Dear sir/madam
what a poor & inferior quality of service from air tell consumer grievances portal, i have been trying since yesterday at least 20 times for my grievances regarding prepaid recharging of my mobile card mobile no.[protected].I recharged of rs.270/-on dated 29/11/2016 & rs.29/-&on 30/11/2016.But money being debited but my card not recharged.The whole system siphoning money of customers.All this due to present governments decision on on line cashless transactions.Now air tell has deprived/deceived me to rs.300/-of recharging on online.Who will believe on line transaction from such fraudulent business.Even customer care/air tell do not bother about grievances.All untrained staff recruited every where in mobile galaries.

    I have done a mobille recharge (Data pack) on 21st nov16 with the information from the shop M/S golden Choice the recharging outlet of airtel . The lapu no is [protected] in the name of Sanjay gupta Shop owner.The recharge has been done in my name with the information that the pack is for 145/- with data validity 28days and 1 GB.But i got the message that data is valid for only 3 days after recharge.I spoke to customer care but they said nothing can be done now. Please help in resolving the issue otherwise will go to consumer forum as the company is ditching the customers.

      One such pack is mentioned as below:
      Rs=8
      Benefit:Local Airtel Mobile calls @10 p/min, 60 days

      I recharged my cellphone on 25th October.

      At that time, I got a SMS that my recharge is successful but but read this.
      "Benefit is All local A2A mobile calls at 20p/min, validity 8 days."

      I need exact benefit mentioned in website for which I paid to airtel.

        Airtel has deducted 540mb and something from my day data pack from my number [protected] when i am having night data too but the validity of night data is only till 9th dec whereas day data is 23rd dec and when i consulted Airtel on the topic the executive says 12:07 am data is deducted and forwarded the call to Sr. Executive and again he forwarded the call to supervisor and supervisor says that I haven't used after 12am . So no help will be provided . If you can help me regarding this issue from Airtel I'll be very thankful to you

              Pre-call announcement to do Data Recharge

              On the last day of the data pack expiry, I get a precall announcement for more than 20 sec, stating I must recharge my data pack. Only after listening to this pre-call advertisement of airtel, the dialed number gets connected. Ths is seriously annoying. Raised complained [protected] on 11 Nov. Appelate & Nodal officers are asking for 24 hrs time every alternate day and there is no resolution till date.

                I have been using Airtel broadband and landline for more than 4 year now. my fixedline number is [protected]. request number is 75791434. we shifted to a new place. I called the customer care so that the relocation can be done in time. Since then no one responsing to me. The relocation is simply between 1km and already 6th day. I have been calling these guys for so long. The customer care service is simply PATHETIC. They attend your calls and giving different reason. and i told i don't want airtel connection still customer care people simply telling me again to wait for some days to connection done. poor service i don't want airtel plss disconnect my connection.

                I am no more using Airtel and switching to another network which provides better service.

                I really did not expect this from Airtel. The standard/reputation they have, the customer care service is simply taking it down.

                    Useless 4 G device that doesn't work most of the time, doesnt work if I move out of the state. Got this 4 G device on a exchange offer - offer was that I'll get 250 rs discount for the first ten months which is equal to the cost of the device.

                    Issues I faced with 4G device -
                    1. Hasn't worked anywhere in my house at 4G speed, middle of chennai city.
                    2. Doesn't work if I move around in chennai
                    3. Doesn't work outside chennai.
                    4. Reset a million times on instructions from Airtel customer care who don't have a clue about what went wrong.
                    5. Discount was not noted on Airtel server so had to painstakingly explain every month for availing the discount after talking to them for minimum of half hour. IF THE CALL GETS DISCONNECTED THEN ANOTHER HALF HOUR TO EXPLAIN FROM THE BEGINNING. NOBODY TAKES A NOTE OF THE CONVERSATION SO IT NEEDNT BE EXPLAINED OVER N OVER AGAIN. "THIS CONVERSATION SHALL BE RECORDED FOR QUALITY AND ASSESSMENT PURPOSES" IS ABSOLUTE HORSES###. Airtel has really taken for granted that no customer will leave them. I've been with Airtel for more than 10 years. Broadband too for a very long time.
                    6. Surrendered the connection out o[censored]tter disgust on the kind of treatment meeted out to a loyal customer.

                    Issues faced - Airtel mobile connection.
                    There are 8 Airtel mobile connections in our house which was working fine till last year but none of which work inside our house now. Number of complaints have been made. Airtel doesn't care a damn about it. We are all in the process of changing to other operators using number portability.

                        I have cancelled my broadband connection before the billing date and I'm supposed to pay one month bill only. I discussed the same with customer care and they are asking me to pay 2 months.

                          I recently received UPC code from reliance & i wanted to port to airtel
                          Pratik Ent.(Kandivali) approached me for airtel servicing, they took procedd fees from me took necessary documents but now are not porting me to airtel and even avoiding my repeated request.
                          It seems that after taking servicing fees they are not intrested in anything else strong steps shud be taken against such entrprises who try to damage goodwill of airtel

                            Have applied for Airtel Broadband connection in the month of July and have submitted all the documents and paid even Rs.1000/- in cash after the confirmation from Airtel that it can provide me the connection in my area.

                            Then after we are not getting any information from Airtel. When ever we call the customer care they are telling us the new stories and process. And still now i.e. November end also they failed to Refund the amount back.

                            I have called the Airtel customer care, so many times but no use. We cant talk with the same member again. The story is starting again from the first saying that profile has not been created yet.

                            Only my Phone bill is going high by calling them again and again. They have taken the cancelled cheque leaf scan copy also. But no use. The thing they dont have any information with them and they are not ready to answer properly. Every time they are promising that i will get a call back from Manager and amount will be credited in 24hrs. Which is always a false promise.

                            Airtel is charging penalty to the customer for even 1 day of late payment. What is the action if the Airtel itself is not paying/taking too huge time. I want my refund back with a penalty. I have already spend so much money on my phone bills by contacting them.

                            I have the recent complaint number also with me which I have raised recently on Nov 24th.[protected]

                              Please note I tried to deposit some amount of money in my airtel application account on13th Nov. 2016.
                              All the transactions were made towards Airtel Money 1000, 2000, and 2000 respectively. And none of them was successful. Kindly endeavour to return my Rs. 5000 back in my wallet.

                                  I am getting prank call from [protected] number, he is talking in very bad manners. I have purchased this number around 2 month back but now getting call from the above number. He is taking so Bulgar language. I wanted to make sure please do some necessary action on the above number. Person who called me asking about the location to meet me... I don't know who is that person, i told him multiple time please get in touch with Airtel... This number is allocated by Airtel to me but don't know how he got my number.
