      Am saravanan [protected]. I have recharged for 399 on 11 may . I recd 1.25gb data instead of 28 GB( 1 GB / day).
      When i contacted [protected]@airtel.com they said u r having 28 GB data. But on 19.5.17, my main balance deducted. When i contacted customer care they said u didn't have that offer . one lady contacted me from airtel & telling tat u have 349 & 399 offer kindly use it. But airtel says we didn't call u. And we are using [protected]@airtel.com mail id. But past 8 yrs i communicate airtel thru this mail I'd only. Airtel cheating very well. Senior executive of airtel said this, even our call u kindly verify with *121#. Then y the... They contacted me. Ithukku pichai edukkalam...

        Dear sir

        As i'm chiranjeevi b customer of airtel with the number [protected], i i have been in the airtel postpaid network due to some reason i wanted to migrated to prepaid on airtel, so i walked to my nears store in jayanagar 4th block, bangalore, karnataka and given to doc and paid money for the sim card and cleared the entire billed and unbilled amount from the postpaid, and by evening my network get disconnected from postpaid but it bid not got converted to prepaid.

        Now there is no net work in postpaid sim or in prepaid sim card

        Who ever calls its given as number does not exist

          Im port my no. [protected] from bsnl to airtel & same day im recharged with amount rs. 349 but unfortunately im getting only 1gb of 4g data.

          Due to this im contacted with customer care but they says that the offer of 1gb per day not applicable for this no. [protected].

          The offer is existed so why im not getting this offer on my no. After recharged the same Amount.

          Please look into query and give me the benefit of 1gb per day data.

            Hi,

            I'm writing this email as your on the call representatives have not been able to resolve my issues/queries regarding my family plan.
            Also, because my phone is currently barred to make outgoing calls.
            And, this would be a “kind” of written complaint & hopefully would have some kind of record as the verbal calls are either mismanaged OR never given heed to at “Airtel”.

            Issue :
            We have a family plan of three phone#s. I.e. “XXXXX XXX25”, “XXXXX XXX10” & “XXXXX XXX10”.
            But of late we are getting separate bill for “XXXXX XXX025 + XXXXX XXX10” and separate bill for “XXXXX XXX10”.
            This should never have happened DESPITE of verbal confirmations.
            I however do know why this MIGHT have happened for which you need understand history as below….

            CALL# 1
            I called Airtel…approx 3months back asking them to remove me from Family plan.
            The reason for my request was that my friends who had stand-alone phone#s were getting better deals from Airtel.
            And, I was told that I can’t avail this since I had family plan.
            The process to de-link my phone# was so complicated that I told the person on phone line NOT to change the plan & keep it as it is.

            CALL# 2
            The next month I paid the phone bill as usual BUT phone# XXXXX XXX10 was disconnected.
            Upon enquiring I was told that this number has been removed from family plan.
            I told them that this is not the case & I had changed my request.
            And told them to join the number again to “my family plan”.
            I was told that I should first pay that months bill which I remember some 500 odd rupees & for future it will part of the plan again.

            Subsequent to above the next month I feel was clubbed together & as paid only 1 time for all 3 numbers.
            This month however again there are separate bills for "XXXXX XXX025 + XXXXX XXX10” and separate bill for “XXXXX XXX10” !!!

            I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO ABOVE & TELL ME WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
            WHY ARE ALL MY REQUESTS NOT GIVE HEED TO ??
            YOU SHOULD HAVE MY TELE CONVERSATIONS IN YOUR SYSTEM.
            I NEED A SOLUTION AS I'm NOT GOING TP PAY SEPARATE BILLS DESPITE OF MY MANY DISCUSSIONS.

            AWAITING FOR AN EARLY RESOLUTION TO ABOVE AS I’M PUTTING THE PAYMENT ON HOLD FOR THIS.

            Till date no resolution.
            Got calls from appellate & after repeating myself to 2 different persons..i was told that complaint has been escalated.
            New invoice is also raised BUT no solution to old one.
            Have called Airtel helpline multiple times & have repeated myself many times ONLY to have a new person hear me repeat my ordeal with assurance that it will be solved BUT how ?? No one has an answer.
            No empathy & out going is barred for last 3days !!

            There is no mechanism in place at Airtel to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
            No single point person...each time a new person.
            They should close the airtel helpline as they offer no help !

                    This has happened the second time in this year that my account balance has been deducted to a large number that I can't stay silent now. Earlier this year in march, some "Games Hub" service got activated and charged ₹25 without my knowledge and this time around ₹270 has been deducted since May for some "Top Doctor" Service. This kind of fraud had been happening with Airtel years ago that you used to deduct your customers money like this. And I had switched to other networks after that. Now that it's happening again, I won't give a second thought porting this number or getting a new number too.
                    You're just losing the trust of your customers by doing such unethical trade practices. Very disappointed with Airtel!

