I never expected this kind of treatment from Airtel.
Issue : number portability
I was called by a person from airtel team to explain postpaid offers. I was convinced to the offers provided and said ok to number portability from Vodafone postpaid.
As I stay in Ongole (Prakasam dist), they asked me to send documents for proof through WhatsApp. I have sent the details along with the portability details.
Then I was told that I would be receiving my sim through post to the given address in WhatsApp.
Its been nearly a month, till now I have not received my sim.
When I tried to call them most of the time it was busy/not reachable.
When I tried to reach them through WhatsApp they are not at all responding.
Vodafone people blocked my sim card on Oct 29th and these people did not send my sim. Many important calls will come to me.
Portability applied to number :[protected] on 23rd Oct.
Do not play with customers to achieve your targets airtel.

Updated by IamKittu I have received a call from you airtel. I have explained the situation. Customer care person tried to reach that person to whom I have sent my document proofs.But that person was not reachable to your representative also. After that I was not communicated. When are you going to resolve my issue?
I have a land at prime location of Vill.Machhana, Dabwali road, Bathinda where I need Airtel to install tower.
The tower can provide coverage to all the industries in the area and a huge residential population is also very well in the Line of Sight.
