Airtel has charged ISD calls in my mobile bill in Jan 2023 of around Rs 1555 + taxes.
No ISD calls were made. After reaching out to customer service they asked me to pay the bill while they investigate. Customer service mentioned that the additional payment will be adjusted in next month. At the same time on 28 Jan 2023, I had told to deactivate the ISD services linked for my numbers. This month again I was charged Rs 1348 + taxes...

2 months back I have cleared all my postpaid bills and got the number disconnected since it was lost. I went to the store they told me to request it online. I made the customer care executive do it. Still they are generating the bills and calling me to pay the bills. How do I get a solution?? Now my bill is 1500. I don't want to pay anything else since this is not my mistake....

I am not receiving any incoming call or message from last 2-3 days though outgoing call and internet are ok.I have complained 2-3 times to customer care and they tell they will solve my problem in 1 hours but it has been a long time my problem is not solved yet .So my humble request to solve my problem immediately otherwise I have to Port this number to another service...

My Airtel acctount no. [protected]
I'm registered with GST with Legal Name SUKUMARAN PALLATH as sole proprietor. I have requested AIRTEL to provide me with GST TAX INVOICE. As per the support call they have asked me to send in the GSTN certificate & PAN copy to their email id [protected]@in.airtel.com

I have sent the details and they acknowledged by support call for verification. They informed next month onwards...

Hey airtel, i am trying to enable call barred service for all incoming calls in my mobile no. [protected], but i am unable to do this due to getting error as "failed to read data call barring rejected". I am using default password as 0000. Please look at attached screenshot for your reference.

My mobile number stopped working on 4 January 2023, i visited airtel office on AVK college road, Davanagere for sim not working. Store executive checked my number and informed me to bring aadhar of decesed person and aadhar of person taking transfer....

Your private contractors are installing poles for fibre internet in front of my house where we usually park our car. Jio did the same thing few months back but had the brains to install it near the already existing electric pole and not at random locations in my area. Please contact me with a solution in 10 days or I will remove “the pole” myself. I know the contractors are placing more pole than required to...

In my Airtel Post Paid Account No.[protected], Bill No.BM2323l[protected] for the period 02 Dec 2022 to 01 Jan 2023 it was showing 99 international SMS sent by me to many international numbers. These 99 SMS were continuously sent within a time of 166 Seconds between 23:57:59 hrs to 00:00:45 hrs on 11-12 Dec 2022. During Covid, when I was out of station, Airtel installed a pole right in front of my house between two trees where I used to park my car. There was clearly space outside where they could have set up their pole.
When I raised an objection with the service technicians who visit regularly, they said they'll change it for 25, 000 rupees. The whole ordeal just proves that their intent was to maliciously make money by causing inconvenience...

I had received a duplicate SIM for my airtel number since the original SIM stopped working. Copy of ID proof was also submitted. I was told that the SIM would be activated within 4 hours. However, it's been almost 24 hours and the SIM has not been activated yet. I am unable to connect to the customer service number 121 from my alternate JIO sim. I stand to miss a lot of important calls and critical OTPs as I wait for the SIM to get activated....

After I recharge an Airtel unlimited pack online of Rs. 181 through phonepe 13th Nov. 2022, around 9:50 pm on Airtel mobile number [protected], it was shown that it was successful and the money was also deducted from my bank account for and it was deducted with extra 2 rs, 183 rsbut it is not activated on the said mobile number and while making calls it is still saying that the validity has expired and it is not activated.

My airtel sim got corrupted. So I went to airtel showroom to sort out the problem. Their sim delivery was fast. But they charged me Rs.200. When I did some research sim card swap charge is only Rs.25 or Rs.50. I don't know why they charged me 8 times higher. After next day I got a message saying "Your sim request change is complete" Retailer will charge Rs. 50....

Hi,
On July 09, 2022, I recharged my Airtel number, with an amount of ₹118 for data balance. However as of today it has not reflected in my account neither I have got the refund. I used airtel thanks app and Made the final payment via Google pay. I also got an message from airtel that recharge will reflect in 4 hours and contained a reference number for future reference. Unfortunately the same is not even reflecting in Airtel thanks...

Recharged Mobile on 17th July with INR 2999 pack. But via app I am not able to get the soft copy of the bill. And after various attempts and it is 2 months but still Airtel is not able to provide bill which is minimum need for any purchase.

My mbile no.-[protected] I bought Fastag from Airtel in nov2020. When I travel through car every time i paid 30-40% excess due to not working of Fastag at Toll Barrier. At toll Tax Barrier, toll team open gate manually by feeding car number. Due to manual feeding of car number, they deduct excess money from Airtel Wallet (for ref. Pic. Attached). 1. Not providing refund of money (Rs.4000) on cancelling airtel black order. More than 10 days from cancel date (30-Aug-22) but no clear communication/response on refund status, despite talking to level 1 and nodal officer multiple times. Have wasted more than 10 hours via emails/phone calls.
