I want to change the ownership of Airtel Prepaid connection on my Sons Name. Airtel office is forcing to change the Prepaid connection to Postpaid connection and they say the ownership change is possible only if it is Postpaid.

Apart from that the Postpaid connection has to be maintained for at least 4 months then the change of Ownership is possible.

Airtel is forcing to go for Postpaid just to change the ownership...

I am unable to call any landline number from my airtel mobile number even after using 0 or +91 before the respective number. Every time I call, I get the line is busy or I am unable to connect. However, I am able to connect using other telecom services.

Why the hell you are not resolving this issue even after repeated complaints from other customers also....

My number [protected] was on voter id. Id is 20 yrs old now sim got damaged. During sim replacement its saying live photo is not matching with id. How a 20yrs old id photo can match exactly with live photo?
They are continuously rejecting replacement.

I got an Airtel DTH connection in February 2021 paying a security deposit of ₹ 1500.

It was a terrible decision as the quality of service was terrible throughout. The connection would drop in windy and rainy conditions. Nevertheless, I stuck to it for a few months. Now I have decided to deactivate the connection as I don't need it anymore.

Its a rule that once your pack validity has expired your incoming services will be barred after 7 days. I moved to Dubai in March 2021 and have been here since. When I arrived here I was using my Airtel mobile number which I have been using for the past 10 years and which is almost everywhere from aadhar to bank account . I recharge it for about 355 every 2½ months just so it's kept active and I can continue receiving all my updates.
