My card no [protected] has been misused by somebody for rs.9825, at airtel bill desk vide transaction no[protected] on 17.03.2017.. As the card have been used in airtel bill payment desk, it will be easy to identify the user. I would like to request you to make the payment void and to take legal action against the person misused my card. And not to claim the amount from the bank i have already sent a mail in this regard to airtel bill payment desk as well as to the bank. Kindly provide me the airtel number and the name of the person to take legal action against him.

        Recently i have complained about internet data fraud. They have not solved it so far. Please solve it as soon as possible, the complaint is as follows...

        Company gave me offer on mobile no.[protected], 70 gb data in rs 244. Than i recharged this offer.
        They told me it will work in my 3 g handset. But isn't.
        I complained this to company but company not give any typ of respond. I asked - why u give me wrong information?
        Then they drop my call
        .
        I requested my complain to airtel customer care. Now they said this offer is in 3 g handset.. It work only 4 g
        So pls resolve this problem as soon as possible...

        I had done a recharge of 349 which give me 2gb data a day for 28 days . The plans was working fine until the 24th day they gave me 700mb and they gave said that i have used all of my 2gb data . I tracked my own data in my app and it said 700 mb . But then I recharged again with 2.5gb data daily . They didn’t give me 2.5gb data day they gave me 345mb and said that i used all of my data . They are really taking us for granted.
        There 3 months pack in airtel packs and most of time i bought that pack but there one horrible problem in there .
        First month of recharge is great network great perfect speed then 2 month 1G speed slow browsing with worst for Android gaming
        If you download any file it will be 2kb/s
        14kb/s 24kb/s 0kb/s (0 0 0 0 ... ○○).
        Then 3 month I try to use all data that waste everyday because of slow speed.
        I stared downloading movie then I realised there only 700mb per day but I waste lots of hours
        I thought its my device so put sim in my device but still so poor. I check my device many it perfectly fine I used wifi and properly work.
        Then I losed hope
        OK now please
        Let me cry

          I took Airtel broadband connection of 90gb at 16mbps plan. The day I called Airtel, a man came and installed the instrument on 12 th April 2017 without getting any documentation. Later after 3 days Airtel man came and got the documents from me and told me to wait for phone verification and didn't receive any. Hence icalled the customer care on 17th April and they informed me my connection was active from 12 th April. When I tracked the data usage on the day, I was shocked that my 40gb is already used. But got confused since the total data they offered was 130gb. From then on each day 20 to 25 gb is vanishing even after not using properly. Yesterday before 10pm I checked the usage it was around 90 gb consumed. I switched off the router and went to sleep. Morning when I checked it was almost 103 gb. How when router is switched data can be used. No explanation regarding this from customer care and they sent persons to check for speed test not understanding my problems. They couldn't rectify my problem. I got really upset with them.

              Service request category - Data & Network - Voice hi I am staying in Miyapur and have a very bad signal, I have given complaints to Airtel from last 3 months but no use people call us and say will send a technician, not sure how many days a technician from Airtel will take to reach below address and resolve the issue.there are close to 40 mobile connections in our apartment and everyones are facing the same issue. We will collectively take a good decision in changing the service provider if this issue is not resolved in next 48 hrs.                 Reimbursement of wrong recharge by mistake

                Sir,

                I made a wrong recharge of 399 on my airtel number which is related to 4 g. Neither my sim is 4g nor my phone is 4 g.

                Firstly, I think this should not be possible. How can a 4 g recharge can be done on 3 g sim.

                Now I can neither use this plan nor they are refunding my money. Even banks reverse the transaction if made to a wrong account....

                This is regarding poor electricity supply given by Gujarat Electricity Board.

                Previously we were staying in sola where we were getting electricity supply of Torrent Power. Now we are staying at devnagar gota and unluckly we are getting power supply of GEB.

                comperatively GEB's service is very much poor and we are fed up of it. In hot summer day lights go off, in rainy season no electricity.
                so there is no use of having GEB in gota. They should handover the charge of this area to Torent atleast for the good service.

                So, Please look into the matter, hope you can convey our message to them, because whenver we tried their no, its ringing only.

                In short we can say Torrent you are the best.. please keep it up and please let GEB know how to work and serve the people like you serve.

                    The issue is being faced subsequently, there is no action taken to resolve the reported issue. This is a worst and cheating network that I have ever seen.
                    Customers are given wrong information after they recharged.
                    1. Last month I have recharged for 349 I couldn't make any calls on roaming, why that information is not available online app store
                    2. Today 20th April 17 at 9:06 pm, recharged for 244 special offers through app store, all of them are successful and received msg. But my balance is showing as 0. I am not able make calls from the local region.
                    3. The same enquired at customer service, the first person confirm the recharge is not successful. The call has been transferred to next level as requested. The 2nd level confirmed that my amount is credited and the service is active and disconnected the call .Airtel is trying to cheat the customers and living alive with end customers money. I am sorry to say this. Why the hell my balance is shown 0 and I am not allowed to make calls till now. I want a complaint registered for this issue and expecting to arrange a call with Mumbai head office to resolve my issue permanently

                    I had clearly mentioned in the complaint that, with my confirmation this can be closed. I had received only one call on 25th from Nodel officer (Abirami). My concerns are explained in detail to the Nodel officer to take this issue to the next level escalation. I am looking for permanent solution. I am not convinced with temporary solution.

