The nos are 121, [protected], [protected] i speaked to almost 6 customer representatives. They every time tells some reasons like its in mumbai not karnataka. I will transfer call but if transferred calll other guy will also tell other like that the are playing a drama around its customers....

They do not respond to emails. Customer care representative can only apologise for the inconvenience without any resolution.

Open Network is a myth. I regret my decision to port to Airtel.

Airtel App Issue27

I did a top up via my airtel app and it showed transaction failed. I then tried on a second attempt. Later got messages which states the amount is debited for both failed and successful transactions. I spoke to customer care and they idon't even want to understand the concern.

I don't want to pay for some problem with app.
