[protected] is my number. My name Rakesh Chandra Mahapatra, emailid [protected]@yahoo.com. I am staying out of india. My airtel number stopped working. My wife went tk india. I told her to go to service center and ask why the sim not working? Service center executive said its is damaged. Need to replace. I told her how to do this shw said the owner of the number has to come to India. But not possible. Then she said update the email id then we will try. Now to update email i want to call customer care. But customer care number only works in india. I told my wife to call the customer care and give my details to update the email id.

    Hi,
    From 25th Nov 2023, multiple times I have contacted to Airtel against daily promotion calls made where I never ever shared my number. My number is ported from Jio to Airtel and after that this issue is started and airtel is not taking any action and not registering any complaint.

    Kindly take stringent action them so that they adhere to TRAI’s Do Not Disturb policy.
    When JIO is able to control and adher to why’re to Airtel is not adhering?

      My mother has xstream fiber ID [protected]. We took plan for only 6 months, but the plan continued even after that so I connected with call centre to cancel service but it was to be done from registered mobile number. As my mother couldn’t process the tedious process I called call centre, wrote email, generated complaints through app went to store (was assured service will be suspended) still the service has not stopped after 3 months. In these 3 months my mother (as it’s her registered mobile number) has received threatening calls on daily basis. On 27.01.2024, when I told the person that we will complaint in consumer forum we were further threatened to make payment. The amount is negligible but the harassment is completely unacceptable. Requesting support at the earliest.

        I disconnected my Airtel fibre-bearing landline no [protected] and ID[protected]_dsl on 06 January 2024 and the excess amount that is to be refunded to me is Rs. 5941.16.
        After several attempts to get my refund back, the respective service provider is giving me false promise by mail and also on social media (X). Also, I have shared with them all the respective documents for the processing of my refund amount but needless to say, they are not even giving me a proper date on which I will get my money back and again and again extending it by 72 hrs as per the attached documents.

          Still my complaint is not yet been provided with a permanent solution, i think they are just doing an eye wash because im keep on facing interruptions in broadband connection and the speed os also so poor.

          I want Airtel to reopen the Broadband Complaint Number - [protected], until I'm been given a permanent solution for the frequent interruption of broadband connection.

            Hi, it's really painful to inform the most fraud company, Airtel is doing fraud with me. Just want to digest my 3 months recharge money. I recharged twice because of technical glinch and what my money back, but they are not doing at all. Also they are giving false comments that I got refund on 27th nov and our team is working in this. No actions have been taken. I already have shared my bank statement till 3 months that I didn't get my refund. But they are playing with customer' emotions. When they will initiate my refund and when i will get in my source account?
            I want clear resolution else I will take legal actions against them and i will remove Airtel from all my family members.

              In March 2023, I had requested my land line number[protected] to be disconnected. This was promptly done after questioning several times on why I want to disconnect.

              But the billing for this number never stopped. A new account number was created and every month I am sent bills with penalty charges. I have written to [protected]@airtel.com. They said that will waive Rs. 2000 and rest I will have to pay. When I had paid all my bills till the time of disconnection, I don't understand why I need to pay anything. I don't need mercy of a waiver on an illegitimate charge by Airtel.

              Would like Airtel to stop sending these bills and harassing a senior citizen.

                Sir, This is a complaint about cheating and scam by AIRTEL for data consumption of 1 GB pack since last 3 years worth 16200/- and with penalty and compensation worth 500000/-.
                The prepaid data gets consumed in the same second from 0 to 1 GB and from 500 mb to 1 GB and Aieertel keeps giving message in the same minute.
                All screen shots available. This is going on since last three years after Covid and due to no courts open. This issue could not be addressed. Kindly give me a Consumer Court Case no. so that all the facts can be laid down in detail since the rechages of the connection.
                a refund of 16200 may be made, and penalties will be taken seperately through the consumer courts.

                          When I went to South Africa, I already had a negative experience with Airtel and their international roaming packs. So, in November, I finally travelled to Thailand. I don't need Airtel in Thailand because I purchased a tourist sim there. However, Airtel activated my international roaming plan, allowing calls from India, even though I was not aware that it had been activated. The Airtel corporation is now charging me unfairly for services that I have not requested. Since, I am their loyal customer for 19 years.

                            I paid 29 Rs for 2 gb data for one day on 02 Jan 24 around 3.40 am with transaction number[protected]
                            But till 9.20 pm I don't get 2 gb data.
                            There is no live agent to talk with. There is no subject in auto chat to resolve this issue. Phone number provided by Airtel has the same issue.

                                Hi Team,

                                My Airtel Broadband connection is not working for last 8 days. Every day, I call Airtel Customer care at least 5 times and they give me below reasons:
                                1. Call back is arranged
                                2. Issue will be resolved in 24 hours
                                3. It is escalated to Escalation team

                                I have even tried to call local technician assigned to my complaint every day. They does not receive the call and every time, they tells me that, they are on leave or on sick leave and they will arrange some other team member to check the issue.

                                There is no resolution provided till today. I had shifted my connection in last month and Airtel Thanks app showed that, Airtel fiber connection is available at new address and shifting the connection is free of cost. However local technician told me that, its not available and they charged Rs. 1000/- saying, they need to get fiber wire from far point. They looted me for 1000/- extra and they just does not resolve the issues.

                                On top of that, if I want to disconnect my connection with Airtel Fiber then they won't re-fund the amount as well which totally sucks. I don't have any words to express anger, disappointment.
