Sir due to my mistake i recharge of Internet pack in my number @43 1gb 3g night internet pack for 1 day from my main balance .so i want reverse it & get to my balance return in my main balance .Recharge Date 28/11/2016 & pack validity 29/11/2016(this pack valid 12 am to 6 am 29/11/2016). Kindly Please Refund Me because I am used alredy another net balance in my other airtel number.I was generally checking some offer and this pack by mistake activate.

    This is in reference to the phone number [protected] (Cocp, schneider vadodara). It has been 10 days since i have submitted my kyc documents to your representative. I had been told that the entire process of porting out takes about 48 hours! I contacted the customer care today only to know that the porting out process has not been initiated yet!
    Now if i try to contact your representative, i am receiving a very unpleasant response. Kindly, look into the matter.

      Hello Sirs,

      Airtel account number - [protected]

      In Nov 2015 I decided to disconnect airtel dongle (broad band internet connection)
      I called airtel customer care and asked for procedure. They asked me to clear pending bills and call them up again to request disconnection.
      I cleared pending bills at end of billing cycle and put a request to disconnect
      They took the disconnection request but raised invoice for next cycle even though I have not used the internet.
      I called airtel again and they again took another disconnect request, but raised invoice again for the next billing cycle.
      Airtel collection agents kept calling me and I replied, that these invocie were raised after disconnect request and for no usage

      In Nov 27 2016 (After a year) airtel send me a mail informing to pay up rs2445 or face legal action..

      I have paid all the charges for the data used and upto the disconnect request.I have the request numbers with me.

      I find this as unfair practice and cheating.Please help in resolving this issue

      My mobile number is [protected]. I am from Maharastra. For todays date i.e 26-Nov-2016 I have skim for all local and std calling free for 28 days. So I recharged with 301 rupees.But I didnt get benifit.I really fustrated.

          The number of times I have called the Airtel Customer Care to speak to some of the most incompetent people in the world is just countless. I have set up a business in Coorg and there is no proper network connectivity at all, so this is literally affecting my business as all the customers who have stupid airtel connection are unhappy as they cant use internet or call anyone. I have called airtel and spoke to people who keep brushing it off saying its not our department and keep forwarding the call only to speak to lesser competent people. and the scam of the open network is unbelievable!

          It was never resolved. Nobody gets airtel network in my area. Terrible.

          On[protected] I have done 2G recharge through net banking in 2G plan list found Rs.148 2GB internet for 28 days I selected that. After few minutes received SMS the request cannot be processed. Please do help me by refunding my amount Rs. 148.
          Please deactivate my number [protected]. it got stolen few days ago. I would like to issue a new same sim number after few days.

            Our Prepaid phone number got deactivated stating documents not completed. Although number is been used from last approx 7-8 years .we got SMS from Airtel that on 28th number will be de activated if documents are not submitted. We submitted required documents on 26th but number got disconnected on 27th without any reason. The number was in need but airtel doesn't helped.

                  4G Airtel dongle no: [protected]

                  From[protected] to[protected] my data usage was 2.40 GB.
                  My plan was upgraded last to last month to 6GB .
                  But still i got SMS and mail saying that 90% of data is completed on 25th November.

                  Please explain this. This is totally insane and non acceptable from reputed company like Airtel.

                  I need proper explanation with compensation.

                    My number is [protected] (Home network-Kerala). I was using the connection for quite a long time and I am one among the most patient customers of Airtel.

                    This is the first complaint that I am registering against (anyone/ thing), so bear with me if I am writing in an informal language.

                    I am using a 4G data plan for quite sometime and the usage limit as per my plan was over before Nov 12, 2016. I purchased some "Smartbytes" while my monthly data was over and still was not able to get the 4G connection. I called the customer care on Nov 12th, 2016 and as per the communication with the customer care personnel, I understood that this so happened as I had utilized all my monthly datapacks and the 4G was shifted to 2G automatically. I specifically mentioned that I will be out of India till Nov 17 th, 2016 and requested to resolve that.

                    Once I am back to India, the issue was still on. But I waited till 22nd Nov, 2016 (I was patient enough not to call up again as my bill cycle is starting from 21st of every month and expected that I will be through with my 4G datapacks)
                    Nothing has happened till 25th of Nov, 2016 and I made a call again (around 8:30 PM - 9 PM IST)to the customer care and reported the 4G issue (made the call from Chennai - Near to Sathyabama University and on the way to Velachery). I told him about the issue that was open on Nov 12th, 2016 and was shocked to hear that the issue was given a "closed" status because I was not available when the airtel personnel called. I haven't received any information via sms too. The customercare personnel on 25th Nov, 2016 also promised me that the issue will be resolved with in 20 hrs time and I was relieved with that. I am just copying the message that I received:

                    "Reference no. 72644661 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 25-NOV-2016 20:22. The same will be closed in 20 hours. For status update, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121"

                    I returned to Kerala on 26th Nov, 2016 and checked the status again at 3:40 PM and the message showed as below:

                    "Reference no: 72644661
                    Date- 25-Nov-16
                    Status- Open
                    Now manage all your airtel services at one place with myairtel app. To download, click www.airtel.in/myairtel"

                    I then called the customercare for status updation on the issue and I was told that the team was working on it and will be resolved within 4:30 PM-5 PM. I waited again.

                    Once again, I checked the status at 8 PM and got the same message as mentioned above. I called the customercare again and enquired the status. The customer care personnel told me that the team was still working on it and promised me that I will be getting a call by tomorrow (27/11/2016) afternoon and will be resolved.

