My Sim in not working in Abu Dhabi

I am working in Abu Dhabi since 2019. this is the second time I'm facing an issue with my airtel sim [protected]. even I have enough balance in my account they are simply stopped my service. the last time I went to India and took a duplicate sim. now I came back here after two months again they stopped my service. they are looting money from customers. please take necessary action on this....

Facing indoor network issue

Address:E-79 Sector Cidco Waluj Mahanagar-1, Near ST Colony Beside tulja Bhavani mandir

Its about one year that i was complaining regarding indoor network issue that i am facing. I lodged many complaints but Every time i asked them did u resolve the problem? They answered the work is in progress or the complaint is closed and now the problem has resolved. But still i am facing same issue. The customer care representative gives fake promises and asked for the patience.
Really Airtel is such a bad telecom service provider....

Not able to access data services from Last 10 Days

Address:BTM layout

Hi,
I am using Airtel SIM. I have recharged with Rs. 399 and the validity was till Dec 3, 2021.
From Dec 1, 2021 I am not able to access data services provided by airtel. I have raised complaint on Dec 3rd 2021. Also Since my plan validity was till Dec 3rd, Agiain I have recharged with RS. 2999 which is 1 year plan.

Till Now I didn't get any solution to my problem. I have dialed 198 and communicated to customer...

59059 - Tele-verification not working

I ported my number from Vodafone to AIrtel to avail prepaid E-sim, it got disconnected at 10.25pm and the tele-verification 59059 is not working.

Customer service team wants to check with nearest store in the next day morning. I work at night and my number is so much important to reach.

Need quick resolution.

Poor network connectivity in my area

Prepaid mobile service voice breaking not attended

Address:airtel

Am an Airtel prepaid customer. For the past few months the voice breaks during the calls. I run out of the house to the balcony and try to speak. It does not solve the problem. I have gone to the Vadapalani Airtel office and registered my complaint three times in the past six months. Every time they say it will be resolved within few days. And nothing is done.
I am fed up and thinking of shifting to some other mobile service provider....

Regarding the complaint against Issuance of Reactivate Airtel Sim Card.

Airtel Sim Network didn't show up on 29/11/2021., When Consulted Airtel Service Center, they advised me for the Duplicate Sim. I have attached all the required documents and information on the same day.
I have contacted Airtel office, but there is no progress and no proper response from airtel office on my request till now. Its been 2 weeks, Airtel is not even sharing the exact status of my request on why it is delaying so much.br...

Airtel not allowing me to port to Jio

My father expired and he had his mobile number under family scheme in Airtel, which i ported to Jio under my name, his heir. After a month, the network barred and was intimated from Jio that Airtel made a complaint about an outstanding amount of INR 49. https://www.ezetap.com/r/o/VDVO1EDF/ is the link that we paid the balance as intimated by airtel, on 15th November 21. Jio is yet to receive any kind of information from Airtel on the payment....

Not Providing port out message facility.

I want to port out from airtel prepaid to B.S.N.L. But airtel customer care said first recharge with unlimited plan even T.R.A.I. has directed on Tuesday that there is no requirement of any recharge or unlimited plan to send upc port request to 1900....

Incorrect deduction

Despite having daily data pack for 50GB, Airtel is deducting money from my main account. My mobile number is,[protected]. I have tried contacting customer care, but it is always dead end with some IVR reading some recorded message....

Airtel signal is not reaching in and out of home

I'm using the Airtel from 2008, in this Covid i need to stay in home. So i tried to complaint the Airtel through customer care, email and through airtel thanks app too. But no reply from them, How can i reach Airtel customer care too. Any body will help me why they are replying. Please how can i reach you. I have email proof also....

Airtel number deleted without informing

My airtel number has been deleted without informing or warning me about the same. It's been 11 days since the number showed no service. I did not receive any communication from airtel about the same. This is gross misconduct from a reputable company such as airtel.
Extremely disappointed with the service, moreover the airtel store near me which I visited has not resolved my query even after multiple visits....

Airtel Very rude behavior of customer care executive

I called customer care executive of maharashtra customer care no 59059.

I ask him to verification process to activate the Airtel Sim but instead of guiding me properly he was behaving very rudely and teaching me manners.

I thing airtel doesn't provide proper training to there customer care executive,

I am totally fed up with your services. I am receiving calls from you everyday without skipping a single day . STOP DOING THIS. This is not a healthy way for promotion. When we need we’ll get recharge done . So do not waste my time explaining about new offers and all....
