    When I went to South Africa, I already had a negative experience with Airtel and their international roaming packs. So, in November, I finally travelled to Thailand. I don't need Airtel in Thailand because I purchased a tourist sim there. However, Airtel activated my international roaming plan, allowing calls from India, even though I was not aware that it had been activated. The Airtel corporation is now charging me unfairly for services that I have not requested. Since, I am their loyal customer for 19 years.

      I paid 29 Rs for 2 gb data for one day on 02 Jan 24 around 3.40 am with transaction number[protected]
      But till 9.20 pm I don't get 2 gb data.
      There is no live agent to talk with. There is no subject in auto chat to resolve this issue. Phone number provided by Airtel has the same issue.

          Hi Team,

          My Airtel Broadband connection is not working for last 8 days. Every day, I call Airtel Customer care at least 5 times and they give me below reasons:
          1. Call back is arranged
          2. Issue will be resolved in 24 hours
          3. It is escalated to Escalation team

          I have even tried to call local technician assigned to my complaint every day. They does not receive the call and every time, they tells me that, they are on leave or on sick leave and they will arrange some other team member to check the issue.

          There is no resolution provided till today. I had shifted my connection in last month and Airtel Thanks app showed that, Airtel fiber connection is available at new address and shifting the connection is free of cost. However local technician told me that, its not available and they charged Rs. 1000/- saying, they need to get fiber wire from far point. They looted me for 1000/- extra and they just does not resolve the issues.

          On top of that, if I want to disconnect my connection with Airtel Fiber then they won't re-fund the amount as well which totally sucks. I don't have any words to express anger, disappointment.

                Six months of delay in refunding the balance amount

                Hi Sir,

                I've surrendered my mobile SIM on April/2023 with AirTel and AirTel has sent me the refund cheque dated 7th June/2023 for the balance amount INR 442.88 (attached the letter and refund cheque from AirTel). The refund cheque could not be deposited in HDFC Bank, as the name on the cheque was incorrect (against the ID and Address proof submitted). Hence, I'd requested Airtel to reissue the cheque with name correction....

                  Airtel broadband has not been working for me from 3rd Dec 2023 until 21st Dec 2023. I went for disconnection but Airtel service advisor informed me that he will provide safe custody free of cost for 90 days but they have charged me 500 rupees and they are not willing to waive off the entire amount even after sending proof. Please check the attached screenshot

                  After I raised a request for permanent disconnection, Airtel created a fake SR saying I wanted to resume their services but I did no such thing.

                  Please help me in getting the 500 rupees waived off and getting my Airtel broadband account permanently disconnected

                    My name is pavani and I'm using Airtel for few years now. I'm staying in Qatar. On 17.12.2023 as I'm not able to receive OTP I recharged with Rs.500/- towards main balance. I came to India on 22.12.2023 and when I checked for main balance it's showing Rs.191/-. I contacted customer care they informed that I made/ received an call from India on 20.12.2023 at 7pm and Rs.396/- is deducted.

                    It's completely wrong and disappointing as I don't use my Airtel number for calling whether incoming/ outgoing in Qatar, I only use my Qatar number for calling purpose. After coming to India on 22.12.2023 I activated my Airtel number to calling mode and when I checked for main balance I found its deducted. I didn't receive any call or message from India on 20.12.2023 as stated by customer care.

                    I'm very disappointed with Airtel, whenever I recharge with Rs.500/- main balance is deducted towards calling/ internet usage. I faced same issue 2 times before.

                    Please help me to resolve this issue as early as possible.

                    Not yet resolved, more than one month from logging the complaint.

                    Very low and poor customer service from Airtel.

                      I have done recharge on 14th of October 2023 of amount Rs.2907 of 799 broadband pack for 3 months. After 1 month they suspended my broadband services stating payment is due, on contacting airtel customer care they said that they refunded/reversed the amount on 24th of October but till date I haven't received the amount. On asking the customer care for the same they are not willing to accept that the amount is not refunded back to me despite of sharing the transaction details and bank statement to [protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com.

