4G internet connectivity

Worst network provider i am getting too much worse internet connection from few months and i filed many complaints but they never fixed it its just waste of money to give 700 rupees for this bad connectivity...

No signal and broadband down

Airtel mobile no signal for last one year made several complaints no use even yesterday also I made complaint no use and no response from them and my broadband connection every Thursday day go out of order again start working on Tuesday day and Thursday this will go out of order made a complaints wrote a several mails finally sent mail to Mr Vittal CEO of airtel but no response from them
I am using airtel for last 24 years but now...

Own number is being spoofed

Date of incident - 1-Aug-2023
i'm getting multiple calls saying that i have given a missed call to their number. ( which i haven't done ) . someone is spoofing as my number and making calls....

Its been 3 years since following up with Airtel where my home has no network. Even after raising 20+ tickets, issue is not addressed and no revert from Airtel. Need support as Im paying full

Delay in providing the service

Given promise is not completed. not providing unlimited calling via landline

I get an airtel fiber connection worth 1675 in this plan they have to provide 10 Mbps unlimited data and unlimited calling but they are only providing 10Mbps unlimited data and not providing unlimited calling via fixed landline phone....

Refund of money debited from Bank for recharge

I tried to recharge Airtel mob no. [protected] on[protected]. Amount Rs.1799 debited from my account . But I received a message from AL-AIRINF as follows
Hi Payment Of Rs.1799 has failed for your Airtel mobile [protected] .Any Amount if deducted will be refunded to your source within a day .Please keep order ID[protected] for reference.

till date (after 3 days) No amount refunded . Please do needful...

I am airtel family member of 999. Normally my bill make 1178 every 12th of month, but from June airtel Charge me high as 1990 rupees for June month and 1310 rupees for July month. I complained about it but they didn't respond me and I want to cancel family plan they told please pay full amount. Excess billing charges month after month

Airtel has been looting customers

recently i went overseas and airtel charged me roaming on two numbers on their own, stating that out of courtesy they will activate service. this was never availed or asked for. then they sent bill. after calling customer service many times, they sent revised amount (not revised bill) which was paid i.e reduced amount.

now current month again, they have added roaming charges...

Roaming service bill cheating

I travelled abroad and NOT opted any roaming services . Throughout my travel I used to get the message from Airtel that NO active roaming service on my mobile number. But tomy surprise I received a bill with huge amount claiming as roaming charges . Now I am currently filing with the consumer court and awaiting resolution. This is pure case if cheating the customer with irresponsible servise from the management even after raising many complaints....
