I am trying to get my wifi connection[protected] closed as I will be shifting to other locations and after talking and wasting 1 hour of time they are not ready to close the connection.

    I accidentally recharged a wrong number through Phone Pe app.
    Phone pe support didnt help much but provided Airtel Reference number

    I tried to reverse the transaction by sending WRR message on 51619 but it returned with response "No such keyword found. Please try again with correct Keyword. Thank You."
    Tried contacting on email but receipent email is full and cannot accept mail.
    Tried calling numbers provided on this forum but didnt got connected.

      "You are not allowed to make phone calls to this number. " recorded message am receiving.

      Banking sms not receiving- bank side saying sms has been sent from their end.

      E-sim iphone. Airtel app and in person visit to store not helpful. Not sure which email address to contact further more. If possible help.

        This bank is helping fraud.
        Request rbi to look at this illegal activities of this bank.

          Hi there,

          My name is Chandra Shekar S., and I have been a loyal Airtel customer for the past 9 years for mobile services and 1 year for broadband services. I am writing to bring to your urgent attention an unresolved broadband internet issue that I have been facing since May 18, 2024.

          My details are as follows:

          - Landline Number: [protected]
          - Account Number: [protected]
          - Complaint Number: [protected]

          I raised a complaint through the Airtel Thanks app immediately after the issue began, but despite my numerous follow-up calls (8 to 10 times) to customer care, the problem remains unresolved. I was contacted by an engineer only once, and since then, there has been no further communication or resolution of the issue.

          I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and the lack of effective communication and support from Airtel. As a result, I am reaching out to you directly in hopes of a prompt resolution. I am requesting that this issue be resolved by today at 7:00 p.m. If the issue is not resolved by then, I will have no choice but to take further action.

          I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency it deserves and restore my broadband service promptly.

          Thank you for your attention to this matter.

            Address: Airtel broadband worst service

            I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issue regarding my broadband service, which has been non-functional for the past five days. Despite numerous reminders and follow-ups, there has been no effort from their side to resolve this problem.

            This prolonged outage has significantly impacted my ability to work, and I have had to incur additional costs for mobile internet to meet my daily needs. This situation is highly frustrating and unacceptable, especially since I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.

            I request that you take immediate action of them and need compensation. Additionally, I expect compensation for the downtime and reimbursement for the mobile internet expenses I have incurred during this period.

            They just keep on rescheduling the dates and not working at all and I’ve attached the evidence

              We are not getting the stable 5G network in our area. Yet a times, getting the 4G connection itself is a challenging.

              I am here complaining on company "Airtel" about the network disturbances. As per their commercial advertisement, they should be providing the good network coverage even in forest areas but unfortunately, their network is not even reaching till our apartment in Dasanpura, Bengaluru 562123.

                  Iam using airtel fastag for my four wheeler AP16CS8033 from 2020, though sufficient balance available in my airtel wallet but airtel fastag got blacklisted and when i check fastag status it is showing as " your tag is closed " in NPCI website. When i approached airtel office in machilipatnam they said they are not aware of fastag related issues and there is no person available in the store to address such grievances. I had to pay cash at toll plazas for this sudden blacklisting of my fastag. It even wasted our time at toll plazas. There is no intimation or any infromation provided in my airtel thanks app. I request airtel to re activate my fastag. I wanted to know how my fastag was closed without any information.

                    All fake International roaming bills for non usage too. Mobile clearly says no usage and the Airtel says lot o[censored]sage. In last one year, they charged 34909 rs from me

                      I have done recharge of RS 666 accidently on [protected] through CRED mobile app.
                      I talked with airtel, and cred both refuse to refund or transfer in my original number.
                      Kindly help me to getting refund or recharge on my original number [protected].
                      this happened because that number was saved in my mobile by same name

                        Airtel has blocked my incoming SMS functionality. Since submitting a Mobile Number Portability (MNP) request, I have been unable to receive any SMS messages. Additionally, I did not receive the MNP porting code. Subsequently, I decided to continue using Airtel as my service provider. However, since that time, I have been unable to receive SMS messages from any phone number, including one-time passwords (OTPs) and personal messages. I am deeply disappointed that Airtel has resorted to such an obstructive course of action.

                          Airtel DTH fraud

                          2023 April i brought Airtel black plan with broadband and DTH.
                          Today may 1st just one year completed and the dth set of box make a problem .
                          I make a complaint I got a technician visit and the person said that it's a software issue. It is the device and they are giving a replacement. Yas me to pay 600 rupees since my box one year warranty period has been expired. I don't understand how come this happen exactly on the next month...

                            I have purchased airtel black - Broadband + DTH connection. I purchase plan for 3 months. Since im dissatisfied with the service, I asked for service disconnection. Since then im struggling to disconnect the service. They are billing for 2 months which i have not used. I talked with multiple agents but give no resolution. Im stressed in explaining to people about the issue. Every single day these people call and ask me to pay the bill. But no one is bothering about the service which i have not used for 2 months. Since there is no option i tried to raise ticket stating other reason and speak to customer service agent. Even at my peak anger they still ask me to refer the service to someone but show me no resolution. Its a mental harassment. Because CS agents are doing their job which they instructed but the entire process is very bad which gets on nerves for customers. Im not going to pay for any extra amount other than my usage. These people are killing me by calling continuously to pay the amount. Its really unfair and worst experience ever.

                                I've recharged my Airtel Broad Band serivice for 1 year on 28th Novemver 2023 using Airtel Thanks application. But its reflecting my account is showing its going to be expired on 24th April 2024.

                                I've called their customer care and inqured abouth this issue but they didn't provide me proper solution nor they extend my service period.

                                When I raised a ticket to refund the balance amount they closed the ticket stating its resolved without any information and refuding it.

                                When I called to check the staus they asked its closed I need to send email tothem for this.

                                I've send mail aslo but no response from the team.

                                Now they are asking me if I need refund I need to disconnet the service and wait for another 45days for refund.

                                  I have been an Airtel Internet customer since 2022. I have been paying my bills in advance on a six monthly basis. In August 2023 I paid my six monthly advance payment to last until February 2024. In September 2023 Internet stopped working. I file d a complaint. They said it will be back on but did not happen. In October 2023 I called Airtel and spoke to them. Still no solution. In December 2023 I filed a complaint again and asked them to stop my Internet services completely and refund the money. I was answered it shall be done. Then In February 2024 I was hit with a bill they are overdue. With much effort after trying to explain what happened they waived the excess bill and still did not stop my Internet. In March 2024 I was hit with my monthly bill again with fines. I wrote to Airtel again why am I getting bills when Internet should have been stopped. I did not get a reply until 16/4/24 which they mentioned my final bill is Rs 2100 for two months with fines. I have requested them again and again to stop my internet services and to waive the bill for the service I am not using and to refund my money from the past. They are not addressing the issues and still keep saying I have to pay the bill. Now on top of this they have acknowledged that they have stopped my services but the bill keeps generating until this day and in their reply they are mentioning I am still liable for the bill that is getting generated. I cannot understand their logic nor does it make any sense.
                                  I am requesting that all my bills are waived for the service I have not been using, refund my money from the past since October 2023 - February 2024 and stop Internet services immediately.
