Airtel Wallet Account Blocked

My Airtel wallet blocked and if I try to reset my mpin it always saying "MPIN reset window closed please try after 24 hours". If I dial 400 number, it is saying "your airtel account blocked please try *400# to reset the mpin". *400# is not giving me any luck. Even Airtel guys at service centre are helpless.
I dropped mail to [protected]@airtelmoney.com .. but no reply as of now. What a hell is this. This is very irritating me. I feel, I...

Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 29 JAN 2017. Where is my amount.
Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
Now not refunding my money back.
Reassigning another date and date.

Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

Today got the call and they now said due to technical issue they had not processed and again extended the date by 16 FEB 2016.
Guys do suggest how to process complain in Consumer Forum. Now I will legally file the case in Consumer Forum.

Please share this issue on social media so other innocent people must be aware of this scam.
They are not returning money and again extending the date. I am not able to understand that why they are not processing the NEFT even after 1 and half month.
Very pathetic service.
Guys seriously don't pay in advance otherwise they will not return the money.
Better use another service provider.

      I requested for broad band connection of Airtel on date 26 Sep 2016.After few days Airtel informed me that they can’t provide connection in our area so I request for refund. Now, Airtel is refunding my 1000 via cheque with name Prateek because I mentioned Prateek in form only but I have already informed there have no account with single 'Prateek' name because my name is Prateek Srivastava. Airtel committed that if I provide canceled cheque with complete name or bank statement, they will do NEFT but they sent cheque with Prateek name that was useless even I have provided all docs twin times in mail which they want.They were doing time pass from last 30 days and taking all docs on mail but at last they sent me useless cheque as per customer care.Main point is that they were saying just receive that cheque after that they will update my name and then do the NEFT but they were saying same word before sending cheque.They had already taken too much day and did wrong promised. Even I wrote down about on this matter on Airtel facebook page. At last total 120 days has been passed and I didn't get any cheque. They hold my 1000 rupees, they didn't do NEFT, didn't send cheque, didn't complete their promises. They feel that customers are fool but we are not fool. I disconnected my Airtel D2H service, my Airtel number and also my home broad band connection and are giving to suggestion to all for not using Airtel services.

          Airtel launched this Rs 1498 pack wherein you get 6 GB 3G/4G data and on subsequent recharges of Rs 259 you get 5 GB instead of 1GB. ON subsequent recharges I hardly get 3G Speed.

            I received the following flyer from airtel and it is surprised to know that is offering 100 GB data for the pack of 1499.(attached photo)

            My internet broadband pack is of Rs.1499 and is being offered only 40 GB.

            When airtel offering such offers why the regular customer are being duped.

            Please clarify and if so I wish to avail the 1099 (50 GB pack) from my next turn.

            Customer service agent although promised to change the plan to 1099 (50 GB) but it has not been effected till date. Further the above said plan was implemented 2 months back, airtel neither update my plan i, e, increased my data automatically but however charged more money i.e. Rs.1499 (for 40 GB) instead of 1099/- for two months.
            It is also interesting to note that the airtel has resolved my previous issue saying that refund of Rs.500/- as rental advance will be made.but so far not done and now when asked to the customer agent, he was surprised.
            It is a clear indication that the consumer complaint forum was replied with false information without actually resolving the actual issue to the consumer.

              Rs 333 recharge provide unlimited calling to any network with 4 GB data overall. But after recharging I'll only get 1 GB data as day use and 1 GB data for night use. Its totally scam offer. Said to get 4 GB data for day and night but still get Very less data. Not satisfied with the service. either resolve my problem or i am leaving this network.                 At the time of buying the connection I asked them to send somebody on Sunday or call me before coming for the verification, so that I could come back for the same, As Me and my wife both are working but neither they send on Sunday nor they call me before coming because of what it was negative impression in my verification and my number is still not activated.

                        2days back on 27/1/17 I have visited ur airtel store(HIMAYATNAGAR/HYD) branch, and I have placed request for prepaid to post paid connection for which even I have paid 300/- rs, and your executive said max by next day morning the service will be activated, , , , ,
                        But it didn't started, i called same store and your executive said again than by day end the service will get started but still it's not been activated...and even now ur online staff is saying that my request is under process...
                        So do am I looking as a FOOL...? So that I should keep calling to ur guys to know my status...and to hear u their ######## reasons and excuses...

                        I want MY PLAN and SERVICE to be started right now...or else I am going to share same thing with local media channels websites of Hyderabad for ur fake promises and fool service...

                        And finally i don't have patients and I don't know what I am gonna do at HIMAYATNAGAR AIRTEL STORE...

                              In this location airtel mobile network voice problem. Mobile signal no problem but voice is breaking, voice not hearing clearly, some time one way voice hearing, i am facing so many problem. i have 2 airtel sim with different mobiles, both network problems are same. i kindly request you solve this problem in this area immediately.

                                Where is the balance 3GB?

                                  I have very horrible experience with airtel post paid connection with very very poor signal at my home. we are not able to make a call, please look at this problem and resolve asap, we can not make call inside the home which is located in the heart of delhi city, karol bagh new delhi.

                                  please try this number, you will reach very hard to this number...please resolve this issue asap...when we are make call it was showing like not register on network. Really it is mentally harassed by the airtel team saying we will visit and solve this but there is no response after lot of calls on their help line number. now i am too sick that why i am writing to you pls. solve this as soon as possible. if i want to call from my home urgent call than i have to go outside the home even than i feel problem to go again and again outside the home. My urgent calls and business calls i am missing day by day. its really a ridiculous and mentally sick because i am enable to call to somebody even in emergency. pls. help us to got corrected signals by airtel...!!!

                                    I am writing to you to express my extreme disappointment for the treatment I received from Airtel, after being a loyal customer for 12+ years.

                                    I had a number - [protected] (prepaid) which I had been using since 12 years. Then I had to travel to the US last month due to which I couldn't operate this number for around 1.5 months. I came back to Hyderabad last week and tried using the number and got to know that this has been re-issued to someone else. I hadn't received any notification whatsoever on this change, which could have made me act sooner and approached the team.

                                    I have all my bank details, Hall ticket information, exam details sent to my phone numbers and it is REALLY important for me to have this number back. I'd sincerely request the airtel team to pay heed to this request and see if I could have this number back. After being a loyal customer all these years, I'd be really grateful if this is something you could help me with as it's really important for my day-to-day activities.
