Dear, I am now finding it difficult to answer your staff that I want my telephone number[protected] and broadband connection to be disconnected. I have gone to your Airtel Store at Amarpali Circle, Vaishali Nagar, jaipur on 21st April with written request and Airtel instrument to Terminate my Landline and broadband connection. But your staff didn't take my written request nor they took the instrument. I would like to make it very clear that I am not going to pay for any charges after 21st April.
Now it is up to you to terminate my connection or keep lingering with it. I have enough proof of what I have to say to Court that even after trying my best the Airtel company refused to take any action for termination of Landline Telephone number[protected] and broadband connection.

I have lost my airtel sim so I got replacement airtel sim yesterday but it is still not activated.

      Dear sir/mam, Airtel shows the validity of prepaid mobile recharge '399rs pack' is 70days on 27th of April 2017, but after recharge had done on the same day the validity is showing 56days only.. in this way they are cheating us when other cellular operators offering 90days plan at around the same price and if I didn't get wrong information from airtel I might go for that offers. Please solve this conern. Thanking you..

      Airtel has become very very worst, brother today I have recharged for 399, I got only 28days validity.

      Airtel has played a very big game to earn huge money by introducing 399plans, so that the users can recharge and stay with Airtel network.

          I visited new zealand in march and started international roaming for ten days.
          As per the plan of airtel of rs 4999 i have to received 250m incoming and 250minute outgoing free and also some mobile data.

          But i surprised that i received more than twice bill
          I have contact many times on 121 but still no progress comes
          I have been using this connection from last 10 year but its seems a cheating from consumer

              I am using the mobile number [protected] as airtel prepaid connection for the last 8 years. On feb 15, 2017 i was travelling india to denmark for a stay of about 5 months. I contacted airtel customer care to know if i need to activate safe custody while i am on travel. I was told that this option is available only for postpaid connection and they confirmed there will be no issues for prepaid connection. I was actively using the mobile phone even while i am in denmark. On 24 april i received an sms that i have made a request for migration of prepaid to postpaid and on 25 april my sim got disconnected. My number is now currently used by another person who got a new postpaid sim from airtel salem hasthampatti branch office. All my banking details and emails are linked to registered mobile number and airtel is not taking action to prevent my personal information being shared to another airtel customer. It was security breach from airtel. I request you please take action against this issue.

                Basically myself and my spouse using airtel mobiles. My mobile is post paid and my spouse one is prepaid. My no. is [protected] and my spouse one is [protected]. Most of the time we made oniine payment for both the mobiles.

                Yesterday between 6.00 pm too 6.30 pm I made four online payments online payments, one for BSNL landline broadband, one for my mobile [protected], one for my spouse [protected](prepaid) and one for Vodaphone mobile . Out of four payment three are Ok. But money deducted for all payments from my account thro' net banking ( Axis Bank) and one of the mobile no. [protected] of my spouse is not updated with payment.                   I hold airtel account [protected] for the past 10 years. I have the post paid connection for 4 years. I changed to 549 in december 2016 for my infinity plan. Now the same plan has been reduced to rs 499, but my billing was rs 549. Though the cost of the plan has been reduced but still billed as per old rates only.
                  No information from the company but we have keep on asking for the offer every day.

                    I have been using a aritel # 99892 xxxxx for the past 7 + years. All of a sudden the number stopped working since yesterday and when i went to the customer care center, they said i am not the owner of the number and someone else owns the number. How is this possible?
                    This number of mine is the official # for all my banks/mutual funds/and other important alerts. How can airtel do such a thing and sound so negligent.

                    exact same issue with my number as well. happened on 24th April, 2017. i have been using it for last 8 years and Airtel is very very lethargic about it. My personal information about bank balance and other stuff is being sent to another customer now.

                      My friend bought airtel 4G Prepaid SIM card from the AIRTEL Store based at MMDA Colony during last week after Rs 300/- paid by cash. Activation process completed immediately and got remaining balance of Rs 135/-. Also got the message as " 3G remaining data is as around 890 MB". My friend tried to find out the best offer like 1GB of 4G data per day for 1 or 2 months with unlimited local and STD calls. My friend didn't find any offer.
                      On the other hand, other many friends bought the SIM Card (4G) after few days of the above said friend and got good benefits (1GB per day 70 days or 56 days, unlimited Local and STD calls).
                      This is not good for keeping the customer happy and many customers will do MNP (into other service such as JIO, IDEA, VODAFONE) or go for new SIM Card from other subscribers.
                      Final statements to public people is : Please do not buy AIRTEL product because of such cheating. Go for Jio or Vodafone or Idea.

