Description of the incident: -
The Airtel services of H-101, Empire Estate has been disrupted since 23rd October 2023 and the engineer 1 has ignored responding the calls. The ticket was reraise on 30th October 2023 (Ticket id: [protected]). The second engineer was assigned naming Nitin Kaushal (Mobile No: [protected]) and has ignored the calls.
The problem is still not resolved till date.

It seems Airtel Services of Pimpri Chinchwadi and its contactor name Raj has intentionally disrupted the Airtel services.

Its sincere request to solve this issue within 48 hours.
Neglecting the services to the consumers leads to mistrust. Please the issue within 48 hours.

    I purchased a plot in Zirakpur shiva enclave Bhabat. As now i am constructing my house and the airtel box is coming in front of my house gate.
    So i request airtel to please remove this box as soon as possible.

      I am an IT professional working from home and my airtel fiber wifi is not working properly and after complaining they are telling that due to the advance payment i made i will not get any refund on cancellation.
      I want to cancel it and want my refund if you are unable to provide services you claimed

        I have put in a transfer request for Airtel extreme fiber. The request id is [protected]. It was raised on 6th oct, 2023 and should be done by 12th oct, 2023. And today is 1st November, 2023 and still it's not transferred.

        I have been calling customer care daily and still nothing has happened.

              This is with reference to complaint id [protected]. On 20th October, 2023, We bought the Airtel Black Plan Id no [protected]. On 20th October 2023, we called the airtel customer executive Mr. MRIDUL SINGH, who had came to our house to explain the plan and details in Kashimira. We already had another plan with us, Airtel Fiber with a dongle and it had a benefit for FREE NETFLIX TILL WE CONTINUE THE PLAN, on the day when the fellow came, we asked him to merge both the plans, as we wanted the dongle for our personal use and the WIFI for the house. I asked him twice, that whether the NETFLIX WILL CONTINUE IN THIS PLAN?. He told us FALSE STATEMENT and said, " Yes, mam, the netflix will start to continue as soon as i merge the plan and it will play automatically like earlier". But after we installed the WIFI, the NETFLIX STOPPED PLAYING AND SHOWED TO UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS. When we went to the customer center, they said that this plan does not include NETFLIX, you have to buy an upgraded plan for that. IF YOU DID'NT KNOW THE INFORMATION, THEN WHY YOU MISREPRESENT IT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER?. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS FACT EARLIER, I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THE PLAN, I WANT MY COMPENSATION FOR THIS OR I WANT THE NETFLIX BACK IN MY PLAN WITH NO EXTRA CHARGES OR I SHALL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE EMPLOYEE AND THE COMPANY FOR "FRADULENT MEANS", FRAUD BY MISREPRESENTATION, DISHONESTY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND SHALL NOT HESITATE TO GO MORE FURTHER.

                I have been a customer of your service for a long time. My mobile number is [protected].

                Currently, I am in Dubai and I have already purchased my roaming pack and validity. Suddenly, my sim card stopped working and my phone showed 'No SIM card'.

                It would be very helpful if you could resolve my issue as soon as possible as I need to use this number urgently. As far as network issues are concerned, I have already explored all possibilities.

                    Hi
                    I got a call from TRAI representative saying that a sim card bought on my name with number [protected] has been misused in maharshtra for spam and there has been a FIR filed in my name. I explicitly state that I only have one active number [protected] and I am not aware of the other number. I also do not have any information of the FIR until TRAI call.
                    Even if my aadhar was mis used why was the sim issued without checking the person buying and aadhar given and without checking biometric which is not my responsibility and is responsibility of the seller.
                    This is responsibility of TRAI or the aircom provider legally and I am a victim here.
                    Without any investigation TRAI harassing me by threatening to discontinue my active number in karnataka and creating mental harassment.
                    I need this resolved immediately

                      Dear Sir,

                      I belong to Chennai and am now in the US on a visit to my son.

                      I am with Airtel for a long time and have taken an Airtel International Roaming pack for Rs 899/- for my present visit.

                      While the voice and Data are working, SMS is not working in the IR pack.

                      My bank in Chennai is trying to send me a verification message on some important matter thro SMS but it is continuously failing.

                      I have been contacting your helpdesk thro AT thanks app and thro Whatsapp [protected] but no one is able to provide any assistance in the matter. They abruptly stop the communication beyond a point.

                      As I am in a difficult situation, I request you to look into the matter and set right the problem in the Messaging part of my International Roaming pack.

                        Double charging for International Roaming

                        I am an Airtel mobile postpaid customer ([protected]) since 2011 and reside in Navi Mumbai.

                        For the past three days our internet has not been working. We already booked a complaint regarding it as well. But we have not received any positive response from your side. Engineer who visited the site after the complaint said it's not from their end. So, they themselves can't do anything about it.
                        Actually, my whole work is with the internet, and we have to receive and send heavy files every day. And now for the past five days, we are struggling with our official work. So, I sincerely request you kindly look into it, and if possible, at least resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, we may have to apply for another internet connection. Because our office work has just stopped due to non-availability of the internet.

                          I have received a billing amount of Rs 5820.94 for the month of October 2023 for my mobile number which is completely unacceptable.I am in USA from past 3 years and i have never used my Airtel number for calling but i have received this bill amount of Rs 5820 for incoming and outgoing calls and international roaming which i never used.
                          Upon checking the numbers which is showing in the itemized statement i can see the all the numbers looks completely SPAM[protected] and even the other all incoming numbers[protected],[protected] in the statement is SPAM and this issue has been already mentioned in the google page by other Airtel customers which is a issue from Airtel end that needs to be fixed.Also I am daily getting my international roaming pack activated without my knowledge and Airtel is not taking any action to fix.

                              I shifted to a different city and didn't need the airtel fiber service anymore.

                              So I requested for complete disconnection, but instead they put my connection in safe custody and are tryinying to charge me 590rs. (250+45(tax) and another 250+45(tax).

                              I shouldn't be charged at all, but I am being charged twice for safe custody.

                              I requested the disconnection on 11th october, my plan was valid till 18th october

                              Customer support called and mentioned that they resolved the issue on 20th.

                              But now on 22nd, I am getting a message saying that I still need to pay for the safe custody that I clearly didn't want.
