Im a postpaid user of Airtel.

I have been calling airtel n number of times to deactivate few services.

They havent stopped the services, instead they keep billing for the services which was asked to deactivate several months ago.

They keep adding the amount as they like and call us everytime for payment.

These customer care people cant even speak a basic English and call and bargain...

In beginning of Dec-16. I have installed Airtel BroadBand connection with 40MBps connection speed and 120GB Data plan for month with tariff of Rs.1500 per month.After installation two days after i was getting only speed of 25Mbps. As customer i logged multiple complaints to airtel call center.
None of complaint till dates are resolved and what more frustrating with airtel their backend team close complaint...

This is to inform you that I had paid my postpaid bill of rs 744 on DEC 13 via the Airtel app. The money has been deducted from my account but I have not received a confirmation message from Airtel about the bill payment. Till date it shows that the last payment is pending. I am attaching the image of the message I received from my bank of the deduction of the money.

I live at 296, 5 th Cross, 5th main, B block, aecs layout, singasandra post, Bangalore 560068. Applied and paid for new broadband connection on January 2nd, 2017. I was told I will get the connection in 72 hrs max. Today it's Jan 8th and nothing has happened. I did recharge my number with ₹ 500.00 as on 11/12/2016. And than after I activated 2g data plan of
₹ 196.00.
After it o got a msg from your side that it is auto renewal plan. But after it I couldn't get any msg that how to stop this plan and now suddenly your company deduct my balance and again activated 2g plan. So, I request u that please...

So i have complaints regarding two airtel money wallets, one in my name, other is my relative's. Both the wallets we tried to send money to bank account (sbi) and money never got credited in the bank a/c, however it also did not get credited back to the wallet. Whenever i check balance it shows, the amount which i sent to bank is blocked. This is pathetic, and i have been trying for more than 1 week now to get the issues resolved but none...

I have booked airtel broadband connection on 30 dec, thay have made login on 2nd jan, it's 6 days i didn't get the connection. No proper reply from engineers, always delaying day by day. I had loss in work due to your worst service to me. I preferred airtel as the best connection. Am using airtel for 7 years and more. Can you pay my loss, you are not providing correct answer too. This is second time, i am facing same issue with my airtel postpaid number [protected]. Current usage is not reflecting properly and still usage of last billing cycle is reflecting in current usage.

My billing cycle start from 5th of every month and end with 4th of next month.

Also current usage is reflecting rs. 4.0 instead of rs.0.0.

Recahrge of Rs 148 for mobile no. [protected] done through airtel app registered with airtel no. [protected] and payment was made through visa debit card no. [protected]. my a/c was being debited for the said amount but recharge is not effective . after debit of a/c app gets hanged and no message for the recharge whether successful or failed not came.

I have take broadband connection in pune from airtel and broadband id is [protected]_mh. There is some problem in the modem provided by airtel for almost a month. I am calling customer care since 26 dec 2016 to get my voice heard, but till date issue exists.

I had applied for porting my TATA Docomo number to Airtel around 10 days ago. It got ported yesterday evening. The old SIM card has stopped working. I am not able to call 59059 from the new Airtel SIM. It says that the number is not valid, please check the number you have dialed.

I am having an issue with my airtel broadband connection and fixed landline, since one month and half month (Since chennai cyclone). I have raised several requests no[protected], 77279868, 77059664,[protected] to resolve the issue.

Then suddenly received a message that the requests have been resolved. When i spoke to the customer care executive they said somebody has visited my home and corrected...

Then I recharged from another Bank ATM card and it was successful .

As like i thought airtel giving 5gb jackpot but I don't believe anyways i tried to get so i downloaded the airtel games app.And downloaded a game as well but still haven't got anything...Really that's y i do think u guys r worse...Don't wanna compare bur really jio is far better than u at least we don't need to do such chores on it to earn data...Still hope i[censored] wanna help me then resolve my prob.
