My data pack expired on 4th April and as I want to limit my data usage I opted for Talktime and recharged my mobile with ₹10/- giving me a Talktime validity of ₹7/- . But when I tried calling, my call doesn’t go through despite having balance.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Iam using airtel xstream fiber internet in my house last month (March) i recharged 200 mbps of worth 1179 due to it had benfit of amazon prime membership of 1 year. This month i recharged a lower plan of 40 mbps of worth 589 due to this they revoked my amazon prime membership stating you have migrated to lower plan. I reached to customer care they are not responding. This is illegal by cheating the customers by showing false benfits to attract customers

      AIRTEL is not refunding the balance in my ACCOUNT [protected]. They are doing this because i disconnected my account siting poor service. The pathetic service of the company forced me to discontinue my service.

        regarding unable to use my top up balance from airtel

        I have a Airtel Prepaid Number, Currently my recharge validity is expiring in couple of days. Additionally, i have account topup balance of 291 Rs. Earlier there used to be an option to reacharge with top-up blance. Airtel currently has dicontinued it and As per airtel support team, Now i can only use it for international call or for other paid calling but cannot use for recharge itseems. Currently that amount is stuck and carrying forward...

        Subscribed Airtel Xstream fiber since December, 2023. To till date, frequent Internet outage : December, 2023 (Internet outage for more than a week),
        January (Frequent internet outage in January month), February (frequent disruptions), March (No internet outage), April (Internet outage for more than 48 hrs).
        Service is sloppy and lousy...
        BSNL is far better...

            I was debit Rs.25 for Airtel Virtual Debit Card annual maintenance charges.
            I never applied for this card and it was issued without my consent in the first place. And now, they are charging me for something which i have never used.

            Request to refund these charges.

              Subject: Wrong Roaming Bill by Airtel for [protected], A/c No. [protected]

              Various calls to Your Customer Care No. from 27 Feb 24 till date

              & SR[protected] dated 19 Mar 24
              SR[protected] dated 21 Mar 24,

              Dear sir,
              I am a very old customer of subject Postpaid number. I was shocked to see my bill No. BM[protected] dated 12 mar 24, which showed and levied hefty International roaming charges for 7 days totalling Rs 5949.56, while matter of fact is that I had never visited any foreign country. I have taken up this complaint through various means as given out in the References.
              It is reiterated that I have neither been to out of country nor had I opted for any roaming facility during the period 20 to 26 Feb 24 for which I have been given a hefty roaming bill. In fact, during this period I was on a bonafide government duty at Dharchula in Pithoragarh district which borders with Nepal. Throughput my stay at Dharchula was on the India side. I remember earlier too I had talked to your customer care number 121 about this anomaly. On 12 mar 24 I had also visited their store at Alpha sector Greater noida and put my complaint there too.

              I was charged international roaming charges of Rs 649/- per day for the period 20 Feb to 26 Feb 24, when I had visited Dharchula which is in India. I had been raising this issue since 27 Feb 24 and my e mail dated 12 March 24 and subsequent calls at Customer care. It’s very frustrating that Airtel is not addressing my complaint and hell bent on extracting irrational and illegal heavy bill for services not applicable on me.
              I approached the Appellate/Nodal authority of Airtel to look in to my genuine case and get me a corrected bill vide SR[protected] on 21 Mar 24, I got a reply that the issue shall be resolved by 24 mar 24, alas I did not get any response till date. However, I got notification of revised bill of Rs 2886.28 (No detailed bill provided by Airtel), which I presume consisted of reduced IR charges. I never agreed even this revised bill because I did not ask for ant IR nor I visited a foreign country. As 22 Mar 24 was the last date of bill, therefore I had to pay the heavy and illegal amount of Rs 2886.28 to airtel.
              Kindly look in to the heavy handedness and negligent attitude of Airtel and get me refund of excessive amount charged from me.

                My annual broadband subscription has expired, and I have ceased using it. Without my consent, it was automatically converted to a monthly plan and I have been billed for the past two months despite not using the service. However, I am unable to disconnect the connection without settling the bill.

                I have reached out to customer care multiple times, but they have been unhelpful and rude, claiming to have sent communication via SMS regarding the plan downgrade. Although I have received SMS messages prompting me to renew the connection, there was no mention of the downgrade to a monthly plan.

                After receiving a bill for the February month in early March, I contacted customer care for clarification. Unfortunately, they have been unwilling to assist in canceling my connection and have failed to provide sufficient evidence of the communication regarding the plan change.

                I have refrained from using this connection since February, yet I continue to be billed for the service. Despite Airtel's system of making two recorded calls to remind customers of payments, they have neglected to communicate effectively about the plan changes. This lack of communication is concerning and unacceptable.