                          Dear Airtel,

                          I filed a complain just a week ago and I'm very thankful to you for looking into the matter and talking immediate action. But, the same problem still continues.

                          Unwanted services keep on activating itself on very "Talktime" recharge. Which is why i have only been recharging for Airtel "data services" and haven't been able to enjoy Airtel calling facilities which i have been using persistently using for years.

                          I wold be ever grateful if you look deeper into this matter and refund my money as well. Because regardless, if the problem is sloved i would love to remain an Airtel costumer if my problems are solved.

                            Few months back, in response of Airtel offer for recharge at Rs. 345 for unlimited calls and 4G data, I made recharge accordingly and since beginning I never got 4g service. Yesterday, I tried to contact their customer call executive at 121 and got reply that since I have 0 balance in my account hence call can't be continued. What ridiculous this approach was? I have made recharge for unlimited calls than only to talk to their customer care executive I have to recharge separately?

                            Even, yesterday on dated 26.04.17 I have made recharge of Rs. 399 for unlimited calls and data and despite that still at my phone (MI 4I) in operator icon its being displaying as Airtel H instead of Airtel 4G or LTE. Regarding this, I have already mailed complaint to Airtel, however, not received any reply for so far.

                            I request to Airtel, please look into the matter and provide your promised services of 4G for which I have already paid and despite that getting inferior service.

                                I went on a international trip between 25th to 28th March 2017 to Srilanka. Before going to trip, I activated the RS 149 international roaming pack from the myAirtel app. After that it never mentioned that i have to activate additional packs. On 25th evening i get a sms on my mobile that I have to pay RS 420 for voice and RS 727 for data. I sent an email to Airtel regarding this and the response i got is that all the discounts will be calculated when bill is generated so i should write mail on 13th April to get it fixed. Nowhere they mentioned that i need to activate another pack on top of roaming pack to get the benefits. This must be a ploy they teach to all Customer Care executives so that customer keeps on using the services unaware of the facts and then charge customer ridiculous amount of money and then harass. That is what happened.
                                They generated a bill of Rs 9079 on 13th April. And now when i wrote them an email regarding this, they had the list of all the plans which i could have activated and they are telling me because of this the bill is so much. Why wasnt i made aware of this when i first wrote them an email on my first day of international travel? If they had told me, I would have activated any of those packs, why would i use it like a fool. Now they are not listening to anything and harassing me with calls 2 times a day since then to pay this bill. I need to know how can i file a case against them in consumer court for the fraud.

                                I have been working with Airtel customer care people for last two weeks and now frustrated with their approach. I've been a loyal customer of Airtel (have postpaid sim, DTH and broadband connection) yet you treat me like this. I will wait 48 hours as that is the standard Turnaround Time and after that i will move ahead with my complaint in consumer court. Also, I would be raising a request to disconnect all of these connections i have.

                                  I had seen your advertisement on electronic media etc about Rs 349 charges which promised me free local and STD calls to any network and a daily data of 1 GB for 4G mobiles. Based on this I advertisement I have recharged by prepaid number twice with the same amount for the past 2 months. The first time I found I was not being given this 1 GB daily, I assumed it was some error and so I recharged for 53 Rs and got my 1 GB data. Now again after my second recharge I fnd the same problem i.e: Im not being given my 1 GB data.

                                  When I called help desk they informed me that I m not eligible for this recharge.

                                  Received the same answer from AIRTEL appellate / nodal officer as well ! Thy have asked Marketing dept to contact me !

I contacted customer care they said the offer is not for your number but why all are getting the offer why not me.please activate the offer or refund my money.

                                      I was using airtel broadband connection from last 4 years with ontime payment. Many time had issue with the connection and raised complaints but poor response and issue will not be resolved untill i followup and it used to take atleast 5 working days every time. Even though have continued the service as i don`t want loose the relation since i`m using mobile, DTH from the same service provider.

                                      Recently have applied for connection transfer with in the same which is just 200 to 300 mts away (next lane) but i didn`t get any proper response until i chase them. They keep on saying additional new cabeling and DP box setup up done due to huge demand and only connection fix required.

                                      I have waited for more than 2 weeks and followed up with them on almost for 10 times but still it was not solved nor issue fixed.
