I have been notifying customer care 121 since last month about network problem in airtel but there nothing fruitful has been done yet. The problem is only area bound.

My mobile number is [protected]. please deactivate all value added service from my mobile. daily money is getting deducted. am getting calls from airtel on daily basis. I have requested airtel to activate 4g service on my number, as I am having a 4g sim and 4g compatible phone with me. The first time I request to activate 4g Service in mid of January, 2017. The representative assure that it will be activated in 4 days. but it was not activated. after this, I got busy with my office work for next three months so I did not got enough time to follow them. Hi myself S.Akhilesh . I have opted for Airtel broadband internet connection in Bilaspur (C.G) Railway colony location 20/01/2017.

As a process they have taken token amount of 500/- (Through Cash) with ID and address proof documents. While the time i gave them money, your airtel sales executive Mr Akram Khan ([protected]) assured that the broadband connection and landline would be provided at my residence within 7 to 10 days....

We have 5 numbers under CUG connection i.e [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. We have done the payment of february on March 17. The first 3 no's paymet Rs.824/- and second 2 no Rs.519/- was paid as cheque. Now Rs.824/- cheque is cleared and the other cheque is misplaced. Over that they have charged Rs. 100/- as fine for late fee. We have deposited the cheque on 17/3 which is not a late payment. They have not given...

My corporate number was not connected with 4G network at any of time. 2G/3G only is connected. But plan was registered at corporate with 4G. I had complaints many time on last three months (req. No:[protected] Frb 17,[protected] Feb 17,[protected] Feb 17 &[protected] Mar 17).

But no response from local airtel service provider.

My area located center of Chennai (Egmore & Nungambakkam).

I said no 9 times and literally fought many times to remove me from their database but still they are calling me again and agian.

I have decided to take strong action against this and going legally as well.
It is happening with lots of my friends as well.

Dear sir mobile number [protected] two month ke bad reeples complite huya phir uske bad incoming and outgoing band ho gaya jab ki mere dwara sabhi many document distibiter ke madyam se doc center supaul ko diaya ja chuka hai
one week pahle custemar care ko eski jankari diya gaya jiske dawara 24 hours ke under me incoming outgoing chalu hojanae ki bat bataya gaya lekin nahi huya
Place tm ke dawara koi risponce nahi liya gaya...

Yesterday I changed my old SIM to 4G SIM card as part of an upgrade by Airtel, when i inserted that SIM into my phone, it did not recognize the SIM. After speaking with their customer care without any proper support or technical understanding of the problem they keep giving me a guarantee but till not it has not been fixed because of which I've faced a huge loss. I at the very atleast asked them to give more a new SIM but they said they can't...

I would like to disconnect my Broadband service for the Airtel Number - [protected]. please terminate the service ASAP. I may not be responsible for any charges applied to me post filling this compliant. I have sent email to [protected]@airtel.in Multiple times requesting to disconnect the service. Therefore, treat this compliant as a matter o[censored]rgency and terminate the service at the earliest.

I am unable to send outgoing calls, my internet pack is not working, and the app is showing balance as NA.
