I have applied for broadband and due to full of dp in my area they did'nt give me broadband service. Every time when i applied for refund their executives give false reference numbers and after that they give excuses like technical issue and did not refund my money. My bearing account no. [protected] & telephone no. [protected].

Reference number 75745834 but no any action have taken by airtel regarding this.

Please help me to refund my money from this fraud company.

Dealer took money from us on 16th nov .. Still no reply received from them.. and when we are contacting them now, they are not receiving our calls..
I lost my mobile so i want to deactivate my number .

    Had requested for new airtel broadband connection for our new house. Airtel representative came in, filled forms, took money and never gave us connection. Its 2 months now, we have been following up with customer care and its such a worst experience. They neither respond and keep playing with email mentioning false promises and invalid reference number. Next time when we call, they say such reference number does not exist. The money stolen from us is 3147/-.

    Below are multiple replies, and yet no action:

      Date 15/11/16 i visited airtel store gare bhavi palya hosur main road bangalore 560068 and submit the required documents signed and i provid to porting number to airtel exucutive after he was given to airtel sim after 8 days my vodafone sim donor operator is disconnected then insert the airtel sim but not getting network after i visited same store and i asked about this concern he says activated before evening and i cant say ur is problem but he was activated deferent sim for fraud activity reason this is fancy number so i sitting in store 9:30 to 1pm pls check cc camera for evidence but he says i don't no finally i ready to call police that he says wait sir its activated different some technical problem pls take it so i want request to you this arc is totally fraud activity going on pls shut down this arc or terminate all current staffs i m except im getting satisfied answer by appellate so i writen here im not satisfied i write to and direct legal proceedingspls call, me [protected] for details im loss one day business hour by spending in airtel store unless by farud airtel staffs

        This is in regards to my earlier complaint posted on 20.11.2016. I had raised complaint about auto activation of paid service for which i had been charged ₹49/-.
        On 22nd, i had received call from airtel and issue got resolved and i got my balance back.
        I am surprise to see that today again i have been charged ₹35/- for auto activation of same service. How can airtel do that? I am very much disappointed the way this issue is being handled. Send my balance back and also deactivate all paid service. Register my no. For dnd.

        Hii, I am recharge 60rs in 16th Nov. Full talk time, but not received the same ...After calling to your customer care till date no response from your side . kindly refund my balance as soon as possible...either I am high light in social media...

          I had contacted with there appellate team many time by sending them mail, they use to call back but never gave solution.

          This service is provided by airtel to every customer by default but they are doing bias with my number.

          This was not hoped from such a high level authority of airtel

          Even they don't make contact till the final solution and leaves the case in between only.

              Hi

              My number [protected] is not working (not able to make or receive calls or SMSes)since two days. There is enough balance Rs.147.It is a Telangana SIM card and Im in Tamil nadu (Coimbatore) right now. Registered a complaint on this regard (Complaint ID:[protected] Customer care executive says there are no issues from their end .Yet Im not able to get/make calls/SMS.

              In such case Im asked to replace the SIM card for which My friends or me should be physically present in Telangana. That is not possible right now. Im in urgent need of that SIM as i have registered my aadhar card and bank accounts with that number.

              Please provide me privilege to replace the SIM card from Tamil Nadu.

                  Hello, this is to bring to your attention, i have given request for airtel fixed line with wifi shifting from old address, no 15 moore st, 02nd floor to new address, no 71, 72 moore street mnj centre grounf floor, as i have shfited. My new shifted place is 10 buildings away from the prior location.

                  I have given request for shifting the land line in airtel store - 2nd lane beach, parrys on 04th nov 16. Its been 20 days now but no response on shifting of my fixed line.

                  I had visited the store again on 19th nov 16, the store incharge gave me 2 mob numbers and asked me to call these numbers and sort the shifting issue. Such poor customer service, the store incharge should follow up but he have me the number of -

                  But both havent bothered to reslove my issue, i plead to the concerned team to resolve my shifting issue at the earliest.

                  Icing on the cake, i havent use the land line for all these days (04th nov to 24th nov) and i have recieved my bill.

                  Kindly shift my land line to the new address.

                  Note - my neighbors in the new address - ni 71, 72 moore st, are currently using airtel fixed line and wifi and the connectivity and speed is satifactory. So thier is no question of no service availablity.

                    Airtel broadband connection not getting activated

                    Hi All,

                    I have used Airtel broadband prior for very long time, that made me to choose airtel once again for my broadband and voice connection when I shifted to new location.

                    I have applied for airtel new broadband connection two weeks before(hearing it will be done in 1-2 days) and have contacted and wasted almost 200 Rs in calling concerned members for my connection daily . Still I don't have a activated connection...

