I've been charged 41000 as a part of data usage over international roaming, all through while I was on WiFi very much and now Airtel is harassing by barring my number and asking for a letter to bring from consumer forum with a plea of getting charges refused.
Airtel now acting and misbehaving in conversation, I have been given enough explanation and evidences per my knowledge but they want to only listen to their system. charges are 55MB data for 41000INR which is like unnecessary blaming a consumer and harassing. There is too much lack of communication and officials are hiding to reply anything over emails.
I am fed up, please help

Updated by ghoshsmr I am getting dirty collection calls, evenafter timeline given to me until 22nd Feb then is these kind of calls required ? And surprisingly got to know, Airtel just to avoid customer query they put down phone receiver with any xyz update or irrelevant status. This is really very surprising and disappointing, I am using this number for ages now and multiple times flew to outside country and never such charges occur. Now when I have dues, I want assistance but Airtel using unfair means to trouble and exploit.

Updated by ghoshsmr Can I request for a call from Airtel team at [protected] before I take next step, I have been going through tremendous mental pressure and want to end this today. This is really becoming unsecure and Airtel team is not treating our reach properly, instead directing it to some other external agency.
I have paid for Jan 2017 dues and Dec 2016 is left out, waiting for resolution which is promised until 22nd Feb over mail but collection team is troubling day in day out.
