Hi,
I alredy recharged for 1799 and by mistake I recharged again for 455 and now Airtel is not ready to refund and in the Airtel app it shows recharge of 455 which is for 84 days is active and will expire after 84 days, this is loss of money for me, I visited Airtel care and their response was they cannot do anything, request your help

    So I received my Bill at the end of december with a very interesting observation. I had been charged for International roaming Internet usage. The interesting observation is that the data roaming on airtel SIM is switched off and looking at the detailed itemized bill i see 1 kb connections at various hours. Most hours when the phone was connected to WiFi network with airtel sim data switched off. I thought maybe some application is using the data. So I immediately took the airtel sim out of the phone.

    I had to receive some OTP on my india number so on 4 occasions I inserted the sim and this time switched of the Mobile data completely and made sure that the phone is connected to the WiFi. And guess what in my January 2022 bill I see 1kb internet usage for each time the sim was inserted (With Mobile Data switched off)... Either Airtel SIM has magic or Airtel is cheating its customers by adding the data usage when roaming international.

    Now I have been a very long time user of Airtel and have never had this issue. But It seems that Airtel no longer want me as their customer.

    In December they told me that this is an automated system and that Nothing can be done and that I used this data. But for January they have no excuse and have not replied back to my queries.

    I wrote to the Nodal Officer of Punjab also. It seems that the Nodal officer is a bot replying the same text every time.

    So the first thing I'm doing when I land back in India is to Port my number and disconnect Airtel Land Line services also. I hate it when companies cheat.

        1. My Name - Maj kunwar Manish singh. I have multiple Airtel mobile & DTH connection with Airtel including contact number of my family members. I consider myself valued customer.

        2. My contact number is - +91 [protected] which got disconnected while I am on official duty As part Of INDIAN ARMY TROOPS to Lebanon UN MISSION. My Airtel sim has stopped working since 23 dec 2021. On speaking to customer care they informed to visit Airtel store for resolving issue.

        3. Inspite of repeated visit to Airtel store in Alambagh lucknow by my wife since 08 jan 2022, 12 jan 2022, 13 jan 22, 14 jan 22 .No support was provided to my wife inspite of giving all required documentation by 12 jan 2022.She also spoke to multiple time to Mobile customer care on phone.

        4 Mr Akash, Airtel employee handling my case kept on stalling my request and on repeated enquiry on conatact number and mail sent to him, he informed that he is on leave and will not be able to help me in Third party sim activation till 17 jan 22.

        5. On 17 jan.. He informed that he will come back to office on 19 jan.

        5. On 19 jan, he asked to send a video asking for video conscent for activation of my sim card and assured me it will be activated within 24 hrs.

        6. On 20 jan, on repeated calling he neither picked my call nor my wifes call.

        7. On 21 jan, on asking about activation he informed me that video got rejected and to send a new video evidence cum conscent for sim activation. As I requested for my case reference number and registering my complaint on delayed service, for me to follow in future, he denied to provide me with the same and threatened me that either he will get my sim activation or he will not get it done if I want to get the complaint registered .

        8. He informed me on 21 jan that within 04 hrs, my sim will be activated however till 22 jan 22 . It has not been activated.

        9. Akash, Airtel representative dealing my case is not picking up his phone neither replying on WhatsApp as on 22 jan 22.

        10. I want to put on record my complaint against the extremely low grade services provided by Airtel and Airtel employee Mr Akash for MISHANDLING my case & for showing extremely arrogant behavior while dealing with customer. I have also sent a mail of my problem earlier to nodal office please refer to trail mail

        11. You are also requested to register my complaint in this regard and provide me with complaint number for future correspondence.

        12. Delay in sim activation has caused me financial losses as well as mental fatigue.

        13. I am also attaching documents provided by me to Mr Akash, Airtel employee.

        14. I have also complaint to Nodal officer twice through mail however no action has been taken.

          My mobile number is hacked. I have physical possession of my simcard but someone else (hacker) has access to my messages. They are able to read my OTPs and are also sending messages from my number to my number again. Kindly provide a solution.

