Hello!! are you going to listen to your customers their are many customers who have given complain on similar topic but where is the reply from your side. Its not gonna work it was such a nice channel if you think that cartoons are made only for kids then you are wrong we all deserve to see our favourite shows yes we can see through internet but what about the people who don't have access to it. Please add animax back to airtel please it's a request we all customers need it please put it back please.

      I have a 4g handset and a 4g sim then why i did not receive 1gb per day on airtel app transaction of 349.00 (Transaction id #[protected] done on 20/05/2017.
      Now they are saying that you will not get 28 gb but only 1gb.
      This is pure cheating because airtel app clearly said recharge of 349 gives unlimited call and 28gb data for 28 days for 4g handsets with 4g sim.

      It is a fraud and this kind of cheating forces a person to port
      I hope they notice this and attend to my grievience

          Dear Sir/Madam

          This is to bring to your attention that I have been holding the Airtel Prepaid number [protected] for more than 11 years now, residing in Bhopal. I recharged it for 200 INR before leaving for abroad in December 2016. My mobile had been showing inactive status all this while. Today (23rd May 2017) when I called up the AIRTEL customer care in India following an international recharge, they told me that this number was no longer allocated to me. I was constantly assured by airtel that this number belonged to me till 2031. The sim is still with me and they allocated this number to someone else without even notifying me or taking my consent within a period of less than 5 months. This number is registered with several confidential institutions including my banks and such a behavior from AIRTEL is highly objectionable. I therefore request you to help me get this number back ASAP.

            Airtel sim issues.

            I was not getting any network. Called the customer care at 121, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot. I reveied a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting i got the network for 2-3 min and again getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around repeatedly....

            I have opted for Porting my Number [protected] from idea to Airtel. I had received my UPC and it got successfully processed on 9-May-2017. I received an sms saying my Porting will take place on 22-May-2017 . Now after my previous network is gone on 20-May-2017 and I insert the new Airtel 4G Sim card in my phone, I am not being able to make outgoing or incoming calls on the new sim Nor even on the old sim. I am stuck without any network connection in my number.                   I bought a new mobile phone that required micro sim to be inserted. For this, I bought a new SIM. The customer care people told me that old SIM will work till the new SIM gets activated. Now it's been more than 48 hours that my new SIM has not been activated.

                  Description: We received a truly shocking amount of bill, and only after going through the details came to know that most of the bill is for internet usage for one day only! Further, as far as we can tell, the phone was on wifi most of the day... We tried to check what websites were visited or why the internet got used so much, but there are no details on the website.
                  We never received any SMS o[censored]sage, or warning, or anything came on the phone.

                  I have reason to suspect that this billing is completely erroneous. Kindly correct the bill with details of rate per mb and usage details.

                    Hi,
                    Airtel have generated a false bill for the unused service for the number [protected] and asking me to pay the dues and also stopping the services for the other postpaid number [protected].

                    I had bought the Airtel hotspot device on 20th March 2017 and from day one the service was very poor.

                    I had raised multiple complaints regarding the same.[protected], 75041889 and SR[protected]. I had also requested for disconnection of service as you failed to give resolution.

                    After disconnection, the amount was refunded successfully on 6th April 2017.

                    Now, I have been getting frequent calls to pay the bill amount of Rs. 3680 for the service which I have not used.

                    Also, my other postpaid number [protected] outgoing calls have been suspended for which I have been paying bills regularly. This is affecting my business badly.

                    I hereby request to take grievance complaint against Airtel and pay the loses incurred. I have been losing my customer and personal calls since the calls have been barred for [protected].

                    I have raised multiple complaints to their level of escalations [protected]@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com. They had confirmed they will take wavier on the bill for the number [protected] and resume services for [protected]. But no action have been taken so far.

                    Kindly help me to get the loses incurred during this period from Airtel.

                      Airtel and its service issues are boundless, we reported network issues Data and voice issue with Airtel, and the ticket was closed without any notification. We raised again, and the network engineer came to track some values and confirmed that there are network issues.