                        I have recently port my number from idea to airtel on 24 march 2017. From that date i m unable to use their services because of no proper network in my area. So i have been complaining to 121 and nodal team also(superior team) since the date of port done. They are keep saying till now that network team was unable to tell how much time it will take to provide you proper network. Yesterday i talk with them about the status of my complaints so answer from them is only that 'i m sorry' we cant help you in this and cant provide you any timeline for your complaint. Its about month now, There is no solution. They committed me 200rs discount for 6 months, as i am using 499 infinity plan but now they just turn back and says there is no offer available of 200 at your number. I am unable to use services at my billing address where i spend whole day mostly but they are saying you have to pay your rental bill either you can use our service or not.
                        So what should i do ??? My service id is 75017678

                          Hi,

                          I visited airtel outlet in lokhandwala andheri mumbai for airtel connection. The executive took money and my detial and said he will give connection next day. But the guy didn't connect any connection till date. Already 20 days has been passed. Worst company is ever i saw. I mailed and called their customer care. They least bothered. Our pm is saying digital india. But these company is still live in 1000 years back life. Where a customer complains they least bothered.. I will say customer just stop using this airtel. Lets use jio or vodafone

                            These are the services that activated itself automatically without prior consent on every recharge.
                            1 : glamour zone
                            2 : video store
                            3 : gamepind
                            4 : lifestyle
                            5 : superstore
                            6 : celebrity wellness mall
                            7 : kiddie club
                            8 : funstore1

                            I have sent deactivation texts to the number 155223 but till today, very penny i've recharged are automatically deducted by these uncalled services.
                            Till date i have lost more than 300 rupees of the recharged balance amount.
                            I want these services "permanently" stopped.

                            The same to also happened to me and I have lost more than 500 rupees to these services

                            I wish Airtel stops this services
                            These services are activated on my mobile too. And i lost more than Rs500. Kindly stop this services on my mobile.

                              I faced the same issue with Airtel. I recharged for 549 rp with unlimited call offer and 42gb for 28 days -1.5 GB/day on 17th April. Till today the data pack mentioned is not reflected. Only 3gb was credited. When raised the concern with Airtel, they say it is applicable for my number. Then why did this offer appear in my Airtel app???!! They have nothing to say about this and keep repeating the same dialogue. Very disappointing.. the existing customers are losing the trust with Airtel. No spl offers are given to the existing customers unlike given to the new customers. Now, situation is like even the offers which provided are also revoked!! Aweful experience!! Jio offers seems to be better

                                My name is sharook mubarak and i have been an active user of airtel for the past 5 years, my number is [protected]. Since the turn of the year airtel has launched unlimited calls plus data plans (349/549) which i have been waiting for the past 5 months now to be availed in my number which all other airtel users around me has availed. I have contacted customer care for the same and recieved very bad response from them stating system will be updated soon, if possible wait or port to other networks, its such a shame a company reputed like airtel treats premium customers in such a disrespectful way. I would like to know why i am not eligible for the offer when all others are eligible?

                                  I am being charged 15 rupees every month. I want to use the connection as and when I want. Why is there a compulsion on the usage?

                                  I will cancel the connection in May and go with Jio DTH. This is a prepaid service. There cannot be any late fee charges on not maintaining minimum balance. Every time I add money when I want to use the service, 15 rupees are deducted.

                                    I am using airtel prepaid [protected] from the past 9 years. I have recharged with Rs.349 on March 31st 2017. When dialing to 121 i got message as to charge with Rs349 before March 31, i will get unlimited voice calls and 4g/3g daily 1.5 GB data. But i didnt received the data benefit ever. On Apr 17th i called to customer care they also agreed as i am not receiving daily data benefit and they promised it will resolve by 10AM April 18th (Ref: CBNRV[protected]). Still its not resolved . Even they didnt updated the comment properly what complaint i have given.

                                    And again i called customer care on Apr 18th at 11AM (Ref: CBNRD[protected])they are telling this offer is not for me. Then why i got message as to recharge with Rs.349 ? Is it necessary to continue on Airtel ? Other service providers are giving many benefits than Airtel, why should we continue ?

                                    Hope you will resolve my issue to retain your customer.

                                    ON April 20 2017, i got call from applette team as they are having 2plans in Rs 349 recharge.
                                    1. Unlimited voice calls for 28 days and 1gb daily data for 28 days.
                                    2. Unlimited voice calls for 28 days and 1gb monthly data for 28 days.

                                    They had given me 2nd plan. Even a old customer they wont give benefit to customer. Simply Airtel encouraging to change service provider where ever they get more benefit than AIRTEL.
