I disconnected Fixedline number [protected], 2 months before and I sent disconnection request for your reference in the attached file.From call center also they called for disconnection, I told to disconnect and I paid the balance amount on November. Still I am getting the bill from this connection (now totally bill amount is mentioned as 2160.73 ruppees) for not using this line. Every day telecallers and airtel collection person is calling to pay for unused connection.I don't know people in airtel is working for closing this problem.Still they will mail but will not resolve the issue and tell airtel collection person to call my number and again ask money from me for not using the line.That collection person spoke today and blackmailing, he will disconnect only when he receives amount.I request the people in airtel to close the issue now.

        I used registered prepaid number more than 5 years now it's been deactivated. I requested airtel service center to activate the above number, but they said the number has been transferred to other person nd when I called on that number it's switch off.           I have been using my post paid connection number for the past 11 plus years. My average bill has not exceeded more than Rs. 450 per month at any given given point of time. For the same kind o[censored]sage I have received a bill of Rs. 1155 for this month. When contacted airtel store i was told that i had used 900 sms against a free 200 sms. and the charges are Rs.1 per sms. This is fleecing. Airtel should clarify or reverse the bill with authenticated charges only.

              I had applied for broadband on 4th Jan from airtel..those guys came and I also paid advance of Rs 7500 .. But later they said technical issues and cannot extend the connect.On their advice I was asked to apply for refund on their portal.I filled all the fields..uploaded my cancelled cheque also.But even after 20 days no refund is initiated.I speak to their customer care they dodge the question by referring to one another. Airtel is looting the common man by doing this non sense. I don't understand how much more millions do airtel cheat .I on this open forum demand my money back with interest.You please address my grievance or else I will go to consumer court.

                  Providing Incorrect Information to us after placing an order for 2MBPS line.
                  And after all the documentation process is done they dont answer our calls and email which is very much disgraceful for a requirement.

                      Hi All,

                      THis is to bring to your note that the Airtel service is very bad in terms of providing and resolving technical issues and reported the issue and also i have not used the data card for about more than 6 months, 2 times raised a request for closing the connection. in spite of that they were raising bill every month. Seems very unfair and now they demanded me to clear all the payments for 6 month for which i have not used before closing.. Every time they call only for clearing the amount. No one is bother to resolve the technical issue. They also give you false promises to resolve within 6 days and requested us to cancel the request, by doing that nothing improved but my bill amount was raised. Finally I felt it is very unfair from the service part to demand the customers like this in spite of having issue with them. I would not recommend anyone this Airtel services because of this bad service.

                      Once the cancellation is requested and data is not used, Consumer forum should help us in ensuring the service provides to stop generating the bill.

But on tracking but on tracking Airtel site replies-"No record found. Customer care No.-4444121 was also tried, but it is for fixed line phone only.

                              Sir, I am using airtel prepaid mobile no since last and half year. Since last five days there are so many times my account balance have been deducted for so many value added services even I didn't activate any service. Instantly I have been contacted customer service and they solved, deactivated the service and refunded the deducted amount. But, another service is being ativated automatically and balance deducted. this exercise is being happened since last five days and resulting this I am mentally disturbing. So please resolve this problem so that it shouldn't happen in future for good relationship between customer and airtel company. Thanks for an early action.

                                My mobile no. Is [protected], name Amritsherpal singh. I have taken a plan of rs. 250 for 2gb data (3g). But on 15 jan. 2017 I took extra .500 data through smart bites for approximately rs.150. And along qith that I asked from a coustomar care executive if I've used any extra data than my plan, but he assured me that I haven't. Along with that he told me that if my data usage exeeds the limit then it will be disconnected automatically as it was stopped earlier as well after 2 gb consumption. But now I have been charged around 1400 rs. Just because of excessive data consumption. So please do something regarding my bill as I have been misguided by one of your coustomar care executive. I am not able to pay this much. It shall be really kind of you.

                                  I took a airtel data sim ([protected]) on 24th Jan'17.

                                  I was informed that I will get a double data benefit for 10GB data plan with 999 rental. I should get 20GB after activating the offer. But even after activating it on 25th of January'17, I was not provided the offer yet. I called customer care repeatedly but they were not able to resolve the issue. Also raised a complaint (OT[protected] to airtel but didn't receive any reply yet.

                                  The airtel executive who had given me the connection is also not responding.
                                  Please look into it. Otherwise I have to discontinue it.

                                      Dear Sir

                                      I am Aafa J S were using an airtel sim ([protected] prepaid) since May 2014 upto 3 January 2017. The sim was taken in the name of my father T Somanathan (Thankanivas Parasuvaikal P O Parassala Trivandrum 695508) on May 2014. On 5 January my sim was not active and I called the customer care. I came to know from a customer care executive that the ownership of the sim is changed to some other person as a postpaid connection. But this was happened without the authorization of my father T Somanathan(original owner). By using that phone number the fraudlent person hacked my facebook and gmail accounts and posted vulgar posts. I really need a statement regarding the details of change of ownership and the airtel showroom from which the change is happened and the details of the current owner. Please kindly respond.                                         Dear sir,
                                        we wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of our house. The junction box was installed without our knowledge and it is right in front of our gate. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to us as we cannot park our Four wheeler inside our parking lot. It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest.
