In my airtel bill for the period: 02-apr-2017 to 01-may-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected], 1 times. Details below:

08/apr/2017 09:15:[protected]
But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraund in vodafne too. I guess its a fraud from the company. They have charged 5 rs. I want this to be solved.

        Dear airtel,

        I'm writing this e-mail because i have reached the threshold limit of my patience.

        I am a broadband user of yours. Since september last year (2016) i have been regularly calling your service center for inconsistent/irregular internet connection.
        Practically every alternate day (Since sept 2016), my internet connection is down for at-least 30 mins, (Sometimes two times a day). I have been raising this issue constantly without any permanent resolution till now.

        This issue is further compounded by the fact that service engineers of airtel make me close the service call by force. Your service technicians use the tactics of "goonda gardi" with customers, one particular engineer actually shouted at me, arguing that since the connection was working at the time he called, he should close the service request!

        I have been a customer of airtel for almost 14 years now and if this is how you treat old customers, i shudder to think about the new ones.

        I have spoken to the nodal/appellate office about this issue.in case there is no resolution, i will not hesitate to escalate this matter to trai (There has to a limit to how much airtel can arm-twist a customer). If i can pay the full rental on time every time, i expect consistent and hassle free service (I am paying for it).
        So, if airtel cannot provide consistent service, it is only fair that the customer too shouldn't pay rentals consistently either.

        More over, because of the behaviour of your service engineers, i am concerned about the safety of my family and me. These people know my residential address and i fear they will cause some kind of harm. I will be registering an fir/diary against this (Airtel service people) with my local police station for the safety of my family,

        I need complete and permanent resolution to this, or, i need airtel to admit that this issue is beyond your capability to resolve in a professional manner.

        The original sr number is 81450454. (I don't know what the status of the sr is right now - the engineer might have closed it himself).

        And finally, every interaction with airtel causes way too much stress and anxiety. Thankfully number portability is available and many other isp's who can give better service than airtel. This is not a threat - this is meant to open your eyes - don't think your customers are fools and that you can take them for a ride and for granted. Social networking can spread the word like wild fire.

          Hi, I have requested for a new Broadband connection on 29th April 2017 via application no RTLBLR 7348206. Till today my connection is not activated and installed. They promised installation within 48 hours. I also raised a complained about it on 3rd may 2017 compliant no SR81971684. Till now it is not resolved. I think the vendor (airtel.[protected]@gmail.com) who collected my documents have misused for documents for connection purpose. The vendor mobile nos are +[protected] and [protected] both the numbers they do not answer after 6 pm. Every day they promise installation will happen today. This is going on for last 3 days from 2nd May 2017. Their technician is demanding Rs 500/- for installation, while there is a provision of adding this charges in my 1st Bill. The TAT for resolving a complaint is 24 hours and it is over that.
          Kindly help me to get justice.

          Hi team, I have done recharge for 349 where a customer gets unlimited calls and data as 1 GB per day.
          Offers are not clear to customers and also it's differing after recharge. I need a clear justification why this is changing after recharge. I am frustrated due to this.

              Pl provide the post paid bills from dec 2016 to april 2017
              Sir my landline broadband is not working from 15th april.
              I have booked complains times but they didn't respond.
              They mailed that cable is broke and will be restored till 24th april but connection is not restored yet.

                          I had vodafone connection and ported my number to airtel 2 weeks ago. Vodafone has done my port out but airtel connection has not started causing a lot of inconvenience. I have been following up with airtel customer care since last 10 days but nobody is bothered to solve my issue. Airtel says vodafone has not completed the porting but I have confirmed multiple times with Vodafone and they say they have ported it.I want my connection to start. I am being punished for choosing Airtel.

                          I cannot make any bank transactions in absence of my registered number. I am a doctor and my patients are unable to connect with me and it is affecting my work as well.

                              I had taken airtel broadband connection from mahesh (Airtel field representative phone no [protected]) at ip extension on june'16. Due to my shifting i requested to shift the connection to my current address e 40, south anarkali, new delhi -110051.

                              Airtel informed me that they can not shift the connection to that address as they don't provide the service at that locality.

                              So immediately i requested to terminate the connection.
                              After that i received another call regarding "if i want transfer to some one", "if there is any friend i have i want to transfer the connection", etc. Then nothing happened and realized by the end of feb that my connection is still active and generating bills for that.

                              So i have been informed by a customer care representative that i have a pending bill of rs800.
                              When i requested to share that bill, neither i received an email and nor any physical copy (However the physical address that customer care updated was wrong e41 instead of e40).

                              Last week some guy came to me to collect modems and other hardware informing that it is formality with out showing any document. Navneet (Phone no [protected]).

                              My concerns -
                              when i had taken the connection, i was informed the rs 1000 is security fees and will be refunded upon termination. When i requested for that during termination process they informed that nothing such procedure exists. The modem and router that i have are mine. No refund will be provided.
                              airtel has generated a bill of rs 800 (I assume, because i haven't received the bill yet) for a period which they haven't provided a service. If they are not able to provide service at certain locality how can they claim a bill for that.
                              Lastly this person who came today came to me without any valid document in the name of hardware collection and informed me that the security money can be adjusted from the bill. This contradicts your previous verse.
                              So i am looking for resolving the issue through proper channel.
                              also this last person neither came with proper documents nor airtel officially communicated anything.

                              I intend to resolve this issue consumer forum as escalation to the following email ids failed - nodal. [protected]@airtel.in and apellate. [protected]@airtel.in

                                On giving the above compliant, I got a call from the company saying that he is avinash, and asked for payment of ten rupees in rbiauthorization.com
                                I gave my details of debit card in the sites, and I was cheated of ₹20, 000/-
                                An amount of rupees 20, 000/- is deducted from my account.
                                Kindly see that this amount is paid back to me

                                  I requested to port my number from docomo to Airtel before 3 days. The new SIM I got with the Sim no.[protected]u has still not activated yet.
                                  Its been more than 3 days the SIM is still on inactive status.
                                  Since this is my business number and I am getting so many loss just because of it.
                                  so i would request you to activate it. If my number doesn't get activated so I will raise complaint to consumer court to get my computation.

                                      I am using airtel 4g from past few months. speed of airtel 4g is falling rapidly these days. Some time it falls down to 10-15 kbps while downloading big files. This speed is worst then the speed which i used to get in 2008 when i first started to use internet. When i open multiple tabs in my phone or laptop it took almost a minute to a single tab to load properly. I can't use this kind of network for internet banking or any other kind of electronic transfer. its not safe at all.

                                        I recharged my prepaid number with 399Rs pack on April 14th 2017 where I am suppose to get unlimited local and std calls plus 1gb 4G data per day for 70 days. But internet has stopped working. Airtel is saying my phone is not 4g but the phone I have is Samsung E7 which supports 4G. Airtel customer service ppl say that its doesnt support but people from social media FB support says its a 4G phone. These people are not sure that their level. Wasting my recharge period. Its been 10 days I am unable to use mobile data. My money is wasted due to fake promises of Airtel.
                                        They are neither refunding nor calling to help.