                      On calling back with customer care and with appellate, they don't have any ETA on fixing the issue. Both Appellate and Customer care at 12118 told that they don't have ETA, and can take more than 90 days or 120 days.

                      What these people didn't understand is we are talking about no service, where customer cannot even make calls? And when in emergency this issue puts one at risk. Their response on these is so frustrating.

                      These people need to be sued for such lethargic service.

                        I got a call from Airtel and they asked me to port saying Rs 299/- plan which includes 1020 minutes Local + STD and 1 GB data for 4G handsets.

                        Once i ported they have given only 1020 minutes. And dont see the data. When I call them they are saying tha offer was there early not now and cheating.

                        How do i take it to consumer forum. Airtel employees are cheating.

                              Hello sir,
                              My name is vivek shrivastava and my mobile no. Is [protected]. I am raising a serious concern about faulty billing and service system by bharti airtel.

                              The details of my case is, earlier i was using b 27 cug 99 corporate plan plus i have activated two 3g internet data packs worth rs. 600/- (500+100) additional with my billing plan.

                              On march 31st i have placed a request for number portability, i have received a call from airtel customer care and the executive offered a good plan with discounts to me so i shell continue with airtel mobile services.

                              The new plan offered to me:-
                              New plan benefits: 3g gprs service (Volume based), 0, 4gb 4g/3g free (After 4gb vbc at 50p/mb capped at 500, post data stop);
                              Local a2a [protected]@20p, [protected]@30p and national [protected]@50p;
                              100 local + national sms free per day;
                              Roaming incoming free;
                              Isd pack (Arh/brz/chl/ger/kny/mex/sa);
                              Rs.200 rental discount_6 mth_mnp_ret;
                              10gb free data per month for 3 months;

                              With this new offering airtel executive told me that she was deactivating my all earlier plans and additional packages and i will be charged with new plan offering with discount on bill for 3 months.

                              I have received this sms from airtel :-
                              Dear customer, effective 01-apr-2017, bill plan for your airtel mobile has been changed from b 27 cug 99 plan to new infinity 549_corp. To keep a track on your data usage, sms datause to 121.

                              Now i have received a faulty bill with 549/- monthly rental + 500/- internet booster without any discount which was promised.
                              I have raised a complaint with airtel customer care (Complaint no.[protected] on 12th may-17 to correct my bill, however they have not reverted with any solution. I called them again on 19th may to check the status of my complaint, they again registered an escalation (No. [protected]) and still i have not received any communication on revision of incorrect charges.

                              Please look it into this and help me.

                                Not able to switch back to 2g network on iphone in airtel.

                                I am not able to switch to 2g network on airtel in iphones. While i am able to switch to 2g network on vodafone, idea, bsnl, etc...

                                This results in a huge battery drain. Few days ago airtel purposely pushed a carrier update in my mobile due to which i am not able to switch back to 2g network.

                                In other networks like vodafone, idea, etc.. User have the option to select between 2g/3g/4g networks in iphone....

                                How can you mark an open complaint as resolved???

                                We had purchased a new hd recording dth from airtel in 2015. After 3 months of recording, we saw that the set top box (Stb) was not recording most of the set channels, and we launched an official complaint with the airtel customer service. When the local field officer contacted us he said that the stb is not available and we have to wait for our replacement. After repeated follow ups and after 8 months of waiting, we were given a replacement by the allocated field officers near our area.

                                The problem with the second stb was that airtel failed to issue us a new stb in replacement of our defective one which was still under the warranty period. So after 11 months of waiting on the 12th month the 2nd replaced stb started having software update issues. (Attached picture for reference)

                                We registered a complaint once and it was told that since the warranty had expired we needed to buy a new stb. This was an absolute shocker. We ignored the same and continued with the faulty temporary software update stb since we didn't want to pay another hefty amount.

                                Now, on 14th april 2017, our stb has stopped working completely and the screen is stuck at zero percent software update. (Attached is the picture as of today 25th april 2017.)