                    Faulty dvr set top box replaced which does not record

                    My airtel dth consumer number is [protected]-001.
                    My old airtel dvr set top box was not working properly as it was restarting every 5 min, so it was replace with new dvr set top box.
                    But new set top box does not record after pressing record button, just gives error "sorry you cant record this program."
                    And customer care does not take complaint. They want error code to take complaint.
                    But i just get error message...

                    I have taken taken a device from airtel data card bearing [protected] on last sep'2016 and plan is four months pack as Rs.4000/- including device and plan . and they are explain to there is no charge for further four months upto dec'2016.

                    but message from airtel is you have to pay rs.699 to avoid this continuous service.

                    so i contact the concern airtel office please explain the that why i have to pay the particular amount, but they are now telling you are payed only the plan amount but this is tax.

                    really i feel that this is fraudulent service.

                    so kindly resolve the problem.

                    and also airtel henceforth clearly tell and sell there product which is included or excluded tax or anything else to some other customer.

                      This is to inform you that i m getting so many bill which is not true (Mob [protected]) this number is already barred since 2 month but still i m getting
                      additional bill which is been added to my previous outstanding i have already informed your customer care on this but no response.

                      As per me the bill amount should be Rs. 2397.32 which i am ready to pay.

                      but this month again i have got a bill of Rs. 3646.58 which i will not pay. kindly send me a revised bill of Rs. 2397.32 or else i will not be able to pay the outstanding.

                        My number is : 9944xxx355, and i'm using my airtel app.

                        Today in my app i have seen a special offer in the "best offer for you" section (Refer attached snap with amount as 255) for my number like '260 full talk time and 1 gb data for recharge of rupees 255' and so i made that recharge. But after recharge the benefits are not as promised instead i just got 1 gb of data with validity of 25 days.

                        Please verify and address it.

                        Hi,

                        I have raised the same issue with Airtel, and this is the service number - CBNRV[protected]. They have simply closed the ticket without any response and I haven't got my benefits in my account balance itself.

                        I, doubt whether Airtel customer care is really to solve customer problem or just to simply create and close customer Service request without providing any resolution, they have not even shared any update to me. I personally visited to Airtel page and login to my account to get to know about the SR status and found that was closed. ( Refer attachment).

                        I request Airtel officers that I have made recharge to make use of money to make my phone calls, I can't simply wait for an years to get it credited and then make use of it. Try to understand the impact of the issue and adress it.

                          I got my number ported to airtel from Vodafone a few weeks ago. I've been facing a lot of problem ever since. Signal gets lost every now and then. I went to the airtel store a couple of days ago and they suggested me to get a new sim. I got a new sim but mY problem has not been resolved. Also, the people at airtel misguided me with my plan. I was promised 4G data services but I haven't been getting any. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

                            I have been using Airtel for past 10 years, it use to be good signal in city area when compared to others network providers. But past 3 months I am facing very serious problem with Airtel signal and many call drops. Out of 10 calls only 2 calls could able to talk and then ever not more than a minute...

                            Day by day good turn to worse... I don't know Airtel allocating call bandwidth to internet usage of 3/4G.

                            The basic purpose of phone is to talk rather than 3/4G.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                Since past one month, unnecessary services are getting activated on my airtel prepaid number: [protected]. I have lost huge amount of my main balance. Even after deactivating the services, whenever I recharge my account, the services get automatically renewed and again i get charged for that.
                                Yesterday I complained by calling customer care, and they too did the same, i.e, deactivating the services from their side.
                                I was also told that these services are being activated and renewed from my side, which is absolutely false.
                                However, today again services worth Rs.160 have been renewed on my number which is deducted from my account.
                                Attaching all the snapshots for your reference.

                                Kindly address this issue on priority. I would like to get back all my lost balance, if not I would not hesitate to escalate this issue further to the highest hierarchy.

                                  I have paid rs.100/- for airtel sim from jai bhawani mobiles, shop no. 69/sh/1a, near finolex colony, castelvaddo, pirni, nagoa, verna - goa.
                                  But balance is not credited till the time (It was purchase on 29.10.2016 and now it is 24.11.2016)
                                  I have consulted about this issue to jai bhawani mobile shop from where i have purchase the sim but he is not helping more as he said he can not do anything now and suggested to talk to customer care... But, how i can talk to customer care when no balance is credited to my sim. I am not getting exactly whose responsible for this the jai bhawani mobile shop, airtel company or me.

                                  Please help me out. If this is the mistake of jai bhawani mobile shop then please take action against him. He might be doing this with others too.

                                    I want airtel to change my name in their records.

                                    I took a new sim with Airtel Karnataka and submitted the form and documents. They messed it up and did lot of mistakes. I submitted documents (softcopy) again (Twice)
                                    Still they messed up my name and put it wrong.
                                    I asked to change and they want me to travel to their store.
