    There is no network availability of airtel on my sim in my 4G compatible handset. There is no tower on my phone however there is proper connection to other airtel number handsets near me. I had checked any defaults in my handset and I suppose for any technical glitch on your end.

      I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel recently. Yesterday after my vodafone service stopped, i inserted my new airtel sim for activation but just after few seconds of insertion, the network in airtel sim stopped coming. So basically i am doomed in short. I have all my banking and business associated with this number and since no network is getting displayed i can't to anything.
      Please ask your support people to contact me, as i have tried reaching you guys from my end multiple times. The customer care people could not resolve the issue.

      If this doesn't get sorted soon, i have no choice but to take some legal actions against you guys. Please don't make me regret my decision of porting to airtel.

        I give port request from jio to airtel. I completed document verification by visiting airtel store before at least hours of expiry o[censored]pc code. Next day my address verification was conducted and I was informed that my new sim will be activated within 15 days. My older sim got deactivated but my new sim haven't started working. Now when I reached customer care I am informed that my upc have been expired. I completed my document verification much before the expiry o[censored]pc verification. Now neither my older nor my newer sim is working due to ridiculous service from Airtel.

          Whenever i call from my Airtel number. The call drop or hang it every time within a 5 to 10 minutes.
          I got this issue from one month. I changes mobile also swap my sim. But problem as it is.
          Now i irritated from this service

            I have ported the post paid plan from Vodafone to Airtel on 3rd January 2022 at a Airtel provider located at Bellandur gate, Bangalore.

            I have mentioned clearly on my requirements and my roaming requirements; however, they never mentioned on the requirement of calling 59059 from India itself, after porting.

            The sim was working and got message that porting will be done on 11th January 2022, and I have already moved to UAE for work requirements.

            I replaced the sim and now can not connect to the network due to the restriction that I have to make the call to 59059 from India

            This resulted in the situation that I cannot use the sim and additionally I will have to pay the monthly bills also.

            Please help and advise the Airtel that their service provider shall be disclosing such requirements to the customer

              Hi,

              my disconnection request has not been actioned from past 2 months on oct 5th and it was supposed to be closed on november 25th and again on dec 15 the request was raised ([protected]).

              I have raised hell lot complaints since december to permanently disconnect the services but the bill has been issued again.And customer care people said that i dont have to pay the bill (recorded voice calls proof).

              Please also check the mail received on 22-december-2021

              oh my god i have spoken to customer care person so many times to diconnect permanently. How can i further go beyond this i cannot understand. One person says some technical issue and i dont have to pay the bill and the next month i get bill with late fee. I seriously cannot understand what the hell is going on with airtel.

              Please find the services request and request you to check the mails attached and voice calls recorded that so many customer care person told me not to pay the bill as there was some technical issue from their end. And now i get the late fee also for that, this is not at all acceptable.

              [protected], [protected], [protected], bill related discrepancy there is a ticket riased on 29th dec, one person spoke clearly and said i dont have to pay any bill.

              I have all the voice calls recorded in my phone as well.

              Note: i sincerely request to close the issue as it is causing so much of mental pressure to me seriously. Mental harrasement for me. Please understand my issue and close the services.

              Please find the final resolution and close the services immediately.

              Please listen to recorded calls where i spoke to multiple customer care people with number [protected]

              note: i have riased request on oct 5th so there was no bill generated for the month of oct-2021 to nov-2021, but after that i received for nov and dec.

              When im not using internet itself how can the bill be generated.

              Please find the attached mails, where there is discrepancy in the customer care service response itself.

                Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

                I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies, restarted my mobile 10+ times, swapped sim slots. Nothing. No matter what url i type in my browser, it'll automatically change the url to one. Airtel.in and redirect every site traffic.
                It is a big shame that airtel spams their customers with this [censored]bag of a site especially after a fresh recharge. What if i had an exam form to fill online? Would airtel be responsible if i could not fill up an application and passed the deadline just because airtel decided to redirect every single url to one. Airtel.in for more than 10 hours?

                I know my pc or browsers are perfectly okay because my i can browse the net normally with my jio number as hotspot. The problem starts the moment i change my hotspot to airtel number in my dual sim smartphone.
                I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

                  When I switch on my phone it is showing as sim not allowed. On enquiry I got to know that my sim has been damaged. I am not getting any calls or messages. The network option is also not visible now. I am staying in dubai and I can't go to India any time soon. What is the procedure to get another sim with same number here in dubai ? Who should I contact ?

