    I submitted my documents in Airtel for postpaid number with proper kyc documents and with required fees amount. But Airtel Cheated me. Last 4-5 days I am contacting cust. Care but no one activate my new connection. Last some days. Now I want return my documents and rupees no one hearing me. I am very confused. Please let's do something for help me.

      I RECHARGED MY NO. on 6th jan 2017 with rs.7(local [protected]@10p/min and other local and [protected]@30p/min) from airtel app. firstly the benift was not given. after my complaint the benift was given. then when ever i call a specific local airtel no. rs1 is deducted instead of 10p for a min. and then when i called executive gives me lame excuses like first when i called on 23 or 24 jan they told me that first call of the day will be charged as 2p/sec for 120sec and when today i called that number in evening rs. 1 was again deducted( that was 4th call of the day and every call lasted for 1 min. on average ) then i called customer care they told me that the number on which you are calling should be on home network. why that number should in home network to avail this offer . i mean i am in home network while placing call and that's all matters, i want full refund of the balance deducted and written assurance that this problem wont happen again in future. plus none of the above conditions like 1st 120 sec will be charged 2p/sec or that the local airtel number i am calling should be in home network was NOT MENTIONED ON AIRTEL APP. AIRTEL APP ALWAYS PROVIDE INCOMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT TRAIFF PACKS

        Hi Team,

        Today I got call from lawyer (Delhi Court) for legal notice regarding not making payment of Rs 1725 for airtel broadband account: [protected].

        I have made this payment to avoid any legal activities for now and below are the details:

        Receipt No: [protected]
        Airtel Store: Sahara Mall, Gurgaon

        But don't know how this amount is pending, As per below e mail I have requested for disconnection and the pending amount was 1000 rs as installation charges which was also paid at the time of taking connection by your Airtel agent who has provided airtel broadband connection in Wakad, Pune(Maharashtra-411057). I have given him Rs[protected]installation fees+ 100-Bank DD charges) in cash.

        You are troubling your customer without any reason. Below is the justification for what went on so far.

        I have also made payment for last Month (October-2015) bill -740 rs. Then from where this 1725 rs came as balance.

        I agree, that I got several calls regarding payment but I asked them for justification for the balance, they never gave any justification for the pending amount and just forcing to pay, even I had provided Airtel Agent's contact details for the clarification of the pending amount.

        As per your team they are saying that the cheque, submitted by your airtel agent Prakash got bounced. I am not able to understand, after using airtel connection for 5-6 month, you payment cheque for installation got bounced. If the payment was not successfully made then how connection got activated and at the time of closing connection you are saying your installation payment cheque got bounce.. very strange!!!

        In this case, where is my fault. I have submitted 1100 rs and my connection got activated.

        I have paid fees and my connection got active that enough for any customer to know. I am not ware of what's going on between airtel and airtel's agent as what he has submitted or not, whether he has submitted DD, Cheque or cash.

        Now at the time of closing the connection you are saying that installation fees is pending as cheque which the agent has submitted got bounced. That is not fare from any where or any point.

        Now request you to look into the discrepancies of the payments in the airtel account number [protected] on urgent basis and payback to me whatever extra amount that I have paid today.

        Otherwise I will move to consumer forum or any other legal action against double payment what I have made. Your team never tries to resolve issues with your Agent regarding Airtel installation charges and forcing customer to pay for that repeatedly.

        I need my money back which I have paid extra as soon as possible.

          Hi, I applied for my number portability in airtel. I gave 300 rs deposit for this process. the guy was from mobile solutions, Ahmedabad store. His number is [protected]. Now for some reason my number did not get ported and the guy is not give me my money back. I received message from airel on 4/07/2016 that we have received your request for porting your number. and on 20/07/2016 i received message from airtel that your request for mnp has been processed. Documents have been validated and is being forwarded to idea cellular" .
          But than for some technical issues my number was not ported and than no response from the store or from airtel.
          Than I received call from airtel that If i will port now into airtel than 300rs will be adjusted in my first bill.
          I did but now Airtel is not givving my 300rs back

          I was told that i will get call from airtel but still not receive.

