Reduction of validity of my pack

I recharged my number with 399 pack for 70 days validity and it was done successfully them after a week randomly i received a message from the Airtel that they have reduced my packs validity to 56 days. Now I m getting messages that my pack is gonna exhaust in a day but its just 28 days since I recharged...

I am using this Airtel connection from past 2 years, recently I have changed my handset (4G compatible) hence I have to change the SIM card in order to have 4G connection based on the retailer advice.

Now my phone and sim both enable to use 4G. Post activation from past 4 days I am getting a message from Airtel stating INR 349/-...

Recharge not received for 41 3G pack