                    I have disconnected the broadband service on Oct 13th. The team told me the refund of my balance amount will take 7 to 10 days but it has been more than 60 days now. No one is replying. The refund amount is 4505/- and I still didnt receive the amount. I am calling the airtel team everyday. The agent is transferring the call to a supervisor but I am on hold for 50 mins and 1 hour even then the supervisor is not taking the call so I had to disconnect the call. Now also I am on hold for 45mins while typing this complaint. I am mailed the team so many times but no response on refund. If I stop the agent from putting me on hold then they are scheduling a callback but I never received the call from the supervisor. Please help me what to do with this. It has been 3 months and the after-service is worst, they are not even giving respect. Literally everyday I will be on call or on hold for 2 hrs..

                      As per request from the Airtel team, I personally visited the post paid center which is 60 kms away from my location (Gadag, has only prepaid centers) for which I had to personally, invest time (almost half of my day) and money to go to the store and get the formalities done.

                      The concerned took the original Aadhar card and the photograph and to my shock, next day the sim change request was cancelled. And the reason initially mentioned was document mismatch, later when I escalated the issue saying when the document is same which is provided while taking the original sim and also the re-issue, how can there be a mismatch. On this arguement, they promised me to check with the backend and get back to me. No one got back to me and when cald again they said it was a Photo mismatch. I was shocked to hear this since I had similar issue with other two sims on my name, which got processed easily (at Mumbai and Bangalore post paid centers).

                      On enquiring for alternative solutions, I was only repeatedly said to visit the stores, which is really worst solution as in a person from a management level is forced to waste half a day, money for a silly mistake of some person in the post paid center. I even requested to make arrangements of getting this process done at their prepaid center or send someone from their post paid center, as it was their mistake. But the support person, advisor and the floor manager did not help and kept repeating the same thing on visiting the store.

                      I would request consumer court to take up this issue, as in no customer would like to waste his time, energy and money in going to store, checking on reason for cancellation and revisiting the store and also raising a complaint.

                        I'm facing this issue with AIRTEL and I want to shift to another. Waste of paying around 300-400 for 2 sims, wrost part is now a days we need to pay even for incoming calls

                          Hello team, My name is Deepak Gupta.
                          I am having a debit freeze issue in my airtel payment bank account. Its been more than 2 weeks. I have sent my documents but still the restrictions are not lifted. When I call them, the support executive keep telling me that wait for 48 hours, after 48 hours wait again for more 48 hours. I have sent the documents self attested in in mail also and in app also 4-5 times but still i got no solution. I hope I will get resolution by your team.

                              Rs. 100 charged for sim replacement without receipt

                              My Airtel sim no. [protected] stops working on 04.01.2022. I got new sim against old number from airtel store khandwala, chheharta, amritsar on 06.01.2022. They have charged Rs. 100 for this without any receipt.

                              Kindly tell what is the cost for sim replacement.

                                  I have a Airtel SIM which is associated with me last 10 years.
                                  I have recharged with International Roaming from the day I have recharge it is not showing Network. Currently my location is Dubai.
                                  I have called number of time to customer care and even they raised SR no. CCNOR3WST[protected] and CCNOR3WST[protected] respectively. But without giving resolution they closed the SR.

                                    Duplicate sim is not getting activated

                                    Hi Team, few days back I lost my mobile and blocked my sim and filed police complain for lost mobile. I raised duplicate sim request on 1-Jan-2022 which is supposed to be activated after 4 hours but it did not. I called every possible Airtel customer contact number but they failed to provide any insight on this but asked me to wait as my request was stuck in "in process state" and they said it will be processed so just wait. But on 5-Jan-2022...

                                    Hello,

                                    My name is Magalakshmi V and I hold an Airtel number which is postpaid. For the past 2 weeks the sim is not working properly and am not able to access data on it. I want a new sim for my number.

                                    While trying to connect with customer service center, the ivr options are not available immediately to speak to a representative and on top of it, i tried raising request for new sim card, the ivr asked me to enter the sim number, my question is, will we roam around with the sim number always; asking for phone number is reasonable, each phone number would be tagged to its respective sim number in ur database definitely. Please ask for a phone number.

                                    The main complaint i want to raise is regarding the doorstep delivery of sim card, given the current situation in the world, i do not want to get unnecessarily come out of home due to covid. You can ask ur Airtel representative to do the verification as used to be done in the Airtel store, because stores are unsafe according to me it's a public area and I seriously do not prefer going to the Airtel store.

                                    When the world is speaking of digitalization, being in the communication industry, Airtel had to actively participate and contribute to the change.

                                    I raise this as a very serious issue with Airtel and very much unsatisfied with the services of the company. I need to access my data incase my wifi has an issue, for official purposes, how could I rely on Airtel if the services you provide to a customer are this bad and unreliable.

                                    Airtel needs to be competitive and faithful customers are more important for any business to grow and stand up in the industry. So increase the number of faithful customers to hold the market.

                                    I request Airtel to take it up as a very serious issue; ivr properly working and necessary services to customers keeping in mind the situation.
