I got an Airtel DTH connection in February 2021 paying a security deposit of ₹ 1500.

It was a terrible decision as the quality of service was terrible throughout. The connection would drop in windy and rainy conditions. Nevertheless, I stuck to it for a few months. Now I have decided to deactivate the connection as I don't need it anymore.

Its a rule that once your pack validity has expired your incoming services will be barred after 7 days. I moved to Dubai in March 2021 and have been here since. When I arrived here I was using my Airtel mobile number which I have been using for the past 10 years and which is almost everywhere from aadhar to bank account . I recharge it for about 355 every 2½ months just so it's kept active and I can continue receiving all my updates. Want to bring to your attention that in the Airtel App, it shows - Prime video has been claimed by me, but as for my knowledge, I have not subscribed.Therefore, I contacted Airtel customer service, they responded that I have claimed during the 2018 period, so I cannot ask now.
