    I'm using Airtel prepaid number for more than 13 years and frequent flyer to the UAE region. From 2022 Jan onwards Not able to receive sms in the Airtel India sim. Tried connecting with Chennai Customer Care and Portal and AirtelThanksApp and Twitter but no luck. The issue is being for more than a couple of weeks no one has been ready to solve or hear about it.

    what is the approximate timeline for this solution, coz this India mobile number is connected with everything as everyone knows! Digitalization and technology should make mankind's life easier but nowadays it's in another way like getting into a trap.

      I am using airtel sim more than 5 year.
      When I visited dubai in 2018 airtel was working here I would get msg and call alert. In 2019 also I would get msg and call alert. Now I am in dubai, 1st month I got the messages. But after that I even recharging also I don't get messages or anything. Its now showing no network

        Hi,

        This is to bring to your kind notice that I have applied for disconnection of my Airtel broadband connection on 13th Nov 2021 (since I have moved to my hometown and thus do not require the connection anymore). Please note my account details below.

        Connection Details:

        Account Number: [protected]

        Even after repeated follow-up with your customer care executives on 121, my connection is still not disconnected with bills being generated month after month. Everytime I have been provided with false hopes and assurances such as your service will be barred from immediate effect etc, but no action has been taken from your side.
        I can also list down at least 6 different service requests (Service request number: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) which has been generated from your side to close my connection but either they have been closed automatically without my permission in fraudulent ways or they have been left open.

        This is unprecedented harassment caused by your organization's fraudulent behavior which I think is quite common going through online posts and blogs which mentions similar problems faced by your customers in disconnecting their connections.

        I have said this many times earlier and I am mentioning this in bold letters again that -I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONNECTION. NEITHER DO I WANT ANY RETENTION CALLS FROM YOUR SIDE. THEREFORE PLEASE DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, otherwise i will be forced to escalate this issue further and proceed with legal action.

          The procedure is that if our unlimited recharge has been done for 28-56-84 days, the validity of the 301 recharge (50 GB of data) provided will be the same. however, we recharge for more than 28 days, it will be extended for 28 more days. the date I recharged was the last day and the next day the data and the call will end. They cut off my remaining 49 GB of data, I even recharged it before my data/calls stopped.
          I called 198 from my phone [protected] regarding my 301 recharge for 50 GB which had expired for my other Airtel sim: [protected]. They replied that the validity will be the same as the existing recharge only (that I agree), they even transferred my call to Sr. executive, that person keeps saying the same thing. A few more days I recharged with 301 and recharged for 28 days unlimited plan and found that the validity of 301 is showing as remaining days of current plan + next recharge (today = 2 months & 2days). How confident they were when they said false information. I know I wasn't wrong but they were thinking that they are the only ones who know everything. It's really frustrating.

                As I have already submitted a complain previously related to poor internet connectivity and poor customer services from airtel.
                I dont know how many times I have ti file a complain again and again for resolution to my problem.
                Several times I have reported on airtel customer care and this is the 2nd time I am reporting on consumer complaint.
                No one is giving any response and literally I am fed up with all these activity. And I will proceed to higher authority person for my resolution.
                People of airtel and consumer complain are just sitting ideal nd relaxing, no one seems to work properly. If you people do not want to help out then why are you giving this platform rather you should stop this and start enjoying with those customer support of airtel.

                      Unable to get my Relieving Letter // Experience Letter

                      Dear team, I was worked with Bharti during year 2006 to 2007 .

                        Hy, this is Kanaga Subramaniyam. I am using the Airtel network since 2010 even though in-between I have chosen some other network but I felt well satisfied with #Airtel so I came back. But now I am facing some issues with my connection. As of now, I am working in Dubai, I came here in August 2021 and my sim work properly till the last few days back but now it's showing no network status even I tried my best but again the same result. Moreover, I have done all the recharges during that month even I got regular incoming and outgoing till a few days back. But now the entire dead status of my network.

                          My airtel sim is showing access error
                          Sim showing network
                          But i am unable to call or message
                          Why this??
                          This is happening since two days
                          I am not receiving any messages or calls
                          The sim card is 4g
                          I am unable to make calls
                          And messages
                          I tried reboot process but didn't work
                          I tried using sim card in another handset
                          Sim card showing disabled in other phone too

                            My name is Darshan wagh,
                            Iam from nashik. My airtel brodband is not working from 3 days. The company always text me to sorry for delay. But their technician not do any work completely. They disconnect my wire yesterday and say their may be some problem on wire and. And then they say we changing the wire today. And after some time they say that not possible to change wire today. Our technician will change wire tomorrow morning. And till is 4:20 pm but they don't change the wire. And the company give their representative no. The same man come to my house yesterday is not receiving call thier name is sanjay dabhade.
                            They told yesterday that our technician that connect your brodband on first day he will come and again connect your brodband. The person name is pavan badgujar that fill my form is tell me that this not my work. You need to call sanjay dabhade.
                            Its only 7-8 days that i get connection from them. I already pay them for 6 months.
                            This is totally Harsment for me. I work from home for company. The brodband connection is always need for me.
                            Hope I get justice here.

                                  I am a airtel prepaid user and i did a recharge of Rs 479 through Airtel Thanks app after that i choose my recharge pack and do payment via airtel upi and then payment of 479 rs was deducted successfully from the bank and my recharge was not done it is still pending. After that i call on customer care 198 for registering complaint against it so customer executive told me that u can do another recharge ur previous recharge is not successful and the amount of 479 will refund in my bank account in 9-10 days. So i did another recharge via Airtel thanks app via same process and then i did payment of 479rs and then again this payment also goes in processing so my two payments of 479rs was stucked in between after that i talk to my bank they told me my payment is successful tranfered to airtel merchant. I don't know why its happened, but i want my amount as soon as possible.

                                    I am using the no from past 20 yrs from same airtel. After multiple mnp due to address changes, finally came back to airtel with due respect to bharathi airtel.
                                    Experienced bad time for 6 hrs to activate. Tried many no to contact with customer care but of no use. It repeats electronically voice msg of same topics and never able to connect to person. Worst experience. Services are detonating.. may be this is the reason jio is emerging. Bad experience. Till now not solved

                                      Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 2999 and had activated a pack for next 365 days.

                                      Next using 'google pay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 2999 and pack for next 365 days.

                                      I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                                      Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app (Google pay) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.

                                      Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.

                                      Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.