            I have been taken Airtel post paid sim card in July in due problem with vodafone as their signal strength is not there at my home area. even repeated complaints they are not taken any positive step hence ported the same number to Airtel.
            Since October 2021, i am seeing frequent issue of call dropping, network dropping and many time i have complained to them. they said when you complain it will take 15 working day for resolution and suddenly you will get a message that your issue resolved but real issue is not resolved. No call back to the customer for feedback as they know that it is not resolved.
            multiple times i have quarreled with them why they are sending bill without resolving the issue. They saying that there is no process for bill wayoff. since October i am paying my bills on regularly but the issue still exist. if i want to dail then i have to comeout from my home and stand on the road to do a call. AIRTEL is not responding but sending bills to me for my post paid connection

            Still no response from Airtel and i am having this call dropping issue very badly. since 9:00 AM i am tying to connect to customer care to complain on this and not able to connect.

              Hi AirTel Team,

              I am writing this email in my huge disappointment with my latest bill showing in AirTel account.

              I have been using Airtel SIM card since long years and due to that trust I also added one broadband connection for my home in Indore.

              Now I have been relocated to bhopal due to my job, so I decided to discontinue that connection because now I am working from office and I have no use of it, also it will cost me around INR 1000.

              So I called to Airtel CUSTOMER care 121 where one guy convinced me to continue connection however plan will be downgraded and it will cost monthly around INR 500, so I agreed and shared my new address of bhopal.

              After 2-3 days, a person from Airtel calls me and informs that fiber cable connection is not available at my pincode.

              I was disappointed and I replied to that guy to register my request for disconnection.

              I paid my outstanding to clear it and was waiting for CALL TO collect the Router device, but now what I am seeing that still bill of INR 942 is showing pending for my account and when I called to CUSTOMER care, a girl says me that I have paid bill of Oct -Nov cycle and now this pending bill is for Nov - Dec cycle.

              This is really ###, when I am paying my all bills timely and I am loyal CUSTOMER of Airtel, just because I want to disconnect the connection, Airtel is asking unnecessary payment to harass me.

              This is really embarassing for me being a CUSTOMER who was trusting this company for GOOD SERVICEs.

              It's my humble request to please check this matter, as I have already paid my outstanding balance and after that instantly i CONTACTed to Airtel CUSTOMER care to disconnect the connection.

              Please review this and make clear the amount which is unnecessarily showing.

              Today I received a call from[protected] who introduced himself as a airtel consumer complaint department associate and asked me to install team viewer app then he asked me to process payment and instructed to add my debit card then suggested to not enter OTP which will result payment failure and he assured me that after this instance Airtel will refund my INR 942 and I have to pay this amount again, I didn't believed him so I denied to process this and disconnected the call.

              Now I want to know, is this a way airtel works ?
              If not, then how can a third party person came to know about this?

              Is Airtel working with frauds ?

                    I am using an Airtel Number for last 10 years. However from Saturday i have no incoming or outgoing. I visited showroom and the executive informed that I need to do SIM Swap as the SIM may be damaged. While trying that it was found that my SIM is linked to some random person. This SIM was bought ten years ago by my father in his name. So I have no idea why it is linked to some random person and not my Name or my father's name. This is the number linked to my Aadhar and various Bank accounts, so changing the number is not an option.

                        I have recharged my airtel number twice in last few day.
                        Both times, it shows successful but balance not reflecting in airtel app.
                        Also during outgoing call, I am informed about outgoing service being deactivated and needs recharge to activate again.

                          My name is Ajay Jeyabal.

                          I've been using this same number for the past 12 years, now I am currently located in Dubai, UAE for the last one and half year. Since last one month my Aitel sim network has not worked.

                          But, I have checked the airtel app and it shows my sim still active. I asked one of my friends to check in india (airtel showroom customer care service) they also told me my sim is already active.

