    I Have recharged to a particular number twice, but the recharge has not done and they have deducted the amount from my paytm wallet, im not sure where the loophole is please fix it and give me a solution .

      Hi,

      I am using Airtel DTH ([protected]). I spoke to Airtel Customer care on 21st November 2016 and checked what is the process to schedule and record the program . They confirmed that I am using Standard box and I need to upgrade to HD box and for that INR 600 and INR 180 yearly needs to be paid. I again called customer care on 22 November 2016 and reconfirmed the details and requested few more details. Again executive confirmed that I need to upgrade to HD box and pay INR 600 and INR 180 yearly and this will allow me to schedule and record the programs.
      I placed the the request for upgrade on 23 November 2016. My SD box was upgraded to HD box same day. But site engineer told me I need to purchase remote also to record the program for that I was charged INR 170 extra. He told me recorder will be activated in 4 hour and after that I can schedule and record the program. When recorder was activated I tried to schedule the program for recording but there was no option for scheduling. I checked with customer care and they told me this feature is available in Some other box which will cost extra money . This is really unprofessional if HD box does not support scheduling they should have told me this upfront and they have also not told regarding remote. They should know if remote of SD box will not support recording and customer is specifically inquiring about recorder then remote also needs to be changed and they should tell the charges for this. Now I am asking for refund change of box to previous SD box but they are saying it's not possible. So that's how Airtel cheat customers. I will definitely get this disconnected and go for some other provider. But wanted to share this with others so that can take a wise decision of not going with Airtel. Thanks

          Requested for BB Connection, application number N4944085. Got email that on account of technical constraints, we are unable to provide the broadband connectivity in your area. There is a active Airtel DP right at my door and a Airtel engineer came in yesterday and punched a port for me after interaction with me and then got a call asking when they should send engineer for wiring. They send 22/11 at 11AM but didnt came, said 23/11 at 10AM but didnt came. Got this email today saying cant give me BB due to technical constraints. I can snatch all wires from the DP at my door and then a Airtel Engineer with be at my door daily. I can very well stop them from entering into my property to check the DB.
          Not sure how a big company like Bharti can act such foolish.

            I was a airtel customer with phone number [protected]. On an average my bill was 2000 plus and it was always paid in advance. All of a sudden the network dropped drastically and it was impossible to use the data. The mail reason why I has shelling out 2000 bucks. I made several complaints for 2 months but nothing improved. still I paid the bills without using the services. Finally I decided to port out and got the port out code. The next day, I got a call from Airtel office and they said that they were working on the network in mohammadwadi area and it would be solved shortly. There would be no bills till then as I was unable to use the services. Just because I was a loyal customer, I decided to stay back with airtel. Two months again passed without any improvement and surprisingly I started getting collection calls. I got real mad and explained the scenario to the supervisor. He assured me that the calls would stop and it did. I was happy. After 6 months, yesterday several of my relatives and friends starting calling me and stated that airtel is clling them randomly and abusing. They are getting the numbers from the dialled list and abusing them.Whohas given them the authority to use profanity ? I will file a legal case against airtel for the unethical practices that they are following. 2 numbers where they are mainly calling from are [protected] and [protected]

Complaint No.1:- On 22/11/2016 for Mobile No. [protected] thrice at 14:51, 14:52 & 14:53 vide Paytm order #[protected], #[protected]� I got 350MB 3G data rechrge done for 30 days and Rs. 102+102+102= 306 were deducted from my Paytm acct but neither data balance was increased nor date of availabilty was inhanced upto 30 days. pl refund/get recharge.

                  Its really a hard task to get a airtel broadband connection. For the past 4 to 5 weeks i am trying to get airtel broadband connection for my personal use but its being a tough job to be get done it. Even persons from airtel collected the required documents from my side (Once again they have collected documents from me for the second time).This made me emotional strained that even in cities airtel broadband service is not possible, then why these guys are publishing advertisements which makes people tempted to opt their service.
                  To my note we do not have any towers there so I want install Airtel tower in plot.

