Airtel 399 Plan validity

Airtel is cheating the indians. They have reduce the validity of Rs. 399 pack with only 56 days without any information. Yesterday (25-apr-2017) I recharged my airtel number [protected] with Rs. 399 and got only 56 days validity.

Their my airtel app still showing it's validity 70 days buy when I called to airtel customer care, they said there is technical error in my airtel app and we reduce validity to 56 days before 2 days....

I posted from Vodafone to Airtel and not they are telling this plan is not available and currently they can provide only 3 GB. Customer care team tells that this plan is active only till April 10 but i received the call with this plan on 21st April....

Like if i did a talktime recharge, i haven't received any message from airtel that the recharge has been done. Same goes for data recharges.