                                We launched a complaint with airtel customer service agents and i have spoken to so many of them and the names are as below:
                                Mr. Hari
                                Mr. Rahul
                                Mr. Sudarshan
                                Ms. Priyanka (Twice)
                                Mr. Arun (Twice)
                                Mr. Satish
                                Mr. Jayganesh

                                Escalation managers: mr. Ananthraj & ms. Shruthi (Twice)

                                I have never felt so helpless and disappointed at the customer service agents who kept me on wait for an average of 20 mins each person. I have made non-stop calls from 15th april 2017 till today 25th april 2017 and not even one person has come one to check or rectify the stb issue.

                                We were given local field officers name & numbers (Mr. Vishwanath & mr. Lokesh) and both of them had the audacity to tell us that there is no stock available hence they will not come to our place to even check. The stb needs to be changed and there is no stock, so no use to visit our place. The words they spoke was even more shocking.

                                Finally on 21st april 2017, i called the customer case and spoke with mr. Jayganesh to take a cancellation request. After 2 days on the 23rd april 2017, i received a call from ms. Niveditha stating that since i have asked for a cancellation, the amount paid as an advance to airtel will not be refunded. I was shocked beyond words at the attitude of this young lady who had no clue why we were cancelling and blaming us for the cancellation.

                                Immediately we called customer care once again and we spoke with ms. Priyanka & escalation manager ms shruthi once again to take up this matter seriously and to cancel our airtel subscription since we had no connection or tv from 14th april 2017 and no one attended us till date - 25th april 2017.

                                And i have also informed them that we are leaving on a holiday on 26th april 2017 and will return only on 22 may 2017. So the disconnection of the stb has to be done immediately.

                                Till date (25th april 2017) no one has come to take up the matter. Or we have not even received one call from any person from the airtel team.

                                Simply amazed at how airtel is fleecing its customers and holding them at ransom with defective stb and pathetic customer service.

                                I need my money back for all the torture we had to go through with airtel dth services.

                                Yesterday after 8 months of surrendering the TV connection I got my refund of ₹1782 in my ccard. I will now pay the Airtel broad band payments that I have been holding back due to this as my complaint is resolved. Thank you all!!!

                                It's been more than 4 months since the set top box has been taken away and we were promised a refund of ₹1782 on my credit card which was used to purchase the connection.
                                Last month airtel claimed via mail that amount was credited to my ccard on 31/5/[protected]@1847, which I denied.
                                They asked me to mail them all statements till date to verify that amount not credited.
                                In spite of doing so there is no reply from them.(ref pics)
                                I have made several calls to customer care to seek a reply and closure but no use.
                                Latest open complaints in this regard are 64863035 raised by Shubham and 64507119 raised by Rubini.
                                I am completely helpless in dealing with this and hence have decided to take below steps till issue is closed and I receive my refund.

                                "My airtel broadband outstanding amount for this month is ₹3066. I have decided to paid them only ₹1284 as on date post deducting ₹1782 towards my digital tv refund. As customers are being held to ransom, I found this one way to get back to airtel as let them sort it out amongst their departments."

                                Airtel DTH team yet to respond and close the issue!!!

                                Money yet to be credited to me.

                                Now Airtel broadband says they have no role to play in this and if I don’t pay up ₹1782 that I am holding back from their billed amount, they will disconnect my connection.

                                I am getting FINAL REMINDER mail from then every now and then.

                                So a company can hold an individuals payment and keep mum on the same but a common citizen will be threatened and not entertained if he decides to hold back his legal amount from its sister concern!!!

                                Requesting consumer complaint forum to step in and get it sorted ASAP.

                                  A person has come to my place collected my documents and asked me to pay Rs.2584/- which is 3 months advance rental online. I have paid it and after a week got a call that as there is no ports available, broadband connection is not available and asked me to raise a refund request.

                                  It’s been a month now from the day I raised this request and no proper response from the customer care team and refund is not credited in my account.

                                  Kindly take action against this and let me know when the money will be credited in my account.

                                  Also,
                                  This is heights that I get a call now from Airtel stating the reference number is 82399080, when I initially raised the request for refund is cancelled due to no response.
                                  I would need a proof against this that you guys contacted me and without even informing the ticket is closed, You guys just call and say I am sorry will not help.
                                  Same dialogue from everyone “SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE” will not help.
