 4g/3g data for 28 days. So i recharge it by my paytm wallet. After recharge the message comes to me that t&c 1gb/day for 4g phones and 50mb for other phones. So airtel cheated on me.if there is any t&c than they should specify it clearly.

                                    Hello, i am having broadband at home ([protected]). On 27-apr the connection was not working and a complaint was raised. Got rectified for few hours on 30-apr.
                                    On 1-may the connection again not working. Understood from airtel personnel that a pole was uprooted and 72 hrs needed for rectification.
                                    On 3-may a call was logged again since the connection was not working. (Call no.[protected]. Multiple follow up done and even with escalation manager. Surprise to note that the call was closed without rectification. - compliance issue
                                    A new call was again logged on 18-may for the same problem that persist since 27-apr with the old ref no. (Call no.[protected].
                                    Airtel front end and back end team had committed for rectification in 48 hrs but till now the problem is unattended and not rectified.

                                    I would like to go for cancellation of the connection without any further payment.

He has mention me false plan of rs 199 with benefits o[censored]nlimited local+std calls + 1gb 4g daily data. And mention me to not share this plan with verification department.                                         Hello,

                                        I have opted for Porting my Number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel. I had received my UPC and it got successfully processed on 20-May-2017. I received an sms saying my Porting will take place on 25-May-2017 at 00:11. Now after my previous network is gone and I insert the new Airtel 4G Sim card in my phone, I am not being able to make outgoing or incoming calls on the new sim(Nor even on the old sim). I am stuck without any network connection in my number. This is absolutely a nightmare and a situation that cannot be accepted.

                                        I am even unable to proceed with my televerification. Please look into this urgently.
