I had recharge my mobile no [protected] with Rs 345 and got benefits of 1 GB/Day 4G data for 28 days. When i needs to use my data i gives me speed of 2 kbps. I called many times in Airtel customer care at 198 in last 15 days but no solutions is provided from airtel and still i am getting poor speed.

Now i approx 15 days are wasted due to technical error by airtel.

Please arrange to resolve the issue so that i can get services as committed by airtel.

    I always required to request more then 1 times for getting any kinds of OTP. I am a SBI and Airtel-Assam user and this days it become my risky with the transactions as for any online Net-banking/Credit/Debit/wallet transaction I don't receive and of message when I supposed to get a OTP for a transaction. So I required to request 1 more time and only then I receive it. I feel much risky now because for financial transactions maximum I can request 3 times for OTP and here in 1st case I never receive.

    I am facing this problem since since last 4/5 months. And once with a serious case called to customer care also but they were unable to detect and replied me that it is problem of source from where message is generating.

    It is not limited to translations or SBI/wallet providers only, It happens every case wherever OTP is requires.

    Note: Even I waits for 24 hours also I don't receive OTP.
    Sorry, for security reasons i haven't shared phone number here. I will share More details through email only.

        My number - [protected]

        An year back, i have upgraded my sim to 4g for upgrading my handset. Even after upgrade also i have not get 4g speed. I have complain many time to your tollfree. All of them promise me to resolve this issue shortly. Till i have facing this issue.

        Today i have recharged special discount offer for 4g handsets. Surprisingly i known that my sim card only 3g activated. This is the service you are providing customers. Pl see how you are cheating customers. This is reason i have switch over to jio. Again i rethink my decision is correct, you are become worst supporting for customers.

        One more that, i have try to explain these things to your executive. She is not at all listing my words and very hateful speech. Do you think i have only having work to roaming your outlet.

        I have post these worst experience to my facebook, twitter. I never using your product anymore. Bye.

              Sir actually I have seen a advertisement in jio paper of SMS job of airtel company, i talked to person whose phone no was given then he told me to deposit ₹1250 for registration and within 24 hours supervisor, engineers a nd some other person will reach on your home address and give traing for 2-3 hours and provide system, sir please suggest me is it true or fraud

                  I Am Sana konyak from Naginimora, I would like to tell u that I my area Airtel network is no Bad Can't even use or browse 3G 4g and 2g also. Even in roaming Also sir please Help us for better network. Many customer's Left airtel just because of this issues. Please solve our problem. All are ask for Jio and Bsnl Sims.
                  Sir One more thing I have complaint about this issues with our Dist Tm Also But he denied and We are helpless. I have call 121 also. This is big issue please help us.

                    Waited a week & no one came to install
                    Mailed them, they reply saying that my area is not covered

                      Im from Chennai, Tamilnadu.

                      Just before 1 week i initiated porting request from Vodafone to Airtel with the help of one executive or representative from Airtel.

                      He used to stand manydays in Sholinganaloor Area, Chennai with showcasing some of Airtel products. He provided his number saying as Airtel representative - [protected]

                      He insisted me to join in Rs. 445/- plan (daily per GB & unlimited calls valid for 70 days). So i started thinking to port, also he asked me to pay the amount to him immediately. I also paid him 450/-(i didnt receive any change).
                      He said once the porting is completed he will recharge.

                      On Friday my sim is ported to airtel. But still that representative didnt recharge for me. Whenever i call him, he will attend my call once in 20 or 30 call tries and replies like "Recharge man in outstation so we will do" and he will end the call soon. Im really frustrated of being airtel customer.

                      Now i need immediate recharge of provided amount of plan 445/- and i also need to know do airtel dont have trusted execitives or customer supportive recharge man.

                      Already all my family members were not believing Airtel, though i trusted but now i realized its trustworthy (very bad).

                      Can you please look into this case and need you to attentionally take action on those who makes airtel down towards customers.
                      Also May i know when will i get benefit of that plan 445/- paid.

                        since 28.04.2017 i am not getting my broadband and landline services, till date.
                        When contacted airtel 121 authority in mobile on 28th itself, they assured me that services will be restored on 05.05.2017 by night 11 pm.
                        But, till date, ie, today 06.05.2017 at 21:15i am not getting airtel services, even assured by them.
                        Please take up the matter to airtel.

                        Why can't I recharge my airtel number online?

                        I can't recharge my mobile number online for almost two months now. Every time I try to recharge it comes as either recharge unsuccessful or failed. However, I am able to recharge from retail outlet mobile shop. I had approached Airtel Express shop twice with the issue and lodged a complaint. I even had emailed to to airtel customer care but there wasn't any prompt action. I would like to know where should I approach again with the issue....