                        Download speed very slow 800kb or 1mbps, not increasing, iam raise complaint many times but issue wasn't resolved,
                        Finally Cancel request done on 23/11/2023 raised, Approval done on 29/11/2023,
                        Router pickup not done, refund amount also not credited back,
                        App also not displaying details, i will trying to complaint not possible,

                          Airtel Added 5 Channels in My DTH connection ID [protected]

                          281 - Star Sports 1 Hindi
                          293 - Sports 18 - 1
                          294 - Sports 18-1 HD
                          278 - Star Sports 1 HD
                          109 - Zee TV HD

                          After Multiple request these channels are still not removed from my account. Either the airtel provide the charge waive off or i have to forcely complaint to the Consumer forum

                            मैं एयरटेल एक्स्ट्रीम फ़ाइबर पिछले अगस्त २०२३ से सितंबर २०२३ तक प्रयोग किया एवं उसके बाद प्रयोग करना बंद कर दिया जब एयरटेल द्वारा फ़ाइबर इनस्टॉल किया गया था तो कहा गया था कि ये एक प्रीपेड प्लान है, रिचार्ज कीजिए और यूज कीजिए लेकिन मेरे द्वारा इंटरनेट यूज नहीं करने पर भी तब से लगातार एयरटेल द्वारा बिल भेजा जा रहा है जो ग्राहक के साथ एक स्कैम और धोखा है इसके साथ मैं एयरटेल का भेजा हुआ बिल भी संलग्न कर रहा हूँ यह सलूशन नहीं मिलने पर मैं न्यायालय का रास्ता अपनाऊँगा ।

                                  I was exhausted from explaining my issue to each and everyone every day to solve. This is the very very very worst service I ever faced. Since the issue started last week I called Airtel and explained my issue for around 1 hour In the final they simply said would arrange a callback for the issue. Even yesterday I spoke with Nisha Shankari around 2.30 hrs and explained my issues finally they came up with a solution discussed it with their Higher level and said to convert PostPaid to Prepaid Migration for the Dongle Number (95xxxxxx90) after conversion ill call you tomorrow and apply the solution until you do not convert prepaid. As she said I converted to prepaid and waited for the day no call from her. She assured me to call back and provide the solution. So I called customer care and spoke with MOHAMED SAMIR even without asking about my issue he said he couldn't and you go and check with where you purchased the sim. I said without knowing the full history of the issue and already decided on the solution but finally no call from her. But he responded that it was a different team we couldn't connect and she did not mention any note about the issue. Here

                                  1. if a customer raises an issue to Airtel should not add any notes, even for small or big issues for any issue there is no reference number and notes to understand the caller to communicate with the customer with the proper solution.

                                  2. Even 1st level support or senior all are ir respective answer. They don't understand the actual issue but they are saying something different opinion even not match the issue.

                                  3. I am disappointed and do not know what to do from the last week itself I made a call to customer care and explained my issue and then they finally said would call back again making call explaining A issue and finally said call back and new member attended the call explaining my issue and said will call back.

                                  4. How long does it go further and make a customer frustrated pushing them into stress, and depression?

                                  I don't know who read this mail but if read even they can understand or not my pain. With this kind of irrespective people make people roaming to the customer.

                                  The last person spoke with me and came up with a solution her name is NISHA SHANKARI, The Call duration is around 2.30 hours. she promised and assured and I hope the issue comes to an end today itself but again it was like the same day as yesterday and ended with MOHAMED SAMIR with a careless answer irrespective of talks.

                                  Kindly check with NISHA SHANKARI[protected] for yesterday's conversation and make it arrange a call with her. She said to convert postpaid to prepaid and then provide your dongle data to the new postpaid connection today and will confirm and make a call. I believed her and then converted my dongle from postpaid to prepaid but nothing happened.

                                  The main point is

                                  1. Nobody is willing to share the reference ID of the conversation

                                  2. They said after the call end would get a reference ID but it was fake and rarely get a reference ID but that's only for getting an ID for any query, not for the issue related.

                                  3. Once the call ends simply get a message "Your issue is resolved" How is it resolved without providing a solution?

                                  4. In my issue spoke with these people there are no notes for whom I explained my issue.

                                  5. Finally they said would arrange a callback is fake.

                                  For the last week, I have had trouble with these people because of gave and cheated with the wrong info made me take a postpaid connection and post to prepaid conversion, Amazon Prime issue, and all

As they commited the benefits will apply for me but they totally contrast and speak like nothing said like that even the Manager associates too. Kindly bring this in to Higher level hierarchy to solve my issue.
