Hi, i had requested AIrtel to port from old BSNL connection to AIrtel, and the application collected by Airtel Executive, new sim issued immedeately on[protected], later on 20th jan 2017, my BSNL Sim has been deactivated and when i tried inserting the Airtel Sim, the same is not showing any network.
i had registered complaint with Airtel customer care and on social media as well, but no help.
later i had requested for new sim, its been a week since my request for new sim, neither they are delivering sim to my address nor they are giving when i visited the AIrtel store.
i am total frustrated and irritated, nobody is there to help me, offcourse every day one customer care call to my alternative number, just for the sake of knowing the status of my complaint and till today, nobody has tried really helping me with the problem.
now i want to switch back to BSNL, since this airtel is not activating my sim atleast, if my connection rejected i can happily switch back to BSNL.

i request you to either to activate or if not possible Cancel my connection here and cancellation details to my mail ID canaveen.[protected]@gmail.com, so that i will get the BSNL connection.
i have faced hell lot of problem with this please do resolve this.

I have purchased 4G device from Airtel Representative (Requested from Airtel site https://www.airtel.in/4g/hotspot/) but still I have not received the device activation bill of Rs 1000/- even after more than 2 months. Representative (Subhod Kumar-[protected]) told me that it will take time to update in the system and generate the bill so will forward it to your email ID but no luck. I am trying to call the Representative from past one month every time he says will give it to you in another week and that week never came.
On top of that i am facing issues with network as it says "connected with problems" and nothing works except Youtube and few websites not sure whats the issue. Logged complaint in the Airtel customer care ([protected]) complaint #87882498 but issue not resolved yet.
Its really frustrating because i took this for official use and in need to submit the bill for reimbursement.