                          On 05.11.2016 i had received a call from [protected]/[protected] @12.35pm (dated 05.5.2017) in my mobile no. [protected], where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. i gave the card number and she asked me to input the cvv & otp and connected me on IVR when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. after she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. immediately the sum of 10, 000/- eas debited from my CC . i checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. i tried to contact that person but the mobile no. comes switched off.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I am using Broadband from Airtel. Presently, existing wifi not working properly. Request complaint to Airtel to change it to VDSL modem type on 08.04.2017 along with change in plan to 899/- per month from 1199/- per month. After that I received call many times from airtel customer care for asking time to solve the problem. But, finally nobody came till today. Contacted so many time to customer care, every time assuring to the problem to solve within 24 hours. But till now not solved. They already confirmed two days before that modem is available last week. But, no action till now. Please help me to solve the problem.

                              I got a new broadband connection from airtel 2 days ago. All of a sudden after 10 min network got disconnected.
                              Tried restarting routers, LAN cables plugging and unplugging everything,
                              finally called the customer care, they lodged a complaint saying it is server side issue and will take 24 hours to resolve it.
                              When I checked the status on the site it did not mention the expected date.
                              For new connection if I face so many problems how can I trust this network?
                              Very poor customer service. And now again they are saying they'll resolve back in 48 hours. Why should I even pay them?

                                  I have taken a airtel mobile connection long ago from airtel customer relationship center in bhimavaram, west godavari district, andhra pradesh. On that day i have given the necessary documents and photo to get the connection. Recently 2 years back my number [protected] changed to pre paid to post post and also taken another number i. E., [protected] as post paid with 275 plan. I am not satisfying with the services of airtel due to your network, call drop and also excess amount paying by me nearly 325 to 400 every month. Recently i decided to change the network plan post paid to prepaid. I am going to your customer relationship center, j. P. Road, opp. Petrol bunk, bhimavaram and said the same to your people. They saying that not working the process of post paid to prepaid.in this connection, i am not paying the rental of rs. 295/- due to changing my plan. But, not change the plan by your persons. I am repeatedly go to your store for the above purpose. These is really harassment of customers, please contact me in this issue. If not i am simply go to your network to another network.

                                    I have changed to prepaid to postpaid in April under MyPlan Family, I am using an HTC One M8 device in which I was able to use 4G when I was using prepaid. At first, they said it might be a SIM fault, Please change the SIM and report back to us. I changed the SIM on 17th April and the problem was not yet resolved. Then they gave some instructions on troubleshooting my device and they said they will do the same on their end. I changed all related Mobile Settings/Internet Settings as instructed by them. I have even tried using the same SIM in other devices and there was no avail as it was not working. I used another Airtel SIM in my device and 4G works up to the mark.

                                    I have raised 9 complaints regarding the same, The first one(SR No.[protected] was dated on 15th April 2017 and the latest one(SR No.[protected] was dated on 4th May 2017. Whenever I call them they will acknowledge the complaint and the relevant team will call you within 48 hours of time. The relevant team never calls and sends a message stating, (We tried calling you to update on the Network complaint against your airtel mobile, but we were unable to reach you. We will call back again.). As far as I can remember, My device was up and working at that time. Every time I complain, I mention that I am able to use Data Services. I am getting H+/H and the speed is less than 1Mbps. They ask if I am facing this issue in a single location or every location. I say I face this issue wherever I go and they acknowledge it. Now after two days, The team who handles my request changed the Status and in the details column and they close it by stating it as a Non-Network Issue/ Mismatch resolved. They don't even call the customer to check if the issue has been resolved or not. If by chance they call the customer, Sir, It was a technical issue from our side. We have fixed it. Please switch off your device, remove your SIM and wait for 20 minutes before inserting it back again. They do this and close the complaint just to avoid facing the customer again.

                                    Every time I call the customer care executive or Nodal Authority, They say we have escalated your complaint. You have to wait for maximum 48 hours before it gets fixed and I will call back to check on it. They just say that so we can get off their backs. When I ask them, I have already waited for 500 hours and still my issue is not resolved, They reply with Sir, It is a network issue it will take some time. I will be following this on my end and make sure I get back to you. When I ask the Customer Care(121/198) to connect me to the Network team, They say we cannot do it, sir, as it is not in our hands. I will raise and request and the network team will definitely contact you within 48 hours of time. When I do ask them What is they don't contact me within the stipulated time? Their answer is so vague, We will make sure they contact you sir and if they don't contact you please call us again. Now when I call the customer care again, They say you have to wait for 48 hours again to receive a call, sir. This is their so called professionalism towards the customer. Give them a time and tell them to wait so they won't bother us again. Tactic to avoid the customer and loot him by declining the services subscribed by the customer.
