Greetings,
I am Dr V.K.Ravichandran from Chennai and now camping in Sri Lanka.

On 20th Nov 2023, an international pack worth INR 899 was put in my account and I have used it for only one international call to Chennai. After that, I could not use it because of the SIM problem and my iOS Apple phone showed NO SIM and the SIM is not being recognised by my handset. I have also tried my Airtel SIM with another handset again the same NO SIM signal is showing. Also, there is no proper after-service in Airtel @ Sri Lanka for the Indian SIM. I could not use the international call amount because of your insufficiency in service. It is also not possible to use the amount within the validity periods as I could not provided SIM by your Sri Lanka Airtel office. So, I'd like to enquire about this with your higher officials and reimburse the amount to my Airtel account otherwise I will seek justice through the ombudsman or the judiciary.

I request You kindly reimburse the amount to my Airtel Thanks App.

Junction box remove from in-front of my house main gate

This is Sangesh From Tamilnadu, madurai.

I live in Mynateppakulam, 1st street.

I requested the Airtel Workers not to lay Junction Box Post in My Parking Premises. I requested and pleaded him.

Then, The Airtel Worker said, I will erect the post in your premises. Do what ever you can.

I said, I will complaint. He said You complaint, I will do anything.

I have attached the CCTV Conservation along this complaint.

I had made a SIM replacement on the Nov 16 via Reference no.[protected]. The SIM is still not activated. The status per the local airtel store is "EV task" pending. Not sure what that means. Today is Nov 18 and I am stuck without an activated S in a postpaid connection

While dialing*#21# some call forwarding service is available on [protected] this number, please check and update me for the same...

I'm using Airtel Prepaid and while roaming every day its deduct Inr 5/- as SMS charges which is not process by me and I'm unknown about it, please let me know about it and stop it as soon as possible. also I'm not able o use subscribed data in roaming in international....

I have balance in my account but when i make calls it says insufficient balance. I reached cust care and they said switch off your data as it might cause the issue. I tried and called them again and waa told will be resolved in couple of hours. I gave them 7 days and called them. Now they say more days. I think they expect their subscribers to wait until they get fixed and not sure when they will fix it.

Cant cancel my airtel extreme fiber connection the bill keeps generating but it says your account is barred / suspended

I have unlimited calls pack recharge active in my Airtel number ([protected]), still its not allowing me to have a call with helpdesks like Airtel 121 CC Agent, Axis bank CC, it's keep asking to recharge my number and later disconnect the calls.
My concern is that if Airtel is not providing the true unlimited calls feature then why it's advertising like that, I believe that it's a clear cut fraud marketing and business that they are doing and this must be stopped asap.

I made a wrong no recharge of mine but not find any solution in airtel thank app Or 198, because there is no live call support

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing you this email to bring a serious concern about my Airtel bill for November month. In my recent airtel bill they have added additional charges of 414 rupees. This is some add on service activated on my number ([protected]) without my consent. I called the company and as the customer service mentioned that several SMS have been sent to 58234 number in every three hours from my mobile, even in the mid nights. We never sent any SMS from our mobile to particular this 58234.
I requested the customer service of Airtel to remove the charges but they denied it.
Therefore, I request to wave off the addition charges of these SMS which I never sent from my mobile.

Since last 2.5-3 years we are consistently facing signal strength & network issue wit Airtel Network at our Locations in Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra.
There are issues like calls not connecting, distracted voice, poor strength, call drop in-between ongoing calls, low or no internet strength. All these issues were not earlier on same location. In a city like Pune-Pimpri we can't expect such poor connection.

We have addressed this issue to Airtel customer care, twitter handle many times but there is no technical person visit happened till now. There is no proper Grievance portal available to raise issue in a channel. (Attached are screenshots for your reference) also attached position of signal strength at my home.

Since last 3 years we are wasting money by recharging 2 mobile phones and quality is poor.

Our request is to
1. Improve strength of signals in our area as per address mentioned below
2. Can we claim refund of money that we paid in last 3 years for 2 mobile phones

Illegal SMS charges which is not sent by me.

Can not use upi in mu Airtel payment bank account

I heard from my friends that Airtel 5G service has arrived in our area and 5G was also showing on everyone's phones. And these people claim to provide unlimited internet on using 5G. So that's why I ported my SIM from Vodafone Idea to Airtel on 1st November. On 4th November, the phone got network and is also showing 5G but when I used internet, my 4G data started getting exhausted and due to which I came to know that Airtel scammed me by just showing 5G while the internet is only on 4G. This means that Airtel is just misleading the public by falsely promising them unlimited 5G. This has caused me financial loss and also inconvenience.

Recharged via Netbanking HDFC bank for my prepaid airtle number for rs.1799/- on August 18th 2023.
The bank deducted the amount but still Airtle number is not recharged with that amount nor the bank reversed by amount back.

I am unable to use my data because of network issue it's not only slow but worse hardly 50%mb I am able to use .one more problem is there it speed up when we are on calls and get worse when we cut off the call
