My name is Chandra Shekar S., and I have been a loyal Airtel customer for the past 9 years for mobile services and 1 year for broadband services. I am writing to bring to your urgent attention an unresolved broadband internet issue that I have been facing since May 18, 2024.

I raised a complaint through the Airtel Thanks app immediately after the issue began, but despite my numerous follow-up calls (8 to 10 times) to customer care, the problem remains unresolved. I was contacted by an engineer only once, and since then, there has been no further communication or resolution of the issue.
I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and the lack of effective communication and support from Airtel. As a result, I am reaching out to you directly in hopes of a prompt resolution. I am requesting that this issue be resolved by today at 7:00 p.m. If the issue is not resolved by then, I will have no choice but to take further action.
I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency it deserves and restore my broadband service promptly.