                  Over the past month, I have experienced continuous disconnections and interruptions in the broadband service, causing immense inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities.

                  Despite repeated complaints lodged with the company's customer service department, the issue has not been adequately addressed. Each time I contact their support team, I am met with false promises of a swift resolution and assurances that the problem will be rectified promptly. Regrettably, these assurances have proven to be empty, as the connectivity issues persist unabated.

                  Furthermore, Airtel has failed to honor the terms of our service agreement, which guarantees reliable and uninterrupted broadband connectivity. The recurring disruptions not only hamper my productivity but also undermine the value of the service for which I am paying.

                    I want to port my number and trying to get UPC code for the past few days and every time I sent on 1900 and I got this reply from 1901 ( UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.)
                    I visited Airtel store and call customer care many times but I got no reply and help. Please help me as soon as possible.

                      I have an airtel prepaid connection. I am unable to port my number [protected] from airtel.
                      After sending port out sms to 1900, got a sms
                      "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:(1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
                      Airtel is doing this purposely with its customers to stop them from porting out. Please take severe action and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                          I was customer of airtel since 2005 now this monthof march 2024 airtel has disconnected my number when I reach airtel store they asked me of documents and they said you will bee charge of 600
                          300 for recharge and 300 for recurring charges and they directly deny to give me 300 recurring charges bill they directly told we don't provide bill
                          If airtel office can't provide bill of amount they recived then airtel is collecting black money
                          In the name of recurring charges then have taken 300rs from me but why they have taken from me charge and also not given me 300rs bill
                          I have paid them money buy online via phonepe I can provide my screenshot

                            I have a pre-paid connection viz +[protected]. I am now on a visit to the US.

                            I switched phones two days back (19th March ) and went from an android to an iPhone. Duly upgraded to eSIM vide your OTP 597757 (1.11 pm, Mar 19, 2024). Your message did say that "SMS services will be barred for 24 hrs".

                            Problem is, these services HAVE NOT RESUMED TILL THIS MINUTE despite so much effort made checking and re-checking various options for the past 24 hours (after the 'barred' period of 24 hours, of course.

                            I have duly removed the physical SIM from the old phone after eSIM activation on the new phone, but TO NO AVAIL.

                            I now stand with my sources of funds cut off ( cannot access my Indian bank accounts), my contacts in the limbo (WhatsApp OTT not being received for porting WhatsApp on the new phone), WhatsApp on the old phone already on the blink simultaneously.

                            I am unable to correct the situation despite many efforts.

                            Please help me with renewal of text messaging service on my number viz., +[protected] with immediate effect.

                                I am shocked with the time taken by your team for the issuance of FasTag.

                                I paid the amount 8 days before and still validation is not done.
                                After validation, you are asking another 14 working days.
                                That means your valuable customer will have to wait for a month time to get Airtel FasTag.

                                I did big mistake by approaching Airtel.
                                I could have got the FasTag on the next day from other service providers like SBI, HDFC, ICICI bank etc.

                                I will never ever refer any body to approach Airtel for the FasTag.

                                My request to all :
                                NEVER EVER approach Airtel for FasTag. They will take 10 to 15 days for validation of your order and post validation they will take another 15 to 20 days for the issuance of FasTag. Their customer support will not even take complaint before 15 actual working days.

                                That means, one can not get Airtel fasTag before one month. Who would wait for such a long time, when one can get the FasTag on the next day ?

                                  I have done 2 payments for fast tag recharge (each for 1000rs) on 18th Jan'24 via airtel payments bank.

                                  One with UPI got successfull but one with hdfc bank debit card got failed and money is deducted from my account.

                                  I have asked Hdfc bank and they are saying that merchant has claimed that money but airtel Payments bank is not refunding the money.

                                  Requesting your help to get the refund of 1000rs for my failed transaction. I am attaching all the proof;s with this post.

                                    Worst service of Airtel, useless, bribe too much, useless.

                                    I booked Airtel on 07 mar 2024 --- [protected] -- through Mr. ilamurugan ([protected]) and arranged service engineer for installation mr.china durai ([protected]), but he came to my house and start to bargaining additional amount and return back. Mr.ilamurugan ([protected]) arranged another engineer with addional bribe amount 100 name : mr.karthick (UPI TRANSACTION ID[protected] and it was worked 4 days upto 12 -mar-2024.
                                    I raised complaint regarding net issue on 12 mar 2024 and provided complaint in madipakkam airtel showroom ([protected]),
                                    Till now not resolved mean while i was called to customer care service more than 20 times and given physical complaint at madipakkam airtel showroom on 12 Mar 2024.
                                    Every time they told by end of the day it will resolve or our technical team is not picking our call like that only their answers.
                                    6 days over issue not resolved.

                                    Very very worst service
