Dear team,

I would like to highlight airtel team is unable to resolve my issue raised on 12th april 2017.

I have requested to correct my name in bill as well as on airtel account login page which they are unable to resolve since 12th april.

This issue was escalated to their teams on which :- customer care / appellate ensures on mail that issue will be resolved in 72 hrs but nothing happen. Now i am getting mails / calls to know the exact issue / concern of mine why? If issue was not clear why & what basis team confirms that they are working on it and it will be resolved.

I am really unhappy with the way airtel team is operating. This needs to be corrected immediately. Pl. Help.

Pl. Note : this issue is escalated to their md mr. Gopal vitthal twice however no resolution.

Hi Rakesh,

How much time "Airtel" need to resolve simple Issue. I have a mail & verbal communication with your executive who confirms me that issue will be resolve in 48 Hrs...now almost month completed but there is no resolution.

That too when this issue is marked to your MD Mr. Gopal Vithal.. if not resolve today I will go to Consumer Court.

      I applied for mobile number portability from mp to tn from airtel to airtel my number [protected] on 05 may 17 airtel store sulur, coimbatore tn, they advised me it will be ported in 7 working days. On 16 may 17 again i approached to airtel store then they told me it will take more two days... On 18 may 17 1100hrs my old sim became unservicable then after 1hr i switch over new sim but its showing sim card registration failed then i contact to store but they are unable to solve it. Since last 5 days due to not active of sim card i am not able to contact my family, not able to do any net banking transaction. I twitted to @airtel_presence on 19 may but no response received till date.

      I got a message for the data plans today morning.
      I recharged for Rs.749-56GB.
      But I was recharged only for 5GB.
      What about the remaining?
      I needed a reply or recharge my account.
      Just give details about the internet recharge.
      I need to know whether my remaining GB will get added or not.

        Check the attached image.
        Airtel told "the amount will be credited on 18-may-2017". But not yet received the amount and my problem with airtel online recharge also not solved. is Airtel alive still?

          Hi, my mobile number [protected] is deactivated on 10th may back I have received new sim and my activation pending since then.

          I am not getting any calls from 10th may and loosing important calls. And I am seriously pissed off with the airtel service. I need someone to take some serious action about this

              I recently ported by number from vodafone to airtel. But immediately on porting the number, calls made from mtnl landlines did not come through. It gives a message saying 'your vodafone number is temporarily disconnected.'
              Why would i get this message as the number has been ported to airtel for all purposes now.

                    Presently active 7 numbers of airtel telecom company in which 2 out of 7 numbers has changed bill plans (Monthly 150 to 175) without information and after complaint regarding this issue getting reply from telecom company as 150 monthly bill plan is not available but as per mentioned 5 numbers presently active 150 monthly billing plan.

                        My name is Sumit Badaya and I am from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
                        My Airtel prepaid number is [protected].

                        Today, on 21st May 2017, I recharged my number with Rs.348/- from paytm. The recharge was successful, amount got deducted from my bank account. After recharge, I got an SMS from Reliance as follows:
                        "Dear customer, this RCV cannot be used in conjunction with your current plan". The 348 plan was not activated on my number.
                        I didn't get any refund to my bank account.

                        Kindly look into the matter and either give me refund of Rs.348/- or activate the offers mentioned for Rs.348/- plan on my number. Please do the needful ASAP!

                            Hello this is lohith writing in this form to inform that this month on 11 I had recharged my number for 275 which usually gives me 4gb data for 28 days but wen I recharged this month I got 4gb data that's 3g or 4g off 28 days but all of sudden today my net was not working when I called Airtel they claim that they have revised their Network recharge for 275 now which gives 4 GB data for morning and 4gb data for night and they also claim I can only use that 4gb left out data in night do they think that I don't have any other better job to do they also told it's a compliment for their customer​s I understand but they should have clearly mentioned in the message after for which I recharged and they are not ready for any compensation so guys I am option out of Airtel and I'll be moving to Vodafone request every one to do the same

                            Same here, I recharged my airtel mobile for data yesterday for 275 and my airtel app shows 4GB as balance but I cannot use that.

                              Airtel sales executive mr. Banerjee came to my home and did porting of my mobile from vodafone to airtel. He gave me new sim card and told me to insert when vodafone network is gone and televerification msg comes to you. So yesterday night at 2:51a.m. I got msg that your number is ported to airtel and is ready for televerification. So I tried televerification by dialing the number 59059 which was told to me. But not registered on network msg was displayed to me. I just called the sales executive mr. Banerjee on his number[protected] and he told me that sim he gave me would not work and he will have to give me other sim. So I asked him to give the new sim. Now he has not come to give me new sim. And also not recieving my phone calls. I called airtel customer care mr surjit told me that they can do nothing. He told me that your service will start only after sales executive will give me the new sim and I do the televerification. So now I am getting no service and that guy is not picking up my calls. I am doctor and am badly in need of phone calls from hospital and patients. But I am completely made dependant on airtel sales executive mr banerjee by the airtel company. And the person is completely irresponsible.

                                    I have lost my SIM cards and have applied for a SIM swap. It has been more than 2 weeks but my new SIM cards have not yet been activated. I have been visiting the Airtel outlet at Annanagar blue star chennai almost daily but so far there has not been any use. More over the client are been treated very shabby. The centre is manned by amateurs by unprofessional persons.
