Hi Team,

I’m using airtel black ([protected])where I’m seeing free xstream box at no extra cost at airtel thanks app, but when I call customer care they said the offer is not valid and expired on 16th December but yet they haven’t removed that from app about this and when I called customer care for ordering xstream box I need to pay 2200+ 999rs for Amazon prime, I already have prime which is offered by airtel only on airtel black why I need to buy again.

Airtel is simple fooling customers saying xstream box at free of cost and when we call them to order we need to pay 3299rs.

      Sim Ownership Change for Deceased

      This complaint is regarding the sim [protected] in the name of my father-in-law Mr. Ashwini Jagirdar. He passed away by illness in August immediately post which the sim has suddenly stopped working. I have submitted all the required documents along with the Death Certificate to the Airtel store in Moosarambagh and Himayatnagar stores, to change the ownership to his wife Rekha Jagirdar.

      My airtel Landline number: [protected]
      Location: Kharar Punjab

      I paid over rs 3500 as advance on 4th dec 2021, Airtel started my services on 6th Dec, however as I was unable to login to my game through Airtel wifi, I raised a complaint and as it was unresolved, I asked for refund and disconnection of service on 7th December.

      There has been no calls or acknowledgement regarding termination of services from Airtel

      Today there is nothing showing on my Airtel app anymore, there is no communication from Airtel regarding my refund.

      Airtel has scammed me once before in Gurgaon a few years back, I am afraid they are going to scam me again.

      Please help!

        Hello team,
        On 19th November 2021, I requested for an Airtel broadband connection from your Airtel showroom in Madurai.

        I opted and paid 6 months advance rental of Rs.3532/- (through a link which was sent to me via Credit Card) which is for 6 month for the plan of Rs.499/- and 40 mbps.

        Transaction ID :[protected]
        Amount paid : Rs.3532/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Two only)

        However the service engineer who called for installation informed that only 16mbps connection will be given and not 40 mbps and if I agree to that 16 mbps connection he will proceed with installation.

        I disagreed to it and called Airtel team for checking and they too checked and informed only 16 mbps connection can be given.

        Since that is not what I expected I requested for refund of my money which was agreed by your team and refund initiated.

        Since even after 13 days I did not see the money in my account I contacted Airtel support team on 3rd December 2021 requesting to know the details and they informed me that they have completed refund and it was done on 23rd November 2021.

        While I checked my account I could see that they have refunded Rs.3/- (Rupees Three Only) on 23rd November 2021 and not the full amount as agreed.

        They asked me to send my bank statement and I have sent on 20th of December 2021. But they have not replied yet.

        This kind of poor service and support is not accepted and highly disappointing.

        Please refund the entire amount at the earliest. If you need any details please reach out to me.

          Hello, Hetal Here!
          I had recharged my airtel mobile number with in recharge of 230 and had activated a pack for next 28days.

          Next i had recharged the same number mistakenly of with same pack of 230 rupees for next 28 days.
          And my first recharged now expiry but mainly problem is I didn't get my 2 recharge "sewaa" my money totally wasted in this I wanted my twice recharge to be start now

          I want airtel for to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price

          Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all yhe the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

              This is with reference to my Airtel with ID [protected], where I have paid Rs 3532 on 25th Dec 2021 for new internet connection to NITESH MORANKAR, before payment he gave me commitment and assured that the connection will be given on the very same day. But later field engineer told me that there is no splitter available and will take time. Later also I called customer care, where customer care executive GOKUL SOLANKI also gave me false commitment that today by 12 pm I will receive call regarding resolution. But no one called me up. Also through out the day I called multiple times to NITESH MORANKAR & his TL PRASHANT PATIL, today also he gave false commitment that the connection will be given by 5pm. But nobody turned up to give the connection. Like this AIRTEL is cheating customers by giving false information. Every body from customer care to sales person to site engineer tells LIE.
              Will never recommend AIRTEL to anybody and newbies coming to my society. I will also disconnect my service after using for 6 months as I have already paid my hard earned money.

                  On October 2021 i raised a disconnection for airtel broadband, i had excess amount of Rs. 2087.14 at time of disconnection.
                  So i called customer care 3-4 times to know when and how i am going to receive my refund.
                  They told me that within 2 months you will receive it via cheque.

                  Now on 22 Dec 2021 again i sent them follow up email.
                  This time they asked me to send Scan of blank cancelled Cheque with my name and my bank account details.
                  When I sent them all my bank details along with cheque scan.

                  Now they are saying that they have already refunded my money on 13 Dec 2021.

                  They are lying and just wasting my energy and time.

                  I am trying to call them but they have changed everything.

                  In twitter also they are not responding me from 2-3 months.

                  They don't even know my account number and they are Claiming that they have refunded my money.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I am having an airtel customer having customer ID [protected]-001 & 002. I have chosen a "Gujarat Value Sports 6M pack." It includes 118 channels @ ₹191 per month. The charges of 6 months have been paid upfront. It's validity is upto 01.03.2022.

                    The game of deceiving the customer begins now.
                    a) The channels which are viewed frequently and are part of the chosen pack are stopped abruptly. In this case channel no.126 (SAB TV), 413(Zee Zest) are part of the pack wherein 138 (Epic Tv) selected as add on.
                    b) FTA channel Al Jazeera is also not viewable.
                    c) When customer care is approached for solution of the problem. It is insisted to customer to pay visit charges by technician which is not at all required.
                    As the team of support at your end who can add or remove a particular channel from customers pack by a missed call or an SMS than what necessitate them to send a technician to solve an issue of non visible channels stopped from control center.

