The connection was sold to me without informing that it is a postpaid connection.

Ever Since I complained to resolve my Fast tag matter A week ago, I am HARRASSED by so many Customer Care Specialist Executives who have tortured me several times without resolving my Fast tag issues for which I submitted by mail sufficient details & Documentary evidence & Proof.

I've ported my mobike number [protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service and every time I call the customer care they telling different...

I am writing this complaint to you since my three reminders at and four telephonic complaints have not been resolved satisfactorily. Airtel is not providing the details I have asked for in my seven telephonic and written complaints. I reproduce my complaint verbatim. I quote: -

I have had an Airtel extreme fiber connection[protected] for more than a year. Such a pathetic service by Airtel. I am complaining about speed issues by past 15 days, calling them daily for resolution but no one cares. I have a 200mbps connection and m getting speed of 10-11 Mbps. They always told to do some settings but never worked. Then they told that it will solve in 2 hours and will confirm via phone if issue still persists.
They promised and raised complain that an engineer will come to solve the issue...

I got a successfull message also for the recharge of 319rs...

I purchased AIRTEL BLACK package on 30/06/2023 on the promise
that I will be provided WIF, DTH and phone free for 3 months and thereafter regular payment of Rs.999/pm..Internet was connected on 1st.June and DTH has not been provided despite my complaints with customer care service several times daily. Data and network service provided under Airtel sim. Now it comes to this end that I will have to port my sim to JIO for better network. The internet is so poor that it stops working during rain and normally it is slow that I am not able to open any site because of the poor quality....