                      Really a very poor service from Airtel, at last after 1 month still i did not get Airtel Broadband network and now airtel guys are updating the status as in my location Airtel network connection is not possible due some DP box is full. So from now on i am concluding that Airtel service is not at its best and i have to move all my other Airtel services from Airtel to other network. Its very unsatisfactory response from you guys, Thank you for making me to wait for 1 month without any progress for my request.

                      I complained via 121 yesterday. Also I registered a complaint in airtel website today morning around 10am. So far no response from airtel team.

                        I never expected this kind of treatment from Airtel.

                        Issue : number portability

                        I was called by a person from airtel team to explain postpaid offers. I was convinced to the offers provided and said ok to number portability from Vodafone postpaid.
                        As I stay in Ongole (Prakasam dist), they asked me to send documents for proof through WhatsApp. I have sent the details along with the portability details.
                        Then I was told that I would be receiving my sim through post to the given address in WhatsApp.
                        Its been nearly a month, till now I have not received my sim.
                        When I tried to call them most of the time it was busy/not reachable.
                        When I tried to reach them through WhatsApp they are not at all responding.
                        Vodafone people blocked my sim card on Oct 29th and these people did not send my sim. Many important calls will come to me.

                        Portability applied to number :[protected] on 23rd Oct.

                        Do not play with customers to achieve your targets airtel.

Customer care person tried to reach that person to whom I have sent my document proofs.But that person was not reachable to your representative also. After that I was not communicated. When are you going to resolve my issue?

                          i am using air-tel prepaid connection more than 10 years because of network.
                          But i am recharge more than 300 per month past your people were added my value added services and cost deduction per day Rs 2.past two month i have put booster pack also for 435 something i a have put late cutter and then per day they charge per day rs 2 today i called to customer care and ask why they charge per day 2 your customer care people very poor response taking i have record voice how your customer care people speak i am going to file complaint to TRAI and file a complaint more that 1000 RS waste to me late cutter is waste to me then i want to put late cutter .

                          Cheating people by deducting amount and call drop. I am facing lot of call drops and even I have internet data although charging from my main account, I talk with customer care twice they telling this is error we will return your money but not done & people are facing lot of problems they don't know how airtel company cheating them. Worst totally

                              I recharged my number with Rs 53 for 3G night data (12 am to 6 am) for 1 day on 11 November, 2016. That time I already had more than 1 GB 3G data in my number. The amount of 53 was debited from my account but when I used data from 12 m to 6 am, the data got debited from my main 3G data balance instead of being debited from the night data pack. I called up the customer care thrice. The first one said that the amount will be credited to my bank account since I did not get the benefit within 15th November, 2016. The second one said that the amount has already been credited to my account which never happened (not reflected in bank statement). The third one was very rude. She said that I got the benefit of data pack of %3 that day which I have used so they will not do anything from their end. Transaction id:[protected]for the recharge done for Rs 53)

                                I had recharged my prepaid number [protected] on 22nd November 2016 with Rs 27 to activate 70MB data with a validity of 30 days. Then I already had nearly 760 MB data in my account. That previous data balance should carry forward with the newly recharged 70MB as I had recharged within the validity period. However that previous data balance is not showing in my account. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

                                        I have an airtel connection having number [protected]. It was postpaid earlier. I converted it to prepaid in last may/june. In august i used my airtel app to recharge data balance of 296 rupee. That recharge was failed. I contacted to local customer care they asked me to submit the accont details at airtel online refund. I submitted it back in some september or so i even don't remember i have a ticket no for that : AOR201b50. Still that money has not refunded.

                                        Local customer care said it went to my airtel postpaid account however it can not be deleted from my airtel app. so i need to submit an online refund application.

                                        In that account of postpaid it is showing 415 rupees that means that thing also happened earlier i could not figure it out. I don't know how will i get the money??
