Hello Team,

I have ordered an Airtel postpaid SIM online on 13th Jan 2017. The request id is : [protected] unfortunately I forget to write down the selected number. One of the Airtel executive came to my place and provided me one SIM card. He told me that it will be verified soon. I also receive the verifaction call and they gave me a few options for new numbers. I choose [protected] number among 6 numbers provided to me.

Please activate my new Airtel postpaid number as soon as possible as I have already provided all my documents. My current contact number to get in touch with me is [protected].

    I had taken a new Airtel 4Gsim card from Airtel store and I had sent a message to 121 following the sim card number[protected]U by my old Airtel sim card and message came to confirm by pressing 1 and after pressing one a message was delievered to me that you new sim card with above given number is activated. After few minutes my old sim had lost the network so I had inserted the new sim but its 6, hours passed but there is no network in new sim and my old sim is also deactivated by Airtel. Please help because i am not able to see my all official calls now and messages now. Please update asap.

      I have surrendered tha 4G LTE sim no.[protected] on October at the Vellayambalam outlet, Trivandrum, Kerala on October 2016.The costumer care executive have destroyed the SIM in presence of me and said that a clouser billwould be mailed me soon.But insted of that they have still continuously sending regular bills and force me to pay.

        Hi Folks,

        I do wonder if you guys actually exist or you are just an urban legend. No, seriously. How many days does a service provider take to give a new connection. Leave about new connection, your customer care team should have a minimum courtesy to respond or acknowledge emails or take calls.

        Last week, that is 12th Jan 2017, Thursday I have given a request online for a new broadband connection along with landline. The very next day got a call to give the required document proof to their agent. I waited for the whole day for the so called agent who never turned up, and no calls as well. Next 2 days no information. Monday a call from the same lady ([protected]) asking whether I have submitted all the document to the person from Airtel (who never came). Don't you guys have any communication between your staff. Is there no process. The story is just getting started, I said no one came, she said she will make sure that some one will come on Monday, 17th Jan, again no one turned up. Yesterday she called again with the same question, seriously guys.. you have a lot of guts. Finally she said I can send the document proof to an email id (manjunat.[protected]@airtelworld.com). If this can be done, she should have asked me to do it on last friday which saves so much time for me and you guys as well. Any way I did it.
        Now she told me that I will be getting the connection within a day or 2 since she could verify that feasibility check is successfull. I am not sure how she did it remotely without even sending one to my location. So after that no news at all. I don't have a number to reach back, she does not pick up the call if I call back in the number she use to call me. No acknowledgement to the email as well.
        As a customer I am clueless. I need this connection immediately and you can see that it is already so much delayed.

        I cannot send sms from my airtel mobile number. Although i checked the message centre number which is [protected]. But still when i m trying to send sms somewhere it shows message sending failed. Please help

          Dear All,

          I am writing this email after having no choice and waiting for over 20 days to get my Airtel Landline/Broadband transferred to an area within 3 kms from the last installed area.

          The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I dont know when you guys will have this resolved. This is an office and connectivity is important to us.

          The only thing I can understand is the person who spoke to us last is more than happy to cancel the line as we told them to cancel it. She did not even make an effort to resolve the issue. The request for transfer was raised on 27-28th Dec and as I write this email it still stands unreolved.

          I only hope you do not treat other customers like the way you have treated us

            Mysel[censored]mesh singh no [protected] had service with airtel on 10 th of january 2016 they had deducted Rs 30 against any pack activation, afterwards this MSG i had checked randomly on 14th of Jan 2016, afterwards i called the customer care, but it replied that facility had been started by you, that is totally wrong, no any request and not any acceptance for the same,

              Airtel has been in the business of treating customers unfair, cheating customers, asking for payments for which bills were never sent, making extortion calls through anonymous and unidentifiable people claiming to be advocates from Delhi, asking for payments against services never availed. the way they speak to customers is highly objectionable and we highly regret taking Airtel connection.

              We want appropriate action to be taken against them and also want to pursue a case of loss of goodwill and cheating against them

                I raised a request for a new Airtel connection one week back. I had to do multiple follow-ups to get some one to call me to find out the maximum speed possible in my area. Then they collected the documents and said they would provide the connection the next day. I kept calling up the customer care each day and they said they would provide it the very next day for 6 days in a row. The customer care team has no idea about what the installation team is doing.

                On the third day when I called, they said that the phone number has been asssigned and the connection would be done the next day, But no one came.

                Finally after one week, when I called them, they told me that there is no feasibility at all in my area. That too they informed me only when I called them and not on their own.
                Then why did they collect the documents at all in the first place and why did they provide me with fake dates when they dont have the feasability at all in my area. I have wasted a week of my time and spent a lot on phone calls by following up with them. if I had gone for a different servce provider, I would have the connection by now.
                Atleast when they they had the information that there was no possibility of installation, they should have informed me.

                      I am using Airtel post paid connection from last 2 years .4-Jan-2017 I have requested porting of number from Karnataka circle to Mumbai .But still my number is not migrated to Mumbai circle .customer care people give some fake commitments that issue will resolve with in 1 hour .But there is no response from them .I have raised some tickets 73528706 and [protected] with airtel but no reply .If you are not able to port my number then update customer so they will check with other option .My postpaid number [protected].
                      AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND THEY HAVE ONLY INTENTION TO LOOT PEOPLE WITHOUT QUALITY SERVICE .

