I recharged my number with 399 pack for 70 days validity and it was done successfully them after a week randomly i received a message from the Airtel that they have reduced my packs validity to 56 days. I am using this Airtel connection from past 2 years, recently I have changed my handset (4G compatible) hence I have to change the SIM card in order to have 4G connection based on the retailer advice.

Now my phone and sim both enable to use 4G. Post activation from past 4 days I am getting a message from Airtel stating INR 349/-...

Hi Team,

I had made a recharge of Rs.41 for my airtel number [protected] and for this Rs.41 has been deducted from my Axis bank account but data pack as per offer was not received on my mobile number.

Also as I checked I got message of recharge but no data pack was received, I am fighting with Airtel customer care but refund for this has not been made to my account.

Airtel's service was good earlier,...

I made 2 transactions at Dbs bank Mumbai of rs2000 each (txn no[protected] &[protected], transaction got failed, but amount has been debited from my Airtel money account..

I got the message from Airtel regarding both the failed transactions, but amount credited in my account is for 1 transaction only i. e. 2000 only..

I didn't get my rs2000 back in my Airtel payment account for 2nd transaction i.e. for another...

M writing this mail regarding the payment of 650 rupees to dish TV through Airtel app . I wrongly entered the wrong CV when making the payment . Nobody is giving me the correct information my amount will refund or not . Customer care executive saying that the transaction id is not correct . So please help me and provide me the correct transaction id.

Airtel people asked me to wait for a month from my first complaint now it is more than a month where is the resolution...

Hi, from my icici bank credit card, a fraud payment of rs.9500/- & 9400 has been made to airtel pymt-bill on 8/5/2017. 618825 & 824779 is the transaction number provided to me by the icici bank. Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details...

This is with reference to recharge with transaction id [protected] done by mistake due to an error shown as recharge unsuccessful of previous recharge with transaction id[protected] and has reduced my bank balance as the recharge was done on www.airtel.in with net banking option.This double recharge of amount rs. 349 is not required and thus is a waste of money.
