I got few calls from +91 [protected](Airtel Number) and they are asking the password, card no, CCV pin and card details. They told me that they are calling from IDBI bank, So, I request you please take some action immediately on this number because this is showing dummy number and service provider is Bharti Airtel(Bihar & Jharkhand)...
My concern is that, why Bharti Airtel is not closing this type of dummy numbers...????
Bharti Airtel is supporting mobile cybercrime..???
Why are you giving dummy numbers in market...??

To protect all our mobile subscribers from malicious activities which may result in substantial increase in their phone bill, airtel would like to advise the following:
• Do not respond to any suspicious missed calls from unknown numbers.
• Do not get lured into any financial transactions or divulge any personal information like IMEI, Bank Account number and other information to callers offering prize money or lottery winnings. Also do not respond to any instructions to dial an international number to get the prize money.
• This luring may also be done through SMS messages offering prize money and seeking personal details on a specified email ID. Please do not respond to these.
• Do not respond to any SMS/Email from unknown sources prompting you to call on a number or go to a site offering free download of content/movie clips/pictures.

    As checked you need to maintain the balance in your account in order to get the services in IR. at present current balance is Rs 133/- which is less to initiate or received calls. Please note that once you will have sufficient balance, on first incoming or outgoing, Rs 99/- one time rental for 30 days along with call cost will be charged.

      I have received call from [protected] saying that he is airtel customer care to resolve my earlier complaint against to airtel wallet.
      I had problem with airtel wallet so I have complained to airtel several time they have not responded so I have complained in this website, within a few minutes I have received the call from the above no saying that he will refund the amount I requested him to transfer the money to my DTH A/c he said it is not possible & asked the card no, before giving the card no I had asked him are fraud or airtel service provider, he replied sir I am not asking your bank a/c details give me your card no & will transfer the money he said,
      I have become fool & given OTP no also to this fraud cheater he withdrawn 9999+5000 immediately & tried some amt to cheat luckily I had only 15k bal in my a/c so he stopped.

        Prepaid number connection was disconnected for outgoing calls and within 4 working days submitted the documents in Airtel office .- Avinashi road.
        But as soon as I asked for acknowledgement they said Airtel seal is enough .
        No they have blocked my number

          My airtel no. [protected] has lost on 22.12.2016 i registred a complaint for Sim blocking on 198 complaint no. but they dint took any serious action. somebody found the sim on road and he requested for sim porting and now the sim is registered in some other network.
          kindly take some serious action i want my number back.

                Before one week i suddenly received a message stating "Document i have submitted while taking airtel mobile connection is not valid hence your service will be discontinued. To continue your service submit valid document in nearest airtel center". For your information i am using airtel prepaid connection since 3 years and you found the driving licence that i have submitted was invalid.

                I contacted Airtel center in my town he said You need to submit it to Ahmedabad it won't be done from my town Kapadwanj (State-Gujarat, PIN-387620). All this things happened on Thursday(5-Jan). Next day (6-Jan) i had to catch travels to Bangalore. Hence i changed the plan and left early from home to submit document at ARC in Ahmedabad. I went to Airtel Relationship Center, Paladi, Ahmedabad. Airtel representative told me "Sir this can't be done here, you have to visit Airtel Ceenter, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad", i went to Ambawadi airtel center and submitted same driving licence (keep in mind i had to catch travels to Bangalore).

                I didn't get any call from Airtel center regarding status of my connection hence i called them on 9-Jan. AR told me "We have submitted your request wait for 2 days to get your connection started" I called them on 11-Jan, AR replied "Sir you need to insert new sim card as there is no record of [protected] in Airtel's database and your card will get activated after 48 hrs" . I was in bangalore, so i told my friend to collect card from Airtel center. Then he inserted the card in ordinary mobile to verify. Still he is calling AR to get it resolved.
                i am not getting suddenly what happened with my original ID proof that you found it invalid.
                Please resolve this issue ASAP otherwise i have to think about some other forums and to escalate with next manager.

                  I have a family data share plan. I've recharged the parent number with ₹267 4GB data plan and I wasn't able to use internet in the member numbers. On enquiring, I was told ₹267 was only for that particular number and data couldn't be shared. But no such intimation was given during recharge. Hence I asked to change my plan to the regular ₹265 for 1GB data, which was rejected.also refund was rejected.

                    Hi,

                    This mail is to notify airtel to revoke our broadband connection.

                    This mail is also to to make you aware that worst customer service for past 10 days almost. We have been calling repeatedly, sending mails for the complaint number : 77277622, but no proper action has been taken yet. No care about the customer relationship.

                    We call the customer care everyday, they give us some engineer's contact number. We call him, he says he fixed it already but it never works and then he says he will fix again and that he doesnt care about when the complaint was raised.

                    Enough of these games between airtel and us. Please revoke the connection because I dont see that a customer who has no past dues, all payments done is treated is being treated like this.

                    And FYI we used internet this month only for the first days. Please be more responsive the next time you receive a complaint from any customer.

                    I want a reply immediately with proper response on how to revoke the connection.

                        I requested for airtel broadband and made 3 month advance payment of 3147₹, but they failed to give connection due to technical issues and when I requested for refund they asked for few documents and it's been more than 2 months still they haven't refunded my money, now a days they are not even responding for my mails.
                        Never opt for advance payment option in Airtel.

                          I had made payment for 3 months broad band connection from Airtel for amount of rs 3297 on 22Dec 2016. But due to technical issue that connection was not successful so they asked for to submit request online for refund. I had made request online and submitted the cancelled cheque for refund. It's almost one month and Airtel is not able to refund my money.
                          If I had made payment in 5 mins then why they are not refunding my money.

                          Guys please do not make payment in advanced and pay only if your connection is successful otherwise go for a another service provider. They even do not provide 2 MBPS in my area and when I was paying the amount they said speed will be 16 MBPS.
                          Do think twice before choosing Airtel and making payment advanced.

                          As per your communication I should have received the amount by 25 JAN 2107. Till now I did not receive the amount with in 1 month. Now tell me how you are gonna handle this. I am leaving that house forever and relocating to another city. You people are shame on the name of Digital India. Only churning the interest on my amount.
                          Now tell how will I receive my amount if I leave that house with-in 1-2 days. Shame on your process and service.

                          Guys please do not pay in advance to airtel broadband otherwise you will also loose your money. Better try another operator after installation and testing but do not rely on airtel broadband.

                          Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 29 JAN 2017. Where is my amount.
                          Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
                          what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

                          Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
                          Now not refunding my money back.
                          Reassigning another date and date.

                                I raised a porting request with airtel to port my number from vodafone to airtel on 26th dec 2016 and provided the aitel executive with all the mandatory documents along with the fees of Rs.250 and in return he gave me the airtel sim. After this no further action was taken by airtel on the same even after I called them several times. On 9th of January 2017 on the date of expiration of my UPC code the airtel executive came for the address verification. On 13th Jan I receive the message from Vodafone that my request for porting has been cancelled because the UPC code got expired on 9th Jan. When I inquired about the same by calling on the airtel customer care number, Firstly I realized that the customer service is extremely poor as the executive had no idea how to deal with the situation and Secondly they told me re-submit all the documents again by visiting the nearby airtel store. Now Firstly, I would like to know that what made the airtel executive to wait so long for executing the verification process. Secondly, if the problem is in their internal process then why do I have to follow the whole process of documentation again. Don't these people have any simple resolution for this.
                                Customer care executive with whom I had a word was so dumb that she had no idea how to resolve the query. Kindly provide the solution for this as I have heard that airtel is very good in providing the service but as far as I have experienced its the worst.