                    Today (27/11/2016) at 10:10 AM, when I am at Kozhikode city (Kerala state), I checked the status again and no change in the above status were observed. So I called the customercare personnel and explained all the issues once again and the call was transferred to senior level. The response of that person was terrible. He told that he cannot solve it immediately and will take another 24 hrs to resolve it, whether I continue with the same Service provider or not.

                    I wonder what these people were doing from the 1st day that I had registered the complaint.

                    I have been patient all the time waited for a longer period (Nov 17th - 27th) and no way in a position to pay bills for the services that I haven't received from them in this period of bill cycle and I would seek your help for porting this number to some other network which offers some excellent 4G connectivity with less overheads to customers and swift response in solving the problems(if any).

                      These guys are supposed to be there to help the customers and for our satisfaction but instead this is what we get. There are plenty of online reliable sources which say that the network operator is the one who blocks the imei no not the phone manufacturer but then these customer care executives give me this well rehaersed answer again and again that it is not in thier power. Im done with airtel now. Worst Service provider in the country.

                        Started from 5th nov.
                        I requested my porting request to Vodafone, and same day i cleared my all pending dues and deposited extra amount so that my porting request will not be rejected after my new bill generation.

                        From that day (5th nov), aim receiving more than 2-3 call each day from your stupid sales team- and always i have to tell them the same : that i want to port my no. bcz i have network issues, over bill, and my family office team owns .

                        I think i have my rights to port my sim to another network, but i am still being harassed by your team.

                        I received calls from 5th nov. to 20th nov. from diff. no-asking the same reason .
                        (DO I HAVE ONLY THIS WORK OF GIVING YOU EXPLANATION DAILY).

                        # And on 23 Nov. my mob. no. outgoing was stopped suddenly from your side without informing me.

                        I think you can understand that 23rd was Wednesday, as aim an Architect and designer by profession, so i have to coordinate with my employees and consultants, clients, workers on site, etc etc.

                        and when i reach to airtel store (near gurudwara, gurgaon), they told me that my outgoing was stopped biz i own 6 no. on my name- and there bill is pending And when i asked tell me the no. which owns, Then they don't have any answer for that.

                        and they said we can't solve your outgoing faculty of your no. right now, It will take 1-2 days .you can visit airtel store in sector-14.

                        and when i reach there -they again took my 2 hours- i paid my bill there for my no. and of [protected] (my employee was using this no.), airtel store executive asked me to pay this bill, so i did. (time was 5:54pm)
                        and after 15 minutes, Ms. Ritika called me and said sir your bill is pending, kindly pay your bill (that time i realised WTF, i just paid it-where's the coordination in Airtel team), so i give my mob. phone to Airtel executive (Mr.Amit) and he explained Ms. Ritika that i have cleared all dues.

                        And my outgoing facility started after 8pm on same day.(this again realised me that i was with worst network provider, which is very slow and poorly coordinated)

                        and today at 11:52am, i talked to Mr.Shaantunu (executive on 121 customer care), and i shared my problem with him. he said according to record notes of my no. dated 25nov. .
                        This thing raised me eyebrows and i was like... WHAT THE HECK going on, and when i told so to any Airtel executive, even i don't receive any call at 5:45pm on 25nov. (i have checked my call log)

                        Even now i feel pity on you, and i think my issue will be resolved from your side in future also. because i have understood that you people are very foolish and just working under Airtel for money, you are not a good service provider, so just pack your bags and go home.

                              After a compalin online to airtel regarding unsusseful recharge i received a call from a person asking how much money i had in my account at the time of recharge and other details... From the background noise it could be heard clearly there was a tv on and a child crying too and not from any call centre or office.i answered him all what he enquired but on asking me about my bank detalis i became suspicious because the call was not from an office or call centre and he was again n again insisting to say about my bank details in the name of airtel service provider.on refusing to reply and i said i hav sufficient amount in my bank to recharge and 100 rs talk time, the person rudely said i am goin to cancel your compalint and hung up the call !! The call came from this no.[protected]. Please look into it.beacuse it could have been a fraud in name of airtel and if it was from airtel indeed it was utterly rude behaviour...

                                    for the month of Oct i found the fatty bill of airtel Rs 6283.14, instead of Rs 600 to 800 which is my regular bill amount. when i ask Airtel i was told it was due to international usage. since I never left the country so i was shock. but when they told me it was Nepali network then i told them that
                                    I was trekking in Darjeeling Hills which has border with nepal so it could have received nepali network without my knowledge.. so i asked them to waive it as i was not aware of it, else i would have switched it off. airtel nodel officer listen to my grievance and told me they will resolve the problem, but now they are keep on calling me saying i have to pay as i have use this network despite i told them that i have not use this network knowingly.. my points are
                                    1. I never left India so if in India other country networks are connected because airtel network is too weak then it is not my fault.
                                    2. i have no idea if i was connected to nepali or indian network as i was in India and no one check the network each and every time they receive a call

                                    I have been using this airtel number for past 15 years and i am not happy at all the way they are treating me like a crook. their regular call without any solution not only hampering my business but also giving me the mental agony..

                                    when i asked airtel why you did not inform me when i was connected to Nepali network they are saying they sent me SMS, which i never recived.

                                      I applied for MNP of my airtel maharahtra to karnataka around 20 days back. I paid Rs 300 for the connection, and they duely provided me the sim card which was to be activated in a week. After one week the previous sim network disappeard and I put the new sim and tried for televerification which didnt connect. I tried several times to call 59059 but it didnt after following up regularly with retailer somehow after a week it activated. Since it got activated my number does not has incoming although outgoing is there. Anyone calling me hears "this number does not exist" i repeatedly complained to airtel customer care in Bangalore but still it has not been resolved. Also there is no Data or text message service because of which I am unable to do netbanking leading to huge losses. Kindly take necessary action before I take legal action.
