I've had no network on my postpaid connection for the past couple of days. I tried to raise a complaint on their useless and ridiculous Thanks app but of course it doesn't work. I'm stuck in an infinite loop where I click on the option "Unable to make or receive calls" and it says I should call customer care. When I call customer care, it says I need to register a complaint via the thanks app because they need accurate location information....

Airtel have adverstised that SMS are received FREE of cost even internationally (without an International Roaming pack).

However, this does not seem to work on my phone. No support from the side of the company to resolve this....

I bought my Airtel number 8 years back, i have been using that number from last 8 years without any interruptions.
But few days back suddenly network gone and when I called customer care, i received the information to get the sim replaced. As per instructions i visited the nearest Airtel store and told them the issue.

I recharged my Airtel number with 666 rs. From Airtel wallet. Money deducted but recharge failed and I have got my refund till now.
I will retry recharge after I get my refund.
If I don't get the refund within 8 hours I will port my no to jio.
I am using Airtel for more than 5 years so I don't want that to happen .
If I don't get refund I have to take this step....

I have Airtel Black plan with Airtel with registered number xxx. I have been trying to unbundle it from last 2 days but not getting any proper response. Various billing amount is provided with no proper justification and clarification or breakdown. After paying amount when I called again I was asked to pay a new amount again. 5 mins job o[censored]nbundling has already taken 2 days. Hi All,

I have been using airtel broadband connection for the last six months and it's recently upgraded to Airtel Black Plan. I had to shift my residence recently which is around 2 km from the current location. I checked with airtel team and they confirmed the airtel broadband feasibility and the new location.

I raised the shifting request ticket with airtel and provided the details and address of the new residence....

I have a Airtel Prepaid Mobile number. Unknown to me, my name was incorrectly entered into the Airtel database by the vendor. After the pandemic, the vendor has wound up. I did an airtel recharge for 699 on november 29 2021 for which no gst invoice is present on airtel thanks app.This recharge was done using amazon pay balance.A similar recharge of rs 699 was done in january 2022.I am asking airtel to send me gst invoice for this .but airtel customer care says they can not provide that.also I tried to reach them on twitter by personal message.I am not getting any reply from them.why airtel can not share gst...

Due to Kissan protest in Punjab, I was not able to operate fastag for so many months. Airtel payment bank made my wallet account Dormant and made fastag inactive attached to account. Now they mailed me that there is no procedure to make wallet account active and not telling the process to activate/recharge fastag....
