I was earlier using the airtel postpaid no [protected]. That was a Maharashtra no. I used when I used to live in Pune.

But now I have shut down this no. but I have an amount of Rs 415.84 which I have paid in advance and now I need refund of that money.

Kindly send that money back to my bank account or if you send it via check send the check to my new address

      I have taken Airtel broadband connection (account number [protected]) in Oct 2016 after paying 3 months advance rental of Rs. 4304. After 1 month they generated bill, I raised complaint (ref no.[protected] and they promised to adjust the advance paid in the bill but kept on generating the bills for 2nd and 3rd month. I called customer care multiple times but they are completely useless and kept saying they cannot track my payment even after sending the advance bill paid receipt. I finally cancelled the connection after 3 months. Now their legal team is threatening me to pay or they send court notice.
      Really pathetic service from airtel that customers have to go through this kind of treatment after paying ADVANCE rental. I hope they wake up at least now or else I will have no option but to complain the consumer forum.

          I am using airtel post paid connection from 1 year and the no ([protected]) was activated in march-2016 and they have barred my number april -27-2017.
          Due to incomplete documents.

          If i have not submitted proper documents how it got activated first time.

              I have balance in my account but when i make calls it says insufficient balance. I reached cust care and they said switch off your data as it might cause the issue. I tried and called them again and waa told will be resolved in couple of hours. I gave them 5 hours and called them. Now they say 24 hours. I think they expect their subscribers to wait until they get fixed and not sure when they will fix it.

                  I am airtel postpaid user for more than 10years

                  I got a message that after downloading my airtel app, I have to click in the box showing surprise offer to get 30 GB data for 3 months for Postpaid users & stated that immediately i will get a confirmation text message.

                  But it was not so. When i spoke to the customer care, they were telling it is not applicable for me. They told to send sms to 121 by typing SURPRISE. I did so immediately i got a message "sorry currently no offier is available for your mobile"

                  Why these big corporate companies to fool people for getting publicity

                  I will take it up further if this is not activated to me

                    Wrong plan activated on my no 9880342745

                    I tried to recharge my no through IVR selection. I was asked to press 1 for offers & I continued the same. 3 plans were told & it further asked me to press 1 to subscribe, when I did directly 799 plan was activated where as i wanted to subscribe for 899 plan. I had not given chance to select desired plan.

                    Spoke to customer care they dint resolve further they said to forward a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com you will get a reply...

                    I am a Postpaid customer of Airtel since from many years. Today I am very disappointed to inform you that Airtel which is one of the most prestigious telecom companies in India indulge in a scam o[censored]nwillingness activation and services charge imposition to its customers for a mysterious so called service “ERO Video”. Like Airtel’s other customer I am also facing the same problem. From last two months; without any intimation & my confirmation this unwanted service get activated by itself, multiple times in each month, on my Airtel Postpaid number (98****1549) and its service charges (Rs 35 for each activation) get added up in my monthly mobile bill. So it is my request to Airtel, kindly investigates this matter of the scam which is being played by a mysterious website called “ERO Video” and targeting your valuable customers and don’t let such scam group to use your platform.

                            I made a recharge of ₹399/- on 25-4-17 to my Airtel no [protected] according to plan unlimited calling and 1gb 4G data per day but they are not providing free daily 1gb 4G data. Whenever I use mobile data they are deducting balance from my main balance till now they have deducted ₹ 12/- Also, customer care executives r not giving any satisfactory answer. After a 5 times argument they have only refunded ₹3. And still free data is not provided. My complaint no CBNRD[protected] is still pending there.

                              I have made a complaint before regarding all the bill issues & they have committed me to give at last the waiver of rs 500. Bt they have not give me any waiver & now they are telling they will not give me any waiver.

                                  My house is located in 2km distance from national highway & its also in Bhubaneswar that is the capital of Odisha. But their is no airtel network since last 20days. Even their is Airtel tower in 200mtrs (tower id - ORNH01) distance.

                                  This type of service can not be expected at all in the main town

                                    I have taken airtel postpaid corporate sim on 17th april 2017, till now it is not activated, but after two days i have been trying to reach them on below numbers, they are not at all answering my call, i called them more than 20 times, they don't have minimum sense to call back/answering the call, take an action on them