                      In November I purchase a postpaid plan of 549 in number of [protected] and in January my phone was stolen by some were and i complaint to the police i have a copy of this but today I have call on my alternative number from Meerut cell and he says that I have a court samman from advocate Mr bist from dehradun, the payment due for my no.is just Rs 1654 then I say to advocate that I have no information about it then he say I have to take legal action about for you
                      I think this is bed news for Airtel company for further business in I am the college ex political person... .but actually I use 3 more no. Of your airtel company is want to settlement of it or I have to take 3new connection for other company...

                        Since from 4 months there is no proper network for my number. Always my calls get disconnect while on call. Even internet is always slow. I am paying for 4g services but I am receiving 2g speed. While some one calls me the calls are get disconnect in the middle of the talk. People are yelling me thinking that ended the call, but they don't know it is my airtel network problem.
                        Complained regarding this in twitter. Airtel customer care will call me and give the service request number but no one resolved my issue. Day by day it is getting worse. Now the calls are getting always disconnect.
                        It is not my mobile problem also. Because it is iphone and in good condition working good for other company networks. My whole family members are using airtel now it became a nightmare network for my family. Why don't you solve the problem i[censored] can't solve the problem send me a mail so I will port to other network.

                            I have re-issued my airtel sim card day before yesterday, but the messages are not coming, as well as the *121# is also not working. Hence, I'm not able to check balance as well as the messages. So i even not able to see the otp password when I've to verify for urgent work

                            It's really urgent, I have to pay bills and use the OTP, and for the various other account confirmation, I need the SMS services to work.

                            Though my calling services are working and I've sufficient balance on my account too.
                            But sms services are may be disabled.

                              I have subscribed for airtel secure plan in which my cell phone is covered from the accidental damage and from the viruses now my phone's screen got broken and they are not giving claim after submiting all the documents they are saying its not case of accidental damage its a case of negligence
                              Same with me as well. They rejected the claim after they got the estimation from the service center. They only approve if the repair cost is few hundreds. Else they tell the same reason and reject the claim. Don't subscribe for Airtel Secure. It is the pure scam.
                              Same happen with me as well.
                              Seems Airtel Secure is a scam.
                              What they mailed...for my Device Claim – Service Request # 2124058...

After sending my device and all the documents, all I get after 10 days is this message "We regret to inform that your device claim has been rejected by the insurance company due to Improper handling | No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property.".

                              Airtel if you are listening, you need to fix this stuff otherwise face the consequences.

                                  My airtel sim had lifetime validity.in may it just stopped working and the mobile status shown sim card registration failed from last 15 days.
                                  It is my permanent no. For the last 10 years and prepaid balance is rs. 34, 000/- approax. All my contacts are on it.
                                  I continuously trying to airtel customer care, they were not proper respond and there receiver told me that my mobile number has been deleted from their list and they cannot activate the no. As it is not used for long. But this no. Has been allotted to someone else. How can you issue this phone no. To someone else i am a permanent user of yours.
                                  What of the loss i had incurred as all my clients have that no?

                                    I am using Airtel Prepaid Sim [protected] since 2015.
                                    I have moved in new place in Chennai where I get not even a signal. I have raised complaint for the same many times, but Airtel didn't do anything.
                                    Recently I have new problem facing with Airtel is I don't even get a signal in good network area in Chennai. I have raised complaints many times to them, but no response from there side.
                                    My Complaint number: CBNRV[protected] and it was raised on 17th May 2017, They told they will solve it in 24hours. 24Hours haves passed and not even a response from Airtel as they have told me they will definitely get back to me after 24Hours.
                                    I think if I write here, I can get correct solution for my problem.

                                      Till last month every two weeks use to have this issue repeatedly, one month it worked fine, on Wednesday (17-May) got disconnected for 5- 6 times with the span of 30 mins, raised complaint against it.

                                      Wednesday it worked well after that, next day some technician visited, completely screwed up broadband and phone as well, till not ( i.e., Friday) no resolution.

                                      is this the way Airtel suppose to work.

                                        My airtel no. Is [protected]. I recharged with 399 plan on 25th april, 2017. I got this plan from best offers on airtel app, according to this plan i will get free outgoing calls on all the networks across india for 56 days also i will get 1gb data per day for 56 days.

                                        But after recharging when i check my account details on myairtel app, i saw that my data plan will expire on 22nd of may (I. E. Only 28 days not 56 days).

                                        Soo for query i call airtel customer care, and airtel executive told me that you will get free outgoing calls for 28 days only and data for 56 days. After hearing that i am so disappointed and told airtel executive that according to the plan i must get free calls and free data for 56 days, but she didn’t agree.

                                        So i am lodging a complain here.

                                        My sim was damaged, so got new sim from Airtel Bommanahalli store on May 16th, it's been 5 days and my sim is still not activated, highly irresponsible behavior from your Airtel Staff, they have not submitted documents as per Airtel customer care.

                                        Why do you guys need 5 days to activate a duplicate sim, really disappointed by your Airtel service.
