I am deeply aggravated and finally writing to you after receiving no help
From the salesperson i dealt with, who sold to me the connection and
Cheated with false commitment, failure of services from customer services
Advisers and floor managers. I urge you to look into this before i write
Any further, to my contacts to deal with at airtel.
It's a mere pain that i have to go through now writing such long mail and
Wasting my time due to mis-selling done to me by airtel sales person

I have recently subscribed to a new connection of airtel wi-fi broad band
Connection with a fixed line (Combo plan) and i am now facing serious
Troubles of misselling made to me and now receiving bills, which i
Houldn't be receiving at all, in first place.
I was a happy customer with hathway but i found an offer in one of the
Airtel brochure of 8 mbps connection. Post contacting anil sharma with
Mobile number - [protected], who offered me the below plan :
1. 8mbps upto 30gb and 512kbps post fair usage
2. 6 months advance payment (So you get one month free)
3. No installation charges of 1000/- as i am switching from hathway
Hence, i accepted the above offer and since i am up to date with internet
Commitments, offers and jargons from various providers in the market,
I was very clear
With the sales person anil sharma, on each and every details of the offer
And hence i accepted the offer.
When he came home to collect the cheque, i and him, we both calculated the
Plan charges according to the sales persons plan booklet and the total payment
Amount he informed me that i will have to pay was* 7576*/-. (Including 15%
Tax as he wasn't sure about the tax amount on 6 months plan) for 6 months
Offer, favoring* bharti airtel* ltd*.*
These charges were total of the above offer for 6 months advance line
Rentals. This also included landlines connection which i did not want
In first place, however the sales person forced me to go for the same
Aying that just at 99/-per month, i can use unlimited calls
Nationally. And even charges for this landline connection was
Considered by him and me
While calculating this amount of 7576/- so how come i am receiving the
Bills now when i have paid advance line rentals for internet and even for
Landlines connection?

1.in spite of making things very clear about the charges, the plan, the
Offer and every small details, where i shouldn't be paying anything, i am
Now receiving bills every month and i am now liable to pay 925/- which i
Houldn't be paying at all and i shouldn't be getting bills in first place,
As i have already paid advance line rentals.
Also, i went by words of airtel sales person anil sharma, who kept saying
That he will reverse the charges but is not replying to me chats or my
Calls and i am stuck with bills that i shouldn't be paying at all.
I request customer service manager to look into this and reverse all of
These charges or simply cancel the connection itself for the landline and
Refund my entire money or sort this issue out.
2. The landlines isn't not working since 2nd week of the connection as well
O this is again disgusting and false sell made to me. Now i am left with
Bills and alerts. Kindly sort this out please.
