Hi i came to dubai in october from that time its working fine untill dec- 10 now suddenly network not working i thought if its recharge problem so i have recharge for 28days pack aslo but still its not working now i have checked all type like changing sim slots and chainging the phone and checked for manually searching network also but its not useable so now what should i do here.

    I have an Airtel sim and i havent used that sim for more than 2 years. I was stuck in UAE due to corona and didnt know about the rule to make the sim active. I would like to re activate the sim (+91 [protected]). Can you please advise?

      Airtel sim is not showing network.
      Am currently in qatar and also recharged minimum amount every month
      Since last month there is no network on my simcard and not receiving any text message from bank. I also write email to [protected]@airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com. But there is no response since 1 month.

      Please help me . I am using airtel sim card since 2012.
      My sim status is active in mobile app.

      Same here, started to have this issue as mentioned three weeks back before this post(Nov 2021). I managed to recharge one year data pack as they "removed all but the min charge to 99rs w/o incoming or outgoing sms", which wont help as we need OTP facility. So i recharged one year data pack and have 365 days validity. Then i switched to manual mode for network selection as well. But right now when i tried, its not even picking the signal on two different phones. We just require atleast incoming SMS facility as our number is connected to bank and govt utilities back in India.

        My SIM card has been stopped suddenly and not working from 2 days. I have visited the store at Vanastalipuram, Hyderabad(vanastalipuramaor.[protected]@airtel.com) . The SIM card is on my brother name, its a postpaid family member connection. My brother is on abroad. As per the process, my brother has shared all the required documents via email as above mentioned. ut the store person was saying that it will take 10days time for the approval of documents and activation of SIM and if I ask why 10 days time they are talking rude and it's not possible to activate do what u want. I am really disappointed with airtel this kind of service.
        1) why my airtel sim stopped working with out my mistake. Chip failed is airtel issue.
        2) The store persons are not polite and make customer to revisit multiple times.
        3) Why it should take 10 days time. If the customer shared document has any issue just point me out on that blindly don't tell 10 days time.
        4) store person saying, i[censored] want to complain give complaint.

          Dear Airtel Team,

          I request you to kindly disconnect the Broadband connection on the permanent basis. The first request for the disconnection was registered on 21 September 2021, but till now the broadband connection hasn't been disconnected. The ONT device has already been picked up by Mr. Arun ([protected]) without giving any physical receipt. He generated a OTP for the ONT device pickup and told me that this OTP is the proof of the ONT pickup, no physical receipt is required. I am not using the internet and has been continued complaining about the same, but received no satisfaction resolution towards it. Please disconnect this connection immediately and provide me the complete resolution. Even this time please confirm me via a reply through E-mail. I have mentioned all the details of the broadband account in the subject of this mail, even writing it down at the end of this email. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

          Its been now more than 6 months that I have been contacting airtel regarding the issue that why they are not disconnecting the connection on the permanent basis. They always saying that there is an order pending of disconnection, but due to a technical glitch in their servers they are unable to take a new request for this. I have been frustrated with this, so the best thing which I could do for it was, I got the RTN number changed to any random number and got my email Id changed to any random email id which is even not mine. Further more, I have given my primary number as an alternate number to that, so that they could be able to contact me for the disconnection of the services of the airtel broadband. My landline number is [protected]. I did the above thing because I don't want to be the part of this foolish thing now. I have paid many bills regardless of I am not using their services anymore. I got the first complaint registered in the month of July of 2021, from then till now there has been no update that the company has provided to me. I was frustrated to see that connection on the Airtel Thanks app, so I did this so that I won't be able to see that on my primary number again.

            My self Salman Shaikh I have made a recharge of 1799rs(365 days unlimited calls and 3600 sms, and 24 GB internet) today (22nd December 2021) by mistakenly on ([protected]) while my number is ([protected]) on Amazon pay recharge.

            I am looking forward to recieve a help regarding reversal of the same.

              I have tried reaching Bharati Airtel on customer care number multiple times, it takes he’ll lot of time to get connected to their customer representative, after connecting they will immediately disconnect the call without listening to the customer worst customer care service I have ever seen.Airtel never used to be like this.now it started behaving like desi company.horrible experience.I will change my network and switch to some good alternative

                My name is Sumit and I live in Vikaspuri KG3 block. (New Delhi 110018)
                We people here are fed up with Airtel persons. From past 6 months they are coming and dig the road just outside our home and never ever close that. Twice we had paid some people to close this. No one can imagine what happens in rain- no one can see those digs and scooters get slip there cars cannot cross these digs. No one can enter the home when its rain or wet outside due to the wet mud. Today 3rd time they came again and started to open that dig. First time I had stopped them and they moved to dig some another place. They always say we will come to close but 6 months are not enough to close?