            I Smt.Farhath Dureshawar, transferred an amount of Rs: 5000 in to my airtel money account on 10.01.2017 but, i am not able to pay any bill neither can transfer amount to others account as my account has been freezen by Airtel.
            I already registered a complaint with 400( that is Airtel Money Customer Care) and sent a mail to ([protected]@airtelmoney.com) but, till today i have not received any solution from Airtel with best soloution to solve my problem so as to access my money with Airtel money.

            In view of the above, I request you to kindly take immediate action so that to get back my amount to use for which l shall be grate full to you ever.

              I registered complaint regarding Not able to recharge online. They told me It will get rectified in 24hrs. After 3 days, again I complained and this time they told it will get resolved by 2 PM 17 Jan 2017. Again I reached out to Karnataka nodal. After reaching out to nodal team, It's been 2 days. I have not got any response so I had no other option left other than mailing Appellate Authority. They called me 3 days back and now there is no response from there side also. I don't know what to do now.

                    I have many complaints for stopping the services of my no. [protected] from october onwards and stop using the services from 28th october itself.

                      In-spite of that you Representative have hold the phone for 25 minutes or disconnected the phone
                      P​lease note that : I have not been using the phone since Dec 2016​, and ​​I have already made several request to disconnect the Phone [protected]​, it looks that you have to keep on sending the bills instead of disconnecting the phone connection it self ​ & now i am not responsible & liable to make any payment to whatever & as many bills you send to me.

                          Airtel will have network in Himalayas and other places where people will not even exist. But it is not there in some parts of Bhubaneshwar (Capital city). Even I cant manage direct transactions because of non-steady network even on 4G. I don't know how aitel will serve other rural areas across the country. Very disappointed.

                              We are getting very low signals from few months back, we are not able to make a call, please look at this problem and resolve ASAP,
                              we can not make call inside of the office, at out side signals are better.

                                Reference is made to emails sent to [protected]@in.airtel.com from [protected]@gmail.com

                                I am a pre paid Airtel Customer.

                                My airtel sim for cell no. [protected] has yet not been credited with Rs.44.00 debited from my SBI account for the same package i.e. Rs.44.00

                                I have sent two emails to Airtel but they haven't had the decency to even acknowledge them.

                                Left with no choice, I bring this to the Kind Attention of this forum.

                                Since there is already an amount sent to them online i.e. Rs.44, I do not want to pre pay any further amount till the same has been settled.

                                This leaves me in a very inconvenient spot as I am left with no credit in my phone.

                                The package that I have subscribed to i.e. Rs. 44 is an advertised and applicable package and I had this confirmed even at Airtel Store in Vile Parle East on 23rd Jan 2017.

                                    My mobile no. [protected] ported to Airtel 2 year before.
                                    I got a msg from Airtel "please recharge your Airtel mobile by 22 sept. to avoid disconnection of service (Grace Disconnection)"
                                    Msg recd. on 22-Sept.2016 07:49pm
                                    And next morning service is stopped. I tried with customer care, I visited to Airtel Gallery, I mailed to customer care and grievance officer, but no one able to make my number back in service.
                                    Number disconnected due to no usage and no balance during 90 days. But now I came to know that TRAI has guidelines to have grace period of 15 days to active mobile no. again. Then why Airtel not did.
                                    This no. I am using since 6.5 years and it is registered everywhere for online transaction and as registered contact number.
                                    I need my number active again,
                                    This no. still not available with BSNL.

                                        I am getting so many threatening calls from Airtel.
                                        I availed data card from Airtel numbered [protected] from Pune Maharastra
                                        I paid 12 months of advance rental and that was 11940.
                                        After three months airtel sent me bill of Rs 7149 and disconnected my data card connection.
                                        Airtel did not let me avail the service for remaining 9 months.
                                        Now Airtel have made my life hell calling me repeatedly some time 6 times in a day and threatening me for legal action.
                                        I requested Airtel to adjust this bill of Rs 7140 with 9 month remaining advance rent of Rs 8995.
                                        I am so much tortured by Airtel executives.
                                        If you suggest I can pay bill of Rs 7140 But then It means that I would be paying Rs 19000 for three months of service. It si not justified.
                                        I am so much tortured by their threatening calls of Airtel executives.
                                        Please help.
