This is yash rastogi from lucknow, this is to bring to ur knowledge that its been a frustrating experience complaining each and every day and everybody ignoring their faults be it airtel customer care or be it modem supplier.
Complaint No 75259242 was registered on 10/11/16 for network problem in broadband.
Complaint no 75261148 was registered on 10/11/16 for modem change in which i strictly mentioned to give BEETEL modem no 11TC2.
Complaint no 75278764 was registered on 11/11/16 for wrong modem installed (installed BINATONE instead of BEETEL, and gave receipt of BEETEL modem that too on back date 5/11/16, before the date of my first complaint registered)
COmplaint no 75448990 registered on 16/11/16 for not rectifying the problem.
If this is the case Airtel customer care people are reacting I think its time to switch to other network providers.
U give different company modem, with receipt of some other modem and back dated 5/11/16 before the announcement of PM Modi's declaration dated 8/11/16 and receiving 100Rs notes on behafe of that announcement.
If this is the case then this Bhaijee Enterprises is soon getting a notice from court from my uncle. And I request Airtel to change my modem to BEETEL 11TC2 which I was adviced of will be installed. I m attaching the receipt of the Modem that i m not actually provided with. Kindly look into the matter soon.

    Subject : police complaint acknowledgement no. 969/16 dt. 05.11.2016 against unknown person online credit card transaction (on my icici bank & standard chartered bank credit card)
    Dear sir,
    Its further to police complaint acknowledgement no. 969/16 dt. 05.11.2016 i had received a call from [protected] on 4.35pm (dated 02.11.2016) in my mobile no. [protected], where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. i gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. after she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. after 2 days later (4.11.2016) i checked & the amount of rs.19500 debited in my card. i checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. i tried to contact that person but the mobile no. comes switched off.

    Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

      I have been using airtel postpaid since 3 years and i have a total credit limit of 14000rs more. I have two sims in my proof for which i pay bill. I have missed the bill due date sometimes but have always paid the bill and still using the same number. 6 months back i stopped using one of my number because i lost the sim and i called the airtel customer care to block the sim but they blocked my other number which was active, so i had to call up the airtel customer care again to activate my number and block the lost number.. So far there was no intimation of pending bills or nor any legal team has approached me through my registered email id or my alternate mobile number. Suddenly a lady called from [protected] and i do not really know how she got my mothers number."she called my mother and when my mother spoke to her in hindi which is my mother tongue, she abused her saying, you are in tamil nadu why talking in hindi, you do not have money to pay bill, then why hindi". She also threatened my mother saying she will bring police to arrest her, hearing this my mother fainted and called me. So i got the number from her and called the number [protected] and she asked me who iam, i told her my name and she told in a sarcastic tone that y i called her, in tamil "enna da bill katta mudiyatha unaku yen ivlo pechu, porambokku bill kattu da, nee ellam oru aambalaya, bill katta thuppu illa and periya ivan maari pesura, chi phone vei da. Again i called her but she refused to attend my call. Later on which i got irritated and called the customer and spoke to them in a very polite manner to accept this request for which mr. Naveen (Airtel customer service executive) told that he will take this issue to his supervisor and put me on hold and after a long few minutes he disconnected the call without even taking a courtesy call that a person is in hold and mr. Naveen is here to support and service me as he is in charge for that work. I am further taking this issue to the police commissioner of chennai with all the necessary proof of
      Audios and the receipt of no contact from your airtel team in my mails. I do not understand why a third party is involving between me (Customer) and airtel (Service provider company), when all my emails and sms and requests are being placed to the"company airtel" directly. I also do not understand why there is no legal team to approach for a settlement instead a third party with foul language and a third party with no sign of decency approaches me with bill payment who doesn't even disclose their name and their agency name. I request you to take necessary action against the party and the lady who disgraced my mother and my mothers health. Please contact me in any case of proof required against that agency and that lady.

          Complain details: Before porting my number from Vodafone to Airtel Airtel Executive explain to me that with My plan 199 Corp. I will be given 1GB 3G DATA and after 1GB it will be unlimited in 2G Speed upto 128Kbps. But now after porting I came to know that it is only upto 40kbps . Many times I tried to contact Airtel but no one has taken any step regarding this. Already it has become about 2 months.
          With the same promise our colleagues have also come this plan. Their Numbers are [protected], [protected], They are also cheated by this promise that after 1GB customer will get upto 128kbps speed unlimited..

            Hello,
            I raised the complaint regarding the network coverage several times but the problem is not yet solved. Every time when i make a complaint your people will inform us that the issue will be resolved in a week time or so. I am really disappointed with airtel customer care handling and i am thinking to switch to another service provider who is having a better coverage in my place. You could solve easily the issue by just installing a signal booster or a repeater in our location and this will cost only something like my 3 months mobile bill which i am paying to airtel. So this seems that airtel is not considering me as a client. The open network of airtel is really a BS and it never works from my experience, it is just used for marketing purpose and not more.

                Hi all,

                This is regarding the request of new broadband connection.

                I have paid the money on 4th of november 2016 and even now i dod not get the internet connection. They made me to pay the money on 4th of november.

                Every time i ask the customer care people they tell today tomorrow and no one comes and no one takes care.

                They say max 2 days while paying and it has been 10days. What are you guys doing.

                    Further to the registered compliant on 31/10/206), I didn't get any positive feedback from you till now, in addition to that the customer service guy belongs to your outlet told me that he couldn't retrieve my number even though i registered complaint with in three days of my sim deactivation,

                    Now i am getting an irresponsible & worse response from those customer service guys after using this service for last 7 years, i told you before itself that all my banking transactions are connected with this mobile number but now i am planning to quit this service permanently with full disappointment,

                    Hi,
                    I have Tamilnadu Airtel Number [protected]. I took an year back and i was not using this number from long time as i was staying in some other state. Now i tried to call this number it is telling out of service. I am using Samsung Galaxy S duos and dual sim mobile. The sim is inserted when i get new sim still it doesnot work.
                    My Airtel number only for net usage is not working for last two days.

