    Airtel kolkata circle.
    Last month i requested for extra data after i exceed the data limit. This month they have auto renewed the pack without asking me. I have no way that i can stop that. Customer care numbers does not pickup and they do not.even have any option in my airtel app.looks like they are trapping their consumers to loot their money.

      I purchased an airtel sim no. [protected] (west bengal) last year which has funtioned well (throughout India) till last month. For the last 20/30 days the mobile displays "no SIM card" for it. I am not getting any messages and calls on this no. Foe anybody calling to this no. the phone appears switched off.
      Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest. I amstaying now in Visakhapatnam, AP.

        My registered mobile number is [protected] and my alternative mobile number is [protected] and my fixed land line number is [protected] last month i made a complaint about speed which i was suppose to get 40 mpbs speed which iam getting only 14-15 mpbs speed so i got offer from hathway that i will ge 50 mpbs speed and 40 gb data with monthly rental of Rs.550/- then airtel gave me option of paying 549 with same benefits but today again i got bill of 770 which is not correct and my billing date is last on 25th of this month. So please cancel my Airtel connection both land line and mobile number so that i will port to other service provider soon. Every month i cant call your customer care for wrong billing and again get some small discount. this is waste of time and waste of your time as well.

            My sim card ([protected]) is mine. But when I registered it to airtel payments bank i saw that it ias owned by sushil das plzz help me to register my name on my sim. So I am facing problems by it. Because phone is mine but sim registered to any other person. I think it is not fare. So plzz try to solve my problem immediately so that i can pay my bills relentlessly

              I was using airtel postpaid connection for the past 8 years. A few days back i changed it to airtel prepaid since they claimed to give me great offers. My number got converted to prepaid And i had my previous bill cleared, suddenly after 2 days my number stopped working for almost 3 days. There was absolutely no response from any store or customer care. They had no valid justification as to why my number was suspended. I faced business losses because of this.
              And to top it all, the plans that were offered for prepaid, are not yet provided to me. I would like to get a refund of the losses faced by me cause pf the company and the harassment that i had to deal with.

              Subject: Barring of services and misbehave by the customer senior executive named Shouket call around 8.20 pm on 8 oct 2017 from [protected] and did not resume even on 10 oct 2017 at 8.14 pm( the time i an writing this complaint )

              First of all I had paid my bill in the morning on 8 oct 2017 but the services didnt got resumed even at 8.30 pm on that day . I called the customer care they answered that everything is ok from our end . Now what will a customer do to such an irresponsible answer . Is a customer that free to mock you around . You should be serious towards customers concern.

              Now the incovenience caused my me is answered by the senior executive named Shouket that if your services didnt got barred you had not paid your bill . Is this the way a customer is dealt with. No reminder no message no call and straight away my outgoing as well as incoming call got barred . How pathetic on your part that a customer already aggrieved is answered in such an ill manner .
              I said i want to close my airtel connection . No appologies from the other end and I am told that by 15 oct my no. Will get disconnected . It seems airtel has got its customers at its brim and they dont need any more . Anyways please dont do this to anybody in future . And I am going yo switch into aircel, atleast they dont talk so arrogantly.

              I want an action againt the said customer care executive.i.e shouket to whom I called on 8 oct 2017 at around 8.20 pm.

              Please make the procedure of closing the connection faster. And make the refund process of my amount at the earliest.

                Myself subrata from siliguri, west bengal I have been suffering from since 3 months Woth my hell postpaid connection.I have been talked with customer care stores to stop my connection But they do not listen anything just they charged my bill everymonth without any usage any call any net.They provide me 499 rs connection but everymonth i received 700 rs bill is ot not possible for me to pay
                Sir i am in big trouble already they charged almost 2000 rs to me but i cant afford this much money so please help me sir.My number is [protected] please.

                    We are seeing advertisements in airtel DTH while changing tv channels along with channel/program description.

                    Why airtel have to show Ads on paid services? We have 2440rs for yearly subscription, if airtel wants to show ads either they have to give us free services or 50% discount on the money paid.

                    I don't agree to see advertisements on paid services.

                    I tried to contact airtel customer care, but didn't get any resolution on it.

                      I have bought one phone from china. Phone works in china fine but in India I get invalid SIM Message. Same phone works well in Thailand as well. I am able to make and receive calls in China and Thailand. But in India I get Invalid SIM message.

                      After searching interne, I got to know that Phones with Chinese IMEI are blocked in India and you need to contact service provider to unblock these IMEI numbers.

                      I have bought this phone legally and hence would like to have this unblocked by AirTel s I am using AirTel sime card.

                      IMEI mumbers are as follow : [protected] / [protected]

                      Please register these IMEI numbers so that I can use this phone.

                            I thought of getting 3 new sims as Railway employee privilege. I even suggested 3 numbers but these people have given 2 new ones and the other on the same old one. I mean my old sim prepaid one has been converted to postpaid one which I'm totally not with. I want my old number of [protected] which was a prepaid one and now converted to postpaid to be as prepaid only. See that my issues are rectified ASAP.

                              Sir i have ported my bihar reliance no in ur airtel postpaid and on 5-5-2017 i got message that ur no has been poted in airtel u can insert sim airtel from that day my no is not working and airtel office i am going regularly but they are not responding properly.                                 Airtel these days hardly care for their valuable customers. I had used Airtel for a long time and payed huge bills for it but now a days when i encounter some issues regarding billing plan airtel is hardly paying attention. Fake commitment regarding activation of plan. Worst corporate ever encountered. I m planning to shut my Airtel number off.
                                Again i would like to add that its a worst corporate i had ever encountered.

                                  I am using Airtel post paid connection for more than 10 years. For last 2 1/2 years the network signal strength is very poor (Sometimes no signal) in my residence as well as in my office. Representative from Airtel checked and agreed the situation once, but no action being taken. I have mailed them several times but did not receive any proper reply/ positive approach to resolve the issue as as result the problem remains same.

                                    My registered mobile no. Is [protected] against my airtel dish tv connection. It is very unfortunate that 6/7 days over against my repeated complain nobody from airtel dth service center are intend to attend the service. It is very shame that a company like airtel is such a position that that they cannot take any action to their service center. I have recharged rs. 400/- 6/7 days ago. But my dish is not working. What a joke it is.
                                    My request is please take necessary action so that i will get my connection by today itself..

                                      I recharged with 349 and i got only 1 gb data for month along with free calls. But Daily im getting sms saying recharge with 349 and get unlimited calls and daily 1 gb data free. But i could neither find it on my airtel app nor through e-recharge through vendor. Wen i called customer care they said like that offer is not activated on my number. Wen everyone is availing that offer, why cant i.

                                        I recently upgraded my airtel 3g sim to 4g and now when i dial *123# it shows error 538.
                                        Now what should we do to check balance or buy a pack using dial method. It says try after some time ⌚. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. It charges data money from my account and i man even not able to check my balance.