                    Furthermore, I would request Airtel DTH to discontinue my second connection I.e. [protected]-002 with immediate effect.

                    Hope that my above submission of complaint will be taken seriously and acted upon immediately.

                    They don't even respond that a complaint has been recieves..resolution of the complaint is altogether a different issue.

                    Pathetic people.
                    Very poor response to customer's complaints. Falsely claim to make complaints to zero...pathetic. Now customer care executive dont find time to contact. Whenever there is time for renewal everyday a call will be recieves 15 days in advance. Very proactive approach.

                            Same here, started to have this issue as mentioned three weeks back before this post. Having this number in Qatar for few yers now and they have been charging min till now. I managed to recharge one year data pack as they "removed all but the min charge to 99rs w/o incoming or outgoing sms", which wont help as we need OTP facility. So i recharged one year data pack and have 365 days validity. Then i switched to manual mode for network selection as well. But right now when i tried, its not even picking the signal on two different phones. We just require atleast incoming SMS facility as our number is connected to bank and govt utilities back in India.

                              Details of connection -
                              Airtel Xstream Fiber ID[protected]_dsl

                              I am from Gwalior, MP and I had taken Airtel broadband connection on 31st July by calling an Airtel Official in Gwalior(Santosh Kirar). I asked him regarding the plans and finally told him to give me the Rs. 499 6months plan. To which he asked for the payment and I made payment of the same. After the connection was done, I received a message saying that my plan of Rs 999 3months has been activated. I immediately called the official and told him about the wrong plan. He said that he was busy in a meeting because of which he mistakenly chose the wrong plan. And said that the plan will be corrected by next working day. After getting no message regarding the change of plan I called again and he connected me to another official(Tariq Khan) who told that he has put a request in the system and my plan will be changed in 1-2 days. Now again I called him after 2 days, he always said that the plan will be changed in 2hours or by evening but it never did. Finally after around 20-25 days of regular calling he said that it will be finally completed by evening, to which I said ok.
                              And now after 3 months(around October end), I again got messages that my 999 3 months plan is expired and I started to get calls from Airtel Customer Care. I told them the whole issue to which they said to email the entire issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com and I sent the same along with all the proofs on 24th October 2021 and they also changed my plan to Rs 499/month. But till date, I haven't got any reply from them. And now in December, I again have got 10+ calls from Customer care regarding the non-payment of the bill, I told every single of them the entire issue and everyone said that they are filing a ticket for the same and an executive will call me in next few days. But after every day, I get calls from customer care executive regarding non-payment of bill and I say that a ticket should have been filed in the system, but every time they said there is no ticket recorded in the system. I have to tell them the whole issue every time. Finally on 25th December, I called customer care and he filed a complaint for the same and said I will get call from a senior executive in next 30 mins. It's been 2 days and I haven't got any call till now, instead got call from another customer care asking for non-payment of bill. I am fed up of telling every single one of them about the entire issue and everyone misinforming me about the complaint filed where in reality they don't file any such complaint.

                              I want Airtel to provide me with the same 499 6 months plan which I had initially asked for and has to be valid until January 30th. It has been immense discomfort for me just because of the mistakes done by the Airtel officials and the customer care being so ignorant.

                              I sincerely request AIitel officials to look at my issue and provide me the compensation for the same and relieving me from all the hassles given to me in past 5 months from Airtel. I had always thought that Airtel had a good customer care service and hence chosen it above Jio even after the plan being a little more expensive than Jio. But after such an incident and all problems created for me, it really makes me to think about changing my view for AIrtel.

                              I can provide all the details and proofs to the concerned official and they can contact my getting details from the given Airtel Xstream ID[protected]_dsl

                              I got my issue resolved after so many hassles. I don't know what exactly made Airtel look at my complaint. But along with this platform I had mailed them and many calls to customer care regarding the same. Today I got a call from collection agent, to whom I described the whole issue again and at the end he agreed to settle the plan dues and provide me the compensation. But still the agent said a very senseless statement that Airtel renews bill cycle on 13th of every month. And as I took the plan on 31st July, my 6 months will finish on 13thJan considering the first cycle started from 13th July. This in itself is such a fishy statement. Since, the money I have paid is for 6 months and not as per the cycle so I should be provided the plan until 31st Jan and not 13th Jan(And I am not even asking for compensation of the last 1.5weeks in which my services were discontinued). She did not clear up on this front. Let's see how this will end. At least, I got a resolution to some extent. Thanks ICCF for this platform.

                                I have recharged my prepaid mobile no for Rs 99 today through Airtel App on 27th December 2021. and received sms with transaction reference no[protected]. The amount has been debited from my bank account but phone is not recharged.

                                    Internet data is not working on my mobile since 1st December and it's not happening first time, it has also happened back in the month of October. I don't know why this is happening .
                                    I have complained many a times and after 7-10 days Airtel used to send me a message like your complaint has been resolved but nothing changed, still I'm facing the problem.
                                    I was forced to buy new Sim card as sometimes there was problem while calling also.
                                    My money wasted. Airtel decieved me at critical times.
                                    Please look into this matter and refund my money also.

                                      Airtel is charging the money during the free pool period, and the customer care says you have minus balance. My question is when they told me it's free trial for a month why are they telling me I have to pay to resume the services, Airtel is very bad at their service in Kaval Byrasandra. All those people out their in Kaval Byrasandra pls refrain from getting enrolled to Airtel, I have even complained about not getting the OTP. Even this issue is not resolved.