                      My airtel number [protected] was disconnect without any notice. Customer care told they are helpless. Visited airtel store, they are too helpless. No trace of my number in any record, that is reason they are helpless.

                      All my bank and various online verification are connected to it. I'm totally stuck. Could i get any help from here.

                      I had to go through lot of trouble, i traveled 30 km to visit airtel store. I had line in bank to change my phone number. Still many more trouble to come.

                      I have applied for broadband, it took arround 7 days to process after that thy informed its not possible in your area, .i have pair for it.its 1 month gone, still no refund.

                          With much regret making this note that it seems that Airtel members do not want to do needful even after so much acknowledging.

                          I have already given my mobile and alternate numbers to yourself in the fill up form, and have met Mr Dhiraj Sharma, and cleared all the pending formalities which he asked about letter head.

                          And once again acknowledging yourself that I have not received any airtel call neither from Airtel or from Mr Dhiraj. And Mr Dhiraj himself confirmed that it is pending from their end only ie (Airel backend). and initially it is taking time else everything is ok and have received all the documents.

                          Once again bringing to your kind notice to do needful as it is 3 weeks now.

                            Airtel department has deactivate my 4 years old airtel number [protected] without any notice any massage. Due to this problem i am unable to do any transaction and any communication. This is truly bad service of airtel. After reminder of several time due to network issue they are not resolve the issue.
                            4 days before i have changed 3G sim 4G airtel SIM. now sim has been deactivated by airtel dept. without any notice any sms. Now current balance of airtel SIM above RS:400/- and sim has 2GB of 3G data.
                            Kindly resolve my issue in top priority.

                                  I work in a noida based it company, and the company had issued me a corporate sim of airtel.
                                  I have never activated international roaming pack on my phone. Since being a traveller i know the risks of having a internatonally activated sim and their corresponding bills. Airtel charged me rs 2.5 lacs for the usage of 222 mb on my phone which i haven't intentionally used.
                                  Below are the few points that baffles me:

                                  1. I got a message from airtel just half an hour prior to my departure about "going abroad? Check the attractive roaming plans"
                                  (I have not used my number to book flights, i am quite interested how they could pitch perfectly sent me the text)

                                  2. I checked the link, but there were no plans for the countries i visited. Somehow i was landed into my airtel app. I checked and found nothing.
                                  But the customer care says i activated international roaming from the app, which i disagree. They say i have activated a 149 rs plan.

                                  3. Even if i have done it mistakenly, i don't remember a pop up or warning that i have activated international roaming pack and below will be the charges. No transparency on the pack 149, even when i go in the website and try to find the rates.

                                  4. Importantly, 17 point on their international roaming policies say that " for a corporate sim cant be activated without any formal communication from the company's coordinator. Nothing of such happened

                                  5. Also, my companys corporate credit is rs 60000 since its a small startup. Why, account was not closed after crossing the limit. Leave about not closing it, why there is no warning mail sent to companys coordinator

                                  6. 222 mb's cost turning out to be 2.5 lacs rupees make no sense, even to the richest man on earth. Why to have such pack at the first place? If you have, why it is not even clearly notified in the website.

                                  My salary worth 2.5 lacs rupees will be stripped off to pay this which is a lot. It might literally break me both personally and financially.

                                  I didn't get any call or email.

                                  There were no response from airtel even when my office coordinator tried to contact them. Finally after a month or so they visited us.

                                  Felt it was more like a harassment, as they were unable to give proper explanation. Their arguement was so weak, that there was erroe in the airtel system that allowed all the request coming from the app automatically without the need to get confirmation from company coordinator. Which they have fixed now

                                  Also, no explanation on why it took 48 hours to generate the usage and still company was not informed nor the phone number was blocked.

                                  Airtel misleads people, their processes are unethical and tries to encourage illogical high bills and then harass customers.

                                    This is with reference to the subject Airtel telephone number. which was requested to be stopped in the month of Apr 2016.
                                    But to my dismay it was not taken seriously.
                                    And after being informed to us that your executive will visit us and take the bill amount it was never done till now.

                                    Now after so many months again last Wednesday I got a call from Ms. Himani from the no. [protected] with a rude comment that I am not picking her phone despite of no missed call from her end. I told her I am working in evening shift and I can not answer anybodys call in the morning. Moreover when I wake up I call all the missed call numbers. But because of no call being received from any such no. I never gave any call back.
                                    Theh I gave my sister's no. to her. She confirmed to send an executive. But again no executive was sent to us. My sister waited at home, keeping the bill amount ready.

                                    On 11 Nov 2016 after a week my sister got a call from Miss Himani saying that we are sending our executive. But my sister told her that she is going to bank for exchanging currency due to this currency problem but instead of asking the details the phone was immediately hung on her face.

                                    Then again in the afternoon, the executive called her from the no. [protected] saying he is coming and my sister replied that she is standing in the queue for currency exchange.
                                    He said its alright and to call him when she has exchanged the currency.
                                    After which immediately Miss Himani again called her and in a very rude way asked her why is she not paying the money.

                                    It was a very surprising statement on behalf of a prestigeous company like Airtel to a customer like ours who had always welcomed you people to collect money. And instead of not understanding the present scenario how can you treat your customer like this.
                                    Moreover when asked for cheque from my sister. she told her that it would be drawn by her brother and because her brother is having evening shift he is sleeping the answer she got by her is that he is always sleeping.
                                    Last but not the least when my sister asked about your late service the answer she got was that is all the service meant for you
