On 4-June- 2022 I lost my keypad phone which has airtel sim when I reached airtel store they told me to bring required documents as I agree to do but the new sim will be in postpaid option for 4months starts with minimum package of 499rs, this is totally a cruel thing by airtel service provider how can a lower middle class people afford rs 500 a month for 4months please change this process and I request you to give a prepaid new sim....

I have taken airtel fiber 799 plan which is 100 mbps and i had taken for 3 months advanced rental but after 1 month i had taken static ip and it was given to me after 1 month and after that by upload speed became only 10 mbps instead of 100 . since then i have been calling customer care but they never bother to resolve it . everytime i call customer care they raise a complain and close it from the backend team without my permision . i had...

I have made the payment of rs. 588 using Google Pay on 2nd May @10:47 am.but the airtel app is not showing any payment. and Airtel customercare team closed my complaint 3 times stating that its not received.

Whereas my bank confirmed that payment successfully credited on beneficiary account on 2nd may itself. Kindly refer attached screenshots for same confirmation.

I had an issue in my payment so that I called to customer care and explained but the customer care person named kouser, she not understand what is my query and simply she answering with improper response. Customer care person should behave politely and should ask the queries clearly and need to support as per their need but this person behaviour is not proper. She connected to manager and manager sorted my issue. Manager can sort the issue...

I am in Abu Dhabi now as there is no Airtel network here. I have purchased an international Roaming pack for 799. But still it's not showing network. I tried restarting and manual selection. As there is no network I am unable to contact their customer care number. I have sent an email explaining this issue. Instead of helping me they are asking to call customer service. I am porting this sim once I reach India. But now I need my refund....

I wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junction box infront of my main gate. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. My airtel 4G hotspot is not working. Have tried resetting it still not working. It shows the connection name when turned on in my list of wireless networks, but it does not connect. The colours on my device are green, blue and red in that sequence. Normally the red changes to green/blue when connected but this is red for the longest time. Called customer care but they did not help either....

Hello Sir,
I am in trouble that my Airtel Payment bank account is freezed from 2nd April .so that all money(29087.10INR) got stucked and I can't withdrawal a single amount of money.. When I contacted to Airtel payment bank they demanded Kyc documents. I submitted all the documents 10th April, 13th April but only Msg I received from Airtel Payments Bank that Your restrictions will be lifted with In 2 working days.. Still my account...

I have Airtel prepaid SIM ([protected]) from Hyderabad, Telangana. Before leaving for Saudi I took international roaming service on it. The message was that it will be activated upon reaching the destination. But after reaching Riyadh it's not catching any network. This sim is linked with my bank. Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 455 and had activated a pack for next 56 days.

Next using 'Gpay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 479.

I contacted airtel for a refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third-party app (Gpay)...

I have tried recharge on 19 Feb From Airtel wallet. First i have add money from bank account to Airtel app wallet. Then I have tried prepaid recharge but recharge got failed. Money Deducted successfully from wallet but recharged not done. Till the time Refund not received in wallet. It is showing successfully Payment made for Airtel recharge.

I have raised ticket both on Airtel customer care and Airtel payment bank many times....

I've had no network on my postpaid connection for the past couple of days. I tried to raise a complaint on their useless and ridiculous Thanks app but of course it doesn't work. I'm stuck in an infinite loop where I click on the option "Unable to make or receive calls" and it says I should call customer care. When I call customer care, it says I need to register a complaint via the thanks app because they need accurate location information....

Airtel have adverstised that SMS are received FREE of cost even internationally (without an International Roaming pack).

However, this does not seem to work on my phone. No support from the side of the company to resolve this....
