Prepaid incorrect data detections

Hi,

I have been airtel customer for ten years now.

Recently changed my sim to 4g.

I put a data pack for 1gb in a day out exhausts.

Got bugged turned off mobile data and today 80mb is gone.

There is serious problem with accounting. They are cheating me. How many packs should I put? How can it get detected when mobile data is off. My android app says hardly 11mb usage...
