I have recently done Rs. 244 recharge on my airtel number. Iam not getting 4G service at all on my number. So I called up airtel customer care multiple times and they are opening a complaint and closing it without providing any resolution. And they are also telling that 4G service is activated on my number and there is no issue from their end. So on 20/4/17, i went to airtel store and in their system I saw that it is clearly mentioned 4G is not activated for my number. And the executive told me that they have to do it from backend. I again raised a complaint there and they said it will be resolved. But still it is not resolved.
This is an example of very bad service by airtel. Why do they close the complaint without providing any resolution.
I dont know when my issue will be resolved. And I also came to know that a lot of people are not getting 4g service even after doing required recharge of data pack.

Updated by ravi55211 You guys are telling that you called me multiple times and did not get a response. I never received a single call from Airtel regarding my issue. And now Rs.244 pack on my number is expired and I am not using Airtel for data anymore. So the issue was never resolved. I dont know why you marked it as resolved. I did not receive any call or communication from your side.

I have taken a new sim bearing phone no:-[protected].
i got call from your office in odd hour and canot pickpu your verification call.
Seems like My televerification process failed, Please call me back again.
I donot have network now .Please treat this request as priority
and resolve it soon.