                          I live in basaveshwarnagar near the water tank area and I have been facing several difficulties with airtel. It is not only my experience but also common to all airtel customers living in this locality. We are unable to receive calls as they are always not reachable. I'm not able to receive OTPs from my bank because SMS don't get delivered. Outgoing calls work perfectly fine. But everything to do with incoming don't work at all. The mobile phones show full signal as always but something is wrong with the connection.I have contacted their customer care countless times about this issue and they say that they are "upgrading their infrastructure" and it will take a few months to set right. This is totally unacceptable. My entire living depends on attending calls and I'm unable to do that. Please make sure that this problem is corrected as a mobile service provider cannot exist where their customer's calls aren't delivered properly. I'm sure this issue can be escalated and fixed very easily but they put us through so much trouble, even after being a loyal customer from the past 14 years. Please review this problem and set it right. Thank you.

                              Even after 3 month still payment not updated in my account

                              When i have taken airtel brodband connection. i have paid 3 month rent in advance. even after 3 month still payment detail is not updated in my account.

                              its been more than 1 month and still my complain is not resolved. every time i called customer care they are saying wait for 72 hours. same thing they are saying every time i call them. because of payment not updated at there end internet service also disconnected

                              I recharge my mobile on 7th of dec 2016, but till date i didn't get any benefit from that recharge. do the needful. i complain so many time to the customer care but they are unwilling to help me. and every time they told me lie we will call you and solve your issue but till date problem is not solved. and also they are unwilling to take any complain.

                              I recharged my mobile through my airtel app on 7th December 2016. there was a offer o[censored]nlimited all mobile calls and 1GB 3G/4G data. But I did't get any type of balance through this recharge. Several time I complain to airtel customer care no 121 (UP east). But till date no action taken by them, they only told we took your complain and we will solve. But till date nothing happen. Only they Cheat me.

                              How much time you need to reach the problem? Because from 7th December 2016 your customer support 121 (UP east) try to reach on the problem, but till today they are unable to reach. So, let me know the what more details you need from me to reach the problem.

                                Today, I have received call from Number([protected]), saying that they are calling from Lok Adalat court as a case was filed against me for Outstanding Airtel Bill.

                                I strongly feel that call was made by people connected to Airtel.

                                I was using Airtel connection for my broadband and was paying around 1500Rs monthly for 1 year.(Airtel Fixedline no. [protected])

                                I had to shift my house, So I have cleared all my outstanding bills and requested for transfer only when they promised that it will take a maximum of 3 days.

                                I called multiple times to customer care within that three days no proper response at all, Was fed and took connection from another service provider.

                                Someone from Ariel came after 15 days without intimating me and told me that he activated port and phone/broadband setup will be done in other week by some other team.

                                I have informed that I have already taken another broadband, He suggested me to call Airtel customer care and inform, Which I did.

                                Am still unsure how this outstanding was lashed on me.

                                Now some one called me and quotes a Lok Adalat Case reference number ctc2784/13c/2017, Also threatens me to appear before lok adalat for settlement within a week or else they will de-activate all
                                my government ID's.

                                If this is not from Lok Adalat, Am surprised how a company like Airtel use these kinds of methods on their customers who are using Airtel services from many years.

                                Appreciate your help on this.

                                  I wanted to take airtel connection and requested for that.One Guy from Airtel came and told me to pay rs 1000 online through Airtel Website.I payed the amount and later the airtel guys told that the area is not feasible for Airtel connection and told the amount will be refunded in another 1 week .Till now i did not get the amount back its been more than 1.5 months.I sent mail more than 5 times and called Airtel Csutomer care more than 10 times, These guys will just take complaint and give new complaint no everytime.Below is the Details.I am also attaching Bill which i paid.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                    My name is Chaitanya with airtel postpaid number of +91 [protected], registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

                                    I had applied for postpaid to prepaid conversion on 28th December. I requested for a new sim and paid the remaining amount of my airtel postpaid card. I was promised that the conversion will be made by January 2nd, 2017. On January 2nd, I raised a complaint stating that the conversion had not completed. I was given a complaint reference number 73280776 and promised that the conversion will be made by Jan 4th whatsoever. Even after following up for three days with the customer care, the conversion was not successful. I spoke to the customer care on January 3rd and informed that I would be leaving the country on January 5th and requested them to take this as highest priority. I was promised that the conversion will be definitely made by January 4th evening whatsoever. I left the country for further studies but my conversion is still not successful. I requested my brother to complain regarding the same in the ARC, T.Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He spoke to a lady called Sudha who said that the conversion was complete and only the documentation was pending. She assured that it will be done within one working day and gave her contact number for any queries. My brother tried calling her after one working day. The phone was either switched off or not reachable whenever he tried. I got a message yesterday saying Airtel tried reaching me and will try contacting me again. It's funny that Airtel does not even consider emailing the customer when he/she is not available via phone.

                                    This service of yours is very inconvenient. I do not understand as to why a customer has to run around for the conversion. The customer guy called me when I was in India and he was asking me to give him the address of the ARC. I told him the area and the pincode. He was unable to locate. I was surprised that a guy from airtel does not know office of his own company! He said he cannot help me unless I give him the address. I had to again run around to get the address. I never faced any inconvenience like this in my life so far. I received a bill on 12th January. I will not be paying the bill as, for me, I have requested the conversion and paid the remaining amount already on Dec 28th.

                                    This will be my last resort and last try. I will not be trying to contact Airtel regarding my conversion. Please look in to this.

                                      My no is [protected] my best offer was 149 rps main 4gb 3g/4g net for 28 days
                                      i have done the the recharge on 17/1/17 at 03:10 pm but i i was only getting 2g speed when i made a call to customer care MS Ritu Devi attended my call and i gave her all the details . my phone is 4g and i was using aitel 3G services on the same address few months back. but when i asked her why i am not getting 3G speed she was unable to tell me. Even when i asked her weather my complain has been raised she said yes but when i asked her for complain no she said we dont provide any complain no actually we dont have any when i wanted to forward my call to seniors she deliberately disconnected my call.