                We have a 6 month kid and all dust comes inside the home. I need to take precaution for this. No one can enter with slippers now and air you know already so polluted and for a small kid you can understand.

                please look into this matter on priority.

                I don't know how but after raising this complaint, today I can see workers are there and closing all digs here. Also doing cement there. Thank you so much

                        I am using an airtel post paid sim ([protected]) with a monthly plan of Rs.249/-. Since 18.12.2021 evening, there has been no network at all on the sim. I have contacted the customer care service, but the only solution they had to offer was that i have to visit the nearest airtel store and get a new sim as it seems to be a sim issue . Despite making it clear to them that i was not in a position to go to the store, they offered no other solution. so i went to the store and on 20.12.2021, evening I was told that We don't offer Airtel postpaid duplicate sim. I tried all of my city store, I didn't get my new sim. On contacting the customer care representatives, they asked me to go the store again. I dont see why I as a customer should be the person who goes through all the trouble to get it working again, when there is no fault of my own in this entire episode. The customer care representative have also made ot clear that there is nothing they can do and that there is no possibility for things to get sorted out. I am working professional and in my current position I do WFH, I require my phone 24/7 for official purposes. I have already had to face issues for these three days that my sim hasnt been working for. To wait further is simply not acceptable. Is this what im paying for my postpaid plan every month ?

                        I tried almost two cities Airtel Express store but haven't got my new sim card. It seems to be impossible. Airtel service is very poor and customer satisfaction is pathetic.
                        I am currently at Basti ( Uttar Pradesh ).

                          Hello Sir, I hereby inform you that without our permission / knowledge, Airtel technician has placed the Internet junction boxes / wires installed in our Compound Wall, which is very disturbing to us and spoiling the beauty of our house. Attached the photo of the same.

                          Moreover, I am planning to do some alteration in our compound wall surroundings, hence request Airtel to arrange to remove the Internet Junction boxes / wires...

                            I just changed my iPhone from iPhone 11 to iPhone 13
                            I am not able to activate iMessage and Face time and keep getting message that it could not be activated.

                            I changed the sim from post paid to prepaid and added money and the iMessage and Face time got activated as soon as the SMS was sent and Rs 5 got deducted.

                            I have spoken to customer care at Airtel and they have been doing basic trouble shooting and not able to solve the problem.

                            Have spoken to apple team also, and they are saying that it is a carrier issue as changing the sim can solve the problem,

                            As per them the postpaid sim is not able send the activation sms to apple, due to which the activation is not happening.

                              I'm an IT employee due to my brother's accident I tried online payment banking at that time I have only one option that is airtel payments bank. I'm using it from last 8-9 years i trusted as a result they are cheating now.

                              My known friend CREDited 20k in my account and after that i tried to debit that to pay to hospital but the payments bank rejected morethan 10 times. Next day also i tried to call them they said my account is blocked and I've to submit my aadhar with sign and photo copy of mine. I'm sharing from last 5 days and they are rejecting from 5 days.

                              It's funny they are saying my aadhr is not valid and I've to send valid aadhar with signature.

                              Yesterday they told me that one of their executive will call but no one called me and today i called them & they are saying they received only one aadhar proof from 5 days.

                              I don't think this is a good way of treating CUSTOMERs. Kindly help me to get out from this kind of ###.

                                    My Airtel Postpaid sim is not working in saudi Arabia..the sim is not registering on any network and all my otps and everything are linked to Airtel number.The service provider in India had said that it would work in Saudi a Arabia..but it is not working..kindly pls look into the matter.pls look into urgently as i am facing too much trouble.

                                      Made the payment to Airtel thanks app on 16 December 2021 for landline broadband of amount 1178.82. Payment done successfully but recharge is still not.
                                      There is some kind of issue at Airtel's end however, Airtel discontinued my services even after I had made my payment.
                                      I checked with my bank, payment has been deducted from my account for Airtel account, there is no issue at my bank's end. I have transaction Id for the same.
                                      Moreover customer care agent shamelessly asking me to pay again. Why should I pay again. Where is my money? Why my internet is still not working.
