    I have made payment of RS, 1000 for new broadband connection on dec' 01' 2016 but no connection given till today. Customer care executive not giving proper response when I contact them. They are not refunding money and not even giving new connection. Most of the times they are not answerring call and even if they answer they are asking to call back after some time. Could anyone please help me.

    I am still not getting proper response from the airtel broadband customer support executive. Could someone please help me to get either the connection or the money back. I would appreciate if someone from airtel could call rather updating the comments, because nobody from airtel contacted me till now. Because of this issues, it gives a very bad impression of airtel to me. Could someone please take action please.

      My mob no which is airtelmoney acct is [protected].
      I received the below msg -on 20-04-16
      "Payment to Videocond2h(Min Rs.150) done successfully for Rs.500.0. Your airtel money a/c has been debited by Rs.500(Fee:Rs.0. Bonus:Rs.0). Transaction ID:[protected]. Date:[protected]:13. Current balance is Rs.3747.03."

      I have not done such types of activity and how RS 500 deducted from my Airtel money acct. i have given many compliant to airtel money customer but not action taken by them.

      my airtel money bal deduction 500/- and the same issue is not getting clear and now recently three call received me and one pers used dirty langauage with me. call recd from [protected] who did not identify his name but told from airtel service. i am unable to send the info because lot of correspondence with me. i will produce to you if required

        Dear Sir,
        My name is Hari Krishna & i have Airtel postpaid connection with number [protected] with Mumbai region. I lost signals since 28/1/17 without any reason whereas i dont have any pending bills at all. When i am trying to reach their representatives, all are saying there is no problem with their service & it will get sorted soon. I could not have many important calls till now due to this issue. I want compensation for the loss from Airtel for the same. It is really embarrassing after several calls also there is no response from their end. They are taking undue advantage of the customer's weakness as this number is important to me & i cant change it as of now. Kindly look into the matter & do justice to me.

          I have received a call from Airtel Number : [protected] and inspite of advising him, continuously giving a call and harassing using unethical behavior and words, Request to kindly take an action against the number.
          Also i would advise if there is any way where we can block unwanted calls online using our Mobile network account as this seems to very useful for any person to do that online and if there is any such facility please advise.

                  Even after complaining repeatedly 8GB of data is deducted from my account today, for regular web browsing. Even my jio mobile data (1GB) is more than sufficient for my daily use. I want an explanation for this loot. Yesterday 10 GB of data was debited from my account without any reason. If airtel do not compensate for my loss i will approach the consumer court and also start an online campaign regarding this issue.

                  I also have noted that this kind of cheating is very common in airtel to force the customer to buy your smartbytes package. Refer to the complaints available online:

                  I need an immediate solution for this or disconnect your broadband and pay me compensation.

                      My Airtel wallet blocked and if I try to reset my mpin it always saying "MPIN reset window closed please try after 24 hours". If I dial 400 number, it is saying "your airtel account blocked please try *400# to reset the mpin". *400# is not giving me any luck. Even Airtel guys at service centre are helpless.

                      Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 29 JAN 2017. Where is my amount.
                      Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
                      what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

                      Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
                      Now not refunding my money back.
                      Reassigning another date and date.

                      Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

                      Guys do suggest how to process complain in Consumer Forum. Now I will legally file the case in Consumer Forum.

                      Please share this issue on social media so other innocent people must be aware of this scam.
                      They are not returning money and again extending the date. I am not able to understand that why they are not processing the NEFT even after 1 and half month.
                      Very pathetic service.
                      Guys seriously don't pay in advance otherwise they will not return the money.
                      Better use another service provider.

                          I requested for broad band connection of Airtel on date 26 Sep 2016.After few days Airtel informed me that they can’t provide connection in our area so I request for refund. Now, Airtel is refunding my 1000 via cheque with name Prateek because I mentioned Prateek in form only but I have already informed there have no account with single 'Prateek' name because my name is Prateek Srivastava. Airtel committed that if I provide canceled cheque with complete name or bank statement, they will do NEFT but they sent cheque with Prateek name that was useless even I have provided all docs twin times in mail which they want.They were doing time pass from last 30 days and taking all docs on mail but at last they sent me useless cheque as per customer care.Main point is that they were saying just receive that cheque after that they will update my name and then do the NEFT but they were saying same word before sending cheque.They had already taken too much day and did wrong promised. Even I wrote down about on this matter on Airtel facebook page. At last total 120 days has been passed and I didn't get any cheque. They hold my 1000 rupees, they didn't do NEFT, didn't send cheque, didn't complete their promises. They feel that customers are fool but we are not fool. I disconnected my Airtel D2H service, my Airtel number and also my home broad band connection and are giving to suggestion to all for not using Airtel services.

                              Airtel launched this Rs 1498 pack wherein you get 6 GB 3G/4G data and on subsequent recharges of Rs 259 you get 5 GB instead of 1GB. ON subsequent recharges I hardly get 3G Speed.

                                I received the following flyer from airtel and it is surprised to know that is offering 100 GB data for the pack of 1499.(attached photo)

                                My internet broadband pack is of Rs.1499 and is being offered only 40 GB.

                                When airtel offering such offers why the regular customer are being duped.

                                Please clarify and if so I wish to avail the 1099 (50 GB pack) from my next turn.

                                Customer service agent although promised to change the plan to 1099 (50 GB) but it has not been effected till date. Further the above said plan was implemented 2 months back, airtel neither update my plan i, e, increased my data automatically but however charged more money i.e. Rs.1499 (for 40 GB) instead of 1099/- for two months.
                                It is also interesting to note that the airtel has resolved my previous issue saying that refund of Rs.500/- as rental advance will be made.but so far not done and now when asked to the customer agent, he was surprised.
                                It is a clear indication that the consumer complaint forum was replied with false information without actually resolving the actual issue to the consumer.

                                  Rs 333 recharge provide unlimited calling to any network with 4 GB data overall. But after recharging I'll only get 1 GB data as day use and 1 GB data for night use. Its totally scam offer. Said to get 4 GB data for day and night but still get Very less data. Not satisfied with the service. either resolve my problem or i am leaving this network.                                     I have brought a new number for which 2 times somebody came for verification, in working days
                                    At the time of buying the connection I asked them to send somebody on Sunday or call me before coming for the verification, so that I could come back for the same, As Me and my wife both are working but neither they send on Sunday nor they call me before coming because of what it was negative impression in my verification and my number is still not activated.