                          But I can't use my sim card, Kindly help me to sort out this issue.

                              I have disconnected my Airtel broadband connection on October 2021 and have cleared my account. But still in receiving bills. Called 121 and informed about this and they said that they don't have any old records because they have changed their software. How will I be responsible for it and why should I pay for the month of November and December when I didn't even used it. Highly disappointed

                                I bought my Landline device on[protected] and connected to router. But there was no connectivity.
                                So, I registered complaint regarding it.

                                  Details of connection -
                                  Airtel Xstream Fiber ID[protected]_dsl

                                  I am from Gwalior, MP and I had taken Airtel broadband connection on 31st July by calling an Airtel Official in Gwalior(Santosh Kirar). I asked him regarding the plans and finally told him to give me the Rs. 499 6months plan. To which he asked for the payment and I made payment of the same. After the connection was done, I received a message saying that my plan of Rs 999 3months has been activated. I immediately called the official and told him about the wrong plan. He said that he was busy in a meeting because of which he mistakenly chose the wrong plan. And said that the plan will be corrected by next working day. After getting no message regarding the change of plan I called again and he connected me to another official(Tariq Khan) who told that he has put a request in the system and my plan will be changed in 1-2 days. Now again I called him after 2 days, he always said that the plan will be changed in 2hours or by evening but it never did. Finally after around 20-25 days of regular calling he said that it will be finally completed by evening, to which I said ok.
                                  And now after 3 months(around October end), I again got messages that my 999 3 months plan is expired and I started to get calls from Airtel Customer Care. I told them the whole issue to which they said to email the entire issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com and I sent the same along with all the proofs on 24th October 2021 and they also changed my plan to Rs 499/month. But till date, I haven't got any reply from them. And now in December, I again have got 10+ calls from Customer care regarding the non-payment of the bill, I told every single of them the entire issue and everyone said that they are filing a ticket for the same and an executive will call me in next few days. But after every day, I get calls from customer care executive regarding non-payment of bill and I say that a ticket should have been filed in the system, but every time they said there is no ticket recorded in the system. I have to tell them the whole issue every time. Finally on 25th December, I called customer care and he filed a complaint for the same and said I will get call from a senior executive in next 30 mins. It's been 2 days and I haven't got any call till now, instead got call from another customer care asking for non-payment of bill. I am fed up of telling every single one of them about the entire issue and everyone misinforming me about the complaint filed where in reality they don't file any such complaint.

                                  I want Airtel to provide me with the same 499 6 months plan which I had initially asked for and has to be valid until January 30th. It has been immense discomfort for me just because of the mistakes done by the Airtel officials and the customer care being so ignorant.

                                  I sincerely request Airtel officials to look at my issue and provide me the compensation for the same and relieving me from all the hassles given to me in past 5 months from Airtel. I had always thought that Airtel had a good customer care service and hence chosen it above Jio even after the plan being a little more expensive than Jio. But after such an incident and all problems created for me, it really makes me to think about changing my view for Airtel.

                                  In December, after many calls with customer care, I got a call from senior collection team agent, I told her about the whole problem and she said that she will resolve my issue by adjusting the credit in my account such that there won't be any bill till 31st January 2022. But yet again, a bill has been generated which means she did not actually resolve the issue just made false statements.
                                  I seriously am fed up with the issue created due to a small mistake of the Airtel official and want senior customer care officials to look over my issue that has been pending for such a long time.

                                  I can provide all the details and proofs to the concerned official and they can contact my getting details from the given Airtel Xstream ID[protected]_dsl

                                    When I decided to subscribe to airtel xstream fiber services, one of the major reason was landline facility that other companies also provide but the connection was installed in July 2021 and till now ( January 2022) it is still inactive. I want all services when I am paying for all the services. My connection is registered on the name of Anjula Saxena and is registered on mobile no. [protected].Place of connection is Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh
                                    I hope airtel would act as soon as possible otherwise competitors will soon take over.
